I have my dog muffins. Such a cutie pie. Well she needed grooming and she has never been groomed before and I told them she hadnt. They take time to ask questions about your pet which is great I think to get to know your pet. They are totally awesome here. They are so friendly and they are great with animals. Muffins went in and came out so darn cute and they did a terrific job. Thanks to all of them. This is the place for grooming for me.
I would first like to say that I am never one to write a negative review, but feel compelled to share my story so others dont make the same mistake, Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I took my 1 year old Australian Shepherd in for a Furminator Treatment and nail grind. Everything went smoothly at drop-off and they said they would call when he was done. She supposedly had his table all set up and ready to go. THREE AND A HALF hours later we get a call that they cant finish him because he is too stressed. When we arrive, he has only been washed and blow dried. He now has knots all over him and is incredibly anxious and upset. My question is, what were you doing for over three hours if the only thing done was a wash and blow dry?! No wonder he was stressed. OH AND NOW HE TICKS. Additionally, I just spent an hour cutting knots out of his fur that has never once had an issue. I could not be more disappointed it just keeps getting worse...
Came here yesterday & got my dogs medicated dog food. And I get home and giving my dog some I notice it all clumped up and hard and does not smell good. I look at the expiration and it’s from February 2021!! Like what the hell!! I drop it back off to get my refund no apologizes or anything! You could’ve killed my dog by giving me expired food!
I was in this store on Saturday January 8th 2022. I had buy cats food. When I come to cashier 3 were open without customers. I asked #3 for paying , the lady told me that I have to wait. She was so mean that I didnt never see something like her. She asked other two customers who didnt finish shopping to approach for pay, and completely ignored me.

The live fish section is the most pathetic and depressing setup Ive ever seen in a pet store, by far. Most of the fish are lifeless or dead, and a good amount clearly have ich or other diseases.Their website claims to have certain things in stock in store, but they dont. The prices are significantly higher than the other stores. The customer service wasnt awful, but the workers do seem like they hate their lives.I probably wont be ever going to PetSmart again. I definitely wont ever buy fish from this store.
This is probably the cleanest location I have ever been to and there is a gentleman by the name of Ross that works there and he is amazing with all the animals and his customer experience is the best. The staff is always happy and always smiling and always making sure that you received what you wanted or making sure you found what you were looking for. But overall Ross is one of the main reasons I go to this location, because he just gives you that vibe that makes you feel welcomed and important and hes always answered every single question Ive had about any and all animals. When I go home and do additional research, is information is always accurate. The pictures I have attached are the animals that I have purchased from this location and Ross has always gave me valuable an important information about all of these and because of how he cares for them, they have survived and are still living.
An excellent pet store. Our dog has digestive problems and this is one of the only local stores that can sell prescription food. I have never used the vet for services but they are helpful and friendly in getting you a prescription to buy food. The staff is just as helpful and always helps you get the best deals with rewards. Highly recommend shopping here!
Okay I give this 4-5 stars only because its costly here but to be honest I could spend a thousand dollars here easy on my dogs and cats, lol! I love that they have everything itemized by species and encompass a wide variety of items! Come and spend your paycheck on your pets! Partake in the madness! Lol!
I was in the store a few days ago. One of the cashiers Taylor refused to sell me 3 anola lizards. She claimed I was someone else who came in a few days earlier trying to buy them to feed to another animal. She was extremely rude and wrong accusing me of being someone else. I posted this story a couple of days ago and now its gone. I will put it up every day if I have to.
Actually went to Banfield Veterinarian Hospital, but shopped at PetSmart afterward.Cleaner and more comfortable than basically ANY human-only store, with all the benefit of wagging tails!Friendly and competent employees just rounded out a 5-star experience. Thank you!
The dogs enjoyed it and I cant speak for them but we got yelled at for being in the vacant training area. Prices were fair clean store but I did not get the warm and fuzzy from the employee telling us we had to get out of the area. I did mention she needed to post a notice as your store is open to pets being in the store. Shame.
