Paradise Biryani Pointe in other cities:
Placed a takeout order on the phone.Went inside to pick it up. I saw my order on the table ready so figured it would be quick. One staff member on the phone avoided looking at me. At first, I was patient and figured they were just busy.Tried to get the attention of other members, no one acknowledged me. Another staff member ignored me and helped the person that came in after me (I’m guessing her friend since she greeted her and hugged her). She walked around me and bumped into me more than once. At that point I stopped her and showed her where my order was and that I want to check out since I was waiting there for over 10 minutes. Overall, very rude attitude from the staff. I’m literally just here to pick up food and I didn’t do anything to warrant that type of behavior? The food was not bad but it was cold and the customer service ruined everything for me. It was very disappointing behavior as I am also Indian and was looking forward to this place.
They have ruined my evening. Service was poor. We ordered an appetizer which was severed cold. I convinced my wife that the entree with them would be good but they proved me wrong. Fish curry was sweet when I specifically ordered spicy Andhra fish. I mentioned it to my server and spoke to one of the employees they said they will get me to speak to the manager but after waiting 20min I was presented with a wrong bill receipt and manager never came to address the issue. If the place has to stay in business they need to focus on customer service.
The food there was AMAZING! I got chicken 65 with biryani, my husband got goat curry, and we also ordered garlic and chili naan. Everything was delicious. The naan bread was both soft and crispy with great flavor. As newbies to Indian cuisine, we were absolutely blown away by the food served here. The atmosphere was great, and the dine-in area was clean. We would for sure go back to try something new next time.
Since this people removed our review here is it again Avoid this restaurant and scammers Went there many times since 6 favors days but worst experience ever. There employees made it so uncomfortable experience for our guests from new jersey who we took them here since food taste is really good. Service is so worst no management at all in front. No one will come ask you for water or anything just seating around on empty table folding silverware. No manager on duty to make calls. only all inexperienced student employees. Had to wait for our food because person who took order forget to tell in kitchen because they were busy cleaning so they can go home. On our friends table near by no one came to take order or ask for anything until 30 minutes and had to stop one server while she was cleaning to remind her to take order. On top of that someone comes from kitchen and say close dining area at 9 when hours of operation is till 9:30. On top of all this there 18% gratuity is joke on name of customer service when there is no service at all. I recommend avoiding this place if you want to save your money and don’t even walk in if you have huge group. Better go to jaipur junction or bamboo garden or another india cuisine around. So thankful this two American girls took care of us nicely and made us feel welcome and much better then those students workers there who have attitude and unwelcoming atmosphere. I won’t be going there or give my business even though I love their food a lot and I will also tell my family and friends in cleveland and akron area.
Worst experience every time. One of the employee offered me to take one biryani extra to get another biryani for free. After we took 3 biryani’s to home, all biryani’s are spoiled. I think they are not freshly cooked. While we are on dine in employees are very less and messing up the orders due to high volume of customers. We traveled almost 2 hours every time to eat nice Indian food but it’s been my fourth bad experience in same place. This is not the proper way to treat the customers. And the quality of the food is missing day by day. Please maintain. Just visiting because of there are no other Indian restaurants nearby.
My brother and I visited this place to try their lunch buffet and we were very happy with our selection. We were able to find a table even though the place looked like it had a lot of people. Their selection of dishes for the lunch buffet was really good. They had a mixture of South-Indian and North-Indian dishes. This is one of the places that offers some authentic Indian food that tastes very good. No wonder this place has a lot of customers during their buffet. Their buffet has a lot of vegetarian dishes making this place vegetarian friendly. Their service was good and their buffet is moderately priced. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try good Indian food.
Amazing place. Friend recommended this place to take away. Ordered to go. They were ready when we got there. This is one of the best Indian food that I have ever had. Very nice flavors. Can pick spicy levels. Very curious about the maximum number though. Biryani, dosa and ala bonda was superb. Someone said the buffet is great too. There was a small drawing area for kids. Very spacious restaurant.
Food is good by service is poor. Minimal communication. Brought out one of our dishes but didnt say whos it was, then we proceeded to wait 15 minutes until my boyfriends dish was served. Since changing owners/names I do not enjoy my experiences here. I miss when it used to be Six Flavors. Tony there was amazing, full of personality, energy and made wonderful suggestions for being a newbie to Indian cuisine. Waited for the check for a long time, eventually had to say something. I will not be going back. Shouldve ate at Sittoos like my boyfriend originally suggested.
