Had my Birthday dinner here with the mrs. Had Anna D as a waitress and she was SPOT ON with EVERYTHING!! Great personality, and overall hospitality! Got drinks when asked, and brought food at punctual time. The food was awesome! Steak I ordered was Juicy and tender to my liking! The wife enjoyed her meal as well. Definitely coming back to the Macedonia Ohio location if I’m dining at an outback! A+++ service!! Bravo!
Our waitress, Emily, deserves a five star review. She was polite, efficient, and friendly. My husband drinks about 8 glasses of iced tea with his dinner, and she just kept the tea coming. She checked back several times to make sure we were still ok. Her manager, Andrea, stopped by after wed finished to check up on our evening and she was great too. She cleared our table, made sure wed had a great dining experience, and raved about Emily too.Food was delicious and the service couldnt have been better.
Our meals were great and done right.Anna was a great server and she was very thorough and made sure everything came out the way we wanted it. She was very friendly and attentive. Andrea ( the mgr) came around to make sure everything was good also. She was very pleasant also. Would definitely recommend checking them out.
We love the service and food here. Our waitress, Jessica, was phenomenal. She is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Outback. Thank you for offering the option of splitting a meal. My husband and I are older and don’t eat as much as we used to. We really appreciate that option as well.
Came in around 6:20 PM, told to wait for a table - no biggie, seemed busy. Finally seated around 6:50 PM. Order for drinks taken around 6:55 PM, took 20 minutes to get our drinks and I didnt even get the water I ordered. 7:15 PM, had our order taken for food. 7:20 PM, finally got the water I ordered. 7:50, we decided to leave. I apologize, but waiting an hour without even an update to how long foods going to be is not good at all. Best of luck to the staff.
My family and I regular come here and the service is always great and the food is phenomenal. All the waiters and waitresses are great but we love when Anna serves us because she’s always so pleasant and she memorizes our order without us having to tell her. 5 star establishment.
(Macedonia location) Service was not good unfortunately. I personally wanna help tip “kindly” under the circumstances of knowing everywhere is short staffed when getting service. However, for us to be seated for an hr and a half w/out our waitress coming to our table to refill drinks or check on us “accordingly” was unacceptable. We would’ve ordered another round had she come back. I actually had to get up and go and ask if our food was coming questioning where our waitress was (and they weren’t even that busy considering time and it was a Saturday) all the while to end up w/cold food. I knocked $10 off her tip and we will not return there.
My meal was terrible. I ordered the sugar steak which was on the menu and described the way you came I dont know why it sounded good but its not stay away from it. My friend had the noodles with steak and shrimp over it she says was okay but that was it not overly good not overly bad. Bad service no
I dont recommend getting take out from this location...go inside and eat if you want hot fresh and the correct food you ordered. One of the entrees was missing all the sides. All the notes left were ignored such as do not add cheese. The food was picked up right when notification said it was ready and everything was cold. The baked potato was cold and hard like it was sitting around for quite a while. Lettuce was brown and notes not to add certain toppings were ignored. I believe if I would have eaten inside everything would not have been cold, forgotten, stale and ignored and if it was it could easily be sent back. Added an extra star for the chocolate gluten free dessert...chocolate down under was excellent.
Service sucked, very slow on getting our order, took 20 mins to get our drinks. Waitress never brought us an 2nd loaf of bread. There was just 3 in our party. Had to wait another 15 mins to get our bill and boxes. I could understand if they were super busy but they werent. Im glad we had a bunch of gift cards, 13.00 + tip came out of our pocket. Lost our business
Michelle was the best waitress ever!!! So personable, friendly, and responsive to our every need!!! She made our dining experience delightful! We will definitely be back and request her again! Michael and Tanishya, the manager, were extraordinary as well!! A total A+!
Worst outback I ever visited. Got here at 4 oclock and the restaurant was basically empty but we had a 20 minute wait for a table. I worked in good for 30 years and even used to work at outback in maumee ohio so Im aware of how outbacks usually operate. There were more servers than tables but they were too busy eating Dunkin donuts and talking to help their guests. This place needs some serious leadership help. Server was very polite once we finally got one.
Slow service. Once seated, 30 minutes to get one of two waters (yes, she missed one of our waters). Another 10 minutes for our 2nd water. 35 minutes to ask a 2nd time what our order was. 45 minutes for bread. After 60 minutes, without being servered, we walked. We received no apology. All other servers were hustling up a storm. When I told the manager how long we waited, his response was: they were busy. We wont be back.
