It is very easy and fast. I park my car and the shuttle is right there to pick me up. And when I return there is a shuttle waiting to take me back to my car. Its usually only 15 minutes from pulling into your parking lot to walking into the terminal. And, it doesnt matter what time of day it it is.
My experience here normally is a smooth process. Today wasnt that great. When I pulled into the lot and parked two shuttles drove pass me. I was standing out in the open in plain view. I called the office to tell them to send a shuttle to get me. Ironically, that same shuttle picked up another person who was sitting in their car not noticeable at all. I like your service but the process of identifying who needs to be picked up needs to be improved.
I had a good experience! Service was easy, simple, fast, and efficient. No problems at all. Will use from now on when I fly instead of the airport. Highly recommend. I hope they keep up the great job!
Pretty big place, as our first time using park n fly it was easy to figure out by looking at the signs. Shuttle came right up to us after we backed into a parking spot. About as hassle free as it gets. Be sure to download the park n fly app to get your url code I had to scan at the gate to get in. Thanks for the enjoyable experience.
So easy.Online booking was seamless.Entry was well lit and we were greeted at 4am by the attendant!Shuttles were practically waiting for us.Drivers were so pleasant.Unsure why we haven’t done this sooner for travel.
The service was great, very Efficient, fast, friendly and affordable. As soon as I parked my car there was a shuttle picking me up before I blinked, super fast service. Easy and straight forward. The only issue was leaving going through the gate going home. It seemed like everyone’s tickets were unreadable from the sun (when left on dash in your car during trip) but thankfully I had an electronic ticket so it was readable at the scanner. But it took 15 mins to get through the front gate since some people had to back out of line and some people couldn’t figure it out. Other then that, I will definitely be using this service for my future flights. I was so thankful there were so many drivers and staff to assure us to our flight on time.
First time using this service. The van picked us up at our vehicle and it was a quick ride to the airport. Upon arriving back a van was waiting for us. The first time I didnt have to wait for transportation back to a parking lot and the first time a van picked me up at my vehicle, 5 STAR SERVICE
Park N Fly Cleveland is convenient and easy to use. It is less expensive and less walking than parking onsite due to the shuttle taking us directly to our car. The friendly staff served to make it an overall great experience.
No complaints. Easy in, easy out with online prepay. Any problems and there was an attendant right there. Shuttle to the airport was quick & waited only 5 minutes at the airport for the return ride.
I am always nervous when traveling but at least Park ‘N Fly makes the parking portion effortless and worry free! The website and scanner at the lot are very easy to use and the shuttle drivers are always very kind and helpful. I will always use Park ‘N Fly for airport parking and I recommend it to people all the time!

I would definitely use this company again! Everything was nice, easy and good customer service! We made a reservation, the place was easy to find, check in was simple and we were immediately guided to a row with open space(s). A shuttle pulled right behind us after we parked and helped us with our luggage. After we landed we didnt have to wait for a shuttle, there was 1 there waiting. Took us straight to our car and helped us with our luggage again...in the pouring rain. Both our drivers were very friendly and nice. Check out was easy. There is a carwash that was open but we did not use it bc it was raining. Our experience here was great!
PNF is my go-to. Super easy online reservation system. It is nice when they give water bottles as youre leaving the parking lot. The shuttle is always there. I have never had to wait for a shuttle.
I use this parking place a great deal because they are efficient and friendly. I never have to wait to be picked up at my car and the airport. The shuttles are clean and kept up well.
Very timely! Was nervous about getting to the parking lot and having to wait for a shuttle to get us to the airport. The shuttle was there as we got of the car. Got to the airport in plenty of time. Would definitely use Park N Fly again.
While I cannot stand flying out of Cleveland, Park N Fly is one redeeming factor - good location, speedy shuttle service, decent price and a car wash upon exit. Only word of caution: remember to slow down to 35 mph when you get off the highway onto the road in front of the parking lot. It looks like a 4 lane highway and it’s not and I got nailed 50 feet from the entrance to the lot.
One thing that particularly impressed me was the following:I left my childrens car seats in my vehicle at the park n fly lot. I only realized this once I checked my bags in the airport. My flight was leaving in an hour but I dashed back to the park n fly station in the hope that I could catch a park n fly van back to my car and catch another one back to the airport.A park n fly driver pulled up and when I told her my story, she immediately took me alone to the park n fly lot, waited for me to get my car seats, and immediately took me right back to the airport!Phenomenal service!Thank you!
I barely had to wait at all when I arrived for the shuttle to come around and appreciated the help with my bag. When I returned to CLE, the shuttle was already in the parking lot and the driver was so chipper and kind, especially that early in the morning!
Tanya and Edie were very kind and helpful. Above and beyond with their service. Our flight had been canceled from OHare and we needed to get back, so we rented a car and drove. It was agravating and exhausting, we didnt get in till 4:30am.Tanya even offered to help direct us from the freeway to the lot if we got lost. Because of these two ladies we would definitely use this facility again.

