I was dropping off over 10 packages a week for two years. Then they started charging me two dollars a package over 20 pounds I called corporate and it is not the policy other stores do not charge that the guy was there his name is Mark very rude will not help you at the door stairs at you when I charge you another two dollars a box I have another business partner that sell same things that we do she does not get charged to two dollars a box extra do not take your package to this place they overcharge you if you want to ship take it to Ace Hardware or Walgreens. I had talk to the owner of the store they have another one in Columbus and he hung up on me he do not want to hear about the two dollar extra charge.
I wish I could give a 0 star. Very, very rude customer service, they charge for every little thing, like to tape a box, or if the package is over x pounds. That is an absurd! They are UPS authorized store, but they dont even have the scan to read the UPS codes. Very poorly managed. They absolutely dont care about their customer. If you want to receive a bad service go tho PakMail. I think UPS should really know what they are doing because UPS is great, and they obviously dont have the same principles.
Tried to mail a box of gifts to Germany. The guy at the counter was helpful, but when he entered the info, the cost was going to be $237!!! I repeated $237??? He said, well, its going all the way to Germany! I walked out with said box, and mailed it via USPS for $66. It was a 7 lb box. Nice enough guy, but WAY over priced. Do some homework. Protect your money.
Took a bag there to be boxed and sent. Paid $23.18 for next day delivery to Columbus. The receipt said it would be there by noon. Its now 4 PM and still not there. We called the store and the guy, Mark, said it wasnt there and that maybe the driver didnt scan the box?? He was not helpful at all. Will never go there again. This was Oct. 15-16.
Dropped off perishable package for my son in Seattle on Tuesday morning. It cost arm and a leg to be delivered on Friday. The young guy was very helpful. The package was not delivered on Friday and I did not get a phone call. I called Saturday morning to find out what had happened and I got a very rude person, Mark, on the other end telling me there was nothing he can do. He blamed UPS. They didnt deliver it because they didnt have a unit number. It was Unit A or B. They could have gone to the door and asked or called me. It has been the worse experience. I will never use them or recommend them.
The place is a real dump, the guy wasnt very helpful. I went in because I was told that was the best way to ship my package back. The guy behind the counter was rude, and started to leak dip spit out his his mouth. I wanted to find a way to send a package back, not get belittled because Im not a drop ship expert!
I tried to send a letter to France. I got there about 30 minutes before close. No line. Walked up. Gave the guy the address and other information. He entered it then told me the system wouldn’t take it. Didn’t know why. Said he needed to restart several times. I looked at the computer screen it was restarted. Left half an hour later, I’m leaving with my letter in hand as he’s listing ups and FedEx locations in Dublin.
Shipped a laptop with a pre-paid UPS lapel. Guy at the counter was rude and seemed annoyed when people were walking in. I ask him if he could tape an end on my box and he said in a rude voice I will do it later I am busy! My first and last time here! I will make sure I tell small town Marysville to stay away from this place!

2022-08-18You cant do Amazon ups returns here. They are not a ups store they are an outpost and you would be better off going to Walgreens.

2021-12-21I cannot stand this rude person who never greets his customers with a cheerful attitude and always acts like he got up on the wrong side of the bed. I presented my package to which he replied rather curtly thank you in a gruff manner. I replied by saying I need a receipt and I will always need a receipt for my shipping. He angrily snatched the package, went to another register and printed off my receipt. Requesting a receipt should not bring down the world. He should remember what goes around comes around and he will get his for being the nastiest mean-spirited person in the world behind the counter. I will no longer ship at this store!

2021-08-10Walked in to ship an international package and the guy was super rude and not helpful at all. Its fine if I cant ship a package, but would be nice to hear a reason why I cannot ship it. Maybe provide some helpful information/steps on how it does need to ship. Instead, he just looked down and didnt say one word after saying, I cant ship that, the DHL drivers told me I cant. Not visiting this location again.

2022-01-14Zero help, zero greeting on entry, miserable employee and short or unhelpful answers.Definitely will not use in the future. Go to Walgreens around the corner for anything fedex related.

2021-01-21This place is awful. Tried sending a package here using FedEx (think small Amazon box) to Pittsburgh and was told it would be $48?! Asked why so much and said that was the price. So I opened my FedEx account and created the shipment...$12 for ground (gets there in two days). $36 for next day air. Asked if that was ground, he said no. Can you check ground? Sure, that’ll be $28. I understand they need to make money but I’ll just make the drive to Dublin or create the label at home and pay the $3 FedEx pick up fee and have it picked up at my house.

2020-04-27Terrible customer service and slow. I dropped off an Fedex package and only request a receipt. There was another customer ahead of me, but since NO one was wearing a mask I decided to wait outside the door. The employer knew I was waiting, but he decided to take another customer (now after 5:00. Closing) The employer took so much time with that customer (as I was waiting patiently and package still on counter) he and still never rang up a receipt. I then grab my package and left went to Walgreens which was a great customer service.Avoid this place!!!Plus you never know who is walking in your store.

2020-01-02I shipped a computer screen and paid extra insurance to have it protected. It was damaged during the delivery which I understands happens. I filed a claim and was told I would get a refund from insurance coverage I purchased from pak mail to cover the cost to fix the item that was damaged. The company reported on Nov 21 they were out of company checks and would send my refund once they received checks from bank. It is now Jan 1 2020 and I still have not received my refund check. Poor business follow thru and I will not recommend using this store to ship your items.

2020-04-27Shipped package from this location. Shipping label only was created. No one has my package. Called and the man who answered was extremely rude. Not helpful. Im out $100. Do not use their service. One would think they would be sure the carriers scanned the items before it leaves their location so they can shift responsibility. Good luck to all who uses them!

2019-08-16I just stopped into my local pak mail in town and the gentleman behind the counter was so pleasant and helpful! I brought a box and a return item but needed some bubble wrap and tape and he initially said he’d only charge me the Bubble wrap which was only $2. Once I realized I didn’t have any cash (it was $5 minimum credit card charge) he graciously said he’d help me out. This truly made my day and so happy to see generous employees like this!