As big as this place is, not one gift type item to remember a pet. No stepping stone, no key holder, no angel wings, no rainbow bridge, no photo frame, no in memory of, no sorry for your loss, no visor clip, nada! Asked an employee, was directed to try online. Sheesh! Needed a gift for my sons friend who lost his cat. Bought a cute little key ring with a cat on it with angel wings and free engraving with cats name on it... Yes online, through Etsy. It was also delivered in a cute little box and a blank little card. Perfect little gesture to show you care.
Pleasant. I dont like shopping. This place makes it easier.I got a guinea pig from my sister in law and needed a cage... Theres coupons in the box... I ask if its cool if I use the coupons in the same transaction, they say sure!Banfields has done great by me in the past, they compliment each other very well.
Went to pet clinic to inquire on some information just to be treated like 3rd class customer. The lady behind the desk was obviously irritated with me telling me she would be willing to help but it was just a few minutes before her shift was ending. Yet when another possible new client got her attention she was all nice and kind to him. I was going to bring my beloved pet in for wellness checkup but not after the treatment I received from this worker. I was nothing but kind to her. Now it would be difficult to trust my pet with this place.
Tracy the dog trainer is fantastic...but keep in mind what you learn in class you must repeat 24/7 at home to get a well trained dog. Would give a 5⭐ but had incident where management hated to be bothered by customer. Wanted to buy item but manager really didnt want to sell it since she said it would ruin her inventory count.... Rest of staff is friendly.
Petsmart is always great, I see the same staff over the years and like them all. Lines can be long and of course everything is overpriced but thats what you kind of expect from PetSmart. I was disappointed that the APL is not there anymore, I know they have some cats from shelters but I feel like they still can expand if they wanted to. It would help the community a lot. I also dont love that they breed mice/hamsters/gerbils/reptiles there are plenty that need homes and theres no need to be breeding more of them. Snakes/reptiles dont need to eat live mice, the frozen are more humane. Petsmart shouldnt support the beta fish either, having them in those small cups shouldnt be the norm. Same with them selling the small rabbit/guinea pig/chinchilla cages. Those cages are way too small for those animals and unless retailers like PetSmart make their customers aware of that, people will keep shoving them in those little cages for thier entire life. I dont mean to go on a tangent but those are the types of changes I would like to see at PetSmart but for an average pet store it has pretty much everything you would expect.
This is a very clean pet store. I was able to find everything I needed but the store needs more employees. I wandered around in the aquarium section for some time before finding someone to help me get a fish. After I found someone she was very helpful and she was very nice. I was pleased that the cashier price matched my product with the chewy website. I saved $25 on the price match.
The staff and manager seem quite friendly, but the store was not very clean when I went in and they did not clean at the checkout in between customers. I was checking on dog training and the lady who does their training said she is leaving the store. And there is no one there to handle it and they did not have any suggestions for anyone in the area who handles that. They also had no idea when and if someone else would be doing training in the future. So I was pretty disappointed.
Talk about great customer service! My mom and I went on black Friday and were having time finding something specific, an employee clearly on his lunch break, he was carrying his food to the back, saw we were lost and stopped and took us to exactly where these specific cat treats were! Wish I got his name! Always a helpful staff and decent prices, they get an A+
I took Levi to the groom department. What a great bunch of young ladies polite and courteous. Get a fantastic job grooming my Levi. I most certainly would take him back and highly recommend them I most certainly will be going back and highly recommend you take your pets for your grooming needs outstanding Job Ladys
Prices are good, sale on food always going on. My dog was on Grain free which they have plenty but doesnt agree with her and shes allergic to corn so the sales person where able to show me a brand she can eat. And now she had energy, lost weight and her coat is shiny and not scratching.
