I absolutely love this vet!! They took such great care of my babygirl!! She went and got spayed and tested for a few things and shes good just a lil antibiotic for a little bit, but other then that shes doing great they did such a great job with her!! Shes such a great dog but she hates to be away from me! But when she came out and wasnt super sad looking I knew they took good care of her! I started crying when she came out! I missed my babygirl! Shes doing great tho just a lil out of it still! Which is totally normal!!
My husband and I will not go to another vet! They are amazing here. The staff is so friendly and the prices are unbeatable. We live in Amelia and drive all the way just to take our dog, Bella, to the vet here. We have convinced family and friends to switch over to this vet as well and they have not been disappointed. They care and they understand. The facilities have just underwent a major remodel and it looks exquisite inside. We have one happy puppers!
Vet and staff are nice. Kind of hard to get a hold of on the phone. All in all Id recommend Bethel Animal Hospital. Very nice remodel.

Dr. Teague performed hip surgery on my Dog. I was nervous coming from a previous vet that I had less than optimal results with. My dog is 2 weeks out, the incision is healing nicely and she is already starting to use her leg. I couldnt be more pleased with her recovery. Thank you Dr. Teague and staff for the wonderful work you do.
My husband raves about this place. They seem to really care about animals. They will work with you. Others I know take their pets here and speak highly of it. There is a lot of parking in the back. They are following Covid practices.
The first time I went here with my cat pumpkin he got very sick. And I was very upset my cat Oliver had some issues as well. But the staff and doctors was very kind. And I have since had four other cats go here and did great. I would recommend this place for sure. Prices are great for families that struggle. But love there pets. There is no hidden charges like a lot of vets do. I love this place. Live bout an hour away but drive here cause in my eyes its the best.
I am not sure what happened to this place. They used to be the best in town. Now not only do they not answer their phones anymore, but they are not open during the hours that they advertised. Theyre supposed to be open at 8 oclock on Saturday morning but the doors are locked 🤷♂️
I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. The staff here is amazing and just about as compassionate as they can be. Dr. Teague (sp?) has been our vet for years and she really cares about whats best for your pet. This clinic is very focused on the best health care at the best cost they can give you. There have been times when weve had some financial stressors and BAH has always been understanding and accommodating.
They just did an amputation on my furbaby and they were amazing! I highly recommend them. Courteous staff and skilled Vets.
This is blue puppy she had a bad skin and ear infection, She is back to chewing and smells bad again.Im on low income family assistance I have her and her baby sister I love my animals but hard to afford them when they get sick,Blue is sick again after one month vet appointment please help me with a payment plan for her sincerely April &Blue puppy
The service has really gone down at this place. Just recently I had to repeatedly call for numerous days to get a vet appointment. I asked for an appointment asap as i had found a large tick on my dog. Then I wait 2 weeks to be called and told it has to be canceled because the vet doesnt want to work that late
The workers at this place are amazing and very helpful. They did an awesome job with my Totti girl. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I love this place! The staff are always so friendly and understanding. The place is the cleanest vet office I’ve ever been in, lobby and rooms. They are so gentle with pets trying to make them feel comfortable, knowing they don’t like being somewhere unfamiliar. It’s just great to go to Bethel Animal Health and know your pets are in good hands. And the cost for such amazing services isn’t one that will break the bank. They make it easier than a lot of other offices to help maintain care for your pets.
I didnt get to end up being the one to take my baby Oreo to see them, my husband did and he said that they were excellent with him! I spoke to the staff on the phone and they were extremely friendly and caring! We even received a card in the mail a few days after he was seen for his appointment and that was very sweet! Their prices are great and very affordable I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants their fur baby to be in great hands! Thank you guys so much we will definitely be using you guys for all of our fur babies doctor from now on!
Even though our visit was heartbreaking This was hands down the best vet i have EVER been too..The entire staff is so friendly an even more compassionate. I have so much gratitude and appreciation for their support an all their help during such a hard moment for me an my family. I can never convey how much it means to us all! This was my first visit to Bethel Animal Health. I took my two 5 month old kittens in for their first visit. Their facility was very clean and their reception area was spacious and well setup for social distancing.The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The doctor and technician who saw my kitties were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and perhaps most importantly, gentle and caring towards my kittens.Highly recommended and I will be going back to them in the future for sure.
