Love this Parma store! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Recently Becca took the time to talk to me about my Redford purchase for my 2 English Mastiffs. She was very patient and explained things to me that I didnt know. Thank you!!!

I went in today to stock up on Pro Plan dry and can cat food. They had almost all of the flavors I wanted. They didnt have Sole & vegetables Entree in gravy. They had catnip temptations which my cats love. Also, I picked up some breeze pellets and pads for my multi cat family.Thank you for having everything I need today. Everyone is very nice and the store is very clean and organized.

I love going to this PSP because of the selection and friendliness of the staff. Also, I love how they allow animal groups to try to get pets adopted. The day I went there they had a cat/kitten event and it was awesome.

Brought my 5 1/2 month puppy in for nails but ended up getting her bathed. We noticed she was getting itchy and red spots all over. We woke up to her covered in large hives. I called them asking what they used because her vet wanted to know. Now I think they did a great on her dont get me wrong but not even a sorry that happened and I asked if they had something for dogs with allergies to the soap used and was not helpful one bit. So a $50 bath and nails turned into a $170 emergency vet visit with 2 shots and a take home med.
My go to for most pet needs. They have a good selection of feeders for reptiles (feeder rats up to large size) and arachnids. All animals looks healthy and happy. Customer service is good too.

I have been coming to this store for the last couple of years with my son, who loves this place, and all of the pets. We have bought quite a lot of supplies over the years. Tonight when We stopped by, the young lady who said that she was the mew manager out of the blue started yelling at me and said that she would call the police if I didn’t put a mask on. By the way this was after I have already left the store on my own!!😡😡Update: what a sorry excuse for a pet-store in comparison to Agnoquatics just down the street at 7916 Broadview! At this place the owners are wonderful, and knowledgeable, they actually want you to come in and shop there! Even if you don’t buy anything, they love to answer all your questions on fish!

If you are looking for a thermometer for your fish tank, they seem to be the ones who have it. Pet Smart in Parma only has like 2 kinds. Never have any issues and they normally have what I need.
What an amazing place. I shop here for all my dogs supplies and it’s just just a pleasant experience every time. I really value great customer service and the staff here knocks it out of the park. Also, they’re grooming staff is amazing as well.
If youre a canine parent this is your store. Myself, Im a feline momma. This location does not offer a wide selection of extras for kitties. Plenty of food and litter choices. Just not my favorite location. Plus 4 employees on the sales floor only 1 register open. With a cashier and a girl asking everyone if they want her to walk you to your car. Would of rather not wait in line for 30 mins and had her open a check out line instead of bagging but it was a convenience issue and I was already there Im patient. Upper management may want to reevaluate their weekend mangers. One managers to another.

The absolute worst! I bought a chameleon. that was CLEARLY sick when i bought him. i had one manager tell me he eats worms.. just to come back the next day and someone else say oh no he eats crickets i told them his one eye was closed (literally the next day) and they said oh we didnt noticed. he was vitamin deficiency. i got him all the vitamins he needed. they told me they hardly drink water... well mine did. actually he loved his dripper. my little Grogu passed away this morning... and i am heartbroken. never again will i shop at of these stores!!!!
I have been doing the curbside option this year. They have always been very accommodating. The communication is great. They bring the order out quickly and always wear a mask.
Like the store. Has everything I need. The only thing that drives me nuts is that I have to bring them a receipt from the grocery store next door in order to get milk bones for the same price. Not anymore, I just go next door to buy the few items I needI save 5 bucks by doing that and dont need a receipt to prove the price. Everything else is great though I did notice a 2.00 price increase on my dogs dry dog food. Have to start shopping around for a better price. I still like the store and employees are great. Just have to watch for deals when I can. They have a nice selection so I guess Im still shopping there for other items and sales
I have been to quite a few Pet Supplies Plus but this was my first time in this store and I can honestly say this was the best experience ive had with the employees and managers. A manager saw me looking at the parakeets and I said I have a dumb question his response was no question is a dumb question, you can ask me anything I asked if it was okay if I held one of their Albino Parakeets before I made a decision to buy her. He did say that they were not tame but he did allow me to hold her. She was fantastic. Perfect little sweet heart. No one has ever been that kind to actually take the time to make sure the customer was happy with their new pet. The fact that it was a manager was even better. He was very helpful! The staff was also very helpful with all of the customers. They were attentive and always smiling and willing to help. GREAT STORE AND AMAZING EMPLOYEES!!

