Such a joke. Cant believe this place. Its so gross. And on top of that I could have gotten better food for the price. I cant believe I paid for this. Nasty old food.

This has to be the worst Panera in the entire franchise. They always make my order wrong. It is not difficult to make a grilled cheese with white cheddar. I have to wait for them to make it correctly every single time while the rest of my order gets cold. Then to top it off they said it did not say that anywhere in the order. I showed them the receipt they checked off taped to my bag that clearly shows how I ordered the sandwich. The guy says, Yeah, Im not sure. This place is a complete joke.

Average type business today nothing special at all. Time from order to actual food was long I felt at nearly 9 minutes of which I thought about calling company and ask was that standard, but didnt. The steak sandwich while good where they cut it in half there was no steak or anything except a roughly 1/2-1 inch gap with bread only on both sides of the cut. Then the ends had maybe ,ahh maybe a little less bare spot with nothing but bread. Felt a bit less than what I paid for.
This is walking distance from my house. I love their sandwiches and smoothies. A smoothie and a sandwich cost around $10, and fills me up without the bloat. I also love their outside sitting area. I can enjoy my meal in peace. The staff are pleasant and the place is clean and cozy.
Just disappointing at best. Panera was already super expensive and the prices have significantly increased again. Our order didnt have half of what we paid for and my husband had to go get it after having it delivered. Just really disappointed.
I am sad to see the amount of people complaining about this location. I live close so when I decide to treat myself this is the location I frequent and Ive been doing so for over two years now.The people who work there are very friendly and literally give you service with a smile. This has been consistent without exception *every* time Ive gone even during the stress of the pandemic. Most of them are young but that doesnt mean careless and sometimes I think people make assumptions. The ONE time (in TWO years!) I had a problem with my order the manager took care of it right away. The customer service there has been excellent every time. Cant say it enough.As for the people complaining about the price: you get what you pay for. If you dont want to pay their prices no one forces you to go there. I find the quality of food excellent and the portions pretty fair considering you arent paying much less for a similar meal at a greasier low quality chain like McDonalds (who now also charge 7-8 plus dollars for alot of their meals) If Im going to pay for a sandwich Id rather it be fresh and not laden in grease for hours like McDonalds or burger king. In short: their food doesnt give me a sick bloated feeling afterwards like other fast food does and I think thats a pretty good argument for the difference in quality.Good job and keep up the great work guys! ❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍
Disappointment! Food is overpriced for the amount you get. It cost $35 for two people and one of us only had water as a beverage.
I wish I would have taken a picture of all of the brown and rotten lettuce in my salad. I will never go to Panera again! (This was not the first time and I am not a complainer or somebody that EVER sends food back) Thank goodness I used my last gift card for this extremely overpriced food! If I had the time tonight I could have made 5 families the same meal for what’s paid for 3 of us.

Stopped in for a take out on June 6th 2021. We placed an order for 3 pick 2 lunches. After 15 minutes, we asked about the order. Lelanna the manager started asking questions and made us feel if we did something wrong. All I can say is that I wont be going to the West Central store in Delaware anytime soon!
I normally love this place, but Im disappointed by the hot chocolate and the lack of effort they put into their drinks in general. They didnt bother stirring it or even putting enough chocolate in the drink. The refreshers should also be sweet so they dont taste like regular water. My mom and I were unsatisfied.

It’s a shame how bad this location has gotten. There is always something wrong with my order. Ordered the new grilled mac and cheese sandwich only to get a cold grilled cheese. Ordered an iced chai latte and got a small iced coffee. I’m constantly disappointed.
We order a Chipotle Chicken sandwich no gouda and it came with cheese. We ordered a french onion soup and they forgot to add the cheese. My daughters Turkey BLT had a hair in it. Ordered for online pickup, so didnt see any of this before getting home. ☹ Disappointing!
Food is good. Prices are too high $16 for a lunch, with just water to drink is not reasonable. Do not like the pressure of tipping in a no table service restaurant
Staff is great. Im here often to work away from the office. Their coffee is good and you cant go wrong with a bagel. I rarely get anything else to eat. I find Panera WAY too expensive for what youre getting. Paying $6 for a cup of soup seems a bit like a rip-off. Id eat here more often if the value was better.
Great. I wish it was a little less costly. I had a soufle and a coffee. My little girl had a Mac-n-cheese and a chocolate milk. That was more than $20.
Tried to order bagels at 9:30 on a Saturday morning and they were already out of all flavors. Ordered next day, got the wrong order. Emailed Corporate customer service, did not receive a response. Disappointing.
Went to Panera in Delaware Oh. My husband ordered tuna salad. Only half the sandwich had tuna on it. We got 2 pastries to go and were given something different than we ordered.Maybe if the guys working there werent so busy flirting with the customers our order would have been correct. We wont be going back
The food is always delicious. I have eaten at this location on a few different occasions and the food is always good - hot and delicious! The struggle with Panera is with their carryout soup containers. I do not believe they are the same size as the regular soup bowl/cup. I have ordered for carryout and been disappointed when ordering a bowl of soup and only received a little bit. Other than this, I would recommend this restaurant.