This store has many more bird products than the Petco, and the Pet Supplies Plus near my home. Those 2 chain stores carry basically nothing for Pet birds 😔. Just basic stuff, that is...IF it is IN STOCK. Thats not often😔. I live in Middleburg Hts. I now, after realizing the difference,..drive out of my way... to go to the Parma PetSmart store to shop. Going now... a Good place for all animal supplies. Check it out 🙂
Great store with friendly helpful staff. They have everything you need and a great reward system and coupon book for new pet owners. The training classes are top notch. Tracy Wulff is a excellent dog trainer that really cares about her clients both people and dogs. Would highly recommend
Ive been to this location many times for the past several years. I have had my dog training here too and his beginner course helped him out as well as me! Ive also recently used their grooming services and their online form is super informative and helpful to get exactly what you need. Really glad they have their rewards program too, helps earn extra treats for my doggo too!
I enjoy coming to PetSmart. I order from home and come to pick up my purchase to save time, but I still end up spending time there wandering the aisles and checking everything out. I like looking at the cats they have for adoption. I like the big play area they have for dogs. I spend a lot of time looking at the fish and the aquariums. During my last visit, they even had rabbits which I havent seen before. I cant wait until I have a more permanent living arrangement, so I can get a big aquarium and fill it full of fish.the store itself is huge and they have plenty of products for you to choose from.I think its fun, and I like it when people bring their dogs in to help them shop. A dog will also be on the next order of business when I have some more permanent living arrangement. I like the treats program, also. PetSmart tracks your points just through your phone number. One last card to keep on your key ring. I like the option of picking up my purchases I buy online, because it gives me more time to enjoy the store, end there is less risk I will adopt all the cats and dogs.
The store manager was present on the sales floor and was genuinely interested in helping me. This was a return trip, he recognized me, asked if I found a dog, and invited us both back. The associates were putting stock out but always asked if I needed help, and if I did, they stopped what they were doing and took me to the product I was looking for. Excellent customer service. Very impressed how friendly everyone was.
Love this store! Good deals, well kept! Great helpful people! Sara and Ross are the best employees at the Parma store! Talked to and found a nice aquarium stand from then. Picked it up right by the front door due to limited people inside during this virus scare. Was easy and quick! Thanks!
I like this petsmart a lot. Always clean and the people are friendly. I look forward to visiting the pets and take great joy in swing how many pets get adopted. Good customer service. The restrooms could use a little tiding up and air freshener. That being said they got a store to run and employees cant be everywhere at once.Update 9/1/18The store remains clean customer service is exceptional. Keep up the good work.
Love this store and its almost all due to the staff!! For the past 5 years my fiance and I have only gone to this store and we wont be going anywhere else. One particular time very early on when we bought a cat my fiance sent me in to buy very specific food which I promptly forgot as soon as I entered the store. The staff was able to discern what I needed using only the fragments of information my feeble brain would allow me to remember.They are great!
This review is for the grooming services at this location. The Grooming team here does a fantastic job. Angie is my dogs personal groomer and I could not recommend a professional like herself higher. The Grooming price is reasonable. They get you in and out. Go see them today and you will not regret it. Your little pooch will be well taken care of.
The employees are always nice and helpful. I gave a 2 star rating because of the treatment my 5 month old rot had received. We went for a free grooming. No grooming was done. A bath and the worst nail job I have seen done on my dog. Nail bits left hanging everywhere, fur was not groomed, had to do it myself when I returned home. When at register a nice woman behind me pointed out a pool of blood under my dogs tail. The tail was clipped when he was born. I went in to grooming services and immediately it was....Well we didnt do anything around that area. They got one thing right. They didnt do anything at all. However they some how rubbed or did something to where my puppies tail was bleeding and him whimpering when picked up. Horrible puppy service.....
This place has lots of pet supplies and smaller and larger animals to buy in good environments. They are always in stock, have lots of selection of many things, and have decent prices. Only thing I can realistically complain about is that wait at the checkout is usually long no matter how many other people are there. Despite that, this is still a great place to shop at.
This Pet Smart has a high turn over. The person that my pup loves is no longer with the company. The last time I had her groomed i received a refund because of the POOR workmanship. Since I did receive a refund last time, thought I would give them one more chance before I decide not to go back. Mind you, Ive been going to this location for about 11 or 12 years. It happened again, I do not recommend this location. My pup smells like she never had a bath, her hair is choppy, missed hair all over her body that can be clearly seen, you can see chunks taken out of her back where the electric razor was used. I will not be taking my pup back. For the money paid you would think professional groomers would be hired. Very disappointed, and sorry I gave them a second chance.
