Wonderful experience! Great employees! I highly recommend this location! I did an online pickup order for a 50 gallon aquarium and was sooo happy with my experience! I ended up with a 30% off a single item coupon after my purchase so when I showed up I showed it to the lady that was working with me and she was so kind and patient to help me use that discount on my aquarium and refund the original amount! The process saved me $40! I am so grateful! That wonderful woman also recommend the best was the do my refund so I would see my funds returned the fastest, and she was right about that as well! She really knew her stuff and was so nice! That same woman and another employee helped me load my giant tank into the back of my car across the seats, again very grateful for their help! Even after the order was complete and I was loaded, the two employees were on their way back into the store I continued to text someone before I drove away, next thing I knew the original wonderful woman I worked with was at my drivers window asking to take another look at my tank, she feared she saw something wrong! I happily jumped out of my car and we opened the back door to re-inspect the tank to find no issues, but that is above & beyond to take a second look at stop me before I left that she thought she saw an issue. I was wowed by my visit to this PetsMart! I dont visit the area often but will make this my go to PetsMart when I am able!

I have brought my dog to this (and other groomers) many times and never had any issues. In fact, we brought my dog here a couple weeks ago and the woman who groomed him said he was so well behaved that she gave him a free nail grind.Yesterday we brought in my dog and the woman there appeared to be very young and inexperienced, and also had a bit of an attitude.Apparently my dog nipped at her so that she was not adequately able to brush his teeth, but we were still charged full price. She also added that he is aggressive on his records, so I will no longer be able to bring him into PetSmart grooming salons. Again, Ive never had this issue in the past and am very disappointed in this groomer.I will not be going back to PetSmart and highly suggest that you utilize more experienced groomers.
Very nice and curtious. Pricey though but the vet center inside can do payment plans for pretty much anything for your animal. Tons of options inside store for every pet 🙂.
Staff is great and responsive, but lack of aquatic plants, most are dead and tanks need to be cleaned more. Otherwise a good place to shop for your other animal needs
I ate the dog food there once wasnt half bad and the treats sweet. P.s this is a joke halfway I didnt eat the treats but dog loves them and they have amazing customer service and I always feel good leaving.
This is an excellent PetSmart! The store is lit well and the selection is fantastic! I always check the clearance area - I have found some amazing deals there. I have to shop for dogs and cats and I appreciate how many options I have for food - not just brand but flavors and options in the food itself for what its supposed to do for your animal. The staff is good - they always offer to carry things to my car even though I dont need that service. They also help find homes for animals by working with local rescue groups - down with puppy mills!
I needed a dog kennel to put my dog in PetSmart delivered it right then and there before I could even blink my eye we call it her little house and she loves it thank you pet smart that was so smart of you

Aquarium and fish lover review.The staff there is quite friendly first and foremost.The store has an ample supply of aquarium set ups. Heaters pumps, and alot of different filters from small to large.The aquariums have gone up so much since i last went and purchased a fish about 3 months back. The water quality looks better, as well as the fish themselves look healthier and happier. No floaters, no fish gasping at the top as well as minimal algea cover.The problem I really have is Upper Management. I am highly dissapointed to see for being in such a high traffic area these systems have not been updated. That scratched plastic is the same from when i was maybe 10 years old. And that was early 2000s. Every other store around you has updated and looks 10 times better. As well as I have shopped the other surrounding area petsmart and this one is seriously behind on an update..
I went in for a few things for my new puppy I had just got. He had a accident in his crate and I went to the groomers and asked for a little help cleaning him up and they refused said Id have to make a appt to be groomed and have his paperwork. All I wanted was a quick help cleaning him up. I didnt want the full service.They were very rude about it as well. Will not be back ever!
The tags they have are great quality. With many different styles to choose from very customizable. The store offers a great variety of different treats and foods and beds and pretty much anything you can think of for a dog. They also have fish stuff and aquarium tanks. They also sell crickets if you need to get some. I sell some reptiles. I do not recommend going to the groomers there they are not friendly but rating the store it is fantastic. They also offer pet training inside the store which is a great thing to have if youre having difficulty with your pet. They match certain places on pricing so be on the lookout for better pricing. Also they have online ordering and you just go and pick it up which is very nice if youre in a rush . They also have dog poop bags outside their store in case your dog goes outside.
Its hit or miss with service here. Some days its awesome! Others, its as if youre a zombie and no one wants near you hiding behind merchandise or a register.Crickets are always low too. Mondays are their short days meaning, youre lucky if they have any after 4pm.We also purchased a bearded dragon for our son from here that has dwarfism from too much breeding. Poor dudes jaw doesnt sit right and hes maybe as long as my forearm at a year and a half old. While the other beardie we purchased the same day from the same container for our other son is twice his size.Overall, its not terrible but the over breeding could stop for sure. Its just sad. Luckily, he has a home with us.
Brought my 4 month old puppy to socialize and to get a new harness and the staff there fawned all over her. So I could go clean up where she piddled as I was putting her in a cart (and not have to worry about her trying to jump out of the cart and getting hurt while I did), one their employees babysat her a few minutes. I really appreciated that. That is great customer service.