The server I don’t know her name because she never introduced herself treated me and my companion different from everyone else she was very rude, she welcomed other visitors with a smile I’ve never seen this lady before she served the table that came in after us their bread and everything before us I told her thank you and she grunted and walked off being friendly to the table behind us I feel she was treating us different because everyone else she was serving were White and we are black I don’t have any problem with the color of someone’s skin but she clearly does we spoke to another server he must have spoken to the manager because they covered our bill for the drinks we ordered so as we are leaving she finally brings our bread out at this point we are walking out she yells across the restaurant with a rude tone y’all gotta pay your bill we turned around and informed her that it has already been taken care of this is one Outback I will not revisit and I Love Outback
Been there for a dinner and got amazing service from my waiter.Order a French onion soup with cheese, filet mignon, salad, and backed potato.Cant say something bed about the food.Great onion soup, great potato, good salad, and amazing filet mignon, cooked exact as I asked, medium.So Im giving 4 🌟 for the food and service, however, I must to reduce 1 🌟 for floor cleanliness, the floor full of oil, and it so slippery, I almost found myself on the floor.
We were seated immediately. Our waiter came to our table to get our drink order as soon as we were seated. Upon return, he took our order and returned with our salads. We both requested more salad dressing and he was back right away. Our meal was served right after he cleared our empty salad plates. The food was hot and cooked to perfection. We could not have asked for a better waiter. I thanked him for being one of the few who are willing to work for a living.
First time and most likely my last time here. Chad gave the worse possible service ever. Long story short he assumed my mother was paying so he catered to her. He was very short with everyone else. Had to order appetizers twice because he walked off before we were done. He didnt ask if we wanted dessert. He only showed up to take our order and to drop food off. He had complete tunnel vision and it was a pain flagging him down when we wanted something. As far as the food? Bloomin onion had to be sent back. It looked horrible and flat. Food wasnt hot. And my steak wasnt prepared correctly. I asked for medium and received medium rare. My son asked for medium and received well done.
We showed up at 11:10 on Saturday, hoping to get lunch before Xmas shopping. Doors were locked, so went in through the take out door to see everyone working run from us. Finally someone came over to let us know they had no idea when they would open. We went on to shop, to return at 1:25 to find we have a 10-15 wait. Hello 40 minutes later I had to go to the hostess to ask when we will be seated. He was completely clueless on what was going on. Needless to say, we got a table, barely saw our waitress and an hour lunch we thought we would have turned into 2 hours. Worst service EVER, AND VERY UNFORTUNATE, because its one of my favorite places, not sure I will be back
Hostess, waiter, (MY) food was excellent. My guest, his steak came back not as he ordered. The manager(Mike) was kind and very accommodating, but it was to late, my guest wasnt happy. He compt his whole meal, and the waiter got a extra big (price of a meal) tip. I will return, I am truly grateful to Mike.
Wow. Steakhouse? The steak was supposed to be medium rare. It looks like it sat on top of the grill for 12 hours. The asparagus side. 5? Really? Didnt realize the economy hit you all that hard. The excuse from the waitress for the steak? “ i didnt cook it”Never. Coming. Back
You ruined my birthday dinner. My entire family had reserved a table for 5 pm hours before and was told to arrive at 5 pm only to be told that we have an 1.5 hr wait. When we explained we had a reservation we were told that that brought the time down from 2 hr to 1.5 hr and thats all. Which doesnt even make sense since I made the appointment several hours prior. Will not be coming back to this establishment. Happy 27th to me.
The very worst service ever, we had to ask for everything from side plates to eat appetizers, asked for dressing on salad on the side, but was drenched a d put on inback. Moes food not complete, no onions for sand, it came out after dinner, no refills water, my sand did not come out as ordered, never came by to ask if we needed anything. Also when we arrived the host asked me if I would prefer a booth. I told him if he could fit my wheelchair in a booth, sure. Manager was more than understanding, could not apologize enough, wanted to remake sandwiches left he offered us gift cards. Overall a bad experience.
We typically enjoy Outback; however, this is the 2nd time at this location that we have had poor quality food. While service was great, the blooming onion we ordered was undercooked, the inside was raw, and the mix they dip it in before frying was raw and also had powder from mix. My husband and I both enjoy our steaks medium rare, both our steaks were cooked medium well. For the cost of the steaks, they should be done as ordered. I dont know if they have new, inexperienced cooks, or if they are just overwhelmed and not paying attention to what cooking.
Made an online reservation, and when we arrived he said we still have 20ish minutes. Thats fine, we waited and sat right in front of the podium. After about 35 minutes we checked our phone and noticed they said the table was ready. Went to the podium and the kid said he gave our table away. How? We were sitting 15 feet away from you? He said another 10 minutes. We left. The manager said she would sit us immediately... if you didnt have a table how is this possible? So we can just sit and wait even more at a table?