PRO:Food is goodCONSpice levels very inconsistent each time i visitServers are not very helpful . They are some bunch of kids running around .The one thing i dont like is 20% service charge for 5 people .I was having party of 5 , where one of the kid is just 2 years old .
I recently moved to Cleveland Ohio and was pleasantly surprised on visiting this place.Awesome ambience and food. Especially love their South Indian variety of dosas that come with yummy sambhar and three types of chutney ♥️Tandoori items are wonderful too!Overall a good experience. Love visiting this place and bringing friends and family over for a treat !!
A must go place just to taste the food of Chef Ramaswamy. All the food was good especially the curry leaf chicken. Waiters are very friendly and can even choose what you want to eat if you don’t know what to get. Nice restaurant and the fastest service from the waiters.
Horrible experience. To go order. Waited 10 minutes on the order before they tell me, Oh were sorry! We gave your order to someone else. Well remake it. It will be about 10 minutes! Waited another 20 minutes on the order. Order was wrong, food was cold, not a single person came to apologize or express regret. If you want Indian cuisine I strongly suggest you go somewhere else.
The food was absolutely amazing! Everything was tender and delicious! The menu had such a big selection and the very kind waitress helped us pick an appetizer (which was delicious! 10/10)My group ordered fish pulusu , buttered chicken, and palak goat and they were all amazing! The fried rice was the best I have ever had, and the mango lassi was delicious! We previously ordered delivery from about 30 minutes away and it was packed very well and was also delicious!! So we knew we had to come try it fresh and we were not disappointed!I’m total I’ve tried about 7 different dishes between eat in and delivery and I would recommend them all 🥰The presentation of food and the atmosphere were. Impeccable! This is my new favorite restaurant in NE Ohio 💕✨
I have ordered from here twice. First time, the order wasn’t ready until 40 minutes after the estimated wait time. They kept saying it would be ready soon. If I hadn’t already paid I would have walked out. The second time I waited to pay until I got there after ordering online. They told me they lost my order after another long wait and told me to leave because they didn’t want to add another order close to closing. It was an hour before closing.
It saddens me to hear that people do not value restaurant servers or any other sort of customer care. Im just writing this review because I feel bad for the poor girl who was serving next to my table; they appeared to be in their mid-twenties. I overheard them speaking rudely to her at their table, and I couldnt understand what they were saying since it wasnt in English, but it didnt sound like it was something kind to her, but she still proceed to take their order after all.I also heard them talking about reviews, so when I got home, I wanted to see if they had written any, and it appeared like the entire friend group, 5 or 6 individuals had written review right before this review, which was just too immature. If you cant respect servers at restaurants, you should not go to restaurants.
I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. For the 50$ the portion was unsatisfactory at all, I wouldn’t accept the quantity if I was dining, Since my order was takeaway, I couldn’t notice until I reach home. Not at all happy with the portion size and price for this portion.
I LOVE Indian food! Was in the area on vacation and this place was the closest to my hotel, so I thought, lets go! Excellent food and like other Indian restaurants huge, generous portions. Tony was great and friendly.I would recommend this place for anyone in the area. Vegan, Vegetarian, and Carnivore friendly!
Best shahi paneer I’ve ever had. Menu is confusing though. They have specials but no prices next to it. There’s also the problem of no WiFi for customers. The menu takes a while to load especially if you sit in the back.Food 5 ⭐️Menu accessibility 3 ⭐️I would be happy to change it to 5 stars on my next visit if they include WiFi and prices and description for their specials dishes.
The worst thing about this restaurant is its service. The employees are not trained. The food quality is never consistent, sometimes its good, sometimes its very bad. My experience with the food is generally bad they always mess something up. I hope this helps them improve
Excellent seekh kebab. Tony was very helpful and suggested some very tasty entrees that were served piping hot and well presented on the plate. Several Indian beers are served as well. The Flying Horse is excellent! Smooth nutty flavor. The bottle is even served with frozen glasses! Highly recommend.