They have about everything that you can think of for your pet. And medical plans that wont bankrupt you when youre animal gets sick.
Purchased our guinea pig from here! It was our first small pet and the employer that helped us was very informative and even gave us a discount to match another pet store! We now some here for all our Guinea pig needs!
We were there to find kitten milk. It was hard to find and ridiculously expensive. We found help though. It was an ok experience.
My dog Mishka is always very well taken care of. I trust he will live a long healthy life with the help of Banfield pet hospital located inside of the store.

We bought a nice looking corn snake for my sister-in-law but I fortunately it die about 10 hours later. I was able to use the 2 week guarantee with no questions asked and pick up another one for her. 5 stars is for how easy it was to return the snake and grab another one.
Aside from rarely and I do mean RARELY having anything in stock in the aquatics and reptiles department, this location has also employed people who know very little factual knowledge about proper care and husbandry of the animals that they are selling (just look at the Veiled Chameleon setups for starters) and will literally tell you that YOU are incorrect about information they couldn’t possibly be more wrong about, one employee in particular, a girl with curly brown hair who works in aquatics, shouldn’t even be trusted to bag up fish let alone give any type of pet care advice. Speaking of the fish, maybe try cleaning out some of the dead floaters once in awhile eh? I urge anyone considering purchasing a pet at any PetsMart location to heavily reconsider….don’t waste your money on sick animals that they’re knowingly selling to the public so that they can die on your watch, on your dime, and in your home instead of their store.
The store itself is nice with a huge variety of goods. If you’re only shopping for supplies, this is a 5 star location. The grooming department needs work and is why I’m rating 3/5. I’ve had my pet there 4 times; 3 of those visits were cancelled and rescheduled. I made this last appointment 2 months ago, and the day before, cancelled. They didn’t even offer to call if there was an unexpected opening. To quote Darth Vader, “You have failed me for the last time.”
Great store, but be wary of curb-side pickup if using the app. I recently spent over 30 minutes waiting for my order to be brought out because I checked in with the app that apparently doesnt work. I finally had to call the store and speak with an associate. Thankfully, the associate was friendly and was able to help.
We bought a cute unicorn cat house. Looked around and found many things we could use, to include a wooden stand alone gate for the top of the stairs. We could have bought cheaper but looking and touching was the right way to buy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cashier was the best, explaining the item, the price and how we could save $ with a tag card. We will go back. Sometimes cheaper is not the best way. Take a look you will be very satisfied.
No friskies at pet smart either! But a employee was kind enough to explain it is a manufacturer problem and apologized. When are lives ever been normal again!

We adopted an adorable rescue dog at this PetSmart today! The people we adopted sweet little Blueberry from- Luv4K9s- were so nice, & answered all of our questions. Great experience! Were so happy & proud to be Blues new Daddy & Mommy!!!😊❤🐶
Great selection of pet supplies. Groomers on site and dog training available. However, prices are exceptionally high and store is grossly understaffed. They DO NOT offer any discount for Police, Fire or Military which I find to be in pretty poor taste considering the prices they charge..
It was great. Loved the staff, everyone is very polite. They had a high variety of food items. I just wish that they had more of a selection when it came too carriers. The one I have is great though and it wasnt an arm and a leg to buy. Over all experience was nice though.
Petsmart seems to always be a cheerful place. Maybe it is just me, but I just really enjoy looking at all the reptiles and fish. All the tanks are always clean and the inhabitants all look well fed. Im sure I will end up with another pet soon.

