Awesome. I only go to 2 nurseries. This is one of them. Friendly employees & large selection of every veggie, u want. Nice selection of plants in & out. A lot of nice decor as well.

I have done a lot of shopping here in the past and have always had very good customer service. Well not today. I bought a boomerang lilac tree and for whatever reason it died. I went to return it because it has a guarantee on it but they were out of the lilac trees. I need the lilac tree to complete my bed by the patio. Which I informed the owner. The store owner said he doesnt know if he will get anymore in but refused to give me a refund so I could buy my tree somewhere else. I feel it is not my fault they dont have any of the trees and I should of had my money refunded. Yeah I will shop at Petites from now on.
I brought my 11 month old baby with me. Only reason that is relevant is because I was collecting plants and running out of room fast. One of the woman working there took my plants for me and put them by the register. She did this a few times. They have a nice selection of indoor and outdoor plants. I went during the end of the summer season. They had nice sale and clearance selections.
Always friendly, always helpful & efficient. Beautiful flowers & garden decor. Decent prices with a large selection. The staff is what brings me back time & time again, even when I think I’ve finished shopping!
I like Pandys. Dont get me wrong. But it is a bit pricey on some things and the issue I have is I bought 2 Japanese shrubs, which were quite expensive, for my front landscaping. And after 2 years, both have died, even with proper care. Obviously, they are past warranty period.I have had more success with bushes bought on clearance at Lowes. All are thriving.

A wonderful experience. Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. Made sure I could get the bush i purchased in my car. The gentleman trimmed it beautifully. And a lovely woman put it in my car. Great place.
Great place for flowers, trees, garden plants and almost whatever else you need.
Poor customer service and high prices. Refunds are not permitted. We asked to exchange and they agreed. When I got to the register, they said I couldnt get the items I picked (flowers) because we initially bought a vine. Unbelievable! I will never return. Shusters is way better!

Pandys is an excellent home and garden nursery. Everytime I go there I can get gardening, plant and lawn maintenance tips from fertilizing to what to plant where. Today I asked about early lawn fertilization and over seeding. As usual I a little education and advice on product selection. They are my go to favorite when it comes to yard care and planting!
Great selection and great prices! It was truly beautiful there. The majority of the staff was so friendly and helpful. One employee was very rude at the beginning and Im glad I didnt follow my first instinct and leave right then due to her nasty comment (wish I wouldve gotten the name) but the young man letting people in did damage control and he turned the whole trip around, he was a sweetheart. Everyone else we encountered was wonderful too. Its sad how one employee can almost ruin the whole experience and you may want to keep an eye out because shes going to end up screwing you out of ALOT of business and its not fair to the rest of your awesome staff.
We LOVE Pandys!! We visit the store a lot!! We love all of the beautiful fruits, vegetables and flowers! I dress my patio every summer with vibrant colorful flowers and we buy potted plants and vegetables for our children to plant, they love watching the fruits of their labor grow and harvest them! Every time we visit, the employees ALWAYS welcome us and some of them even remember us! Its nice to receive such great customer service from a business! The employees are very helpful also! Most times I end up grabbing more than I can carry and one of their employees is right there with a cart or box to help me carry my treasures! Pandys is a beautiful store! Workers thought it was funny when I went there and I didn’t know you had to order online. First of all I really don’t want anybody else picking out my plants. Second of all it’s not funny when you waste a trip. I was practically chased out. So Lowes got my $300 unfortunately. . I won’t be coming back. I’m not sure why they aren’t open when all of the other places are. Extremely disappointed. I have been coming here for years and I won’t be any more.
Peanut was wonderful and so very helpful in helping me find the right plants for my planter! I love it and always go to Pandys for my flowers!

Employees are extremely pleasant and helpful. They have a great variety of flowers and hanging pots and bedding plants available. Its expensive, but there are coupons available here and there. And as they say, they cant offer a guarantee on the plants because theres no guarantee on the owners.