Was told a 15 minute wait we waited for about 40 min.Then waited for a server just to take order.Ordered Queensland Chicken and shrimp. CHICKEN was horrible cooked till black burnt and hard as a rock I would be embarrassed to serve it.The salad and bread was the only thing good.My husband and I will not come back.
This location is a hit or miss honestly! Sometimes it’s because of staffing I am sure! But There was one day they totally forgot to add my kids meal, so i had to drive all the way back. They didn’t even give me the fresh mac and cheese it was clearly sitting out for awhile. Anytime you ask for extra bloom sauce, you most likely won’t get it. But otherwise the staff is very nice and I have a nice collection of free bloomin onions I guess!
Absolutely delicious!! My friends and I went for lunch on my birthday weekend trip (its actually August 5th) But we all ordered the exact same meal and it was fantastic! Nice sear on the steaks, flavorful with loaded mash and mac .We had a nice young lady who kept our cups full. So polite and quick.Im impressed. Good team.
We havent been to outback in a couple of years. We had to wait about 20 minutes, but theyre quite organized. it took a while for our server to come over but I think that they were quite busy and she was dealing with some problems. Her name was Morgan and she was wonderful. Very friendly got our order perfectly correct we did not have to wait long for our food. Everything was good.
Food was decent. The steaks were either overcooked or partially raw. The blooming onion tasted like it was fried in old oil and like something had previously burned in the oil. The service was deplorable. The waitress was horrible. Not only was she rude and didnt seem to care about her tables but she was very gross. She had long finger nails that had dirt under them and she stuck them into our food multiple times while bringing them to the table. She also talked about her customers at the bar with another waitress loud enough for her tables to hear. She was extremely unprofessional and down right rude.
Thank you to Christine for going out of her way to make a memorable night available to our family. All the managers stopped by our tables and were so friendly and making sure we were comfortable. The food was delicious, cooked perfect and our server Antonio was so nice. We are grateful to your establishment and cant wait to go back. Thank you, stay blessed and stay well.
Not good at all’ bathroom dirty! I got the chef salad it it’s just lettuce with sprinkles or tomato and bacon, my fiancé got a outback burger and only thing that was on the burger was a tomatoe, no lettuce, no cheese, no anything! Only good part was the blooming onion appetizer! Will not be returning
Food was very good, we left very stuffed and fulfilled. However, inside and outside the place needs cleaning and just general upkeep. They were a few dirty masks discarded around the parking lot and sidewalks outside, and the bathrooms were not the very clean at all. Wait staff and food is good though.
The hostess who we spoke with just now was extremely rude and unwilling to help us at all. We observed her being very disrespectful to another group of people who requested a larger table for their larger group. Her demeanor was very unprofessional and I saw another couple leave because of how she treated them.I would highly advise management to evaluate whether or not they want her as the welcoming face of their business!
Fantastic...the new twisted ribs were outstanding, and the new season chicken was great for me but wife didnt vacate for it but she ate it. Just wasnt her thing. But I love it. Great service, and the food came out of the kitchen hot. We will be back. The price was fair also.
When you frequent a place, one looks for similarly asked questions. Our waitress didn’t ask how we wanted our steaks. She was very polite, but tending to to many tables at the time that we were there. I still left a 20% tip, because I understand that’s how she makes a living. I TIP 100% OF MY BILL ONCE A YEAR when I find that one particular restaurant and server that goes over and beyond. I’ve taught this to my daughter. So we’re in search of...😉👍🏾👌
All around bad experience. Ordered for the family for Mother’s Day to be delivered. 30 minutes after the scheduled time I finally reach someone and the manager tells me “deliveries were supposed to be disabled today” - so needless to say, we got our food about an hour late and all of it was stone cold and soggy even after she assured me it just came out of the kitchen. $150 for a lunch, it should be warm. I realize they were busy but they totally dropped the ball here.
Told us they put us on a waiting list and we have to wait in the car. Waited for 10 minutes and they said we are next. People walked in and never came back out to wait in there car. Waited 45 minutes all together and husband went in to see what is going on. They told us that there is 2 more people in front of us after they told us we are next. Husband got upset and talked to the manager. Got a table right away after that. We ordered and had to wait another half hour to get our food even so people arrived after us and got there food before us. This place absolutely sucks.
I ordered curbside, waited for close to 15 min for my order so my food should have been hot however that was not the case in addition my steak was not only fatty but also bland and I requested seasoning and garlic butter. My baked sweet potato was small and for a $27 meal I expected a meal worth just that. I would have been better off just going to McDonalds. Never again will I waste my time or money there again!
