I waited on hold for 15 min when I called to check if they had a specific dog food brand (can’t believe I waited). I hung up & called back & when I told the lady I was waiting she asked me my name & the person I spoke with. I was perplexed & told her I had no clue I just needed to know if they carried the brand. She asked me to wait again & no one ever came back to the phone. This place is a joke!
Loved browsing seeing all the dog foods and treats. They have everything.
Dead fish in every tank and lots of sick bettas and all the employees where just sitting around. Instead of just putting a sign over a tank with ton of dead fish in it yall should probably clean it and treat the fish for parasites.
Always helpful and I can always find what Im looking for for our puppies here.

2022-05-25I’m extremely disappointed in this pet store. I came in several days ago to purchase a snail. I spoke with an associate and picked out a snail that was both advertised and labeled by the employee as a rabbit snail. With confidence, i bought the snail after being told it was a rabbit snail. Instead of a rabbit snail, the store sold me a trumpet snail. Within 1 night, my ONE snail (which was supposed to be a rabbit snail, only capable of having one baby at a time) had 30+ babies. I feel lied to by the associate and now i am stuck with 30+ snails with no idea what to do with them

2022-06-29Dead fish in every tank, the tanks were dirty and there were 2 kittens in a cage for adoption one had an obvious eye infection. I wanted to take both and give them a life they deserve but I already have 4 cats at home. I was sick to my stomach walking out of that store. It was sickening what’s happening to these animals. I want to apply to work there just to help these animals. It made me so sad

2021-12-30Pet Supplies Plus offering curb side pickup is so convenient. Canal Winchesters staff are friendly, helpful, and do the heavy lifting plus it is such a time saver. Order on-line, get it same day. Also by being a member of Pet Supplies Plus some items ( such as cat litter) results in rewarding customers with a free one after buying ten. Coupons and percentage off in their weekly ads sure help cut a bit of spending.

2022-04-05The store is gorgeous, all the products are fronted and lined up perfectly. Im always greeted when I walk in and help is also always offered in finding product. Employees seem to enjoy working there and its wonderful pets are allowed inside. I must pet them all! I love getting the member discount AND having dog greeting cards available for purchase it great! Ordering online for curbside pick-up is perfect during Covid, if youve had surgery, during winter or if you cant lift bags of food! These options make a difference! The only struggle is that certain dog treats are often out of stock.