I think it is well organized and I get my kittens special food there. The staff is very helpful and friendly every time I am there. I wish I could give two and a half stars because they are a good store but what I went through deserves 1 star. Like three was too much to give after the experience I went through when buying a Chinchilla. I bought a Chinchilla ($500, chinchilla and everything he needed) and then noticed it had an upper respiratory infection the next day. Since they have a 14-day warranty I returned him. I returned him, so they can treat him and pay for it. Then when he is all better they will call me, and I can repurchase him. I am not happy because 1 you sold me a sick pet and because he was scared and wouldnt let me pick him up I couldnt really pick him up till the next day to get a good look at him. At this point he was sneezing so I had to look at him, 2 we are going on three weeks and he is still not better. When I first returned him, they said you can call for updates and visit when you want. When I called one time someone told me that they are not going to have an update every day, so I didnt have to call, and they will call me when he is better. I didnt even call that much, I called maybe once or twice a week. I work at an animal emergency and owners call maybe three or four times a day for an update. You said I can call so you cant be rude and then tell me not to. I am about to ask if I can just repurchase him and take him to my own vet. When I visited I saw they have him in a closet size room with other sick animals that arent on the sales floor. It probably isnt the right temperature and stuffy. And how can I trust that they are giving him his medicine when needed. But since he is technically the stores animal again they can tell me whatever they want. Are they telling me the truth, why isnt he getting better. And yes, I can change my mind and say I dont want him anymore, but I do and if I dont someone would get him. Thank you for reading my rant. You can purchase an exotic animal there like I did but beware they might be selling you a sick animal!
I cant say anything bad about the store itself, but I personally have not had a very good experience with their grooming service.I own a Wheaten Scottish terrier and on several occasions after his grooming appointment hes come back without the cut Ive asked for. I am not a fan of speaking poorly about someones career but I simply can not afford to continue paying the cost of grooming and not having directions followed.Im sorry but I will not be returning
Theres always a line and one register open. They stopped carrying my cat food and of course theres no notice for that sort of thing, but having a cat with food allergies, a notice would be nice. Theres often times dog pee on the larger cat food bags that sit low to the floor, which j guess could be expected. I just asked an employee if I could get a rag to clean it up,. But he went out of his way to try and find a clean bag for me. Without any luck he cleaned it up himself and was happy to help.
Went here because online it said the fish tank my son wanted was in stock. Well it wasnt. It was late in the day, so I ended up getting a different model. Dont believe the website. I guess it doesnt update right away. Plus the guy there never heard of the brand before, like they never carried it. I had to show him online. He did help me look for it though and the manager answered the questions I had. The staff was helpful.
I dont know what to say. I took my sisters dog to the Banfield here for an emergency visit. I spent some time meandering the store while I waited. I used to go here all the time when I lived in Parma.This place has a HUGE selection for pet item needs, small critters: fish, lizards, snakes, hamsters, chinchillas, parakeets, and kittens. I dont think they always have dogs for adoption, but they almost always have cats.This is where I bought my first ferret harness (that I used for my min-pin chihuahua puppy) before it was easy to find harnesses that small. Ive bought lots of hamster cage supplies here as well.They also have a dog training area and boarding kennels.Great place. Great selection. Clean. Amazing, helpful, friendly staff. Def recommend.
Dont have a pet so didnt know what I was doing. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help, totally clueless until someone in the back came out and asked if I needed help. Otherwise have everything you need for your pet. Awesome store service leaves a lot to be desired
Every staff member Ive dealt with has been pleasant and knowledgeable. Theyve helped walk me through the confusing variety of cat products and helped me determine the best choices for my newly adopted feral kitten. In some cases their advice has been more useful than the Vets. In all cases they suggested the healthiest choices, not the most costly product. Its been wonderful to deal with people who are interested and know their jobs, rather than pushing brand names and collecting a pay check.