Love the staff always welcoming, friendly, and clean! Dr Teague is the best doctor ever. You can tell she really cares about all the animals. Shes helped us so much. The staff is awesome as well we love all the staff here they are very nice and will help u out as much as they can.
The staff were very caring, kind and courteous. I had my 3 cats fixed (1 spayed and 2 neutered), microchiped, vaccinated and flea treated. They took very good care of my babies (ages 3, 1 and 8 months). I am very pleased with the care they received.
If I could give a negative rating- I would. We have been clients at this vet for several years. All the way back to the time of Dr. Neltner was there. Dr. Sandfoss was another. I waited several weeks before writing this in order to keep as much emotion out of it that I could. See I lost my beloved dog, Oreo on August 24, 2021 as he had to be put down by Dr. Teague. I had tried to make an appointment for him several weeks prior and was told nothing was available. They only had one vet. So, I took him to a vet in West Chester that sees you same day as long as your willing to wait x number of hours to be seen. Needless to say this is what I did and Oreo was better for it. About 15 days or so after that visit Oreo was still not 100% so I wanted him checked by his regular doc. I called on Friday August the 20th and was told I could get an appointment for Tuesday August the 24th at 320p. Ok. Not really a choice right. Now mind you I was really upset the first time they could not see him. I even received an email saying that were sorry you feel Dr. Teague couldnt met your needs today but as you would with a human if you need emergency care you would go to a hospital. Well, as a human your also able to schedule a thing called a sick visit! Really! I am still burned by whoever wrote that email to me. I hope she finds herself in my shoes one day and has to watch a member of her family suffer because a sick visit isnt available. I have some choice words for this individual, no thoughtfulness at all just a very cold person wrote that email. Anyway, morning of August 24th I called because my dog had suffered a large seizure the night before, and several little ones overnight and he was in a way and crying. I was told NO, youll have to wait until 320p we dont have anything sorry! Again cold and uncaring. At that point I was not surprised, disheartened, but not surprised. My dog was in such a shape at that point I just kept the appointment and did all I could to keep him comfortable until I could get him released from his suffering. PS- prior reviews say they follow COVID protocols, not anymore. NO masks, no distance. I prayed for two weeks because in my grief I forgot my mask when I went in there with my half dead dog! Their problem is this, they have one vet and a large practice. She cant handle it on her own and in a reasonable, humane way for her clients. If you cant offer sick visits, you have smart a** staff and all the vets have left you to fend for yourself (cause she has been there for several years) then maybe the problem is the vet! After the way my Oreo was treated when he needed help. The worst thing is this happened to another of our animals about three years ago. Poor Boo kitty couldnt get in forever. She suffered something awful before she got in to be seen and had to be put down. If a human doctor treated people as Dr. Teague has treated our animals they would NOT have their license to practice ANYMORE! I have been able to get reestablished with my prior vet, THANK GOD! And if I need a sick visit then Noahs Ark in West Chester will be my go too! They were wonderful with Oreo and they wore masks too! Bethel Animal Hospital is not what it once was, not by a long shot. If you love your animals the way I love mine find somewhere else to go. There are other vets taking new clients despite what the office staff at Bethel Animal Health are telling you. This place is overwhelmed and unable to take care of your pet when they need it most!
Nice....but....usually I am put on hold and here lately it goes to answering machine and says they will call Mr back. Then they call me the next day or day after that or not.Saturday vaccine days....was a 2 hour wait...was number 25 in line and we arrived 10 minutes b4 they opened. On top of that, we could not hear our number called. Had to get out and wait in rain. Need to have the number that is next posted up largely so people can see it from their cars. This is my opinion.
We first chose this place due to price for services, they were unmatched! When scheduling by phone they were very friendly and informative. This clinic is so clean, no animal smells; the lobby is very welcoming. We went back the next day to pick up 5 cats that had been spayed or neutered. These cats were checked out one at a time, giving a run down on discharge instructions. I was amazed at how EACH one mattered, instead of being clumped together. The customer service is phenomenal!Lastly, as you check out there are little doggie bones or cat treats for you to give your furry friend.PS these cats came to us through someone elses neglect, but because of this clinic we were able to close the gap!❤

