2017-07-21Chris was fantastic to work with. He retrieved our items from the pickup location, palatalized/prepared them for shipment, and sent them off promptly. Super easy to work with. Great communication. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly. If we need anything packaged and/or shipped again from the Newark area, I will not hesitate to work with them again in the future. A+

2021-05-11Been a customer for over 15 years, and today I had terrible customer service. I asked about a cheaper method which I found online for 1/3 the price, I asked him to check that method. Nothing was ever said to me and just got a bill and he neglected to tell me if I went through them on a flat rate box or was going to cost triple the price. Manager sits and says nothing while thy young Clerk is rude and I leave to never return

2018-06-25The older lady that works here seems miserable doing her job. I have seen her pull packages out of peoples hands. She makes it seem like customers are an inconvenience that she has to stop what she is doing to go back to doing her job. It would be a better review if not for this employee.

2018-02-14I’ve tried to give this place my business 3 times over the course of 2 months, and I’ve always left disappointed. I’ve read the reviews here, and maybe we got different workers. First issue I had: they quoted me a packing price, and when I got in there, the price raised by a couple of bucks. My second and third issue is with the staffs attitude. The older man and woman that work in there didn’t even acknowledge anyone in line, the man kept starring, and the woman made her job seem like a chore. When I asked for a tracking receipt, she told me I printed off my label at home, so I would have that info. I totally get that, but that wasn’t what I asked for and she didn’t have to be rude about it.