We go on 6 week schedule to have our 4 little guys groomed. They need a much bigger drop-off area. You basically have several people and their dogs in a 4×8 area. Store has a whole bunch of room in front of grooming area taken up by displays that are between registers and grooming that nobody looks at. Since everyone is scheduled, we all get clumped into that small drop area, and it takes a little while for each customer to specify what they want and to get their receipt. Could do much better here. Also, note that all groomers have to come through cramped area to get to work.
I take my puppy to the Banfield here and I do really like this service. Allof the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The main store has always been helpful as well.I will not return to the grooming area as they rushed through my dogs cut, the nails were sharp and I had to even all of her hair out when we got home. It was up to 1 inch longer in areas. When I arrived to pick up my pet, they said the girl who performed the service left but she will email details as to what happened. I never got an email with the details or any info as to why they decided not to finish what I paid for. This is the reason I took a star away
I take my yorkie here every 3 months for a groom. Prices are comparable to any other local grooming salon maybe even cheaper. I usually book with Allison M and she does a wonderful job with my furbaby. I always come for pick up to find a new dog😊. I dont buy food or supplies here but when the dog toys are on sale, they are always a great buy sometimes as low as 2 bucks.
It is convenient for all your pet needs. The staff is friendly, the dog grooming is well priced and very good service. The only complaint I have is that their prices for many things is way over Walmart, target etc. Id expect a pet store to offer pet products for less since they have the buying power. Walmart for example carries Frontline plus (in smaller quantities) as well and its a fraction of the price. But the convenience is there and its otherwise a pleasant experience.
When I had my dog groomed there I noticed he didnt look thoroughly washed like behind his ears (the fur there looked greasy) for example, and one of his paw pads between the toes was missed when they were trimming and Im not entirely sure they even trimmed the others. He didnt have that clean smell either. Ive had another bad (worse) experience at another Petsmart in MD. I am going to start taking my dog to a different grooming company altogether.
I very much enjoy going to petsmart. I like the fact that you can bring your animals into the store, customers seem to Keep good Control of their animals , at least The Times that I was there. The staff was very helpful answering any questions I had they seemed to be in a good mood and happy to serve me. I will do my pet needs shopping at petsmart every opportunity that I have
I went to PetSmart today to look at a dog for a possible adoption. Before coming in, I called the store and was advised that the dog was treated for heartworm, had arthritis, and two teeth removed. When I got to the store, I met with the girl I had spoken to on the phone. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not acknowledge me or say hello, just stood at the desk complaining about her job to the other two girls that were working. This made me feel as if I was a bother to her and the rest of the staff.She then advised me that the dog I was there to see had cysts removed and needed to be seen by a vet to ensure his heart worms were gone, neither of which was mentioned when I spoke to her on the phone. When she said the dog was treated for heartworm I was under the impression his heart worms were gone.She then took me back to meet the dog where I observed there to be puddles of urine all throughout the back room where the animals were caged. I understand that accidents happen, however, there is no reason that numerous dog cages should have puddles of urine leaking out of them with three employees working at the adoption center. I then met the dog who looked nothing like the pictures posted and appeared to be very dirty with a strong odor, as well as feces stuck to him. Again, with three employees standing around at the desk, this condition is unacceptable and just plain unfair for the dog.After my visit, I thanked the eemployee for her time and advised that Id like to talk with my husband before making a decision. She replied okay and walked away from me. Never asked if I had any follow up questions or said goodbye, just abruptly took the dog and walked away from me.Due to this, I will never look at this location with the purpose of adopting another animal.
First time I took my cat Binx here it was great...he was a stray and was super mattedwith sharp nails and needed a lot of pampering. Katie took amazing care of him and he looked great! My fiancé and I were very thrilled. We just took him last week and the groomer he had this time didn’t do anything for him besides clean his ears and cut his nails after his bath. We asked for the same package as before and was charged an additional $7 and he didn’t even get groomed like we asked and like it was supposed to be included in our package. Incredibly disappointed and we won’t be coming back unless Katie is the one grooming Binx!