Park ‘N Fly Cleveland consistently provides amazing customer service. The drivers are always friendly and quickly and constantly moving to take you to/from the airport. I park here all the time and Park ‘N Fly Cleveland makes travel much less stressful.
Great service, shuttle arrives promptly. Lady at the exit office was very nice and provided bottled water, that was very nice after a long day traveling. I definitely would use this lot again and suggest you do as well.
I fly several times a year to visit my son. I know the PnF portion of the trip is one that goes so seemless. From the ease of booking, to the promptness of the pickup and the courteous drivers, its always so easy!
Excellent service all around. If I need to call, theres no long wait time, and I get to speak with a live person. When I arrive, the bus comes immediately. You guys even give water bottles upon leaving! A+ service!

Self parking is very easy. The shuttles run so frequently, I’ve never had to wait in the parking area or at the terminal. The staff are very courteous.
It has been a few years since I used Park N Fly services (Snow Road location in OH) Last week I needed to pick up and drop off a family member. The car park was clean - no trash on the ground or surrounding area. The gate attendants and drivers were very helpful, neatly dressed and polite.
Convenient off airport parking reasonably priced. Drivers of the shuttles give you a little slip of paper with your parking number make sure you make note of it and save that little slip of paper or put it on your smartphone.
Clearly marked where to park and quick pick up. Helped us load bags on and off bus. Signing up online gave us a quick exit. We always us Park n Fly when ever we fly.

Because they are open 24 hours, I was able to park and get to the airport by 4 am. I found a spot right away, which was close to the entrance. The parking fee was reasonable. I would use them again.

Easy online booking and with an account setup you will receive frequent flyer perks. The shuttle is fast and courteous and always very clean. Also, I appreciate the free of charge car wash to have a clean car after it stood around for a while. It would be great if there was also a restroom available.