Thanks again.Original Review: $28.21 fiasco. Older lady at front counter was very rude when we went to purchase. Very angrily says Just put both coupons on, Im not going to sit here and mess with this. Your 28.21 off 125 coupon is just that, dont get mean and upset with your customers when I want to split up a transaction to use 2 coupons. There were 2 of us, and we both had coupons. Dont show kindness and good will on your FB page, if your going to turn around and be rude at the checkout. I spent over $600 at your business today.
Loved this place cant believe Ive lived in elyria my whole life and never been there!! Awesome selection of plants, decor, stands, you name it they have it.
Appreciated them loading purchases. All perennials ever purchased from there are still alive. Thankful for advice given when you find knowledgeable staff.
I have walked in to Pandys several times within the past month. I am very disappointed with how much they have changed especially with the holiday season soon to arrive. I miss the times the Christmas trees were set up and all lit with lights where you could travel down a path and view every option. I miss the Christmas Wonderland. There was a train by the birds, poinsettias in the garden area of every color imaginable, the line for santa by the trees, beverages for guests, the light option that covered the whole back of the store, and lit trees outside the back for customers to purchase. The decorations now look as if no thought or holiday spirit was put into it. Every decoration looks to have a commercialized look that could be done by any person off the street. They hurriedly decorated it because everybody else was doing it. The prices are extremely over priced and the organization is not seen in the displays. Its not set in the view of a childs eye, it looks as if its from the eyes of an adult just to quickly make a sale.Next, I notice there is one man who seems to be the owner. He is always on his phone, never happy, disrespecting other employees. (especially in front of customers) He seems to have an attitude based on his own self and not living the way the business was founded on. His attitude seems to affect the other employees. I know that everyday a business doesnt have a rosy day but I yet have to see one rosy day in the times Ive visited. How do you feel the negative attitude affects other employees? I cant even describe how many times this gentleman is on his phone while in Pandys uniform. Some one like this should work at Verizon? Am I wrong? One time I walked in and he was asked a simple question by a customer and huffed and complained that he had to stop talking on his phone to assist them. For as many young employees that work there I am astonished that they can be without using there cell phone as much as he does. It seems as if management expects the employees to carry out tradition and respect but cant follow through themselves. Just remember do what you love and love what you do in order to be successful.
I always go to Pandys for my vegetable plants for my garden. The plants always do well after transplanting and the have a large selection to choose from. They also have a large selection of flowers, trees, and other plants with fair pricing.
Love Pandys Garden Center wide range of products, lots of selections of unique things to find there and best of all the great people that work there ready to help with what ever you need.
Have been shopping here for the last 17 years through (3) houses. The plants (I mostly purchase perrenials and small trees) are always healthy and have never had one die on me. However, they are a little pricey, especially their non-attendance items.
To all people fighting to get our freedoms back... My wife and I wanted to go here to get some hanging plants. We explained that we are exempt do to medical conditions and we both have doctors excuses which we of course are not obligated to show, but we were informed that we would still not be allowed to enter do to their personal policy. This falls under the American disability act and we will be notifying them asap. I suggest anyone who isnt going off of the narrative these days to go to Pinehaven or somewhere else that isnt discriminating against people who arent medically able to wear masks and where they are following the actual guidelines from our state government and only making the employees, not the patrons wear mask.
Large variety of flowers and plants. Offer many beautiful colors. Currently have clearance plants (mums) for $2.00 each & theyre in nice shape. Not faded or dry. I always find what Im looking for at Pandys!

Love pandys! We have been going every year around Christmas time to pick out a new ornament with our family for 9 years, and my husband went when he was little with his parents! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They always start conversation and actually care about their customers!!
It is a beautiful store mom and pop owned has everything you need. They require masks at this time.
My parents loved Pandys and my sister and I love it too!!!! We came up from FL and we are going home with 2 butterfly bushes, 2 hanging pansy plants, 1 huge spider plant and 1 exceptional purple hydrangea. The staff are sweet and ever so helpful.
Shopped here last year for most all of our vegetable and gardening supplies. Great selections and very reasonable prices. Looking forward to stopping by again this year.

Very unhappy with the lack of overall service while shopping there this past Saturday. The cashier Emily was to interested in socializing with the other cashier. Had to stand there and wait until their story was over to get rung up. No, it had nothing to do with work. I should have dropped my flowers and walked out. I wont be back for sure!!
The difference between your big box stores and this place?? MUCH better quality....KNOWLEDGEABLE staff....UNIQUE & BETTER plants & Flowers 💐. My parents used to go here...and now I go here with my adult daughter...will continue to patronize because we love it!

I rate pandys as a 5 star. I have hundreds of plants ranging from cacti to outdoor perennials and many various indoor plants. Pandys has foxfarm soils and fertilizers and other fertilizers such as epsoma, the staff is very nice I never in my time going here have I felt like no one knows what their talking about or helpful, the prices are very reasonable compared to many other places i use to go to. I really recommend pandys to anyone.

Always liked Pandys.......unfortunately 1 person can ruin it when they answer the phone. Very rude & then management doesnt even respond to your concern. We only asked for a donation to a VETERANS event & was basically told if we didnt call you, you arent getting anything😕

2022-05-10LOVE Pandy’s soooo much. It’s a bit of a drive for us east siders but it’s 100% worth it. Huge selection of beautiful healthy plants, reasonably priced and the greenhouse cats are sooooo sweet.

2021-04-03So many plants, lots of decor, soil, pots, baskets...everything you need for your yard and your indoor plants! The prices are so reasonable!I went primarily for the houseplants and I was not disappointed. They have a few sizes of many plants. So, you can buy a smaller plant for a great price, or pay a little more for a larger plant.We drove three hours from Indiana because they had a harder-to-find tradescantia for $20 for huge basket. This plant is about three times that price or just not available in our area. Definitely worth the drive if you love plants.

2022-05-29Found our begonias finally! Great price for flat. Also bought some potting soil. Easy access to street and even found nice young man to help us put into car. Service was friendly and helpful 🙂

2022-05-27Stopped here with my mom on mothers day. I got a oriale grape jelly feeder for a decent price and pretty begonia hanging baskets. I recommend this garden center because my hanging baskets were white and not a ugly color. They carry a variety of plants that I should of gotten while there, but will have to make another trip back...because I wanted to shop around.. If you see something get it.

2021-05-16Everytime I vist, the only problem I ever have is figuring out what not to buy. Theres always so many great looking healthy affordable plants, and the friendly staff is constantly on the watch for anyone that might need help. I also like how many different lawn decorations they have - though I havent bought any yet.

Long lasting annuals and huge variety of perennials you cant find anywhere else.WOW some great hanging baskets!! Beautiful long hanging bags. In many different colors and plants. What a selection!!

2022-03-01EditThey have fair prices and a good selection of houseplants but omg the soil they use for the houseplants…each one I’ve brought home the soil is like a rock or a solid sponge. I bought a staghorn fern and a Hoya this way. After going back I have found a lot of their other plants are in a good, airy soil mix.

2021-08-30I purchased what I thought were all hybrid tea roses and one of them was miss marked. Showed perfume factory only to find out it is a small single petal bush rose. I tried calling but could only leave a message.