I would give no stars if I could. I went in looking to adopt a kitten because I have been looking for a one and a friend told me that she went in and walked out with 2 kittens the same day. So that was my thought when I drive over an hour to their store. I was made to fill out an application which is fine. I was told by two different staff memebers that they would get back with me same day. So I stayed in town and went back 2 hours later. I was then told that it would be at least 24 hours and that my application was being looked over. They would give me a call the next day. Okay. So the next day I called that store to check the status of my application, because I had yet to hear anything. This is when I am told that there is no way for them to know the status of my application and that the humane society I applied through would contact me. Yet again being told something completely different than before. I don’t understand how this company can want these animals to go to good loving homes and then make it more than difficult for their customers. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but I fell in love with this little kitten and went out and bought the stuff to have a home ready for her, and now I am completely left in the dark as to where to even go from here. Very disappointing.

To be honest when I walked in the store I was not created nor smile. Or anything I walked around the aquarium section the reptile section and the bird and guinea pig section and no one was helping me a manager and 5 to 3 people passed by me looked at me and did not say anything or help me. As I was walking in one of the aisles a lady greeted someone that had a dog and helped her out for dog toys then two other people but not have a dog did not say anything or greeted them I have been to a lot of PetSmart and theyre always the same they never help they never care about the customers they only care about if the dog is getting groomed or getting expensive dog food for what I can tell for my experiences I wish they would fix the customer service.Published 3.18.21

A good place to get your pet supplies
I had trouble locating the product the signs above the aisles were inaccurate and somewhat confusing the way they were worded. When I finally located the product I went to purchase I realized it cost 3x more in the store than the price online. I was so disappointed with PetSmart I ordered my product from chewy.com and I dont think I will use their website or visit the store again for anything.
Do not waste your time! I had an appointment today at 2 with Lindsey they called and said I could come 1230 when I got there they said they needed paperwork which they never mentioned in the 20 texts that were sent to me or when I was called or called them they would not let me come back with the paperwork at my original appointment time at 2 and were completely unprofessional! Don’t waste your money or your time when there are way more professional places for cheaper
Its a nice place to buy you pet food. It is a little high priced but, I guess that is what you can expect nowadays. The people are nice that work there too.
We come here to buy fish, sometime we have to wait for assistants a long time. Seems like theyre understaffed
The employees are not very knowledgeable about reptile supplies.. they dont take care of their feeder insects properly.. also the live reptile cages could use a good cleaning.. if youre going to sell reptile supplies and reptiles you should maybe have somebody with knowledge working there.. every other departments awesome though
Friendly and helpful staff. We bought some very expensive prescription dry cat food and our cat did not like it. Even after it being torn open and some of it gone from our other cats that didnt need the special food, they let us return it. They also price match and do not complain.
Pet smart supplies a very large selection of animal supplies. From reptiles to dogs they have everything. I shop here for all my pets needs. The staff here was very friendly and I was asked if I needed help looking for something multiple times. The floors were very clean unlike others were people dont pick up their pets waste. 10/10 😊
Found an employee stocking who was able to show me where the items I was looking for, and he checked back stock for me as none was on the floor. He was very friendly and helpful. Would go back to this store.
Disappointed about adoption center. I like one kitten in online. I call pet smart and employee say that they have this kitten. I asked them to hold for me this kitten. I spent 2 hours driving. When I came somebody adapt this kitten already. I think it’s not nice to do like that.