Extremely convenient. Shuttle is at your car to drive you to airport before youve even gotten your bags out of your car. Shuttle is always there to get you from the airport, no waiting out in the cold. Faster to get to and from your car/airport with this shuttle bus than it would even be walking to the on-airport parking. Drivers are always very nice, app is easy to use for booking and checking in/checking out.
The whole process was seamless and easy. Plenty of space, free car wash, no waiting time for the shuttle, caring personal. We accidentally left the driver window opened and left for a 1 week vacation, upon return we were pleasantly surprised that they covered the window with a plastic wrap to avoid any damage due to weather conditions. Thank you for a great experience, definitely above our expectations!
Christina was so kind and helpful. Our flight was delayed and rebooked for two days so we owed more for our reservation when we got the car. She was so understanding to our story and took the extra day charge off for us, and offered free waters! What a kind gesture after 2 days of exhaustive travels. Our driver, Brenda was the one that dropped us off and picked us up as well. She has a great personality and is so kind as well! No complaints, parkn fly is easy to use, efficient, and nice staff
Parking my vehicle was easy and they gave position tags so they pick you up and drop you off right near your car, as the parking lot is rather big. The shuttle runs 24/7 and i didnt wait long for pick-up and drop off. It was rather seamless and the staff was very friendly and helped with bags. I was impressed with the service and it was comparable in price with its competitors, only thing I would like for them to offer is better rates for longer stays.
Service was super fast and convenient. The return driver was very helpful both when I didnt have my parking row ticket and when I thought my vehicle wasnt going to start. I was very satisfied with the attention to detail the effortless experience.
Quick and easy! I like their phone app and the fact they text you the info you need on the day youre entering and exiting. I paid online and the only issue I had was I was unable to apply my AAA discount but the online price was cheaper than at the gate. It took less than 5 minutes for me to be picked up at my car and the same when I landed and made it to the shuttle area. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. Will definitely use Park N Fly the next time I travel out of Hopkins.
The service was great. It was fast and way cheaper than taking a car service both ways. Only recommendation is more information for first time users on the process. Overall it was a great experience.
First time flyer experience:So I had originally thought about parking at the airport, when I saw that there were these places just outside of the airport offering lower prices for parking as well as shuttle service. Park n Fly is who I decided to go with and I am glad I did! I prepaid for my time and rolled in. The gate person explained everything to me and I went to a parking spot. I was immediately greeted with a shuttle! I did not need them right away so I waved them on but they were QUICK! After securing my vehicle and grabbing my luggage I boarded another shuttle, the driver handed me a paper with my parking spot on it. When you get this, HANG ON TO IT! Itll help you out later which I will explain.Driver drove me straight to the ground transportation spot and made sure everyone knew which stall that they use to pick people up at.I arrived from my trip four days later and waited at the stall. I waited no more than 10 minutes and a shuttle rolled up. The driver helped everyone with their luggage and was extremely nice to everyone. Personally greeting them as they got on the shuttle. You then hand the driver the paper you got when you arrived which contains your parking location. Give this to the driver and they will take you straight to your car! She then drove us to each of our parking spots and helped everyone, especially some of the elderly folks, with their luggage. Which I thought was amazing. Some people may think it adds time getting to their cars but its time well used to commit to such customer service. She went above and beyond getting in and out of that shuttle helping folks with their luggage. When I finally got to my car I declined to have any assistance (I just had one carry on anyway) but she still offered. Which was super nice.Car was just as I left it. You can also roll into the car wash on your way out, but it was late and I just wanted to get home. The gate person was super helpful also when it came to checking out from the lot. But I will NEVER hesitate to use Park N Fly again.- GREAT customer service.- Car was safe and sound.- Super easy to use.- Plenty of space to park in.- Super convenient and right across the street from the airport.- Very QUICK! They will get you to the airport in no time flat.I was very impressed. Thank you for making my first time flying a little less stressful. Ill be back in the future!

Knowing my car was in a secured, well lit, and surveilled lot was a great comfort while I was out of town. Then, coming home the shuttle picked us up w/in 2 minutes of notifying we were ready and the driver dropped us right in front of our car. Excellent service!! I will definitely use this lot again.

I chose Park ‘n’ Fly because they have 24/7 shuttle service. They picked me up at my car moments after arriving at the lot, and we were at the airport just a few minutes later. When I returned, the shuttle was waiting even though it was after midnight. The drivers give you a “ticket” with your parking space on it so they can return you directly to your car without you having to remember or peer through the window to find it. The lot is well-lit, and the QR codes make it easy to enter and exit quickly.
Outstanding customer service. I was picked up immediately after parking my vehicle and returning from my flight at the shuttle pick up area. Signage is clear and provides easy instructions. Bus drivers are attentive and friendly.

Everything great other than.....I had trouble finding the lot. They need to post a GPS friendly address!!!!! I put in 19000 Snow Road Cleveland and it didnt come up. Was told it was in Brook Park. How are we supposed to know that?!

When we returned from our trip, the transport was full, but the next one was there in about 3 minutes, much quicker than I expected. The drivers both to and from the airport were kind and helpful. We always park at Park N Fly and enjoy the consistent service and frequent parker perks. Vans are usually quick to pick you from your car, drivers to help with luggage, and normally you dont have too wait for a van at the airport too long to take you back to the lot.

