We got our green cheek conure from here. The employees were super friendly and loved on this baby until he was purchased (by us). Just by them handling him, it made his transition to our home that much easier. Hes got such a big personality.
Found a newborn kitten and the staff helped me select products to become her surrogate parent. Knowledge and without them and their hyper clean store, this girl wouldnt have made it. Great prices and open late, which came in clutch!!
My dog loved that she could pick out her own food and the staff is super knowledgeable.
Pretty decent as far as petsmart goes. Employees are knowledgeable, though they are a bit short staffed. Hard to find someone to help but when you do, they go out of their way to help you.
Its just a pet store. I had questions to ask but I couldnt anyone unless I walked all the way around the place to found her and by then I forgot what I was going to ask her.
They have good hours for someone who has to work late. They have an extensive supply of pet supplies. You can even bring your pet in the store.

Used to take my last dog there to get groomed and they were fantastic with him. Theyve got a bunch of new people working in the grooming salon and Im not very impressed.... To make a long story short, do yourselves a favor and find a local groomer and dont take your dog there. Theyre kind of rude and dont do what youre asking them to.
Had to go in and get something for my dog because shes been scratching and she has no fleas. The lady there was very nice and she mentioned oatmeal shampoo and a salmon spray oil that you spray on the food which is good for the dogs. Very very pleasant

Always has everything I need for my pets . However. Some things have to be returned. Our first water cycling cat bowl, was a dud. A cat tree wasnt made to well in store. Some of the cat toys didnt work. Laser pointer , squeaky mouse that didnt squeak. So. Other then a few cheapo items. Petsmart wins for pet supplies

Last time i was here there were multiple tanks with dead fish, and there was grime so bad you could barely see through the aquariums and if it wasn’t that they were all sick, some where defromed. all the reptile enclosures are absolutely way too small and there feeders just genuinely suck. Dont come here looking for anything Reptile/Fish related you’ll be disappointed
They canceled my appointment for two of my dogs: one is a Labrador Retriever and the other is a Czechoslovakian Vlcak. Both dogs are listed on AKC website. The CSV has been in twice for full grooming service and received good report cards and coupons for future visits. Suddenly I can’t bring him in. He is AKC registered. Absolutely crazy dog groomers don’t know how to research AKC site to verify breed. I definitely feel discriminated against for having him.
Staff is friendly and helpful, prices are good and sale prices are unbeatable! My pup loves picking out new outfits. (Wrong size was clearly my fault!) Still adorable though.

I moved to the area (Nile, Ohio) and took both of my pups here for a groom. As for the groom itself, everything went wonderfully. The groomers were great, personable, and did a fantastic job. Overall I had a great experience and planned on returning for all of my pets grooming needs (Nail grinds only to full bath/haircut and so on). After I picked up my dog I was informed that as a new client I could purchase a welcome package that included prepaying for two grooming appts and getting a discount. I was excited and planned to do this as I had already decided to return. Unfortunately, when I called in to purchase the welcome package they were having issues with the computer and said they would need to call me back. I called on three separate days/occasions and was informed each time that they had a note, were looking into this, and would get back to me by the end of the day. I never received a return call. Unfortunately, the welcome package is only available for purchase 10 days after your first service and due to the lack of response, those ten days have passed for my dogs. The employees were always very friendly on the phone however at this point I most likely wont return due to the lack of follow up. That is unfortunate as I really did enjoy my experience and as previously stated the groomers were great.

I took my dogs there like I usually do. I always gives my shepard husky a organic natural calming chew. Well today for some reason they denied grooming my dog because he could fall asleep and fall off the table. Seriously its all natural and organic. Everything I take him I tell them that I gave him calming chews and have never had an issue with them there. Today they lost my business because somebody obviously didnt wanna do there job
Everytime I come to this location to get fish I wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come back, whether I ask for help or not. Employees and managers (many times Ive seen the managers do this) see you then walk the other way. Multiple times Ive left here and driven to another pet store up the street. I only come back bc the fish are healthier here than the other store.

I live in Maryland and was visiting my daughter. She has two Chihuahuas that didnt have harnesses or leashes. So I brought Lola and Missy to the store with me. I was having some difficulties finding a leash and one of the staff members took the time to help me find the best product for two small Chihuahuas. Very professional staff.
Please pay attention to line length & dont ignore people looking for assistance. I saw a customer completely ignored by at least 2 employees when seeking assistance in obtaining crickets. 2 other Customers walked right up to same people and received service immediately.

