Would have given zero stars but it wasnt an option. They gave me a rental car and the tire EXPLODED and then they put a spare tire on it which was a doughnut tire and told me it was okay to drive after I expressed some concern that it wasnt - and literally, 5 minutes later, that tire blew out.Keep in mind - I was going 25 on a road where the speed limit is 55. Also, when the person came to put the doughnut tire on, I said Do you think this will be a problem? and he said No, it shouldnt be considering the just tire blew up.So, you know, wasnt really going to make a big deal out of it but then when I got my car back a couple weeks after (didnt really have a car the entire time) the body work wasnt even finished, so I had to take it back AGAIN.Once I finally thought this was over with, I got a call from my insurance company saying they had filed a claim for damage to the vehicle and that it was my fault even though the tire had just exploded. So now I have that to deal with.Id recommend this place if you enjoy being stressed out and rental cars that have tires explode and also if you like getting your car back unfinished and having claims filed on you stating that a tire exploding (twice) is your fault.
Perfection One did an absolute fantastic job on my truck. It turned out just like it came off the showroom floor after minor collision damage. My truck was cleaned in and out, and there was no reason to take it back to them to touch anything up. I’d like to thank the entire Perfection One staff for a very well done job. Would recommend them to my friends and family 100%.
After the body shop fixed my truck they took it here to get an alignment done, when I got it back from the shop I drove the truck home and noticed it was pulling to the left pretty good and the steering wheel was off some and if I turned just a tad over half way to the left my driver side tire rub my mud flap(I have 22” low pro tires that never rubbed before). So I checked it out when I got home and noticed the driver side sway bar link was broke(they didn’t mentioned it) so I took it to streamline and they told me I have a bent lower control arm that .5” bent back and that everything else was moved around to make the alignment as straight as possible. It just shows how much they really “care” about the work they do on your vehicle, They never mentioned anything to the body shop that took it to them. When I picked up my vehicle from repair there was orange peel all down the clear coat and was not fully repaired. Kenny said that they were having issues with paint curing because of the weather. After a couple weeks goes by I pick up my car and it looks the exact same, orange peel and all. Not to mention I now have a new dent on my driver side precisely where the repairs were supposed to be done. 👏
Had breaks put on and they started to make a grinding noise. Took back it was a defective break pad. Was covered under warranty and no charge.
If I could do a zero I would. Car was dropped off there three weeks ago. I was told last week it would be in the shop Friday, or first thing Monday. It wasnt.... I stopped in Wednesday this week. Nothing done. He the manager said I should have made an appointment.... Really. Hit a deer. Our adjuster figured almost 11000.00 in damage. If its fifteen could possibly be totaled. Would have taken perfection one about two hours to remove the damaged parts to get a better estimate.... They say they dont have enough room to let sit in the shop..... Ive called the manager, ie. The person in charge.... No call back..... Today I called the insurance adjuster and was authorized to remove the car from the property... Perfect one never touched the car. Now they want 570.00 in tow fees... The guy in the office said it was tow fees. I told him it was a lie... Youve lied to me before.... He responded, the fees plus twenty percent.... Thats also a lie. I know the tow guy personally. His bill was right at 200.00....... So long story short... I wouldnt have them repair my bicycle, they lie directly to you. They say theyve done thighs they havent... Dont waist your time on them... Better yet, dont give them one dime of your hard earned money... They deserve nothing.....

They did great body work, you cannot tell the car had been in an accident. However their repair cut an electrical wire to a tail light. Took the car back, they had it for an additional week, when the car was returned the light still did not work! I had to splice the wire myself. They did give us a rental when the original time estimate turned out to be over a week short and also while the car was being looked at for the wiring issue. Very nice, smart, people -good to work with. They lose a star because they weren’t very fast and couldn’t find the wire they cut.
I called them to speak with the service department about a radiator replacement for my car. Called them at 12.50pm receptionist told me I need to talk to Mr Anthony but he is in lunch and suggested me to call back after 1.45pm. Called them back after 1.45pm found out Mr. Anthony is still at lunch. Called them few more times till 3pm he is still at lunch. Not to mention I try leaving voice message but it doesn’t let you do that either.
After taking my car to the dealership, needing some work done, they recommended me to Perfection One Collision Center, where they did a good job handling my car. The pricing is fair, and I am satisfied, so I recommend.
I use to work there as a body tech for 11 months. I told them I was planning on joining the us army. I took 2 days off to go to meps and get my contract done for the army. I come back and tell them the day I was shipping out and all they did was tell me to go clock out and to go home and never come back. They said I dont learn quick enough and dont do as Im told. They gave me keys to a house they owned and had me go clean the house by myself. To me it sounded like an excuse because They new that legally they were not aloud to fire me.
Very nice people prices are nice had work done on our subaru with it leaking oil and timing belt and water pump and some other things highly recommend them
I have recently moved to Circleville, Ohio from out of state to start a new job. When it comes to cars, I have absolutely no clue; I would simply ask my step father. However, with moving, that was not possible.Perfection One has been nothing but a stress relief for me, even when it comes to the little things. Thank you to the entire staff for always greeting with a smile, and making one less thing nerve racking and unfamiliar (like oil changes) for a new girl in the area.