They are absolutely awesome!!! Their prices are reasonable and make it affordable to care for your pets. The staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome. They love on my furbabies like they are their own. Its great to see their love for animals while caring for them
Amazing people doing amazing things for our furry family members! Been taking our cats there for years, taking our dog there now. Dr. Teague is a wonderful person and the people in her staff are very kind and considerate when it comes to pet and owner needs!
Yogi was spayed yesterday,spent the night and was sent home with meds for 3 days all for $60. They are so affordable and no hidden fees ever with this office. Ive had other cats fixed there, occasionally have drop offs. The staff is friendly and courteous. Making the appt was quick and easy on line. I just have good things to say about this place💛
Me and my family got a shelter dog named zeke and as soon as we got him home he started having seizures. Me thinking it was a side affect of his neutering called BAH in tears thinking we just got our first family dog and now we are gonna lose him! But the sweetest lady answered the phone and calmed me down and had me wait so she could find out directly from the vet what I should do and come to find out he was having a a reaction to the flea and tick medicine the shelter was giving him! All is good now hes as healthy as a horse!
So many people say its a good place..I didnt see it..bunch of High school kids running the place..I was there twice..never saw the Doctor one time..I had a rescue taken there to get spayed..never would I go back
Staff is so friendly they have neutered my cats and today they are checking out my sick puppy. Thank You All Staff and Dr’s for showing up...The Office is doing all they can to honor what the President asked. So we made appt called when we got they came out took our pup Dr. Jessica called us on phone everything was perfect...Thank You...I give this one star now 4-22-21 the original doctor left and the place has gone down hill. We made several appointments for our Dobermans they messed everything up with appointment times they made excuses three different times so we’re done with this place...
This vet is the BEST! We have NEVER had any issues out of all the years we have been going here. The staff is amazing, and our animals have always been treated fantastic! You cant beat the price, for the excellent service you get! (We have been to 3 other vet offices in the area). Their renovation is absolutely beautiful! If you are looking for an office that truly cares about your pet, take them here!
The best vet in town hands down! Excellent service and caring friendly staff keep us coming back. Weve since moved away from Bethel but still make the long drive out there for our pets visits. Theyre worth it. Highly recommend.
Took great care of my 3 kittens very clean inside and didnt smell like animals at all. And they are reasonably priced. I definitely recommend them. I will definitely go back
I miss the shot clinic when that comes back they will get a 5 star. They are all so nice and friendly and great prices and so helpful. And when my stepdads dog died they were amazing with the whole process. I totally recommend them.
I just had my dog neutered at this facility. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming and they answered all my questions and concerns I had before and after. They have a text phone that is always answered with any kind of questions I had, I will certainly refer others and their prices are the BEST around And much affordable.
I believe that 5-Star reviews are TOO easily given out as they should be reserved for THE BEST. When it comes to value, service quality, compassion, professionalism, and an inviting environment, Bethel Animal Health is THE BEST! Having been to TOO many Animal Hospitals & Vets, I felt safe, comfortable, and happy to have my Standard Poodle Louie cared for by Bethel Animal Hospital!Not only did they provide AMAZING service, they followed up with daily phone-calls to ensure that Louie was improving.I would give 6/5 Stars here if I could to highlight the excellence!