Ok, so hear me out .The food taste good I will probably give a 4 1/2 Star.I ordered Goat Biryani to go ,the plate costed me around 17$ I got home and started to eat.I got five Bones and no Meat.I got two little pieces off Goat.Cone on now people it’s 17$ for a plate.I will never order food from here Again.People are working hard for the Money!!!!Unacceptable!!
Poor customer serviceIt was a real bad experience with a staff member , the member refused to discuss the menu and when I asked the member to be polite , not being polite moreover became rude to us. Being a regular visiting person since a year this an unacceptable behavior from the staff member and a disappointing service.
A hidden gem! Located in a giant space that never seems to fill up, with good service and excellent, very authentic Indian food - seemed very similar to the better meals I had in India, rather than the British and American versions Ive had (all can be good, of course). All really interestingly spiced, with a great mix of North and South Indian dishes, as others have mentioned, so easy to try a bit of everything in the same place.
Compared to other Indian restaurants in and around Cleveland and Akron this one is very big in terms of space.Decent ambience and interiors.Biryanis are above average with good amount of quantity.Every Wednesday they run a offer on biryanis with 2+1.Ample amount of parking space available.Atm center is quite near to the location.
My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place, and we love it. If you like spicy food and good flavor, this is a great place to go. I have yet to be disappointed, and the prices are great. I have had the butter chicken, biryani (goat & chicken), masala dosa, chicken tikka, samosas, etc.. I love it all! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the red room temp wine I ordered was ice cold! I am a wine person, so that is a big no. The other reason is that ordering always seems a little awkward 😅, I know there is a language barrier but I feel like they look at me like Im so crazy, but in their defense, I kinda am.
Love the place, the people and the food. The servers and waitresses are very nice and friendly. The food was just perfect the flavors and spice level is perfect.I wish I had taken a picture of the food but couldn’t wait to try it!Thank you and congrats on the remodeling of the restaurant, it looks amazing 🧡🤩🤩
We ordered 4 biryanis and I am pretty sure they were cooked a long time before we arrived at restaurant. Apart from this, we also ordered two vegetarian appetizers which were not cooked enough. Only thing I was able to appreciate was chicken tikka which was prepared very well and the sizzling sound and smoke made it clear that it was freshly made rather than microwaved. The service was good. It would be great if all the dishes ordered are prepared on order rather than heated before serving.
Restaurant needs to fix their on-call and/or online ordering service, website has lot of bugs and restaurants doesnt take order on-call orders directly, you need to call some other number to place order on call. I gave similar feedback a few months ago as well but seems like no proper action are taken to make this process better.Food wise they are okay, Biryanis are good as we all know but I dont want to call three different places to order food. On top of that people on call are rude and have no professionalism, they talk to you with loud background noise and hand over phone to one another again n again and we have to keep explaining our order to all these people coming over to the phone.Dont let these small things ruin the image of Paradise Biryani Pointe.
I am utterly satisfied with another recent experience here. From packaging details to any customer service they are really getting it done being as busy as they must be. Food taste is very unique and the quality/quantity have always been above and beyond most places time in and time out. No apparent cost cutting is what I mean to say. Wish everyone the same experience and one of many jobs well done to Paradise!!
Watch and keep your receipts. Had a to go order on 12/22/21, server on my receipt is noted as Rahul. They added $4 to my final credit card charge, I am assuming to tip themselves. Had to file a dispute with my c card company. With this place it’s always something, you always get under quoted on how long the food will take. More than a few times the order was not correct. Now they try to take your money. Food is good though
This was on 12th of Jan. We walked in and there wasn’t any host to find us a place. We randomly sat at a place and they moved us from that spot saying it was a 8 seater when it is actually 6 and made us sit in a 8 seater and turned it into a 6. Did not understand the change and the logic. That was a good turn offExtremely slow service. Servers didn’t even bother to get to us and we had to leave even though we wanted to drink some water. It was that bad. We spent 2hrs in the restaurant. I think the hospitality is very sloppy. They had the masks on thoughMusic was nice. Food was extremely flavorful. Proper spicy food. Egg biryani and baby corn were awesome. Full score for the chef and the back staff. I wouldn’t eat here coz of the service, but I’d take the food any time from this place. Price to portion ration wasn’t great but it can be ignored. Sorry Paradise, staff could have done a better job. Three is the least I can give
No respect for the customers!I and my wife have visited a couple of times, food is not great and not bad either. What I have complaints about is the service. Not once did we get decent service. The waiters serve as if they hate providing service. We decided never to eat there and instead order takeout since atleast the food was not bad. It was a Wednesday(oct 20) and we ordered 2 biryani, since we wanted to use the buy 2 get 1 biryani offer. First of all, they took the order wrong and then the lady billed me for all 3. She said she is unable to return the money back at the moment and I can call later in the evening. I did. She asked me to wait a few days. Its been over 2 weeks, They say they will call back, but they dont. Restaurant is flashy, Food is average and service sucks. Never visiting here again!!
