Maintenance is rude and doesn’t help with anything I’ve been telling them about the mold growing on the wall and they still haven’t came out for months to clean and I had to take my baby to the hospital multiple times also he tried to tell me it was mold. They are more concerned about who lives in the house then fixing the place! Also I had to give my pet up but other people have dogs and management doesn’t say anything!

They lie to your face. Their rental rules are no one is allowed to live with you and tour not allowed to have a pet w/o a doctor excuse. All my neighbors have family members living with them and have animals not on the leases. I have had to call the police for wild parties,. Drugs flow heavy through this community many drug over doses and drugs are another thing not allowed. Management does nothing to evict these people. But, they Hassel upstanding citizens and lie.

This is the most RUDEST company I have ever tried to deal with. The lady who answers the phone is completely RUDE with an attitude like she was being disrupted, the guy who deals with the payments took two days to return my call leaving a 7 second voicemail you can’t even understand. So, I will mail payments as I can afford them since no one is helpful. The people in the office in flat rock lied to me about what I will be charged for moving out before my lease due to safety. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property.

Rude as can be. Asking things legally they can not. Took forever to contact anyone over a letter I got about a lease violation and just got threatened with eviction over emotional support animals that i gave documents for 2 months before moving in. This company has been a joke since before I moved in. Should have not even went through with it.

Never ever rent through this company. Horrible customer service. There was no solution for a rent problem cause by them and they wouldnt even acknowledge it. Bonnie was a disgusting person. She instantly spoke to us with disregard even waving her hands as if to say screw you which caused more aggravation than necessary had she treated us like human beings. She then proceeded to speak over us every time that we tried to explain the problem at hand. Then the rep Debbie lied to our face. She said No, this is what I said during the phone call... and then later said it wasnt her who took our call. Very frustrating to deal with people who take so much money for rent and then treat you like nothing. The only respectful person there was the receptionist. She needs to take their pay and position. I would run far away from any property you are looking at thats under their management.Their rent system is flawed. If you pay online and on time, it gets there late because they have to get it from a separate company. If you mail your check and even post mark it apparently you get told (and I quote) It doesnt matter when you sent it. We will definitely be taking our hard earned dollars elsewhere

I rented an apartment at Rockside Park Towers in Bedford Heights under OMC for 6 months. It was a studio apartment at $715 per month between April 2016- to September 2016. I have recently moved out and like many others, had issues with my security deposit being returned. OMC has this amazing policy that if you dont give them a 60 day notice towards the end of your lease, then you will have to pay another months rent. I had made it clear to many staff members that I would only be staying for 6 months, but they still charged me for an extra months rent.I had made an effort to get a hold of OMC and ended up having to call 4 different times and leave 3 messages before I was finally directed to a staff member that could actually help me. That staff member informed me that the person I was trying to contact was sitting at their desk all day, which meant that they were ignoring my calls and messages. By the time I was finally able to talk to the person I needed to, they were rude, unprepared, and finally decided to send my final statement 27 days after I tried to contact them the first time. I am skeptical that my letter will be sent out when they promised, so now I have to call back every day until Im positive they have sent it.I find it suspicious that this company did not try to contact me sooner in order to get this mess figured out, but i guess it must be easier to just keep the security deposit and not contact their customers.

They dont up-keep the property...The property manager Bart is awful he does not conduct himself well he does not get along with the attendance nor do he get along with his own staff I believe he should be removed me I will be making a complaint against him I am praying for this building Ive been living here quite some time they deserve a better maintenance manager then mr. Bart

Horrible upkeep of the apartment I stayed at for a year and when I bought a home I was told to write a notice to vacate to avoid any fees/issues and got charged for breaking the lease on my final bill….avoid these people
