I didnt take my car here based on their manager alone. After looking at my car he demanded I call my insurance agent on speaker phone in his office. Weird but ok, called him and the manager proceeded to yell at my insurance agent. Demanding to know whats going on and to provide a claim number. My insurance agent had to stop him and say I wont speak to you until you calm down. Strangest experience Ive ever had with a company.

Able to take my car in a timely matter. Worked directly with my insurance company so there was little work on my end. Very happy with my Car in the end

I am rewriting this review because I dont see the initial one I wrote a few months ago. John is absolutely, positively gifted in what he does. He goes above and beyond to get the job done. I needed parts for my truck which were hard to find, but he was able to find the parts and install them. He also got other cosmetic parts that I never thought about. When I picked up my vehicle I was totally impressed. The vehicle darn near looked like a new one. He exceeded my expectations and he got the job done in a timely manner. He was very kind and patient and always kept in communication about the progress. I will always take my car to PCS.

Tire patch was free--cant complain about that, but these guys were so quick they should charge for it! Will be returning in the future.

Honesty and consideration that you don’t find anymore! After my car was scrapped up at a mechanic shop by another car’s door, the store manager promised to pay for my repairs. Months later, I brought my car to PCS (first time customer) and showed them what I expected was at least $100 worth of damage. Rather than string me along for a repair I didn’t need, they took 5 seconds to wash off the paint left by the other card and cautioned me against getting more work done. They stressed that, while they could do it, it wouldn’t be worth the hassle or money for me. At a time when I really need to save money (even if I’d be reimbursed by another mechanic), I was very touched that they would take the time to give me the best advice for me and my car instead of tell me whatever would land them the quick sale. If I need any work in the future, I’ll definitely be back!

When I was in tough spot and was looking for someone I can count on for to be there for me pcs was thank you John you will always be the one that I cant thank enough! I will always tell my friends and family about pcs if they need anything done thanks so much its a blessing I found such a great shop!