The experience at this place is good but once you start taking order they dont offer water like other restaurants do you have to ask for it so far as the food its amazing which bumps this to a 2 star another concern would be the people smell while they come over here and take the order overall this place is good but fixing these things will make it a great place
The food was very good. It was fresh, crispy, and tasty. We had a mysore masala dosa, masala dosa, and onion pakora. If you don’t have a smart phone, don’t bother going to this restaurant. They don’t have any paper menus. Instead, you have to scan a barcode to find the menu online. They do not have public wifi service (at least the servers didn’t have the information) and signal within the restaurant was not strong; so, it took a while to access the menu. The waitress “came by” (while cleaning a neighboring table, asked if we were ready to order. We said yes. Then she asked us to wait a second and never came back. We had to track down someone else to take our order. The waitress we did get did not know the menu and couldn’t answer simple questions about the dishes. My water glass was sticky and filthy. So i asked for a coke and was presented with a bottle - no glass.
Hands down the best Indian food I ever had. I ordered on door dash. Food was packed and good, I knew I had to try dining in. I tried 7 different dishes on their menu so far and nothing was disappointing. If I had to complain about something, was probably how long it took them to cook the food. But honestly speaking, it was worth the wait. Presentation was nice, food was amazing. 10/10 definitely recommend. I also noticed that the food sits really well despite all the amazing spices going on.
I had the worst experience with the biryani pointe Parma on 11/14/2021. I have ordered the Vijayawada Spl Biryani Family pack through the phone. Recently, I think they hired some one to route the calls for taking the order. I ordered the correct one but the guy who is took the order sent the wrong order. When I went to pickup the order at around 9:30 PM they are saying I have ordered the Vegetable biryani family pack. The staff is saying I have requested to replace the order. I said I have only called once & to check their history or call records. I told to check the call too. Then the staff have called their ordering system & asked if the customer have ordered the Vijayawada Spl Biryani. The fault is with the Paradise biryani pointe or their ordering system. The staff are just saying the kitchen is closed they cant do anything. At least they dont have the any concern that the order they took is incorrect. They didnt told me any alternative. So, Finally I went without taking anything
I ordered online for pick up the Chicken Tikka Masala, $12.99, which is described on their website as:Grilled chicken tossed in rich creamy tomato butter and cashew gravy, served with a bowl of rice. I got no rice. I also ordered it as ‘American Mild’ and it was still exceptionally spicy. My husband ordered Kothimeera Chicken and said it was disappointing also, especially considering their price, $12.99 for this ‘Appetizer’!Both of our servings were small for the price. When my husband picked up our order he said it was obvious they are disorganized. There was a pickup/delivery guy there waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready. And someone else was standing at the register complaining about something.Another thing I regret is that I added a 15% tip when I ordered … 🤦🏻♀️We won’t be ordering from there again.
Food was good but their service is really bad. They wont even come ask you if you guys need anything or if you guys would like to order anything else after. All of their staff was just walking around and talking to each other like they dont care about their customers. Food 7/10 and their service is 2/10.
I haven’t been to an Indian restaurant with such an ambience! .The people were kind and so helpful. The food was amazing . The food was not that expensive . Mango lassi is a must try dish. The platters were so nice to serve and definitely a to go place ! Try once when you head to Ohio..!
Got to hear about this place from two of my friends. So first tried their Mango lassi and Gulab zamoon which made me make a visit in person in a few days. Had chickrn Biryani and tandoori chicken, great taste and quantity. I will now recommend this place to my friends.
