Cant say enough good things about this place. I accidentally left my purse at a nearby hotel. PakMail retrieved it and mailed it to me quickly, and kept me informed of the process. Not one thing was missing from the purse. I was impressed and thankful.
If you need a Notary Public for a document. Pal Mail in Grove City, OH is the place to go! I couldnt believe how fast and convenient it was to get this accomplished twice in a 48 hr. period!! Chris Bernadio made it painless!

Dropped a prepaid shipping label off with Chris at Pakmail in Grove City and Dish then sent me an email saying they did not receive the items that I dropped off at Pakmail. Ended up that Pakmail sent it and Dish had it the whole time. Thanks Pakmail. Feel like this is a scam that Dish Network possibly does to get more money.

I am deployed overseas, Chris told me he was going to box up my Snap-on Toolbox and ship it to my home address, my wife received it unboxed all scratched up and beat up with the shipping info zip tied to the handle, he told me it was like that and the pics I had were not of the same tool box, But they were of the exact same tool box! it had the same lot and id number stickers in the exact same hand writing and position but it was in like new condition, then Chris told me that he was trying to save me some money, I had another exact same toolbox shipped to me for over $40 less boxed up professionally by another mail company, its a $1000 new, not worried about a few bucks, I would have been ok with the $40 overcharge if he would have done what he said he was going to do in the first place. How can you in good faith just zip tie the shipping info to the handle and up charge $40 over the going rate? You made a fast buck off a solider, but you lost something more valuable in yourself.
I arrived for a scheduled fingerprinting appointment and requested they comply with the mandated mask rule for our interaction, they refused, so I left. I emailed the Dept of Health since the business is not complying with the Franklin county mandate to wear a mask (or a face shield if they couldnt wear a mask for exempt reasons.) The owner? Darcy Bretz then called me from her cell phone to call me a tattletale baby who is not welcome at this location.
I use Pak Mail - Grove City frequently and have been very satisfied with the service.

2022-01-28I am writing this review to warn the public about this so called business. I have been in a dispute with them for a year. They have 2400.00 and did not ship our items as agreed. So bottom line they have 2400.00 of our money AND our stuff. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They refused to settle this and would not communicate with the BBB. As of today they are no longer a credited withe BBB. Beware!

2020-11-04I only an in to get some postage stamps, but was surprised to see the woman helping customers wasnt wearing a mask nor was there any sort of barrier at the counter. Seems kind of like a carless practice for a professional business.

2021-01-07In order to place this rating, I had to give it one star but I really give it absolutely NO STARS......went to this place to be fingerprinted, while in process the women said “do I just generally have a bad attitude”. Mind you, we had not been conversing nor was I even looking at her so I didnt respond because it was completely uncalled for and it was a requirement for my employment. Then she said “I really don’t have to do this for you”, and said to me you’re done bye bye without finishing my order.I contacted both pakmail corporate as well as the fingerprint vendor because she accosted me after letting her know I was making a formal complaint. Looking over reviews for the business this person has a frequent history of unprofessional behavior with customers I am also connecting with the BBB, with the expectation of getting callbacks both from pakmail and the fingerprint vendor for further discussion. This party is not a proper representation for either company.
