Panda Express in other cities:
I have been visiting this location for years and never had an issue. The worst that has happend is they forgot my teriyaki sauce, things happen, I get it. They are always super friendly and the food is yummy. They seem short staffed like every other business around here, patience and kindness goes a long way! Keep up the great work guys :)
They solicit customers for donations. So be prepared to be served a side of guilt if you go here and like me can only budget for meals since we live pay check to paycheck. I think its absurd they get away with soliciting people for third party donations. I wont be having lunch here anymore. They are rude if you say no thanks. As if I owe them.
I dont like to give 4 or 5 🌟 to places like Panda Express, however, the staff has always been polite and generous with the service and food. Place is kept clean and stocked, rarely do they run out of anything. Panda is the fast food of American-Chinese food and they do it with style. My fave is the Orange chicken. They do have other regular dishes, but their signature item is the Orange chicken. Recommended to those who are on a time crunch and want a quick bite of Chinese food. Get a Panda Bowl for something easy for dinner or lunch.
If you are looking for some quick Chinese style food this place would probably be to your liking. There are some very flavorful options here and the only reason I didnt give a 4-star rating is because I dont believe it is as healthy as a more upscale Chinese place. I still go here from time to time and usually enjoy whatever I am craving at the time. Prices are reasonable as well as the portion sizes. I have to say my favorite dishes are usually something along the lines of a chicken dish.
Clean Restaurant and friendly staff. Disappointed with recent visit though. Quality of food has drastically declined since my last visit to this location. Fried rice was a mixture of fresh and old (dried out) rice. Chicken and string beans tasted like it was severely freezer burned. Could not eat. Kung Pow Chicken wasnt too bad. Unfortunate because the food was exceptional when this location first opened. Sad to say I probably wouldnt make the drive to visit again. *Side note: It was 33° outside when I visited. They had the air conditioning on and it was so cold, I needed to keep my coat and scarf on to be comfortable. :(
I ordered to entrees and told them both no peanuts due to allergic reaction, 20 minutes later I got home and both my son and I had peanuts in our entrees. I called and the woman I spoke with said sorry, we cant deviate from our recipe. On my receipt it said no peanuts. Im confused. I spent 12.90 on meals we cant eat. Ridiculous. I never actually post a review, my first but this is the third time this has happened. Im not never going back to panda express, and I will discourage others to never go there. Didnt even offer to remake or comp. Terrible service.
I love this place. I didnt even know what this place was but had planned to stop in one day. Last week I had a drs appointment had to leave work and was coming back when I got asked where my Dr was. I told them and they said oh good can you stop and pick up lunch for all of us. So they texted me their orders and it sounded like Chinese food so since Iove Chinese I ordered too. Since I have been back 4 times since. Good food.
Did not have anything ready! It was 920 and it closed at 10 and manager said we close soon. I mean I understand u close......soon. But u still have 40 min! U could have 50 more customers! Everything was cold and terrible what was left. No orange chicken no hot and spicy chicken. And a couple other things. She made me pay full price for garbage food and as well food I didnt want.
Food is always good but they never give me the extras I ask for. My cup of ice or my teriyaki sauce. I always end up with plain steamed rice(that is good not the problem) and plain grilled chicken when its called teriyaki chicken.... I come here often because in The beginning it was always right. Now seems like our order is never complete. Just work on details young kids.
I came here the order a couple of combos I really like the service I got especially like the drive-thru pull up pick up Chinese Panda Express is one of my favorite places to go and eat I urge everyone out there to go and least try at least once I recommend Panda Express Dublin location because it is the best customer friendly fast and Fresh always hot food Panda Express
Out of broccoli and beef substituted orange chicken with 3 pieces of broccoli!!Ordered egg roll was not in bag with order. Orange chicken was so hard only a small percent could be eaten. Chow Mein was all onion and not many noodles.More like onion Mein. This was at 3:30pm not at closing time. Probably will not go back
Waited 10 minutes to get food because the person running the cash register was trying to figure out the process of giving change and the person training the person running the cash register was ill equipped to be a trainer. The last 4 minutes of my wait was due to a discussion between the two over giving the customer ahead of me her $.05 in change...
Avoid going here after 7:30. They dont switch out their proteins after this time. I got sticky hard shrimp like the sauce had camalized from sitting out. All the chicken was dry and the chow mein was extremely stiff. This has happened the last 3 times ive gone thru the drive-thru around this time.
Customer service was basic. nothing over the top but just another worker who looks like they dont want to be at work. Food was hot but we wont ever know if all of it was because we didnt receive an entree and had to call back for later service to be rendered. Their locations are spread out so it takes 15 mins to travel their and this is the service you get. If you really want Panda Express from here i suggest going in so you ensure all food is served.
A good fast food Chinese option! Known for their orange chicken. I much prefer their Honey Walnut Shrimp, but be prepared to pay ($1.25-1.50) more for this tasty option! Sadly this specific location doesnt offer a kids eat free day but there are others nearby, that do.
Ive reviewed this restaurant before and find few things to fault them for. They do charge extra for certain entres, typically if they have shrimp which is perfectly understandable but then they serve you half the quantity as other entres. If you cant serve me the same size portion charge me more. Again its minor but for new customers or those who have never ordered a premium entre before it can be disappointing.
I used to visit this location frequently and have never had anything but great things to say. That is up until the last few months. The food quality has gotten bad and the service even worse. They have run out of rice and egg rolls an hour before closing among other items. They are on-site at my employer once a week... 4 out 5 times they run out of food in the 2nd hour and/or its dry or overcooked. It is obvious that nobody cares. I have contacted corporate 3 times with no response. So sad to lose a once weekly customer.
Great food. The last time I was here, the food was not great and made me sick later. Hoping that this doesnt happen again. Food tasted much better and was hot too. Also kudos to the young lady who helped me. Ive been studying and incorporating asian cultures into my cooking. When she asked what side for the entrees, it didnt quite register with me at the moment what she was asking. I was like you mean egg rolls? Is that new? 😂😂😂 Rice is not considered a side, but a staple to me lol. Thanks for your patience though 😉
Mixed feelings about this place. When I go in and an older Asian lady is working everything from service to cash out is awesome. When I go in and she isnt there, well, its the opposite. So now, I hope she is in there every time I visit. Ha! Maybe I should ask what day she works ...
I come to this panda often the food is always great the place is always clean they are always so nice.Today I came into panda and seen a person I have never seen working here before Mahad ,guessing he is new.He was so polite a customer yelled at him and he handled it so well.He was so helpful and it was a joy to get to meet him. Thanks mahad!
I was amazed at how kind and delightful the workers were. Mahad and Julie went above and beyond. And for a young man, Mahad was fantastic. Mahad you are going to go far in this world! Absolutely fantastic service and the food was delicious! Very happy with my service here 😊