Everyone is very nice and helpful. They were very good with my little dog. I really like the vet.
All in all a good veterinary clinic. Although they cant handle aggressive dogs. We took our German Shepherd in to get neutered. Dropped him off in the morning and received a call that afternoon stating that he was too aggressive and wed have to bring him back and control him until the anesthesia could be administered. Wasnt a major issue but was a bit of a surprise and annoyance. Other than that we had no problems. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We will take our pets to them again. They are infinitely better than our previous vet (Banfield).
I will start off with my only complaint. As a continuing costumer I have always passed the building even with directions, because the sign is unnoticeable from the road until you pass it. With that i will say that they are very helpful. They allowed me to bring my dog first thing in the morning, because I had to get to work early. They watched her until her surgery time to get spayed and then kept her over night to observe her post surgery, and allowed us to pick her up the following day. She seemed as though she was feeling pretty good for a dog who just had surgery. Also the prices they offer for spaying your dog are better then most places as well as reasonably priced vaccinations and cheap microchip implantations.
We have used Bethel Animal Health for years. They have always provided such wonderful services for my whole family and all of our pets. (And the new remodel is BEAUTIFUL)Today my 3 year old dog got his teeth cleaned and they look fantastic! He came home happy and with much better breath ;) for a fraction of the cost of some other vets!I recommend them to everyone I know. Life long customer.

The wife and myself took our dog to this vet which they said she had a heart failure so we took the vets word as the old vet Dr. Neltner was good and cared about animals. this vet we traveled 37 miles one way to find out she may not even have a heart failure ! on top of that this vet put the wrong label on the med the dog was to take ! be sure if the dog died there would be a law suit coming ! the dog is only 4 lbs and they had her on a very high dosage of vedmed with a water pill . we switched vets as the new vet we take the dog to saw or heard nothing of a heart failure ! NEVER AGAIN ! will i take my dog to this vet as the price for this vet med just kept climbing dont waste your money on this vet not worth the time or money. Just for the records the med the dog was to have they let it set in their office for a week before they sent it out in the mail then they had to ship it over night at a cost of $26.00 for a small bottle of water pills because the dog ran out of her med because someone was to lazy to put it in the mail ! very poor vets they are !
They have a wonderful vaccination clinic every other Friday from 4-7. Your pets can get their shots without also paying for an office visit, you pay only for the shots.The staff are great people and so patient!

I had an appointment scheduled for today for 2 cats and a dog I received my call confirming it on Saturday for today plus got a text confirming it when I got there the girl looked at me and said I was confused and I didnt have an appointment I whipped out the call and text from Saturday showing todays appt I drove 41 miles 1 way to get there and to be treated like that with proof that is so unacceptable. The office girls need some serious training I now can understand why there is a sign on the counter telling customer to be nice to the office girls not to raise your voice they are retarded.
I took my dog for her scheduled appointment and when I got there they didnt show we had an appointment today. Even though I showed them my confirmation email they had no idea what was going on. On top of that the vet I was supposed to see today was not there bcuz she had a family emergency. I totally understand these things happen but I was told they put a call through to me to let me know about this. The thing is I have no log or indication that they even tried to call me. So I couldnt get my baby examined or her shots today. They rescheduled us for Friday August 14th, so now I have to wait even longer to get her shots and I cant get her groomed until she has them. Im not Happy at all!!!😠😠😠
We got our puppy spayd here. Price was way affordable compared to the others around here. They also work with the vouchers for getting an animal fixed. Staff was friendly and explained everything really well. They did a follow up call to check on her. We are definitely going back.
Very friendly , really felt they cared. My dog got bit in eye by other dog and they agreed to take him without knowing if they would be paid. Took him To All Creatures Big and Small, because thats where he was purchased, and they didnt even bat an eye when they so my little 20 lb dogs eye hanging out of its socket . I heard receptionists breathe catch in her throat when she saw my little buddy at this vet and Im sitting waiting on call because was no reason to stay without being able to fo back where my dog is due to covid. They will be paid every penny dog means the world to me. And only another animal lover can relate , this vet is a true testimony to animal love and care. I will never go anywhere else qnd this is my first time coming here.
The most accommodating business I’ve ever associated with. I had the money for what I needed but the timing was the worst possible time and the Dr. let me leave and go to the bank. I can tell that she was not in the practice of doing that but it was clear to her things weren’t going well. Everyone was kind the entire staff. They will be my vet from now on.
The Vets are very caring and involved. The prices are amazing comparable to other vets around the area. They also sent a sympathy card when my Harley passed. I will continue to be a loyal customer in the future.
I cannot say enough about Bethel! I was a little apprehensive about getting my dog spayed but after speaking to them, I felt it was right. I initially called another low cost spray and neuter clinic and they were booked until 2/2020! I asked them if they knew of any other ones and they gave me Bethels information. I called and they were able to get her in the following week. It was a bit of a drive for me but it was well worth it! They cost of her surgery was economically friendly. I really appreciate the fact that they kept her overnight and sent her home on pain meds. This was all included and it made me feel at ease because it was about my pet being comfortable. Ive worked in animal clinic businesses and to do low cost spay and neuter care they usually get them in and send them home same day and nickel and dime you for meds. Not here! Super friendly and concerned staff. Im definitely referring them to everyone I know that needs this for their pets.

