2022-02-22I reserved a refrigerated truck 2 weeks in advance. They call me 18 hours before my pickup time and say they don’t have me a truck. No apologies from them. They said if I had been a previous customer maybe they could have helped me more. They had no record of my previous rental with them. Don’t count on them but unfortunately not many other options.

2022-03-16I just wamt to let everyone know, if you need to rent a truck, call Bativia PenskeThe lady is super nice, they do a great job and the truck was perfect. I feel like Ive made a frien . My Company will return to this location in the future.