Just took my dog to this petsmart to get his nails trimmed. When I got back to the grooming room I asked for a nail trim for my dog and told them that he is an anxious dog that doesn’t like getting his nails trimmed. Without asking me they charged me for a pawdicure and proceeded to not just trim his nails like I asked but also use the grinder, spray him with nasty smelling perfume, “brush” his teeth and clean his ears. In the process my dog was panicking and fell off the table but was still attached by the lead they put around their necks. I finally told the lady that I didn’t need her to do any more paid twice as much as I originally planned on and left. My dog was too stressed for me to talk to an employee while I was still there, but I am not happy with the service I got or that they up-charged me for a service I did not want by ignoring what I asked for. My poor dog also smelled so bad from the spray they used that I had to give him a bath as soon as I got him home.

I have been a customer here for a while, years in fact but will be withdrawing my business because I thought it would be fun to work part time here so applied for one of multiple positions posted online and was told by a rude manager that there were no positions available at all. I was horrified that this seemingly genuine business would be so underhanded and dishonest .. I am very blessed to have a really good full time job and dont need this job but what about people that do?? How cruel and dishonest to waste an applicants time that may DESPERATELY need employment! Not to mention poor business practice to waste resources of fielding applicatios you dont need..... I attempted to inquire as to if this was common and was told by Eric the manager Absolutely! We often post available positions when we dont really have a current need. I called corporate and was told this was unheard of so there is clear miscommunication between stores and corporate. My main concern is; if this is how they handle recruitment and communication how do they really handle and care about the animals they serve and the products they promote??Not shopping here ever again and if they offered me DOUBLE the amount of pay I requested for part time dog training Id turn it down. Sketchy.
No one greeted me or my 6 yr old son as we walked in. We waited and paced around the fish area for 30 minutes before someone even asked us and asked in a unamused way if i need somethin.. we then walked around the store the whole store and not a soul approached us.. I decided to finally pick up my online order, the associate did not ask for my nam . Only my phone #. The employee did not go threw my order with me what so ever. He should have shown me my whole online order. Then i asked for a silver molly fish..which took 10 minutes...after my associate called the other to get itmn he had to ask him twice... I GOT HOME TO FIND OUT MY SUCTION CUPS IN MY AQUARIUM 200W HEATER WHERE NOT THERE. THE BOX HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY OPENED. SO NOW I HAVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. SMH. .
Got fish fish from here 2 times everytime I have gotten fish they have ick . So frustrating not visible at purchase after a few days they are almost in the brink of death covered in it and swimming all crazy . Never get fish from here again . If my fish die Im done with fish.
If you are looking for aquarium items this might not be your pet store. Found them to be pricey and not have items on their shelvesUPDATE 11/8/18 8:27 pm. I have now been to this pet smart store three times for aquarium fish or other aquaium items. No one at this store ever bothers to help me. Just spent over 20 minutes in the store with 4 other customers. Im done with this petsmart you need to hire people who work. Congrads another customer lost.
The store is good, but the groomer is terrible. The did a great job the previous three times, but refused to groom him the last three times. He is inbred and from a puppy mill. He has had skin and eye problems his whole life. Groomers took him for the last 11 years. No problems. This groomer said that he had a few fleas. Thats why I pay extra for a flea dip. His skin is irritated. He needs a haircut and has had exema his whole life. She says that shes afraid his skin will fall off if she grooms him. I didnt see any vet licence in her grooming station. Hes been groomed for 7 years, no problem. Shes refused to groom him twice. Its ridiculous.
The pets are very mistreated. Take the bearded lizards for example. Baby bearded dragons should have a 20+ gallon tank. They should be fed 10 crickets each about 3 times a day. Their bearded dragons are in what looks to be a 10 gallon tank, and they eat once a day. Theres also about 6 in there so I can only imagine how cramped it is in there. The poor beardies look very skinny. Just after having mine for a week, he looked 10 times better than the ones still there. Other than that, I love how much they have to offer and its a great place to get lots of things from food to toys.(The picture is my own dragon after having him for a week)
The groomers cant even cut nails correctly. I took my puppy to get his nails cut. The groomer lady was done with him 5 seconds after putting him on the table. She cut his nails and did not file them or anything and now his nails are jagged and razor sharp. They look terrible too all different lengths and just chopped off. $10 to get sharper nails than when I brought him in! Waste of money, time, gas, waste of everything. Dont bring your dog to the groomer here. Your better off going somewhere else more professional and for almost half the price.