I was able to pay for my overnight parking online. A day or so before I was scheduled to arrive to the airport, I received a text with a code to scan into the parking lot. Upon my upcoming arrival back, again I received another text with clear instructions to direct me to the designated pickup area. Quick and easy process. My new go to when I fly out.I cannot forget to mention that I was also provided a card to help me also remember where I parked.

This was our first time using Park n fly for our family vacation. We have little kids so we were extremely nervous but as soon as we pulled in a vehicle was ready for us. The team member helped load all of our luggage (5 checked bags and 5 carry ons). Got to the airport in minutes. Upon our return we waited two minutes for transportation which was the shortest we’ve ever waited from any company. The gentleman loaded our luggage and took us right to our vehicle. He was social, and overall pleasant. He unloaded all of our luggage and waited until we were loaded up to make sure we didn’t need further assistance. We will be using Park n Fly for all future travels!
I prepaid, showed my QR code to get in and my QR code to get out. Very easy. And the bus ride over and back does not get you caught up in the airport traffic.

Did not have a good experience. Ussually do not leave negative reviews but i dont feel anyone treated me well there. Park n fly did respond to my google review. They instructed me to call in or e mail. Thats fine but i called before i left the review and my call was not returned.
Super easy and fast service !! They literally follow you as your park so they are there and ready and they take you directly to the airport and when returning there’s never a long wait for the bus to take you back to your car they are always there promptly and have a ticket to take you to your exact parking spot. Great service I use it every time I fly which is about twice a month
It was easy. Online access to reserve a spot, bus service to the airport right away. Bus to return to parking was just as easy! Prepaid, and all I had to do was present my receipt. I always park here when I go out of town.

It was very convenient to park there. The cost was not bad; however, due to our group size and flight time we chose not to stay at a hotel. I think for us coming from Toledo, I would rather stay at a hotel that has parking attached or provided. Though this is a good value, they are simply only providing parking and a shuttle, whereas you can sleep and get parking and a shuttle at a hotel for close to the same amount. Weigh your options. The lot seemed secure, and the shuttle was fast and timely both to the terminal and on our way back. Would definitely use this service again if we choose not to use the hotel option.
Very kind group of employees. Super prompt in delivering us to the airport and picking us back up. I felt that my time mattered and that made me feel good. Our flight was delayed and Cheryl explained that we would not lose our booking or be charged for taking our car out of the lot for a few hours while we waited. She put us at ease. I definitely will be using this lot in the future!
Very nice people and love the car wash after I pick up. not the best car wash ever but a quick rinse is nice. I travel frequently and switched from the airport garage after covid and happy that i did, saving a little money and it is not much of a time difference.

I know some places may be a little cheaper but none are better. All the drivers are pleasant and help you with your luggage. When we left for our flight the Van was right there and when we returned they were waiting. We got to our car and it didn’t start. I called their number and a helpful woman answered right away. A driver came over immediately and jumped our car. On the way out I thanked the woman we talked to and she offered us cold water! Park n Fly turned what could’ve been a nightmare into an experience that left us smiling. This happened August 17th at around 6 PM at Cleveland Hopkins Airport.

The parking section for you to park is clearly labeled. Immediate friendly service. Bus is always warm even thought I know the drivers are probably baking in there. Every time I call when I land the drivers verify my page for pick up. Wait time is minimal. I always use your services when I fly. All drivers are very friendly, patiently wait and helpful with luggage.

We have a son with cerebral palsy who is in a wheelchair. The staff at this Park N Fly was SO incredibly friendly and helpful with parking our wheelchair van! The service they offered for people with disabilities was incredibly appreciated! When I called ahead to ask about their service and they told me they would have someone travel to the airport IN OUR wheelchair van to take us directly to the terminal we needed and take it back to park it, I was thrilled!! To not have to worry about taking our son out into the weather and having such friendly service to make our lives easier - certainly took a huge weight off of my shoulders. I truly appreciated them.
They were at our car before we were even ready, but werent pushy about it. It was quick! The driver was friendly and informative, giving us a card of our spot and letting us know where to get picked up on the way home.The scanner payment didnt work super well, wouldve loved a code option or something easier, especially in the rain on the way home.The card said call after midnight, but youre better off calling every time.
Flying out of CLE I frequently park here. The staff has always been friendly, and never have been without a parking space. Better pricing than the airport, and virtually the same amount of time rather than walking from the airport lot. Parking spaces are tight for pickups, but better than the red lot