Visited to get some gifts for the two year old four legged family member. Had no trouble finding things, the trouble was choosing what things to get and that was a pleasurable process. The staff was friendly and helpful I recommend visiting if you need some thing for your pet(s)
I went to PetSmart to get medication for a small cut on my dogs paw. Very helpful staff answered my questions and then she referred me to the vet clinic on site when my questions became to medical. The clinic staff was helpful as well. Telling me exactly what to get.They also had some really nice looking kittens looking for a home.
Worst PetSmart I have ever been in. The staff was unhelpful, unfriendly, and not knowledgeable. Came to pick up our kitten as planned the day before with their staff. All the kittens were gone. They sold our cat out from under us without even a phone call. I took off of work early and drove almost 2 hours to pick up OUR cat. The staff was unapologetic and could not care less. He then gave us wrong directions to another pet store that was also closed for Covid-19.
My go to place for pet food and supplies. They have a great selection of products. They also offer a price match, matching the lowest prices of any other store or website, including their own, although depending on the employee checking you out, you may be nit-picked to get it.
It was hard to find some of the sale items, but we went at the end of the weekend. All in all, we got everything we were hoping to get, so pretty good. We bought a fish, tank, rocks, plants and some other aquarium needs.
This is the best place to find dog food
As a well known food connoisseur, this place went way past my expectations and way past the scale of excellence. The raw goldfish sushi appetizer was extremely fresh and tasty.I would also like to point out the entrees, such as fresh cat with fish food topping (amazing) and the snake pasta served in a fresh crunchy tortoise shell. The only thing that disappointed me, was the awful service. As I was enjoying my nutritious meals, the employees were constantly trying to stop me. But over all it was a brilliant combination of dishes I had the privilege to try!
This store isnt anything like it used to be. Once upon a time it was well stocked and you could do d any and everything now its not so. I hope they go back to having this store well stocked.
I have been to Petsmart multiple times in the past few days, with various difficulties and exchanges, and the staff there could not have been kinder. They were completely welcoming and gave me good advice, and i really appreciated it. What could have been an unpleasant experience was great; I will probably never go anywhere else.
I like this place, and its great when you need something specific or RIGHT NOW. But the prices are way too high. The same 40 gallon Tetra air pump that Petsmart sells for $30 is $10.19 on Amazon. And I really dont like buying from Amazon.
Knowledgeable employees that are quick to help you. They offer pet training classes there as well as grooming services. They also hold adoptions for cats and dogs every now and then. Some things are a little overpriced but its very convenient to be able to go in there and find all your pets needs.
Not much options for animals. Been here twice in and they dont seem to keep the reptiles stocked up and their fish selection isnt very good either. They either have 1-2 cats if any at all. If your wanting variety then this isnt the store for you. Hey at least the pet supplies are always available.

Worker was very rude told us you know we close in 8 minutes looking at her watch when we were on our way to the register to pay. Very expensive I have found the same products on amazon 60% cheaper. We have also taken our dog to have her hair done and the cut was very bad and overpriced. Do not shop here you can never get help and workers are rude.
We get our standard poodle groomed here. Decently priced. He loves the staff and they are great to him.
A very nice PetSmart location. They have some cute cats up for adoption, and offer other small animals. There is a training area for dog school and also a veterinarian office attached. The prices can be a little high, but they do carry products with better ingredients than most stores. I always feel guilty for not donating to whatever charity they are pushing at the checkout register, but they take Google Pay so it makes up for it. I also wish I could take all those kitties home with me.
We got 2 different cats @ 2 different days . The 2nd one we got ended up being sick & already have vet bills for a cat that was said to be fine & checked out. Looking at her history that was given to us she was checked & noted to have ear mites & upper respiratory infection. But obviously was not taken care of before being put up for sale. That was disappointing to find out. But shes getting better now. She came from Dayton mall petsmart
Easy pet store to find everything you need!
Stood in specialty for 20 mins tonight waiting to get crickets, and never once did an associate come to the area. Sure did have 4 people on registers though that kept staring over at me but never came to help. Eventually I just left because I was in a hurry and couldnt wait another 20 minutes. Its fine though, I took my business over to petland where I was helped immediately
Had the dog groomed here for the first time, and they said on phone would be a cheaper price than what they quoted or charged. 75 bucks and they didnt cut her hair right AND it took like 4 or more hours to do it, and she wasnt polite when interacting with us . Never again.
So I booked a bath for my German Shepard. I leave him and go about my business. His appointment was at 10:00 am. I get a call about 11:30 saying he had ripped a nail off from one of the grates. But they are going to have the vet look at it. It is now 1:40 and noonehas looked at him. I brought my golden retriever to get groomed also, so the ONLY reason i am not flipping outoout onton themithem because they still have my dogs . But yes as time tics on Im getting madder the minute! I will never EVER bring any of my pets to this store!

