I have been a resident here on two occasions...as a newlywed in 99 and again in 2010 when we were able to move back into our original apt and live for the past 8 years.What can i say that hasnt already been written...this place is home. I feel very safe here. Well lit at night. No porch pirates here! We get our packages no problem. Cheryl is an absolute doll. She is very approachable with problems or concerns. Jeff and Dave are fantastic maintenance guys, responding to work orders in a timely fashion. The best part is getting to know your neighbors and the staff...were like one big family here. I love living here. Itll be a sad day when we move.
Cheryl and Christina in the office are great and 100% professional. I can be a pain, and they always work with me. The maintenance person I have worked with the most is Walter, and he has always focused on meeting my needs.
Cheryl has always been exceptionally helpful with all aspects my residency. Her kindness and compassion are evident with every interaction. Prompt resolution to issues and attention to detail. An asset to the Parkside management group. And a person I always enjoy seeing around the building.

I moved into this apartment for many reasons. It was really close to school (Baldwin Wallace) and a very easy drive on the back roads. It is right off a major highway (71) and also a short drive to the turnpike. I worked in Cleveland and that was an easy drive as well. It is on a major road but it sits back off the road so even with the windows open I never had a noise problem. Being on a major road gives you quick access to all the restuarants and grocery stores on Pearl Rd (and the options are pretty endless). It also felt so safe when we visited. They have cameras inside and outside of the building and you need a key fob to get it. The safety aspect was huge for me. It is also a quiet building. They must have great soundproof flooring because I never hear the people above me walking. I have been here for almost a year and although I am moving back home, after I figure out where Im going to work I hope it will be somewhere that is a good distance from Parkside Towers because I would love to come back. The staff here is amazing. Sheryl has helped me through much and is so sweet! The few times Ive needed a maintenance worker, they have gotten the job done that same day. They keep the grounds outside looking nice and the inside is always looking clean as well. Also, when it snows, they are awesome at plowing! It is always plowed even though I leave at 5:30 am some days! The staff here always say hi and ask how school is going, or ask how my recent exams were. They show they care. The move in process was very easy and definitely reccomend this place to people I know!
The management is very helpful, and my apartment itself is spacious, clean, and has an excellent view. Despite several instances of building utilities malfunctions/outages, the staff stay very on top of things and keep all residents up to date. While there is not much to do in the surrounding area, I would definitely recommend this place to others should they be searching for an affordable place.
Cheryl is incredible and has made my stay more then perfect!! The landscaping was prompt in season and made our entrance absolutely gorgeous... The residents are friendly and the staff is impeccable... i couldnt be happier with the place i chose to make home!!

Search care and consideration is taken into account with each resident. Management is always looking to make the place better and is always eager to please. I have lived here for three years and have no desire to live any place else.
Parkside Towers has been my home for the past 4 years and I enjoyed every minute of it. The management is responsible - I usually go down there to let the ladies know where things are broken/not functioning and they handle very well. My payment is set up on ACH payment so I never paid late or have any issues. It is close to many nice restaurants and I-71 so the transportation is very convenient. Maintenance crews are always at the property site taking care of everything. The only thing is I think the wash machine is a bit expensive, almost $4 to wash and dry a bucket of clothes. ;-) Every year my rent increases by $20 but due to the inflation of the currency I respect that.
We were looking for a safe, quiet, and tranquil place in Strongsville for my father, who is a senior citizen, to live. After searching what Strongsville had to offer, Parkside Towers was the perfect fit for him. They offer apartment-views of the Metroparks, indoor parking, clean and updated living spaces, and they are in close proximity to all of Strongsville’s shopping and dining options. The staff is welcoming, accommodating, and easy to work with.
I would definitely recommend this apartment complex. I know when I was looking for a nice apartment that was reasonably priced, it wasn’t until I came here that I found exactly what I was looking for. When I got here & met with Cheryl, I knew I had found home. The property manager Cheryl is amazing! Everyone here is so friendly. Definitely highly recommended.
Management at the Parkside Towers apartments in Ohio is extremely poor and disrespectful. Their lack of couth has caused me to seek a different living arrangement. I have had a mouse ruin my air conditioning in my car due to their lack of extermination in their garage, I have bugs and flies entering my apartment because of their poor maintenance jobs, a dishwasher that does not work, air vents that creak and make noise, and now a remarkably unprofessional and disrespectful property manager who has called me on three occasions this month alone:1. A phone call during my work hours telling me that I have people in my apartment at night making noise ( I live alone). Apparently the noise was not coming from my apartment.2. I received another phone call the same week stating my rent was late and I have a balanced when I paid my rent online on the 2nd and rent is late on the fifth.3. I received another phone call this month stating that I am pouring concrete material onto the balcony below me when I do not have a balcony.These incompetent actions have led me to leave such a negative review. Please strongly consider your options prior to signing a lease with Parkside Towers.That was four months ago, I have now added photos of work done in my apartment by either Parkside Towers staff or a hired contractor. I wouldnt know because no information about who was in my apartment was left for me while I was not home.
Parkside apartments is a very clean and nice place to live. The surrounding area is also very nice. The staff here is very friendly and helpful to all tenants. This is a great place to call home:)
Apartments are decent size, ~700 a month for a one bedroom. Maintenance is spotty and some things dont really get fixed permanently, Ive also had to remind the office about things that needed fixing. Nothing major has broken and the office has always been willing to help as much as possible. Toilet seats are small, just saying.
It’s neat and clean apartment as well as rent is cheapest especially in strongsville area. Management is very cool and respectful. I would definitely recommended this apartment complex as management celebrates all valuable holiday/events with everyone.
Nothing but problems with one of the staff members; nitpicking, pointing fingers, rude, condescending, contradicting, picks and chooses who they are nice/professional/personable/helpful to. its all unprofessional with this one peculiar staff member. unfortunately, theyre higher up.
Since the day we put in our application Parkside towers and its employees have been nothing but kind considerate courteous helpful and wonderful people. They are always there whenever you need them in an emergency situation or not I needed an extra handicap spot for parking and they were more than happy to oblige they are wonderful people I would recommend this to anyone in my family or anyone else
Parkside Towers is a great place to live. All the people are nice. Management and Maintenance is wonderful. Im proud to be a resident.