2022-02-25Called for a appointment on Wednesday got an appointment for 2 p.m. on Thursday. Ive never been to this location.I had no idea what all services they would perform, I still do not have any clue as to all the many things that this location can do. They were able to figure out the problem, fix the problem and explain to me the problem in a way that was quite understandable as well as they did an oil change all in under an hour. All of the staff seemed friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone. I would go back again and I plan on doing so, especially every time I need a oil change. Thank you so very much to this location an their wonderful staff for helping my daughters and myself. Very easy to find, parking available, lobby area and call to make a appointment.

2022-03-08I took my car here after I was in a hit and run. It took longer than they said it would and the price kept going up, yet I still fully don’t know what all was wrong with my car because we never get to talk to any of the men working on the car, just the receptionist who has no clue what’s happening. She said she would call us with updates and never did the month or so they had my car.They gave me my car back without a bracket for my bumper because I could drive it without this part and the plan was to bring it back when the part came in. I’m not sure when the part arrived but we were promised a call and shocker, it never came. We finally called and was told “oh yeah honestly it’s just been sitting here for months!” By the same receptionist.We schedule a time to come in for this bracket. It was Thursday Feb 3rd before the storm. Yes I know not great timing.It was done quick but due to the weather, we said we would pick it up over the weekend and a different receptionist said that was ok, come pick it up when you can then you can stop back in for your spare keys.I arrive Saturday and see my car covered in ice, not a huge deal, I expected it. As the ice begins to melt, I realize I have a huge dent on my roof that wasn’t there to begin with.My mom picked my keys up for me after explaining why she was there a few times because this receptionist doesn’t let you talk/listens to you. After that, the receptionist led her to the window and was showing her a car that had been busted by ice falling off their roof. The same ice I saw when I was there Saturday and I even said to myself, it’s a good thing I’m here now because this would fall and literally shatter someone’s window. Well it did to another car.We called about our dent and the same receptionist tried to say it wasn’t their fault (I understand no one can predict weather/control ice) and that the ice didn’t fall until **monday** when she was back in office. She said she would call us back. Shocker, she did not call. So we called again and she said it wasn’t their fault, wouldn’t fix it, and that the ice fell **sunday** and there was no way my car could have been damaged on Saturday... so there’s that.I’m tired of the run around with this receptionist, not knowing, and more problems arising when I take my car off the lot. I think the guys did a good job on the car but the communication and lack of customer service is too much. Now I have to find another place that can fix this dent for me.

2022-02-22Made appointment for oil change , dropped my car off they said it would take about an hour. Showed up about an hour and 15 mins later. They have not even pulled my car in the garage yet, said they were waiting on filter from across the street. Said it will be ABOUT another 30 mins if I wanted to wait. Piss pour service. It’s just an oil change dang.

2021-12-25I had an appointment for an alignment and when I got there, the mechanic came out to look at my car. Without even taking my tire off or putting it on a lift, he declared that my car would be better off being scrapped, they wouldnt do the alignment because, according to him, my ball joints were bad as was the suspension and by the time I spent the $1000 for that, I just would not be worth it. I had 3 other mechanics around the area and also I Columbus look at it. The problem was ONE tie rod. A $25 part that I got fixed at STEPES on west broad street. I bouggt the part at auto zone and he replaced it in 15 minutes and charged me $40. I will NEVER, EVER take my car to perfection one again. They assume that females dont understand cars. They underestimated this girl and I have let my friends know what they tried to pull. Im very disappointed with this place.Additionally, a man who happened to get a flat tire across the street came in at the same time I did and needed a 4 way tire iron to change his flat. Not only did no one help him, they rudely told him they couldnt help. A mechanic without a 4way? Thats BS. so I let him use the one in my car and helped him change his tire.This place is one of the worst out there. Avoid them if you can. Columbus might be a bit of a drive, but Stepes on west broad is the only place Ill be going for tires and repairs from now on

2022-02-23Went for some work...tune up, oil change ect to a place in Grove City in November of 2021, got it back and noticed that my van wasnt shifting right. I took it back, they said I would need a new transmission. We fought for a while tried to get the transmission fluid people to pay for it, or the garage to since I didnt have anything wrong before I took it there, eventually I gave up and went to perfection one to see what they could do for me. Turns out the people at the mom and pa place in Grove City were either not paying attention or trying to get me to pay for something I didnt really need. Kenny from perfection one found that the ma and pa shop forgot to fill up my transmission fluid all the way,it was a quart and a half low, which can cause the shifting problem! He also checked for metal shavings and found out that the ma and pa shop didnt change the filter on the transmission when they were supposed to , they alsoforgottheoil change. Needless to say I will never go back to Bills on Broadway EVER AGAIN. I will forever more bring it to Kenny at Perfection one