I had an emergency today. The pump on my 180 gallon aquarium went out and leaked all over my living room. So I had a mess to clean up and had to get a new pump. The place I normally get my aquarium parts from was closed so I made the decision to good to PetSmart. They only had one canister filter that I could use and it was almost $300 so we looked online and found the same one for $245 and they matched the price and gave me an extra 10% off. Thanks guys! Great experience today.
This is our goto pet store. We buy dog food and crickets for our fire belly toads there. Prices are reasonable, selection is good. Our son loves checking out the birds, fish, and other critters. We bring our dog and she loves sniffing about and picking a new toy.
PetSmart has a great selection of products from treats to food to toys and leashes. They have just about anything you need for your family pet.
I was out of town visiting family and my dog was sprayed by a skunk. The ladies at this store were more than willing to squeeze her into their busy schedule and had her cleaned up and stink free within hour and half. Very friendly staff and service
The vets dont stay long, but service is good. They have both drop off appointments and in room appointments. FYI, All animals have the same waiting room. And the staff is nice and skilled
I got my forever friend from this petsmart. My cat Leo, had a plethora of health issues after bringing him home. Only to figure out that this particular adoption agency sends the petsmart ill cats and passes them off as healthy. So I would be wary of adopting from here. The store overall is great, friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent grooming experience everytime. However when we began taking shaggy in 2010 the cost was $42.00 plus tip $8.00=$50. However prices have went up exceedingly beyond normal market increases and are over charging for the same comparable groomer/ Pet stores in that area. Shaggy 7 weeks ago i pd $58.00 plus tip for those same exact services that just a few years ago was $50.00. and now this past Thursday Shaggy went in for the same service with the same groomer! it had went up again! it was $67.00 plus when rates go up you have to match the percentage tipping to the current price! So a $12.00 tip equaling $79.00 for the same thing that just just a short 8 years ago was total $50.00. 8 years later the same service is $29.00 hirer! i just dont think that its right on any level. Decided tonight to find another Groomer for him!
Very clean facility but the groomers need to pay more attention to client files. Tried to force my 160-pound senior dog to climb onto a steel table, but hes recovering from torn knee ligaments... Luckily hes a gentle giant and simply refused! Check the notes, ijs...
5 stars to Claudia who helped us pick a parakeet and gave us great tips!!!! I felt confident with her and will look for her in the future if I need any help. Great gal!!! I use the salon for my dog about twice a year. Love the results, but its pricy for me. Best tag engraver I have ever used. The store brand dog food (Authority) is impressive. I love that they host rescue dog adoptions too. This is the only location we shop. Again, hats of to Claudia! :)

Good place to adopt. We recently adopted a kitten here and it was a very easy process. They carry all the basic pet supplies and food. Specifically, they have all the popular cat food brands and have a good selection of toys and accessories. I wish they carried some of the harder to find food brands such as BFF/Weruva or Earthbound but its still a solid place for the majority of your pet needs.

Went in today to get dog food...totally clueless untill the Dog Whisper Kellie came to my rescue. Not only did he teach me about the food I even got amazing training tips for the crate, walking, and even grooming. This is the BEST place to come and I will be definitely be skipping the Petsmart and come here for all of my future purchases.
Incredible. I went in for dog food for my dog sam. I was looking for a 15 lb bag of wellness brand food and was a little bummed when I couldnt locate it. A customer service rep was walking past me and politely asked if I needed assistance. I asked about the 15 lb bag and he stated he believed they were out but he would certainly check. When he came back and told me they were out I mustve had a look on face.See, the thing here is. I separated the USAF, went to fire and emt school and just landed my first department. However, money was tight and the 15lb bag was all I could budget. He didnt miss a beat, he price matched the big bag at the 15lb bag price and escorted me up to the register. This was incredibly nice of him, Sam is my rock. Through ten years of the USAF and deployments shes always been there to love me. And she will eat before I do for that cause.Thank you Brian, from an eternally grateful customer.

Very disappointed in the grooming salon. Our puppy has been there before for a nail trim which was ok. Not overly impressed because we had asked for grinding but the young lady said she didn’t like it so they just did a trim (pretty jagged and a job that I could’ve done after watching a YouTube tutorial). No big deal. We went on a Saturday for another nail trim, were told there was a dog finishing up and they would call us over the loud speaker in 10 minutes. After walking around for 25 minutes, we walked back and saw a whole new set of dogs on the grooming tables. No one called us or even apologized. Again, no big deal. We scheduled an appointment for the next day so she could also get a bath. We were asked about her vaccinations and told it was fine that she didn’t have her rabies shot because she wasn’t 16 weeks. Once we got there the next day, we were told they couldn’t give her a bath because she was 16 weeks that day without the rabies vaccine. Common sense should have told the girl that scheduled us that the dog would be 16 weeks the next day but because the computer didn’t prompt her, it was scheduled. I understand they don’t set the policies, but what is the difference between clipping nails and bathing a dog with or without a rabies shot? They were just very matter-of-fact and unapologetic for their mistake. I think we’ll be going to an actual groomer next time especially after hearing a ton of horror stories about PetSmart’s ability to hire competent “groomers”.