The employee that worked in the fishing section informed me of a few things I never knew and was very helpful as far as telling how many new fish I should add at a time. Ill be going back thursday most likely to get a couple more fish
They were amazing with my dog when I took her in to get her nails clipped and ears cleaned. She was so scared... They made her feel so comfy and they did an amazing job with her. Highly recommended facility!

I ordered Authority dog food before I went to work, came home and still did not get a confirmation page. The PetSmart in Niles did not know what happened but they still had a bag of dog food and I had to pay for it again so Im hoping they get it figured out cuz right now it cost me 60 bucks instead of 32 there was a bit of a discount because of St Patricks Day Ive done this before ordered it in the morning and got it right away never had a problem till now just hoping it all works out my dog is really picky I know that but this is the only kind of food she likes and its for her digestive system she was diagnosed with colitis a few years ago she has no problems as long as we watch what we give her she is mostly a vegetarian which is good but she loves fish surprisingly she dont like potatoes especially sweet potatoes and everythings got that in it but this food shell eat

Recently stopped to purchase fish for our fresh water tank. All six fish are healthy and thriving! We also purchased 3 snails for the tank. Only 2 were actually living when we placed them in the tank at home. Kind of a bummer but 2 out of 3 is better than nothing. The actual store location was nice and clean. They had lots of cats available for adoption. We will continue to go here for our aquarium needs in the future.

Great store tons of choices for food, toys, and variety of small pets. I love that there is an adoption center for kitties and that there are adoption days for dogs. They work with a local shelter which is great! And they have a grooming center that is open on Sunday!! Which is perfect for us fur parents who have busy lives!

Little disappointed with the selection of fish on my visit, everything else was great as expected though.
I walked into the fish department first and looked around for a while, with nobody waiting behind me. While on my way to get help, the lady helping me helped a person who had just walked in, she then proceeded to aid everyone else who walked in except me. This took me an extra 10 minutes. Once we finally got help, she only let us get a few fish because our last ecosystem died after 3 years of success. We now have to make another trip 30 minutes away.
Online said they carried the brand of dog food we needed in the store. They dont. Nice otherwise

If youre buying for domesticated animals, pretty good, if your looking for exotic, and invertebrates, tarantulas, etc.... feeder insects are too expensive, three to four times as much as what you can get online. And not alot of products specifically for reptiles and invertebrates..Terrariums and housing soo expensive, you can literally by two or three online for the price of one there...

No one greeted us when we entered-in fact there was an elderly employee who fixed me with a cold stare because I dared to say hi.A young lady employee (didnt get her name) was super nice and helpful, even though the store did not have what we needed in stock. She even apologized to us because we did not find what we needed.

I go there for all my pet supplies. The price is good and the selection is almost too much. I highly recommend going here for all your pets needs.

I just took my Australian Shepard there today for his first grooming session. And I am beyond disappointed and will never bring my dog or my other two dogs that get groomed there again. The manager of the grooming salon was from the beginning worthless. We let her know that we gave him a natural relaxing pill (vet approved) because had never been and can be very hyper even for vet. The grooming manager was pretty much in disagree from the beginning and after two an half hours they only bathed him. I will not recommended them to anyone again or give the store anymore business.

So I got a hamster and it died after my brother owning many it died in a week and then I got 2 mice who are well fed then one dies the other one is ok just upset his brother died so they have something wrong with them
They trimmed my doggies nails gave her a bath, and took care of her other hygiene care around the back side. The staff here is always helpful and courteous and we even took our dog to their obedience training where we met Lori and I gotta tell you she rocks! People are amazed by how well our dog listens. This typically isnt the cheapest place to get pet supplies but its convenient and run by pet minded people who know about the products they sell so that makes it worth a little more.

They told me I didnt need to bring my dead fish back and they would replace them and then I get there and they said they needed the dead fish. I had to ask for manager. It all worked out but better training for employees is needed on policy.

When we were there they a had a great sale going on. Even as we were walking around, several employees came up to us and asked if there was anything they can do to help. The store was clean and cashiers were extremely friendly. The only issue I had was that of my purchase. I was there to get a new fish tank, as I said they had a great sale, so I can establish my salt water tank. The guy helping me was trying to get me to buy the display...I didnt want the display. And on top of that he tells me that the aquariums and their stands arent shipped in boxes. They are wrapped on a pallet. Seems to me that a lot of damage can be avoided if they put them in boxes.
When we started bring Nila there she would walk in she would greet her groomer which I wont say her name. She seemed to like and trust her. A couple times into being groomed we were sitting outside the grooming window waiting for her to be done on the bench and we heard her yelp and cry really loud. When we asked what happen nobody knew anything. They said they didnt hear her yelp or cry she was in a real hurry for us to leave the store. Notmally, we would walk around she would pick out a new toy. So the last time we went to petsmart my poor German shepherd was on the ground shaking and just terrified to go in so something happened there were not quite sure what it was. Now we cant even get her to go in the car for a ride shes terrified my husband has to carry her in-and-out of every where we have to take her. I dont know whether they clipped a claw to close, whether they slammed her head/paw in the door or whether she was abused some how. Now shes terrified I will never go back there Ive heard many bad things about this place and this just goes to prove it I was looking on line the other day and all their normal groomers are gone also so I dont know what happened but I wont take my baby girl there again.