Terrible, terrible and uncaring people. They used to be great, now they are entirely too busy making money to pay for their remodeling job. Shame on you!!! As an added note, Dr. Neltner needs to retire, he didnt even examine my dog, he simply said the leg is broken but lets get ex rays to confirm!! My dog was gone about 4 minutes and surprise...he said its broken in 2 places. I took her to another Vet, he lied...it was just a bad bone bruise. Serious compassion is needed here.
Very friendly folks, and very good value. We have two cats, and had both neutered recently; one at OAR and one at Bethel Animal Health. The difference between the two is night and day for the same price. Bethel seemed to take way better care of our fluffy guy, even clipping his claws (OAR wont do this) in a much cleaner and more welcoming facility. Its worth the drive, to anyone reading this.

I was very afraid of taking my baby to the vet. I had no idea what was wrong with him or if he would develope a fear. The staff was very loving and careful with my pup. Got some bad news and they broke it to me very gently but sternly so we could nip his problems in the butt. 100% will return.
They were great. Very nice, and took the time to explain things. They saved us money and time cause they were honest and said stuff could wait. They just became my dogs vet. I could not be happier!!!

I have been using Dr Neltner for 2 years now and can not be happier with his knowledge and care of the animals. Prices are very reasonable and Dr Neltner is one of the best vets I have ever worked with. As a breeder of top winning show dogs and president of a small rescue we are in need of vet services often. I never have a problem getting an appointment and always get excellent care for my fur kids.
It is always great! All vets are knowledgeable and caring. The tech and phone staff are very good at all they do. They assit people who cannot carrying their animals in, then take them back to car. Their personalities mess togethet making for a pleasant atmosphere for themselves, pet owners and pets. GREAT PEOPLE😆😆😆🙋🙋🙋.
This was a pretty good experience. I had taken a friend to pick up and down that he had adopted and had fixed. The staff was very friendly nice and seem to be very professional. The dogs seem to be in good hands, so we were very happy.
First off when Dr. Neltner was still there that place was 5 stars ran.. He saved my milo kitty..But now that they are down to one Vet Dr. Teague it’s a nightmare from the fact you can’t get in if you have an emergency had to take German shepherd to another vet.. then it took over two months to get in for a check up with my daughters German shepherd whom is in the military they never once told me on phone or text for confirmation that pets only in room til I was at appointment with German shepherd whom all over her charts stats she has high anxiety even more that daughter is away in the military I stated something I had read off the internet about them and one of the front women workers proceeds to tell me that they cease and desist care for the German Shepherd because I read some thing and repeated it back to them and it talked about they’re putting themselves up for a possible lawsuit she said that I was treating Dr. Teague’s staff not right and they will not see us anymore I asked to talk with Dr. Teague and she wouldn’t even let me nor have I yet to receive a phone call.. plus I was told it is in their website which I have screen shots and it’s not.. poor animals in rooms with nobody as staff all out in front and one Vet very unprofessional never did I ever think I would be writing this.. I have documented info on all that went down.. I’m not even sure the vet knows what her staff is truly doing and saying to the people out front witnessed many things while waiting in the waiting room but can’t go in the room with pet for check up no sense at all..
I have not been very happy with bethel animal health lately Ive taken three dogs there over the last 6 years and several cats to be spayed and neutered and it seems like lately all they seem to care about is the money and not the care or what you could or could not afford
I got a very sick animal in very quickly and was seen instantly. He was in a lot of pain all night. We spent the entire night up with him. My heart was broken to hear him cry all night from the swelling and pain.They started pain medicine & antibodies, and he slept for three days pain free and healed very quickly. He is good as new after two weeks. Thanks to the Doc & gals.
Have been to many vets over the years, but this place is amazing. The prices are the best Ive ever seen. The staff is very friendly and caring. The new waiting area is great too.