I got my dog Aldo bathed, brushed, and his nails trimmed. Caitlyn did a great job. Keep in mind if you want to tip you need to bring cash. I forgot. I will double next time!
Nice pet smart.. but pretty generic I mean all pet smarts are more or less the same, the staff seemed to like my dog even though he peed on the floor (not his best moment... AND yes I cleaned it up.) Over all this was indeed a petsmart
Clean store. Clearly marked prices. Floors have markers for social distancing and direction of customer traffic while shopping. Employees wear face masks.
Greatly appreciated the help of watching my dogs and cat so I could bring my vehicle to curbside. And also appreciated the person who showed my boxers a lot of love when getting their nails clipped. He helped them lose their anxiety during their visit. Thank you!

This comment is for grooming service. Been here twice, both times they have tried to upsell me on expensive add-ons for things like shampoo and conditioner ($25 extra!). Both visits my dog has also come home ill with vomiting and diarrhea. There are plenty of family owned groomers in this area that are knowledgeable and provide great service for much lower prices. No need to pad the profits of this big box by utilizing their overpriced services.

Stopped in around noon with my 2 yr old to ask about purchasing a pet. We had several employees walk by no one offered any assistance. I finally ask the cashier (who was daydreaming with her arms crossed) if someone could help but after waiting several minutes, no one showed. So I went back to the cashier and she told me the employee must be helping someone else (must have been the only other person that walked into the store.) Either way, l guess they only have one person working that helps people so don’t go at their slow time...unless your the only one in the store.
I appreciative this store for saving the last 125 gallon fish tank they had. Im sure if I hadnt called it would have sold. Everyone was so helpful. Thanks for all your help petsmart.
I had a return with the receipt. Lines were very long. It was a manager at the register. She was so rude I will never go back to petsmart. She ask for my rewards card. I didnt use one when I purchased it she snapped back at me 99% of are customers do. She very rudely said it was on a masteecard youll need it. I nicely said yes I have it. She asked to see it before starting the transaction. The entire time making me feel like I was wrong to return an item. It was only $8...why so rude? And a manger to boot! Dont shop in Beavercreek unless you want to be treated badly. Go to Pet Supplies Plus they are wonderful!
The workers know their stuff. I have had many questions about my bearded dragons and they have given solid advice. The only downfall is that they run out of crickets pretty much every Monday. But they get a new shipment on tuesdays
A very nice mix of products. The in house pet hospital and groomers make for great convenience. The pet hotel in some stores is top notch although not all locations have them it seems.
Its not just because my dog loved the place, I thought the people working there were great (with me) and my dog. Most satisfying was the spotless dog wash, which RED enjoyed for the first time, right up until the dryer came on. Towels so clean a person could bathe with them..., wear the apron or go home wet. Super selection of collars and leashes, and a personal assistant one of those CUSTOMER SERVICE people working there, to make the first big adjustment on the collar. To adorn my lovely female, a personal ID Tag, and yet another personal assistant with the tag printer. Red will definitely be back for more showers. Certainly not your average Pet Store. 3 shampoos and a conditioner ! She sparkles now... like a 70 pound fur coat.
Decent selection, but it did seem more limited than before, or perhaps they were just out of a lot of things.
I enjoy going here to get food, etc. for my cats. A lot cheaper than Chewy (although you pay extra for the convenience) & its local

Overall a great place to buy pet supplies they are pet friendly so you can bring your dog but it is not the best place to find pets if youre looking for a pet they have a very limited selection of animals for sale

I wanted to cry after picking up my dog from the groomers. We wont be back, they dont like to cut just shave. Now my dog looks like a pig. I feel horrible and plus 3 hours... why?! He isnt the same and seems very scared.

I love this place so much!! I have not been since November and that was way to long for me. I am going tomorrow to get a guniea pig. I have bought a hamster and so many fish from here. There is one problem here because some of the parrot fish here has black ich and it can be early curred and my parrot fish had the parrosiot and now it is gone.
This store never has ghost shrimp or Ottos. I have been trying to get them for six months. I even suggested they order more since they always run out the day they get them. They told me I just need to come in sooner......... Very poor attitude and attention to customers. I cant be the only person with this issue.
Employees are always helpful and pleasant. Plenty of food and play options for your animals. Prices are reasonable. Plus, you can you take your animals to shop with you.

