Five stars for the friendliness of the staff. This is a brand new store just opening, i qualified for a free bag of food which is wonderful. Only reason they got four stars is because they did not have all of the cat food items I was looking for but I know that there are supply issues everywhere. The store is well organized clean and the staff is great. Ill definitely come back here again

So nice to have a locally owned Pet Supplies in my local area. Very convenient to take care of our Pets need. I wish the owners well and hope they have great success here.They Rescue Cats at the front of the store all need homes. Stop in! The Cats need some loving.
This is our local pet store and we love it. They know my doggo by name, and seem as excited to see her as she is to see them. They have stuff for the doggo, the kitty, and our three little (guinea) pigs. We always leave with good food and treats, as well as new toys for all. We also use the grooming service. It is very affordable with good service and very friendly.

In the past I always ordered my pet needs from Chewy but no more. Pet Supplies Plus is my one and only place to shop. I placed an order on the Twinsburg, Ohio location at 3:15pm and by 6pm the order was delivered. What I love is their order minimum for free shipping is less than Chewy. I was able to use a coupon. My shipping instructions were followed perfectly and quick a good d accurate delivery. AND A THANK YOU NOTE!Thank you Pet Supplies Plus. YOU exemplify customer service!!

2021-12-09The staff is extremely friendly! I love taking my dogs to get any grooming services done here! (One of my dogs that I rescued has really bad anxiety so it takes quite a bit of patience) Emily is awesome! Thank you! :)

2022-05-30My dog enjoyed being almost the only dog there during her appointment. When 20 other dogs are playfully loose on the floor of the shop (at other groomers) she became very anxious and uncomfortable. This salon was perfect for my dog. Her haircut and bath were perfect. Very pleased.

2021-04-02We mostly shop at the Streetsboro Pet Supplies Plus store. We find theiremployees to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have a lot ofcritters at our home and our orders need special attention and they are always willing to give us the time and thoroughness to get it done and get it right.

2022-02-11Could not find wet food for my senior cats and the staff got down on their hands and knees and were able to obtain all their stock on the back of their shelves for me.I was so grateful since our cats are on special diets.Thanks so much

2022-03-04I was able to find some of the wet cat food flavors that I had been looking for which is extremely challenging these days due to the manufacturer shortages. While I wasnt able to find all of the flavors I needed, I still considered it a great shopping trip!

2021-05-31This is not your average Pet Supplies Plus... The guy that owns it, also owns those ridiculously high-end and expensive pet food stores. Put them together, voila! Youve got the corporate backbone of one of the largest pet store chains with the finesse of a real professional. Immediately when you walk in the door The first thing you notice is that the store is beautiful. Nothing is out of place, everything from the floors to the washing stations would not be out of place in a upscale home. We went there for the dog washing stations that Pet supplies Plus is known to have. Instead of those annoying tokens like youre washing your car, you pay per pet and take as long as you like. Wash your pet two or three times if you want, you paid for it. The staff is polite, sincere, and best of all not pushy. Its tough to compete with PetSmart which is the equivalent to a big box retailer... I think theyre actually classified as one, this particular store gives you just the right amount of everything that will keep you coming back. Give them a chance, youll be glad you did.

2021-10-22The employees are always courteous and friendly here. I recently tried out the online order with curbside pick-up. The employee who brought my items to my car was also very nice! One of the items was a 31 lb bag of dog food. She had no problem dealing with it!

Great selection of K9 products, priced right, AND SUPERB customer service!At the Twinsburg Pet Supplies Plus Store--uncommonly great service is a common virtue there! Jill--the owner--and Scott, Store Mgr/Honcho--are SUPERB! They have helped our three Beagles through thick and thin!Plus--they generously support the Cleveland no-kill dog rescue group, CANINE LIFE-LINE! What great people and what a great store. They deserve your business.