My dog was injured and naturally I feared the worse. either she would be put down or it would cost more than I could afford. sounds awful, Im aware, but with 3 kids and all of the other lifes expenses, its a reality I had to face .So, I called B.A.H and set up an appointment which, luckily for me, someone cancelled so I was able to get that appointment. The lady took my information over the phone and when I arrived it was a short wait 10/15 minutes? I Was able to see the Vet who aided to my dog and in a matter of minutes, Diagnosed a concussion, sprained paw, prescribed the meds and explained it to me a plan for recovery .I hope you never go through anything like this but if you do I recommend giving B.A.Ha go .The bill was actually so much lower than I expected, I still cant believe it.Thank you Dr.Neltner and all of your staff.
Dr. Neltner reminds me of the vet my mother used for her Yorkies when I was a child. He is so compassionate and treats my pets as they were his own. The staff is wonderful. The prices are more affordable than any other vet Ive used, and I feel, at a very high standard. You cannot go wrong with this vet and his staff!

I normally dislike veterinarians as I often feel like Ive either wasted a trip to be told I dont know or they try to sell me a product or service that I do not need. I am new to the area and have visited Bethel Animal Health twice now and love them! They are experienced, affordable and do not push unnecessary treatments on you. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I have a pitty. She is a wonderful dog very sweet and a big baby. When we take her anywhere she normally shakes and tries to hide. She was relaxed and calm! All of the staff are so friendly and nice too. Their costs are also great; our dog has to have reconstructive leg surgery and our old vet was charging us 5,000-7500 for this surgery. The Bethel Animal Health office quoted us 500-750. Thousands less! they offer a shot clinic which is very cost friendly as well. I also took my mom’s cat here who is mortified of going to the vet after having 2 surgerys for foreign objects. He loved the employees! My mom and I were blown away cause you normally can’t even get him out of the crate! He was purring and rubbing all over everyone! Worth my drive from Anderson!!!!!
Very clean building and incredibly friendly staff. They took great care of my Bella while she was spayed and followed up with a couple calls to check on her. Very affordable too!
We took our youngest female cat in to be spayed. This was our first time using this clinic. We have had 2 other females fixed at another clinic in Brown County with mixed results. The services we received here have more than net our expectations. We used a voucher from the Scathing Post in Cincinnati. When we picked her up this morning our total was $4 after the voucher, and they sent her home with 2 days of pain meds at no extra cost. The incision was very small compared to the others weve had done, as well as the shaving was kept to minimum. I am very happy with the services and will definitely be using this center from now on.
Very upsetting with the vist today. This is the second time this week.(I work 2pm to 2am) Because of the automatic system. They refused to see my 4yr pit sniper that has been coming here since they opened and weeks old. Because they want to give him sedition along with a muzzle because he growls at them. They are scared and dont like Pitts. I have 4 and all 4 have been to this vet for years. They do not even try to talk to my dogs like they use to. So now I have to find a new vet that is further away because my dogs growl at them with a muzzle on. Seriously they do not jump or even try to charge at them. They stay close to me and when being examined they hide in my arms between my legs. To me that seems that my dogs are a scared of them.But it is what it is.
This place is awesome. Saved my dogs life. Very friendly staff, great service and very reasonable pricing. 4 day stay, and on a weekend, iv fluids, meds, food, I was shocked at the price. Was expecting it to be double what it was.
Hard to get ahold of will not answer there phones. Long hold times.
Will not return phone calls about my pets and or a needs seems like the no one ever answers the phone.Been going here for years for our pets needs just recently changed. Pandemic? I guess thats the reason for subpar service.
Nine Cats and 2 Dogs. Thats our life. And my wife Pat and I depend on the great care our kids receive at the hands of Drs. Neltner and Burroughs, and the entire staff at BAH! Great care, dependable information, and even smiles(even on the bad days)! And with our number of kids, the price is right! So, even if you have to wait a minute or two on the phone, thats because they are giving their best to another worried pet owner. Just like you! So, be patient, so your animal can be a lucky Patient to have the best care around!