Easy parking with directions for rows. Car wash. Easy in and out. Shuttle.Hope shuttle will be able to drop off and pickup at Arrivals and Departures.Very difficult for seniors. I do not believe this is and issue with Park N Fly but is a result of the virus and airport regulations.

I liked being able to book online and to have the barcode to scan for entrance and exit. It made everything so much simpler! I actually misplaced my paper barcode and the attendant was able to scan it right out of my email on my phone......very happy!! I also appreciate how quickly the drivers pick you up in the LOT in both directions. Nothing to do with Park N Fly----but I do not like the rules about dropping off and picking up in the Limo Lot, that is a bit of a hassle if travelling with more than a carryon. If travelling with multiple people, I choose to drop off/pick up people and bags at the door by passing through the airport first or sending someone to get the car.
Provided door to door shuttle service to and from the airport terminal area. The drivers were courteous and helpful with handling the luggage in the parking lot. I liked the option to prepay online which simplified the entrance to the lot using a barcode.
Good price, easy close location to airport and very fast getting to the airport and return back to the car. Very Impressed!
It was a stress free experience parking our vehicles at Park ‘N Fly! As soon as we parked, a shuttle was there with a kind lady to help us put our luggage in the shuttle. It was a straight shot to the airport. She helped us unload our luggage and gave us directions on where to go and how to contact them for our trip back. When we got back, we followed her exact directions and a shuttle was there within a few minutes to take us back to the lot. The gentleman helped us load our luggage onto the shuttle. He dropped each passenger off at their cars and assisted with their luggage. Everyone was kind and I knew our cars were safe!

Very efficient service. Shuttles were readily available and quick transportation to the airport. I loved being able to do everything online ahead of time, being able to enter with the QR code. No lines, no waiting. Awesome. The shuttle picked us up right from our parking spot, and dropped us off right there after our trip. Everything went very smooth.

I thought the price was reasonable when I booked online. I also liked the convenience of being shuttled straight from my car to the airport and back. Also, both drivers we had were very nice helpful. The only thing that upset me was that they advertised a free car wash but, it was closed when I got there and when we left.

Very easy to scan and check in using my app. After parking a shuttle immediately pulled up behind me to help with my bags. Driver was very nice and helpful explaining how to find my car (a slip was provided) and the shuttle upon arriving home. Service was just as great arriving home and being brought back to my car. Great service, I will definitely be coming back again.
Its quick and easy to use. As SOON as I pull into the Park n Fly parking lot, I am met with a van to take me to the airport. I never have to wait. Using the pre-paid code is easy, I scan it at the machine on my way in. On this particular trip, I had to wait a while to be picked up at the airport (15 min). Although this is not an excessive amount of time, Its the longest Ive ever had to wait for Park n Fly. I only mention it because on this trip it was dark, I was alone, and it was 20-some degrees! This is the only drawback Ive ever had using Park n Fly. I use them every time I fly, which is about 5 times per year.
Recently I got back from a week long trip and was told you look like you can handle your own suitcase from the shuttle driver. The suitcase being 65 pounds. I didnt appreciate the ill-mannered comment.
We used the facility for the first time. It was reasonably priced and very convenient, the shuttle bus picked us up directly from where we parked and took us to the airport, upon our return, a quick phone call and the bus was there directly and took us to our vehicle again. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I’ll be using this facility again when I have to leave a car at the airport in the future.
PNF is always my go-to parking garage when flying from CLE. Having the flexibility to change my reservation when necessary and to do so without penalty is a big selling point for me. I also appreciate the daily inexpensive rates that most times, even offer additional discounts! Their drivers are courteous, prompt and seemingly ALWAYS immediately available to get me to and from the airport QUICKLY! Regardless of the hour at night. PNF is definitely my parking garage of choice!