Not happy .. ordered delivery. Ordered 2 fruit cups along with other things. Total bill was 80 $ . The fruit cups cost 8 $ . Didnt get the fruit cups . Having a problem with customer service getting some fruit cups or my money given back to me plus the sandwiches were very sad looking. Not worth the money I paid. Just paid $9.89 for a bacon turkey sandwich. Out of bacon so I got ham as a replacement.The bread was a weird orange color,1 piece of sliced turkey and 1 slice of ham,2 tomatoes and what looked like a bag of arugula thrown in there to make the sandwich look bigger.Sandwich wasnt worth $3.99 let alone more than twice that,Ive had better gas station sandwiches on a cross country trip. Nice drive thru employees but not worth anywhere near the price.
I have never had a bad experience at any Panera until visiting this location. Workers here are lacking in Simple Customer Service Skills. The girl who took our order did not know what she was doing... she couldn’t even answer a simple question to what bread choices there were for a sandwich. Her response was: “ummmmm lots of them?!” The staff was also unresponsive and unwilling to fix a part of our order that was incorrect. Poor experience!
Ordered only a smoothie . It came out quick and fresh, but cashier gave me a hassle about not ordering any food, I thought it was pretty rude. My encounter overall was fine.
Its typical Panera. Free Wifi, drinks, coffee, tea. Went for a meeting. Great meeting spot. Ive never gone for the food. Got a Super Fruit Smoothie. Refreshing, delicious. $4.99 for a small size cup, which is the only size it comes in. Like I said, great meeting spot but thats the only reason I ever go there. Thanks!
Alright honestly I wouldnt eat hear if it wasnt for my girlfriend. The food is good but its just not worth the cost to me. Doesnt mean that its bad so Im not going to talk smack because it is a nice and clean place and Ive never had a bad experience there but am I ever going to come here by myself? No way lol
I know its a tight job market... but this Panera needs to spend more time getting in the right manager for the store.When I order my food I dont need to hear her dropping the F-bomb and laughing at her employees when they do the same, I dont need to have her make excuses for why theyre out of food, and I dont need her to roll her eyes at the other guy inline beside me when they mess up his order that he called in and was upset because it wasnt ready... lacking focus, disorganized, and disengaged.On a better note, the food was good the bathrooms were clean and the place was well-maintained.
Sunday Brunch was an Egg Souffle, coffee, and a bagel. There was an ample supply of Souffle varieties. Mine was hot tasty and a great brunch. I love Paneras cinnamon crunch bagel. I get it bread-sliced to stretch out the enjoyment with hazelnut coffee.
Had not the best experience at Panera tonight. After ordering $30 worth of food, I arrived at home and was looking for my 4 baguettes when I pull out a piece of regular white bread cut into 4 pieces replaced as my baguettes...... this to me was not acceptable , atleast tell me you are out of baguettes or offer me something else other than a plain piece of white bread cut into 4 tiny pieces of bread.
It became much more expensive since my last visit, but my soup and salad were extremely delicious!!
For a place that specializes in take-out, drive thru and delivery, theyre REALLY terrible at remembering the salad dressing for your order. I called the store up today after missing my salad dressing again. There was a promise of a free cookie, but no apology to accompany that free cookie. I walked in for my dressing, still received no apology and no free cookie. Get it together, guys.Also, their lattes are terrible. They taste like soap.
Not very happy with the drive thru experience I received this morning (9.23). Was not greeted at all. Just gave price and an yes when I asked for napkins. By the way....drive thru customers should ALWAYS receive napkins. Also...my bag was ripped on the side. Other Peneras Ive been to would put the pastries in a box if purchased more than 2. Ive had other bad experiences at this Panera. Just thought it was time to write a review. Not very happy. Wish there was another Panera close to my house.
I really like the food and come often even though they are a bit expensive it is good food so dont mind paying for it. As one reviewer stated always check your food from the drive through window. have had a totally wrong sandwich once and today on my Roasted Bacon Turkey Avocado BLT there was no bacon....no bacon...oh my. I ate it. No time to return to window and get it straightened out had to get back to work. Bummer...also dont come after 12pm youll be waiting...everyone goes to lunch at the same time. I go earlier.
This is my go to spot for a quick bite thats lighter/healthier than the several fast food joints in the area. Service is friendly and quick.
Ive visited this establishment many times and I have never been disappointed. The food is always good, albeit slightly pricey sometimes. But the staff is very hard-working and I will continue to visit here time and time again.