This store is nice and clean and although they are very busy there are clerks at the registers. There also employees throughout the store that you can ask a question of even if it is not their department and will take you to the department and help you find the item.

I bought a guinea pig from Petsmart and it was the sweetest guinea pig ever and I love him. I took very good care of him always made sure he had food and water. Im home for days after buying him, and I thought he was dead in his cage. But he was still alive and having seizures. He died a few hours later. I called them and asked if they could do anything or get my money back they told me I had to bring the dead animal back, but I already Buried him and now I have Guinea pig or my money back, I get they have policys but they sold me a sick guinea big and now Im heart broken.

Went to buy fish. When I arrived at the store to buy some they had very low stock or didnt have any at all. Store was nice but just didnt have the fish.
It was very disappointing for me today, could not find any of the cat food I was looking for. When I asked an associate, he just said too many people are buying. We just dont have it. The shelves were bare. Its too early in the week for that!! It was Tuesday for goodness sake.
The staff at this PetSmart are very freindly and kind. You can find things very easily, very sweet deals, pet friendly, happy animals ready for adoption, and a huge variety of food for animals. I would highly recommend and would consider getting a job here.
Taking an animal to this grooming salon is the greatest mistake of your life. The young ladies there are nice and friendly but it’s very easy to tell the manager Annie is very rude, condescending and unhelpful, with customers in the lobby! It is very evident she has no experience in this field or in management in general, based off the interactions I’ve observed while dropping off my pet. I’ve seen fellow trusting customers have their pets returned from her supervision with cuts and bleeding nails. Clearly she does not value your pets or her job like you’d expect, and she is clearly not the person to trust your furry children with. I high recommend taking your business anywhere else, as I will be too. I won’t be back, at least not until I know this woman is gone. This certainly says a lot about this company that they would hire someone like her and allow her to mishandle OUR animals. I couldn’t imagine picking up my pupper and seeing him in the condition some of her victims have been returned in, and she just SHRUGS IT OFF. Stay far away.

2022-06-23There was a massive die off of goldfish. It doesnt mean they are responsible for the die off, it could have been the wholesalers fault, but you dont have to leave them in there all day when hundreds are dead.Otherwise, pretty good. Decent selection of fish and a good selection of aquarium supplies, hardware, accessories, etc.Great selection for everything else actually.

2022-05-22Its not the employees fault....but the habitats for a lot of the animals were just alllllll kinds of wrong. Im talking from proper heating lamps to the water bowl sizes and depths in their living quarters.its sad that a place really just doesnt seem to care about the animals, they just seem to care about making money.

2022-05-25Every time I buy crickets there, they die off super quick. they become like paralyzed and smell bad then they all die. But if I go to pet supplies plus, not one dies. I feed the crickets apples, carrots, romaine, and cricket food and they still die if I buy them from here. do NOT recommend!! dont waste your money like I have numerous times thinking I was doing something wrong. you can even see the layer of dead crickets in their enclosure.

2022-02-10Went there tonight looking for canned cat food and Greenes Dental treats for my three cats. This was my fourth stop of the evening. All of the other places were either totally out of cat food or had no choice. My cats are very lucky eaters. Walked in this very nice young lady named Nicole asked if she could help me. To my amazement they had a whole gondola shelf of the cat food that my cats love. And they were on sale. They have been getting their shipments in on time. Forget Giant Eagle, Walmart, Dollar Store, Marcs, and Sams Club. I am staying right here. As for The Friendly Pleasant Nicole she is An Asset to Pet Smart. I hope they appreciate her there because I sure do and I told her boss the same. Nicole Thank You!!

2022-04-10This petsmart has never disappointed me. They keep the shelves full, and often have new toys, furniture and accessories. I love seeing other customers pets. Today I seen 5 different dogs and a big fluffy cat lol. Best of all the customer service has been outstanding 99.99% of the time. :)