Sell fish, small birds and animals, cages, aquarium and aquatic center. Went to get a small cat snuggly to carry a pet with who was ill and they only had one available, not very satisfactory. Check out staff was a bit rude.
Very upsetting experience. No one around and able to help customers, and when at the register I asked for help only to be told that no one was available. I will not return to this location, the petsmart in Springfield is 1000x better than this location.
Went in for a grooming and nail grinding for my six month old Morkie. Our little guy was there for four hours. When the groomer called to have us pick him up, she let us know that he was getting moody by the end and that she had some problems with around his face and his nails. Upon getting him home we noticed it was much more than that. Hair cut is completely uneven, random long pieces of hair all over, tear stains still there, and thats not even mentioning the issues the groomer forwarned is about with his face. I would not recommend taking your small breed here and I do no plan on returning.
I love going here for all my dog food needs, its also nice seeing the animals while there. My dog is super picky about her food so its nice to have a big selection. 😊🐕
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!I have a 4.5 year old cocker spaniel, who is the sweetest dog ever, but like any cocker she is a bit timid, especially around new people so she requires a few minutes and a gentle approach to get acquainted with them. This groomer at the Beavercreek location, not sure where she got her training, but she just came at my dog and started manhandling her, completely ignoring the fact she was completely scared of her. She approached her from the top, which you NEVER do with a small dog, especially if scared... my dog nipped her as she grabbed her ear; and I mean grabbed! The groomer immediately got this smug look on her face saying she was refusing us service and that my dog is dangerous.So... here goes... I left the store and I was quite upset. I have been taking my cocker to Petsmart groomers since she was 6 weeks old. NEVER had not a single problem. NONE!!! All her groomers (multiple locations within Ohio and California) knew immediately how to approach her and she completely cooperated with everything they needed her to do for them. I booked my dog an appointment in the Centerville location just hours later and when we arrived, it was exactly the same! My dog took to the groomer just great! The groomer approached her correctly and she willingly followed her to the back. She also did a wonderful job grooming her. I think I will drive the extra 14 miles for a good groomer rather than go to this location here where the groomers obviously lack training and the store smells something awful too... I most definitely will NOT be returning here for any reason.
I had a very good experience. I had to speak with one of the employees to find what I was looking for and she helped me very quickly. I found all the items I needed to make my four-legged friends very happy!
Great prices. Convenient that they are right next to the vet and groomer. Staff is always friendly here and most actually know about their products and are very knowledgeable is their merchandise.
Love this store, they carry my buddys dog food thats hard to find elsewhere. Only had one bad experience with the pet groomers. Petsmart made it right with me, I have been a returning customer ever since.
Asked for assistance to get a few minnows out for my turtle and it took so long that we had time to look at almost all the other tanks and noticed that many of the fish in the other tanks were either not active at all or dead. The feeder goldfish had at least 30 dead fish in the tank. We ended up not buying any fish so as not to risk buying sick fish that made my turtle sick. There was only one employee that was out at the register and all the others were back in am office or somewhere. It wasnt like the store was deserted either, it was fairly busy.
Went adopt a cat . Was luck to fine a wonderful cat that has a home . They have some beautiful kittens that need Good homes.
Grooming salon did a very poor job on my springer. His fur is completely uneven and they left several long patches. It took four hours and he looks like they cut his hair with a weed wacker. Definitely wont be going back.
Our guinea pigs were sold to us with upper respiratory infections, which can be fatal for them. So far, they are responding to treatment and seem to be on the mend. Completely awful situation to put a new pet owner in and I just feel bad for the animals. I will never return.

We brought our dog, Gracie, into the groomers at Petsmart for the first time this morning. She was sprayed by a skunk, and I called and learned they do de-skunking. We were thrilled. What a blessing. Alex, her stylist took such great care of her. Gracie looks wonderful and smells great now too! We learned for one, Petsmart groomers are a lifesaver when youre in a stinky situation, but also how convenient and economically priced they are. They booked another visit before we left. I wish wed have done it sooner.
Clean and organized store. Check out line wasnt that bad either. Cashier was courteous and efficient.
They got my cat in immediately and when it was all said and done it actually was way less expensive than originally expected. The cat felt a lot better and so did my bank account!
Took our Yorkie, Angel, there to be groomed with Kaleen. Angel is 8 months old and her puppy coat was all matted and musty from 2 weeks spent in her training crate with a cone collar after her spaying surgery. Vet said no running around for 2 weeks, and for a Yorkie, that’s the only way. Kaleen shaved her her, bathed her, brushed her teeth, cleaned her ears, trimmed her nails, and Angel is clean and never looked better. Kaleen did an awesome job!
I come to PetSmart mostly for their grooming services. A job well done, as usual. The staff is friendly and provide excellent services. Thank you, Lindsey.
Extremely helpful staff. Very clean and of course pet friendly. My dogs always enjoy shopping. All I have to say is PetSmart and they are at the door ready to do.
This is my go to for pet food and most services. The employees are always very helpful and pleasant. The store manager is very kind and helpful.
Have most of what I want a little pricey like most pet stores in town... I go to tractor supply the same food and toys are cheaper... My dog food was 3 dollars cheaper 15 lb bag and my kong frisbee was $5 less