I went here last Saturday evening I waited for 40min no one was around to take order. Then one person came and he took order from others who came after me then went back .... then I called one of the waiter to know wats the matter why they are not attending customers.... that girl said there is a lack of staff.,,. Omg is this the answer if you dun have staff plz shut the pathetic restaurant. Then after taking my order I got cold food as it was prepared long back they didn’t even bothered to warm it before serving no taste full of chilli .,... while giving order I told them to make it mild then too it was a day before food not at all freshly made. Then she bought noodles for my kids after 40min of my order that was also cold and was pathetic. I will never recommend this restaurant. They serve food made before in which chicken smells u can identify it’s a worse restaurant I ever seen in here.
I have decided that I officially love the lunch buffet at 6 flavors! The food is always fresh and delicious, the customer service is decent, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. When they say 6 flavors, they mean it! This food is full of flavor, texture, and theres a lot of variety. It is family friendly, affordable, wheelchair accessible, and down right splendid.Oddities: they will serve you water with no ice. You can have ice if you ask and they also have other beverages available upon request. They even have an app for customer loyalty. And I have been told that the buffet on the weekend has even more variety than the lunch buffet. There you have it folks, for a new cultural experience that will not disappoint you visit 6Flavors, you will not regret it.
I LOVE the food here. It is one of the best Indian places I have ordered from. However, it seems like they have inflated their prices when ordering via food delivery apps. It is ridiculous. Every entree and every appetizer is marked up $2 more than it is on their menu. Even the naan bread.
Awesome buffet. Weve gone on the weekends. Can be busy, but thats because food is good and its popular. Many great dishes weve never had at other Indian restaurants. All the food weve had there was good and fresh. Champion chicken is robust, spicy and delicious. Definitely one of my favorites. They offer more than one dessert. One time they had mixed berry panacotta. I couldnt stop eating it. Goat dishes are wonderful. Some of the food is pretty spicy (exactly as we love it!) Weve introduced many friends to 6 Flavors, and they all love it.
They will try to attract customers every day with special offers but they will not maintain food quality. I experienced this couple of times especially when you order takeout or delivery. This is for management ---dont waste your time and money on renovating the restaurant. Try to maintain food quality, quantity, and presentation.
Food was okay, service is so poor. Once they take the order, they won’t come back if you need anything else. We ordered an additional bhatura in the middle of the meal, it took 20 minutes to get. We were so frustrated, just decided to get it packed and take home. Not an enjoyable experience.
One of the best Indian restaurants in Cleveland. The food is very authentic and I will definitely recommend to order the clay tandoor kebabs. It has the smokiness and the flavors I get to taste back in India. Also ordered the weekend speciality i.e. goat fry pulav and this was just amazing. Keep up the food quality standards high as it currently is and that will definitely attract more customers.👍
One of the best Indian restaurants Ive ever tried. Extremely caring staff members made the experience even better. It was 9.30 pm at night when we entered the restaurant (30 minutes prior to their closing time), yet they welcomed us with a big smile in the face. I tried lamb biriani. It was awesome. Most importantly, the food tasted fresh, unlike most other Indian restaurants.
Prices and quantity ratio is ridiculous. We ordered Chole Batura for $11 they gave only one small Batura and small cup of curry. When we asked for curry refill they asked for extra charge. Usual Chole Batura plate should have 2 small or one large Batura and enough curry
We have been to this place several times and mostly had good experience but when it comes to Chinese it’s disappointing…. Today we ordered veg manchurian and Hakka noodles.. Manchurian arrived early but was too dry and tasted more like a curry rather than a Chinese.. Hakka Noodles was good in taste but it took too much time to arrive.
First time visit. The food is very good. You can tell a lot of care goes into the preparation. I ordered the sweet corn soup which took a while to come out but very clearly made to order. The vegetables were fresh, the broth had excellent flavor and definitely left me wanting for more. I also had the butter chicken and garlic naan which was excellent. The spice was perfect, sauce was very authentic. As noted by others, the service was great even when they had a very large party on a Thursday night.
I couldn’t be more pleased with a local restaurant! I moved here about a year ago and have gone out of my way to try all the local restaurants. 6 flavors has been by far the best over experience yet. I had a better dinner at 6 Flavors than local restaurants that are twice as expensive. It was nice to have real authentic Indian cuisine.Tony was absolutely AMAZING!