Ever single time myself or my husband take our little shih-tzu/yorkie mix (8lbs) up there, we are NEVER disappointed at all. Theyre always completely polite and friendly and extremely professional. I dont trust my furbaby with no one but Im completely at ease trusting them with her! Theyre great!
Everything went well with getting my cat spayed, but they didnt respond to my post-op question that I texted them. So better stick with phone calls, but most of the time you have to wait on hold.
The veterinarians and other staff have always helped us with any problems our pets have had. They understand financial problems and will allow payments. Everyone is so great and professional!
Dr. Neltner is THE best vet Ive ever had!! He is extremely knowledgeable and always takes the best route to your furbabies best health. Weve brought our mini dauschuand, pug, rescue mixed breed, doberman and cat. He knows it all! Trust in him and youll never need another vet!
Dr Neltner and staff actually care about the pets, not the money. His prices are the most reasonable around. You can tell he loves what he does because of the animals. I only recommend his practice.

Dr. Neltner is the best vet you could ask for. He gets right down to the problem and takes care of it. No, well we should do a few other tests/processes before we get to the actual problem. Or he doesnt say lets do these other things also just in case it might be something else. Just good care. Sad he has sold the practice to Dr. Teague. I feel the prices will now go through the roof like most of the other practices around the area. Wish we could clone Dr. Neltner. Thanks for all you do for our pets

Bad place. My dog got attacked she had small bites on her back and one very deep in her throat. When she returned home on the wounds were shaved and cleaned but the one on her throat was untouched they said she will make it she was just tired. I woke up the next morning she had bleed out from the whole in her throat. It was dirty and left l. When I called to ask for a refund they told me no that it was policy that she was not bleeding when she came in. They also told us that it was internal bleeding but I have pictures and video showing her bleeding from the neck.they were mean and rude. Not caring we just lost a ten year old dog because we trusted their judgement. Called lawyer they said they are aware of this vets office and have had a lot of complaints because of wrong diagnosis or rough treatment do not take your animals here unless you want them to die

Dr. Neltner is amazing! My Rocky is a rescue who had been abused and is very afraid of men. Dr. Neltner took the time to gain his trust before even trying to begin the examination. Been to many vets. He is the best as far as I am concerned!

I took my cat to this practice and I had a very bad experience. Young vets who lack the knowledge of a seasoned veterinarian. I would never go back and I would tell others to avoid this practice!
Fantastic, compassionate staff. Clinic every other Friday after 4:00 for vaccinations and medication with no office visit fee. I love these people.

Exceptional, Friendly Service! I had 3 kittens spayed & neutered in Febuary 2015. This is the only vet that has ever called me post surgery for an animal to check on them, really sets them apart!