Clean store and friendly staff but if you can take your dog to another store for gromming please do! My dog was cut MULTIPLE times when getting groomed. I would NOT recommend the grooming salon for anything more then just a bath. I had to start going to the pet smart in North Olmsted because it was that bad. They do a WAYYYYYYY better job and my dog comes out with ZERO cuts! I started gromming with Andri- he’s great !!
Plenty of different choices regarding pets needs, food, bowls, leashes, whatever your let could need, they have it. Grooming, a animal hospital, and an adoption center with the cutest dogs and cats youll ever see. This is my personal choice of pet store and I would recommend it to anyone.
Some what pleased went to adopt a pet took a while an hour more then I pleased an hour was on my lunch break hungry too at achieving this but thankfully happen think their was some jealousy on how well my perspective on life is compared to so other women attitude is poor on their outlook on their own life but I look pass that cause it their personal struggle with thier own stress ya think be grateful for tips on how to handle stress better whats ever I tryed 😊
Disgusting place. Truly disgusting. Dont let this place fool you into thinking they care for their animals in any way because they do not. Last time I visited there, 5 beta fish were dead on the shelf, and a large majority of the others had fungus. I expressed concern to the worker and he didnt seem to have a real answer for me. Do not think they treat their cats, dogs, or birds any better. Boycott this place
Not what I expected. The fish were not cared for properly nor handled properly. Three of them died the morning after they went home. I think there needs to be some more training of employees prior to and in addition to just how how to harass a fish into the net and get him into the bag.
If I could give this place zero stars I would have. If you need something as simple as getting your dogs nails cut, dont take them here. That was the worst experience Ive ever had anywhere. They were rude, treated my dog terribly, and he was terrified by the time we left. DONT COME HERE.
PetSmart at 6873 Ridge Road in Parma Ohio on Sunday September 2, 2019. She did an excellent job grooming and shaving my German Shepherd Thorr who was suffering from dermatitis. We were told by our vet to have him shaved from the shoulders back due to his severe dermatitis.We truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication of his groomer Lizz and the other groomers who had to assist her. We highly recommend Pet Smart in Parma Ohio.Many thanks!! ❤️😃

2022-04-05Wonderful Staff! They went to a great deal of effort to make sure my cat got his Rx food, right before the vet closed. THIS is customer service! Few businesses have this caliber of employee today. Based on my experience today, I will give PetSmart my business whenever possible. 2021-09-11We came to the store two times in one day. Initially we came to check out what we wanted to buy in person. Had to leave to drop off everything inside of my vehicle. Once we returned to the store just like our first experience, we were not greeted by anybody. Once we asked the cashier for help the ladies that helped us were extremely friendly. Unfortunately they dropped the ball with the initial experience.

2022-03-07Came in for 9 gallon Fluval tank, found it easily. Bought a heater and headed to the checkout. With 3 cahiers working I was waited on almost immediately. Was able to use a 25% off coupon and use $2.50 in rewards points. Very happy with my purchase. Cashier knew to ask if I wanted to use my Rewards. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful cashier.

2022-05-22Nice atmosphere, good employees and a good selection of dog food. Unfortunately if you dog is allergic to chicken like mine the food selection is pretty slim as most of the food there has chicken in it, in one form or another.

2022-06-04Went shopping for our dogs Pro Plan lamb and rice dog food. Only had 6# bags and the extra large bags that cost $75, but sold out of every size in between. And the soft dog treats which used to be around $8-$9 has increased in price to $15-$16. Im very disappointed that they feel its ok to price gouge. Petsmart Im going to have to check around for prices I can afford.