We are very much addicted to this restaurant and visit here frequently. It’s a traditional Indian restaurant which serves good quality and tasty food. They offer buffet in the lunch, hence a good option for team lunch and get together. They have variety of Indian dishes inclusive of veg and non veg, the desert will make you spell-bounded. I love the bottle gourd(calabash) Halwa. They have good sitting space and humble staff. They also offer home delivery. I would recommend to visit this place. The interior is just OK, but food is very good. Hope you will enjoy it. A 5* from my side.
Great food, love the taste ... It was our first visit . The service good.. The guy who took the orders was very friendly... For the medium level of spice we found few food was more spicy.. Other than that no complaints.. Restroom toilet was small it was too hard to get out without leaning on the wall and touching all the door and wall surfaces ... They should have the kids play Area towards the inner part of the room rather than near entrance. Its not safety for the kids...
Hey guys I ordered biryani every week from you please try to make authentic hyderabad biryani , you guys are goodbut sometimes it is lacking authenticity. Will keep buying biryani. I know it’s hard in USA to get authenticity but please try hard. Lot of potential there for you guys . Love spicy food

2022-09-02The food is very good and has been very consistent. The real issue is with the Quantity. I ordered multiple times through uber eats and even in dine in experiences, and the quantity of biryani to the price they quote makes no sense at all. By now, I have complained to the employees multiple times hoping for better and nothing changed so thought of posting it to the public to tell what to expect. You can charge 16$ for biryani and even 5% inflation charge which is only fine if you deliver the worth of price the customer pays. Good food can NEVER be an excuse for delivering lower quantities and higher prices. Adding few pictures to show how the comment is relevant. Pictures are taken before serving the bowls.

2022-08-25A clean restaurant with a nice contemporary vibe. We went here for dinner and were greeted immediately by the host and were shown to our table. You have to scan the QR code as there are no menus and we placed our order with a gentleman. For an appetizer we got the chili idli. It was outstanding... just the right amount of vegetables, spices and the crisp. For our dinner we ordered cheese masala dosa and vegetable biriyani. The masala dosa was thin enough to be crispy and the filling was fresh with right amount of spices (some restaurants make them too bland to fit the western palate, losing the authentic taste). The sambar was delicious and the three chutneys that came with it were such perfect accompaniments. The biryani was what we really wanted to try, after all thats what the name of the restaurant is but it was okay. I think next time Ill stick to trying something from the other categories. The service is okay as well. I cant say we really had a server because we had a few different people come to our table. No one really came to check on how everything was, but its all good. The manager, or I think she was the manager didnt really seemed too concerned with what was going on with the tables. I think with having about 9 FOH staff members, she would have some sort of support but she seemed a bit overwhelmed.

2022-08-25Best fried rice Ive ever had. I got the egg fried rice and it was perfect. They offer an American mild which is funny and appreciated. They have big portions and fair prices.

2022-08-06Food was excellent. Great ambience. The overall service needs a little work though. Will be back for the food. The Paradise chicken fry with the sesame crusting was exceptional.

2021-10-27My husband and I went on a date night. The server was very friendly and helped us make the best delicious choices in authentic Indian food! We loved it, from the Tandoori chicken to Double Kamedha dessert which was like a warm version of Grandmas bread pudding! I highly recommend giving this restaurant a chance! The atmosphere was very beautiful too. Love the lighting!

2021-09-30Got to hear about this place from two of my friends. So first tried their veg Kothu Parotta and Veg Ball Manchurian which made me make a visit in person in a few days. Had Veg Biryani and Gobi Manchurian, great taste and quantity. I will now recommend this place to my friends.

2021-05-19First time trying this restaurant. I was worried for a second because the place is so spacious inside, yet it was relatively empty. I quickly realized that the bulk of their business was done online or by takeout. For this reason, it took me a while to get seated. The waitresses were nice and polite. The only drawback was that they were busy and that they provided me with a Q Code to look up their menu online. I prefer to read a hard copy for many items at a glance. They finally provided a hard copy with limited items on it after a while due to my indecisiveness and constant scrolling on my phone 😒.I ordered the butter chicken extra spicy, garlic naan, and the mango lassi, which was tasty and filling. The prices were reasonable. I wanted to pay using a visa gift card, but they were unable to process that payment due to the lack of a chip on it.In summary, it was good. I know to plan ahead and order takeout the next time.