I took my dog there on Monday she got ran over by a car her leg needed to come off they sent her home on Friday she started getting worse Saturday I called them three different times she was throwing up gallons of water they told me that it was her pain medication to up the dose first of all they should’ve never gave her any pain medicine on an empty stomach if she was not eating Saturday she started getting worse and worse Sunday I took her to rolling Hills and they are cheaper than this place they was only going to charge me 800 and I never needed a check to even start on her like this place they wldnt even start on her or anything until I had a check so I had to order them this place is cheap for a reason well Saturday she was turning cold weak not eating they upped her pain and I kept telling them that she isn’t wanting to take it they told me four times open her mouth put it in back of her throat and close her mouth with a attuide guess what she died on Monday with a infection in the blood stream my other dogs best friend my kids best friend they killed my dog this is by far the worse vet if ur looking for a vet go five mins up the road to rolling hills there cheaper nicer and they no what there doing and they charged me nothing to start the ivs and they tried saving my dog this is the worst vet ever and they don’t no what there doing period
Gave a rescue dog a rabies certificate with an expiration date 3 months prior to the shot. Had to get the dog another rabies at a different vet. When I called to get my money back, they said it was a mistake. Just entered into their computer wrong and the other vets office should have called them. No refund. NOT IMPRESSED!

2022-07-30I only wish this facility could do my girls tail and pallet surgery. They took excellent care of her and were very helpful with explaining her care.Very friendly staff, and quite enthusiastic with my dog making her feel super aqesome(which she is).I’d also like to mention that this is the first clinic I have came to that doesn’t smell like dog, or urin. Not sure if they have a super duty air filtration system, but I was impressed.As I mentioned before, I wish they were able to do Elise’ surgeries because the place she is going to does not have a friendly atmosphere. The woman on the phone was short with me and wanted me to feel stupid for not knowing about my pups potential issues before I got her, where the friendly young lady who o have been emailing at this clinic was more understanding. (I won’t mention the other clinic, because I’m not wanting that kind of drama)I highly recommend going to this clinic to take care of your fur babies.

2022-06-21The staff took care of all three of my cats at the clinic in a timely and pleasant fashion. I have a family member at high risk for the covid virus. I was able to stay in my van while the assistants (wearing their masks - thanks so much) allowed me to pay with a credit card at a distance, got the cats, examined them, gave them their shots, and returned them to me promptly. On top of all this, the price was quite affordable. Pawsitive Vet Care is highly professional, friendly, and helpful. I hope I can always take my cats there. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

2021-04-13DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO Bethel Animal Health my mom took our cat to a medical grooming apt today and this is how they sent our cat home! Made my mom pay $25 for this. They said she was to “vicious” to try and groom and didn’t even let my mom look at our cat before they forced her to pay. We waited months for this appt and were told that the doctor would be present in case they needed to give her something to calm her down. Nope they gave my mom a call and said we’re all done! We will be disputing the charges naturally.

2022-04-25I have used Bethel Animal Hospital regularly for over 20 years, since they first opened, but was really disappointed this time. Their website, and also their telephone message both say no appointment necessary and open until 7 pm. I showed up at 5:31 and was told that they would not see my pet because they now stop seeing walk-ins at 5:30 and I was 1 minute beyond that. Their website does not saying anything about needing an appointment and actually promotes their no-appointment policy. They tried to blame COVID, but its been 3 years now and they have not changed their website or their phone message in all that time. AND, they said since my cat had not eaten in 3 days, they considered it an emergency and said they did not treat emergencies, even though their website says they do, right at the top of their website. The receptionist said she asked all 4 veterinarians there, and all 4 refused to see my cat since I was 1 minute past their walk-in time. So much for compassion for a sick animal and a 20-some year customer who was 1 minute past their un-posted time change. Im really disappointed at their lack of care and compassion for my pet and their neglect for posting the proper information on their website and phone system. I ended up at MedVet, who took excellent care of my pet, and am now searching for a new regular vet.