I arrived at 4:30 am to Park N Fly and a shuttle was at my vehicle to pick me up within 5 minutes. On my return, I waited less than 5 minutes after a midnight flight for a shuttle back to my vehicle. Scanning in and out was easy as well.
Great value for long-term parking, friendly service from shuttle drivers to and from the terminal. Our late night driver went above and beyond making sure our car started after we potentially damaged our key fob while we were on vacation. Utilizing online payments the check in and check out process was incredibly simple.

Ive parked there recently for 4 days during a short family vacation but after coming back Ive found my cars passenger door completely scratched, clearly someone with a big bag had trouble trying to fit an elephant in their car. The people and service are ok, they heard my complain and made a claim with their insurance only to find out a couple of weeks later that theyll take no responsibility. Beware if you park there, youre on your own no matter how much you pay, uber sounds much better to me now.

Never had any issues. Every time my family travels out of Cleveland, we use you for our parking services. When we arrived from our vacation, I was able to call for a shuttle to pick us up as instructed by the driver prior to us leaving for our vacation. The drivers were always nice and helped us with our bags.

Our departure trip was top notch and the driver was amazing. My mom and I were traveling with my 4 children ages 1-6 and he kindly loaded our luggage and carseats, was very friendly and unloaded everything for us in the rain. Were were given a pink card that showed our exact parking spot. Upon returning late at night it was a completely different story. At this point I wasnt aware that all the shuttles working for park and fly had different names and was completely exhausted so we found the park and fly shuttle and the woman driver never asked to see our parking ticket and was barely able to lift our 2 suitcases on her own. After sitting down I handed her the park ticket and she sighed and said thats not our ticket you need to get off.While I should have checked the names on the card she should have asked before we got on the shuttle. After but nearly tossing us off I went up to another shuttle driver and motion ed for him to roll down his window at which he rolled his eyes and slowly rolled it down. He told me our shuttle should be arriving shortly but his attitude was anything but helpful. We got on the correct shuttle and the driver was kind and helpful. It did take us over ten minutes to exit at the gate because their card reader was not working so the only employee told me to drive to his window and when I did he said sorry, my computer system just crashed. So back to another lane we went where he finally got the thing to work.I would probably park there again but your employees need to be taught to give clear instructions to avoid confusion and ask for the parking ticket before they board the shuttle to avoid confusion.

I have used the Park N Fly four times now since moving to the Cleveland area. Each time has been great. As soon as I find a parking spot there is a shuttle right behind me waiting to pick me up. When my flight returns each time I walk out of the terminal there is a shuttle waiting to take me back to my car. Add to this that the drivers have been really friendly and make me feel valued and welcomed.
It was my first time parking there and I was very impressed with the quickness and care of team members. From the time I arrived to the time I left, everyone was very attentive and helpful.

This is a nice setup for a person who will drive themselves to the airport, but dont have to pay the high cost. The shuttle buses run often enough, that you will wait no more than 10 minutes. Drivers are there to pick you up at your vehicle immediately and they are professional and courteous. It is a short distance to the airport so arrival time is very quick. Specifically, our driver, Jon, was very accommodating and even carried our luggage to our vehicle in the very cold weather!!

Shuttle picks you up at your car before you can even grab all of your luggage. Wait time less than 10 minutes at the airport. Much lower price than airport parking ($15/day vs $6.5).
Easy to park and great to have the shuttle stop by your car and pick you up with your baggage. Wish that they dropped you off at airport departures instead of baggage claim. Its a hike if you have several bags with you. Service was great and people were very nice.

My wife and I absolutely love this service that they sell. You dont have to worry about finding a parking spot at the airport. You drive here, pick a spot to park, and they pick you up and take you to the airport. We tried this a couple of years ago, and now thats all we use. Air conditioning picking you up in the summer, and a nice heated van in the winter. They pick up and drop off all ages. Please dont forget to tip the drivers a few bucks, because they work hard.
The service is easy to use and consistent. Shuttles are frequent and always get me to the right place. In one case, I had a situation where my flight was going to be delayed by 1 day, and Park N Fly was easy to work with to adjust my reservation so that I could return the next day.