Adopted a beautiful white kitten today. Staff was very helpful. He is so cute and in great health. Recommend PetSmart to adopt a cat or kitten.

DO NOT take your dog here to be groomed. I am not sure what happened to my Maltese during her grooming appointment, but when she got home she couldnt walk without falling down. She had sustained a back/leg injury while at PetSmart and I was not notified whatsoever. She also stopped eating after her PetSmart visit. Im not sure if she was abused or if they allowed her to jump from a grooming table. I had to take her to an emergency vet clinic immediately, which ended up costing around $300. Please do not risk your pets health by taking it here.
I LOVE this place. They care about their customers, but more importantly they do all they can for the animals under their charge, including the rescue cats who seek adoptees as well as those who they serve outside of the store.

This Petsmart is great all around. The best part is definitley their grooming salon! Ive dealt with a few of the local Petsmarts grooming, and Beavercreeks is the best by far. Their cat groomer Darlene is INCREDIBLE. She did a fantastic job grooming my two Persians and is just such a nice and genuine person. My cats were both happy and content when I picked them up - and that was after they had a complete lion cut, bath, etc. If you have a cat that needs grooming, definitely come here!

Been given the shaft when I wanted to purchase a hamster. Nobody would wait on me. I asked 4 times for help and waited 20 minutes. Walked out without a hamster. Dont shop there a whole lot if I can help it.

This is the cleanest place that I go to for food for my snake. Im always very pleased with this store.
Good selection of pretty much everything animal related. Dog training class in middle of store was kind of shrieky; trainers voice, not the dogs barking.

2022-01-16Worst groomers ever. Just got my dog back and her right eye was swollen shut. They offered no explanation. They were of no help. Had to make emergency vet visit at night. Do not take your dog there.

2021-12-20Constantly discouraging. About a year into this happening at 8-9 stores that I visit. Frantically trying to stock up. Just don’t offer these deals if you can’t keep anything in stock. People battle with anxieties for covid to come to multiple stores and you don’t often have any stock to offer. I’ll keep my money with Chewie, This company is on its way to being no longer needed.

2022-06-02We live in Huber Heights, but drive to this one and tonight was an example of why.The help we received from a young man (somewhat curly hair, glasses) was excellent. We are working on establishing a home aquarium and had trouble with fish dying. We brought water in to be tested. He explained each tab color reading to us, and answered every question with genuine concern for our issues and the well-being of our fish and little African dwarf frogs. He recommended a particular product for our needs. The young lady cashier was very sweet and helpful as well. The store was clean, well-lit (the Huber location was dirty, cluttered, and no lights on over all of the fish containers, and several were empty, as well as several others had dead fish. No help. We left quickly.) So, we actually were quite surprised at the quality of service we received, as it isnt very common anymore. Great team!! This will be our go-to store for our pet needs.

Everything was pretty much stocked and neatly organized for the most part when I visited, but this was well after most peoples 1st-of-the-month paydate.

2022-04-10The staff are friendly and helpful, but like many places they are under staffed. The building is clean, but there are a lot of holes in their inventory on the shelves and the website inventory is not accurate so you can’t rely on it.The adoption center closes early and you can’t even go in the room to pet the kitties because they put a barricade in front of the door.Definitely not the 5star Petsmart that I’m used to, but they are doing their best in the new Normal.

2022-04-18Theres a ton of pets in this place. But just to be honest Im not sure very many of them were actually very smart. Id go as far as saying most the hamsters looked pretty dumb actually the snakes did look very cunning so Ill hand that to them. Many of the fish were far too dead to be smart. There were a lot of dead fish. Like a lot. I wonder if you can get the dead ones for free.