The food was as expected, but I wouldn’t go again because of one of the employees. I forget her name, but she was very rude. I ordered a dozen bagels to eat in the car with my family of 5, so I wanted them toasted and sliced, but that lady said that they usually don’t toast more than 4 bagels when you’re “ordering bulk”. Her reason was that they didn’t want the bagels to be old by the time we “got where we were going” even after I explained we were eating them immediately. I am disappointed Panera!
Ordered some food tonight from the drive thru. Found out they forgot the soup so I headed back to get it. Found out they closed at 9pm and I was 5 minutes too late. I was told the soup was put away and they could not serve me. I’m a reasonable person and accidents happen. This was truly unlucky and disappointing. What gets me is When the associate goes to get the manager for me he comes back and says my manager said “come back tomorrow and ask whatever manager is here to give you a soup and tell them Kyle said it’s ok.” WOW, and when I asked why the manager can’t come out and apologize to me in person I was told he was too busy closing up the store. Just amazed a manager of a known company like Panera doesn’t have enough respect to come apologize himself.
Ordered the steak panini today. Normally I like this sandwich at other paneras but from this store there was so much horseradish on the sandwich that I got through two bites and had to throw it away. Should have just taken a 10 dollar bill and thrown it in the trash, would have been a better experience.
Ive been picking up my order from here. It is so convenient and fast. I can usually pick up in 10 minutes. Food is yummy.
Just had the Chipolte Chicken Avocado Melt......sorriest sandwich I have ever had. All the chicken was plopped on one half, none on the other, same with the avocado, which was black and nasty. I am done with this place. The prices are sky high for a product that is mediocre at best.
It was good . and the workers helped me custom build a breakfast sandwich at no extra charge. I would of liked it untoasted as the buns u use toasted are to hard and make the roof of my mouth sore . still good . thank you Roger Mayes .
I love panera but the service at this one sucks. My sandwiches were a mess and fell out of the wrappers inside the bag. Called the manager and she was clearly a teenager with a condescending tone of voice. No I will not let you remake my sandwiches. Make them pretty in special boxes. Yeah that just sounds like you would do something special to them. Thanks but no thanks Ill eat my crappie looking sandwiches.
Cashier was rude. Didn’t listen to any of the changes we made to our sides. Then rolled her eyes when we finished ordering. This location was once good, but after coming back from college and trying the food again, this location is no longer anywhere on my top favs.
I ordered a steak panini and it was the most pathetic looking tiny sandwich Ive ever seen from Panera. It was like the baguette was stunted from the moment it was sprung from the oven and everything went downhill from there. I was sorely disappointed in that sandwich. It looked like half a sandwich and I felt short-changed. That is a first for me at any Panera which generally serves reasonable potion sizes--even, dare I say, generous portion sizes for salads soups and sandwiches. Probably will skip this one and choose other Panera locations in the future.
Open at 7, at 830 out of souffles, coffee and quiches. 15 minutes to get more coffee. One inept cashier that talked so low you cants hear her. Dirty fork. Took forever to get sandwich. Ive ordered rapid pick up from there twice now and each time my order has been messed up (this last time they failed to give me parts of my order). I tried calling the store after the second mess up and it just rang and rang with no answer. I love Panera and understand this location is relatively new, but its still frustrating to have both my orders incorrect and not be able to get in touch with management to inform them.
Their food is I believe good quality and the employees are generally on task and helpful. Appreciate the availability of the restaurant.
In the dozen or so times Ive ordered via the drive through window, I do not think they have gotten my order right more than twice. And when they get it wrong, after wasting a good chunk of my time, the workers will say sorry about that with the look that says they obviously do not care. I think Im pretty much done going to this Panera. The one near 71 is much better.
Quick and pretty decent food, especially when compared to the other options on this side of town. I havent caught them when they are really busy but my food always arrives quick and looks like what the menu shows it to look like.

Its panera bread... fast casual dining. The staff in the drive thru, which I usually use, is always nice. While the food selections here can be somewhat healthy, Id like to see more vegetarian/vegan options.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, however quite busy during the lunch hour. Great place to eat, meet up, and do some work. Staff is friendly to customers, and seems to have a lot of regulars/repeat customers.
The Fontega chicken sandwich was practically chicken free. I dont know if they got distracted or were running out of chicken. The Rewards option wasnt available after I placed a $51 order. I was less than impressed.