Accommodating and attentive. I found the staff easy to talk with and any concerns were handled in a reasonable manor. Location is good for shopping and interstate access. No complaints.
Living here has been great and the staff is super excellent taking care of anything that I have needed. Quiet living with a great staff who could ask for more.

We currently live here. As a whole we are pretty happy with the place. Any small issues we have is dealt quickly by the responsive staff.

2022-06-28Lived here several years ago. Probably the best feature of this complex is the price, which as of then was one of the cheapest you could find in the Cleveland suburbs for a 1br apartment ($650 or so). Aside from that, you get what you pay for here, and the rest of the complex and its management were just so-so at best. What I did not appreciate was repeatedly being blamed for “bad smells” in the hallway, which were actually coming from the garbage room located next to my unit.

2022-04-25Woman who answers the phone talks to people like they are stupid. Had to ask three times what the utility fees are then act like Im the one with the problem. Ignored my basic question three times in a row after me asking politely, then got a snotty attitude. How dare I want to know the monthly total living expenses!

2021-08-03Correction:My original review was an error (for a retirement community building).Heres the correction:The leasing agent was pleasant & knowledgeable.The building is larger than can tell from the road.They allow cats & small dogs (addl monthly upcharge plus their non refundable deposit).Laundry facilities on 2nd & 5th floors.Garage spaces available ($40/month extra?) otherwise appears plenty of outside surface parking.Its in a convenient location.Sadly there were no vacant apartments to see.

2018-12-12Living at Parkside has been very good for my family and I. The apartment is cleaned and well maintained. The location is great for work as well. Cheryl and her team in the leasig office are always polite and respectful. Cheryl does a great job of making sure I am taken care of all the time. The only real issue I have is the parking can become hectic at times and the maintenance staff could do a better job with communicating and having a more positive attitude when interacting with residents. Overall, Cheryl has done a great job and living at Parkside has been very comfortable.

2021-03-11My spouse and I moved back here after a year at another apartment. We didnt know what we had until it was gone! Other apartments can be really loud, but Parkside is built so solid. And I firmly believe that if there was a noise issue, the leasing office would work with us to get it figured out. Theyve been extremely helpful and caring when it comes to maintenance requests, our emotional support animal, and more. Were happy to be back home!

2021-03-27If we are all honest, each person’s experience can be different some place. Things can go great and there never be issues for some, some people have an occasional issue and then some people have issues pop up left and right. It happens, things that are beyond the control of staff and management come up. It is life!! The real tell is how it is handled by staff and management when things happen, whether occasionally or you are the unlucky one with things popping up left and right. Cheryl and Christina (spelling, sorry if I misspelled it) at Parkside Towers have been nothing less then responsive, empathetic and professional. Honestly, the issues have been beyond frustrating, in this situation I am the person that has had issues popping up, but every time I have contacted them I could not be more pleased with how quickly they have responded, how professional they have been and truly empathetic.

2018-10-23I have been a resident at Parkside towers for a few years without complaint. The building is quiet and pleasant and the maintenance staff has always been attentive and helpful whenever Ive called. The lovely women working in the front office are nothing short of angels, always delightful even just in passing. Overall an awesome place to live.

2021-05-22We were having an awful time trying to find an apartment in the Berea-Strongsville area. The we foundCheryl at Parkside Towers. She met with us soon after our initial contact, answered all of our questions, was super professional and very nice. She walked us through everything and answered all our questions and was patient. It was a great experience! I highly recommend this place. The management cares.

2018-10-19I have lived at Parkside Towers Apartments for 7-8 years and it is a very well kept building. Cheryl Kish the property manager is very helpful. If you ever have an issue or a repair that needs to be taken care of you can let Cheryl know and she takes care of it very quickly. The neighbors are great here too!