I had a little trouble with the scanner reading my phone but someone came out and helped me with the scanning process at the gate. Same thing happened when I went to leave but the parking attendant just took my phone and scanned it and it was all good!
Email I sent to Park N Fly and got no response:I just wanted to make you aware that when we got to the park and fly lot to pick up our vehicle. Someone had written in the dirt on on our vehicle with their finger nice parking job. Which we were never over any lines we just parked where we were told to park and other vehicles had not parked so great either causing a tight fit. I know you can not control what customers do but we did not enjoy the fact that someone was messing with our vehicle while we were gone. Otherwise your shuttle service was amazing just dont think I would trust leaving my vehicle in your lot again. I also have pics of what was done to my vehicle. I really wish whoever did that to my car, was brave enough to have said it to me.

What a great place to park your car securely and no hassle parking. The staff helped my wife and I with all our bags and also was patient with children. We flew on the day of the big snow storm......it was cold and snowing hard. The bus drivers both ways helped so much and made our parking experience less stressful because flying can be so hard with 2 little children. Thanks again park and fly I wish we could have used the free car wash but the weather was so cold we could not use the wash.

2022-04-22My family and I went on a quick trip to South Carolina. I prepaid for parking online which was easy process. The Shuttle was quick to pick us up and help with our bags and a quick ride to the airport. Getting picked up from the airport the first shuttle was full but we only had to wait a few minutes before another one arrived. Again it was a quick trip back to our car. No damages or any Concerns to my car. It was a great experience for our first time using a parking lot like this. And will definitely do it again.

2022-02-17This was a completely smooth and seamless process. Everything I could do with my phone on their app was easy, and they picked me up within 2 minutes of hitting my come pick me up button. The driver was kind and helped with my bags. I also felt safe, because they would not leave until they saw me get into the car. This was my 1st time using short-term parking, but I will never go anywhere else! Due to their kind personel, security, how they operate their app, and finally the cost -it is such a great value!

2022-06-06The shuttle was there to pick us up at my car within 2-3 minutes upon parking my car. The driver was very friendly, grabbed our bags and put them on the shuttle for us. Took a couple minutes to drop us off and the shuttle was waiting for us after our plane had landed when we returned. Very easy and convenient. They have a free car wash to go through which was needed having been sitting in the parking lot for a week. My only issue was trying to leave. The attendant asked for a reservation number that for some reason I couldn’t find on the app after signing in to it. The attendant asked for my name and was able to find the reservation number that way. Other than that I had no issues. I will park there again.

They are mindful to be even more efficient in weather extremes (getting me directly to my car, assisting with luggage). Remember to tip these drivers. Working with the general public, handling luggage for an entire shift, etc. is tough. Keep up the great efforts Park N Fly!

2022-05-22It was great. Secure. Convenient. One glitch though. My companion is on a walker with a bum leg. The vans are not accessible for wheel chair or walker. So there was some jockeying needing done to leave them at airport and return to pick them up. Some ADA compliant vans would help. Drivers were awesome. Super friendly. Willing to lift my companion. We chose to jockey. No biggie. But be aware.

2022-04-28Im not sure why my comments didnt show up when I first reviewed! So Ill try again..Everyone was friendly, even at 4am, parking was quick and easy, and the shuttle showed up right away. The shuttle driver was very friendly and we had a great conversation about my son in the marching band (he told me he was also in a drum corp- the Cavaliers)..I was able to leave my keys for my mom to pick up my car later! They even offer a free car wash, however, its April in Ohio, so it was snowing and I didnt get a chance to use it! Would definitely recommend this lot for a quick trip to the airport! (Only about 7 minutes)!!

The transport service, reservations or not, is easy and helpful in getting to and from the airport. Staff (drivers and employees taking payments) always pleasant and helpful.