Got 3 fish from the store asked the manager if I needed to quarantine them in a separate tank from all the other fish. She said “they should be fine” but it wasn’t they ended up giving my whole tank ick and by the time I caught it and started treating for it it was to late. One by one my fish started to die and within 4 days all of my fish where wiped out. I know a lot of people think there fish but some of these fish where a couple years old and grew up with my daughter. seeing the look on her face when she saw that tank empty was something I never want to see again. All I can say is do your own research and never trust this store when it comes to raising fish.
This pet store is spot on with customer service! Amanda was more than awesome with helping pick out cat food for a sensitive tummy. Loved the knowledge she had and the cat food she recommended is working out fantastically :)One of the best pet stores Ive been to.
The staff and store is great. The staff is very knowledgeable and fun. They make you feel like you belong there. They have fish, frozen reptile food & living underwater plants. They usually have ferrets for sale too. Plus all of the cat and dog supplies and toys. I can spend a long time here lol.
Took my goldendoodle in for a trim... they shaved have completely down after we said 2 inches ( except a 3 inch random spot that they left long)..cut him in several places. Poor dog looks like he has mange! Very very very unprofessional cut! Originally called to say my dog was scared and would not get in tub ( dog was not aggressive... just stubborn.. he is not being mean..he is just frozen) stated they wouldnt force him and we should come get him. Daughter went to get him to find that manager picked him up and placed him in tub . Please do not being your own to pet supply plus for grooming. I am embarrassed for this dog... cant figure out how to post pictures . They should be thankful I cant
This is easily one of the best run pet stores in a twenty mile area. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable, they keep a well stocked, clean and organized store here. Excellent selection for aquariums, birds, dog, cat and other small pets. I enjoy shopping here and can always find what I need at fair price. Its laid out comfortable.I saw where a poster wrote cheaper on amazon- I dont agree. Go to amazon and look close, at their inflated prices on everything. It is no bargain -- may be ok for really hard to find books, if you dont mind big shipping fees. I prefer to shop local, Im not so busy running an empire that I need loads of over priced amazon stuff dumped at my door.

Otherwise you can buy the cheap corn filled by product brands.. our pets have allergies, so we have no choice!!! Wish Natural Balance had a by 5get 1 free or some type of rebate
Super friendly staff and always has everything I am in search for. they always keep their shelves stocked and stay on top of their duties. I also enjoy the fact that animals are allowed inside the store rather than just service dogs.

Friendly, excellent staff. Always willing to help. Do them a favor, if youre heading in and see a cart left out in the lot, bring it in! Theres no carousel and carts left out like that are dangerous. Youre heading in anyway and theyll really appreciate it!
Once again great experience, this time at seven hills location. Process was well organized and quick. Vets and techs listened and answered every question. I love the idea of the vet clinic and with being at different locations on different days its very convenient. The services are limited so I would check the web site prior to going. They will do a nail clip which is an extra fee. But being able to go and getting the pet vaccinated without having to wait for an appt or pay office visit is so convenient.
I think this store is great. I can get in, get what I need and check out quickly. The other stores are too big and the checkout lines move very slow. Im always greeted when I come in and the service is fantastic.

I go there religiously for my pets. they usually have some deals going / however some deals are just laughable. one day they had a deal for 2 cents off per can of single can fancy feast WOW DONT GIVE IT ALL AWAY lmao no, but ok, lets be real, pets are expensive!! its a decent store and I dont go anywhere else. could have better cat toys though..

Great pet store. We recently adopted an American bulldog and he is very spoiled. We finally found a food he likes and its their brand of Redford.Everytime we enter the store we are greeted with a variation of hello, and when we are walking up and down the isles we are always asked if we need help!Only thing preventing a 5 start rating, and its nothing the employees can do, is the high prices. I mean getting a 40lb bag of their brand not on sale is very very expensive. But as I said my pooch is spoiled and is well worth it, and if he gets to eat better than us, so be it lol..Thank you,Joe P

2022-06-10I had received a 25% off coupon online. I was able to purchase my kitty litter and beta water. I had made a mistake in the online order for pickup when I qualified for same day delivery. Management was a great help and fixed the issue. I didnt expect my items to be delivered same day because it was closer to closing. Surprisingly the delivery driver showed up soon after! I am extremely grateful for the great customer service! Thank you!!

2022-05-06Highly recommend. I go here every month to have my puppy Mashed Potato Groomed by their amazing groomers; I go to Camille; she’s super sweet and gentle with the animals and highly attentive. Highly recommend her for all your grooming needs.

2022-06-14This is actually about one of the associates, Christina. I was shopping @ the Fairview Park location and she was helping out there. When she offered assistance, we struck up a conversation and shared stories about our dogs; all the while, she was still stocking the shelves. She really has a great personality, very helpful and attentive to a customers needs. Christina is an asset to Pet Supplies Plus and I hope that someone recognizes her for that. 🤩

2022-02-22Tried to take my dog for her second grooming appointment there and she got nervous and decided to take a seat in front of the store and not budge. I called into the store to try and see if I could get some help since I also had my 2 year old and was told by the groomer she had to cancel because she needed to be out by 4 and it was now 303. After driving out there would have been nice to be offered a little help. My dog is a rescue and sometimes gets a little nervous. My husband had the same issue the first grooming appointment and actually forgot the vacvine paperwork and was very delayed but I guess they had more patience for him 🤷♀️.

2022-06-22I was in a few days ago and the service was overall very good but the manager, I believe was named Jacob, seemed very irate with another customer and proceed to be very stern towards myself and one of the other workers. It was quite off putting and didnt seem to inviting.

2022-01-26A full-service pet supply store mostly for dogs and cats, but I see other supplies for birds and amphibians as well. Self-service wash bays are in the back, I believe they have grooming available. Prices are typical for a specialty store.

2022-04-11Location is a big plus for us and the prices are on par with the competition. Had an issue with a dog toy that was destroyed in minutes by our mini Golden doodle and they were kind enough to allow us to return the item same day.