2021-12-27It usually never goes wrong with Panda Express for me. Orange chicken and Teriyaki chicken is my all time favorite. I am surprised that this location is letting only drive through. Single plate with 1 entree is good enough if you are hungry. I would suggest to get single plate with 2 entrees if you are starving. Their veggie rols are alright but I am not a fan of them though. This will definitely will be on my Quickie list.

2022-05-14Great consistent stop for Asian American style food. Definitely designed 5o fit the American palate and the helpings are huge. Plus the convenience of the drive thru is a nice touch. I highly recommend the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken, Honey Sesame Chicken & the Beijing Beef! Wish that the hours were later for a nice late night snack option.

2021-07-26The beef broccoli had maybe 4 pieces of beef and a ton of broccoli. I was very disappointed. Thank goodness I also ordered the orange chicken. I do not recommend the beef and broccoli.

2022-03-10Always good service and insanely fast if in a hurry. Sometimes out of items I like but supply chain to blame so understand it. Very well ran location and always extremely clean which is always a huge plus to me. That sweet sesame chicken is crazy good and that kung po chicken is good 8 out of 10 times think theres 1 cook thats off alittle on his spices.

2019-02-03Its food. Columbus is home to several excellent Chinese restaurants. Panda Express is not one of them. If you are hungry, this place will do in a pinch, but youre better off eating somewhere else. The Hamilton Road location is kid-friendly, with high chairs. It is also ADA compliant.

2022-01-09They were great and very fast. Even though the line was wrapped around the building, it moved quickly and I received my food fast after ordering. The line was only long because their seating area is currently closed, drive thru only. We always get the orange chicken and fried rice, its reliably delicious. I personally love the lo-mein.

2021-08-02Typical Panda Express location, with delicious food!! The best deal weve found is the $29 family meal, which we purchased on this trip. The only reason I didnt rate this location five stars is that I ordered (and received) one regular plate in addition to our family meal, but I was charged for a bigger plate. Didnt notice until I got home with this take-out order. It was probably an innocent mistake, but I hate that places always upsell you, sometimes without you even asking!Insider tip: Keep your receipt and take the online survey thats printed at the bottom. It will earn you a free entree item! Totally worth two minutes of your time.

2022-03-13We had Panda Express on Hamilton Rd cater a 75th unbirthday party. They had it perfectly cooked, perfectly packed, and ready to go at the requested time...even helped load it in the car. Will absolutely use them again. Thank you!

2021-07-12I like Teriyaki chicken , but in this Panda Express every time I order it , 3 out of 5 times they don’t give teriyaki sauce , sometime over grilled chicken which goes to trash.