We love panera but it’s super disappointing that the staff at this location is never wearing masks whenever we pickup here. It’s mandated in our county now too. We’ll be going to a different location from now on.
Make sure u check you pick up order. Asked the girl if it was the whole order she says yes get home its not. Go figure. New I should of checked. Who drives all the way back after they get home.

Check your order every time. We have not received everything in our order in quite a long time. We continue to go because it’s close to our house and the kids like the food. Management is sassy when we try to address this issue.

They got rid of the panini presses didnt change the menus board and didnt tell anyone. it was oven baked, in a convection oven open faced, and it was dry as heck. not happy, not happy at all

My girlfriend just ordered me a steak and cheddar panini and she got the siera turkey sandwich. These are the most pathetic looking sandwiches I have ever seen with no meat on any of our sandwiches. Even a starving family from Ethiopia would complain about the portion size on the All Bread sandwhiches we ordered. The only reason I gave them 1 star is bc their green tea is very good. Hopefully they go out of business soon and put something in that gives you more bang for your buck.
I ordered an vegetarian option for my sandwich and soup. Midway through my sandwich I found a piece of bacon. I normally have no issues but I was very disappointed this time around.

This has got to be the smaller Panera with the worst layout ever. No community room is available for meetings. Pick-up orders are found towards the back of the store wedged near the end of cafe pick up adjacent to the soda fountain.
I am writing this only to let the managers at this location know that Michelle had one of the worst customer service attitudes that I have ever experienced. Quite obviously hates her job.
Messed up my drive through order after I twice clarified that they understood. The manager was willing to refund me when I entered to store, however the exchange was not a positive experience.

Discriminatory rules against employees. Apparently employees can only be plain Jane or Jim. In 2017, people should be able to express themselves as long as it does not interfere with health in a restaurant setting.
Almost every time I go, there is at least a 15-20min wait in line. Then the order is either missing something or when I get home its the wrong sandwich. Tonight, was the last straw. I wont go back!
There were ants in the pastry area. Not great value for the money spent on there food. For my family of five its hard not to spend $50 every time we are there.

Very disappointed. Just came home with my drive thru order. Opened the bag and see my salad with an unwrapped torn piece of bread and an unwrapped fork just tossed in the bag.

2022-06-07Mediocre. Better for you than fast food but not as good as an actual restaurant. The salads are really good.Worked here years ago and accidentally dropped a whole pan of pastries and the manager at the time told me to put them back on the counter to sell.

2022-04-10The service was polite and helpful, and the soups and food where yummy, but the prices for them are outrageous. For a small sandwich and this tiny little cup of soup it was about 9 dollars. I left not feeling full, but feeling hungry.

2022-05-27Watched the kitchen throw what we thought was food at each other while ordering . Then while sitting in the dining room, watched a kitchen employee eat food, with the same gloved hand that they were preparing food. Called manager. Stated what we had seen.

2020-01-27First time at this one. If we are back in the area, we will come back. It was Overall a good experience.I had the Napa Almond Chicken Salad with chips. The sandwich was very good. Plenty of chicken and very fresh lettuce.I took a picture of the chips... I swear there used to be more in a bag than there is now. Maybe Im mistaken?

2021-04-24I paid 9.19 for this. No humus like theres supposed to be and such little food i will be hungry again in an hour. Not worth the price, you should cook for yourself instead of buying this. Countless times i have had this issue with Panera food. So much money for such little food. Do not recommend.

2022-02-16Cold soup. Smallest half sandwich took two small bites and done. Expensive for how much you get need to go get another meal after this one. They have to many people working just huddled up Chatting. The girl up front is the only one truly working even though she charged me to much and I didnt catch it at the time. Just wow. Two bowls small of soup and half sandwich ( two bites) and a small cookie ( the cookie was good) 27$ !! Wow

2021-12-29Panera is one of the few places where they get the curbside service right. Great soups, salads, and pick two options. Breakfast is also pretty good. Sometimes, they close the drive-thru up to half an hour before the official closing time, so keep that in mind. There is ample parking, and the building is wheelchair accessible.

2022-04-06I love panera so shocked that at 9am they had souffles that were still hot but was very upset that they did not have cinnamon crunch bagels. Never been in a panera at anytime of the day and them not have cinnamon bagels.

2022-01-05We placed an order over the phone and when we picked our coffee it was basically water! Awful, the worst coffee I had in a very long time, I called them again to get a refund for the coffee, Sabrina picked up the phone and put me on hold for 35 min and no response at the end. I will definitely never visit them again. PS. I wrote this entire review while I was “on hold” for the manager.

2020-01-22I just spent 15 dollars for a sandwich and soup with out a drink. I feel like I got took tbh. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here. Why would I when I could go to the corner cafe have a beverage and a full meal for ten dollars. I’m not going to throw my money away on ascetically pleasing, mild In flavor food.