Everything was over seasoned...I only had a burger but it was so salty that even the tomato took on a ssalty flavor. I could not even eat the whole thing. They did offer a gift card in effort to make things right, but with the way the food was that visit, I dont think I will be returning anytime soon.
We’re not a regular visitor to Outback Steakhouse but saw one while on a road trip and decided that we were up for a good steak…didn’t get it!I ordered a ribeye and wanted it “pink in the middle”…whatever that is on their scale. It came out well done and dried out. I should have sent it back but we didn’t have the time to spare.Darn shame to waste such a good cut of meat.
They serve a bold seasoning steak, not sure if I would order it again? Did find out that you can order it cooked without the seasoning after we ate it. Service was casual . Looking to go back after covid19 when they are fully staffed. Not a horrible experience, I will ask more questions the next time.
In-person experience was excellent, fast service, server regularly checked back. To-go order, well, they told me it wasjust finished cooking and let me JUST say that the food was cold, the burgers were small and we wound up throwing away half of what were ordered. Not the Outback to go from times past. Will not get take out again.
My family waited more than an hour for food, an additional 15 minutes for the actual bill all while the restaurant was almost empty. The food was not good at all. My daughters steak was under cooked and my husbands crab cakes taste like mush. My food wasnt even hot it was just warm. would not recommend this outback.
I have to say thank you to the entire staff. Celebrating my sons 18 birthday and 20 people came out to celebrate with him. We were social distanced appropriately and we had a phenomenal waiter in Mike that took exceptional care of everyone.The food came out hot and, of course, very tasty.Thank you Macedonia Outback!!!!
The Meal & Service was OK. We were seated right next to the hostess or should I say welcome committee there were at least 5 kids standing around doing absolutely nothing they were talking so loud it KILLED the whole Friday after work vibe! It definitely ruined the meal we cut our visit short!!!
I placed a curbside order. The guy was rushing to take our order on the phone so I repeated my order multiple times but the guy still forgot our blooming onion. Its valentines day and me and my husband was getting what we ordered on our first date. Im frustrated because now we have to wait 20 mins for something I already ordered. The girl that brought our food out was very pleasant.
Me and my husband came in on Friday 10/4 and decided to sit at the bar because the past few times we came here to eat our waitress/ waiters were awful! The food is always so good but service was not, so we thought we would try sitting at the Bar for a change to see if we would get better service and yes we were definitely right... The two bartenders, Jessica and Kristen were fantastic!! We immediately got greeted ( and they had a full bar of people!) They had our drinks made FAST! the one girl Jess made the drinks while Kristen took our dinner order. Great team work! Both were super friendly and were super knowledgeable about the food and drink menu. they made great conversations with us plus noticed they did the same with all the other customers at their bar they looked like they had this down pat! Will definitely return but will only sit at the bar from now on. they should have the waitstaff get some pointers or get some extra training from those two bartenders ......
I rated this four stars in the past because it has always been a good place for us. However yesterdays visit was an unmitigated disaster where one person didnt get his food until the rest of us were finishing...and then there was a mistake in his order. To cap things off, I had to send the waitress back three times before they finally got the bill right. I believe that this experience was due to staffing issues related to the pandemic so well give them another chance...but yesterday was not a good experience!!!
Food was really great, one of the best steaks Ive had in a long time. However, the butter for my husbands lobster came long after it had been eaten, or would have gone cold. Vegetable side came after the rest of the meal had mostly been finished. The beer ordered with dinner never came at all. Servers were few and far between. My steak ordered medium came definitely medium rare. Thankfully it was such a good quality cut that it was worthy of medium rare and very tasty!
We called ahead because we were on a time schedule. We get there and our name was not in the system. So we had to wait 25 minutes. There were empty tables but were told the kitchen is running slow. I ordered the expensive Victorian steak. It came cold after waiting 45 minutes for our meal . Husband ordered prime rib rare and it was medium. Our server was okay, no complaint there. This outback is going downhill. The young kids should not be upfront seating people . To many mistakes while not paying attention.
So. Im not in the mood to write a review. But Im going to. First off lets start with our server. He was... not bad. I think he knew before hand the food we were going to get. I ordered an old fashioned. Mentioned it took too long so when it came, there were 2 cherry stems in there. No cherries!? Lol. Just stems. Might as well of been spit. I ordered the ribye w/ grilled shrimp. For 27$? The ribye looked like they rolled it out w/ a rolling pin. It was that thin. I mean you can get a ribye for 15.99 a lb and theyre nice and thick. Then had the nerve to ask me how I want it cooked? It doesnt matter. Its a 1/4inch thick. The blooming onion tasted like old grease. 80$ later... Ill just say Ill pass next time. Thanks Anyway!
My husband’s steak was tender and cooked to order. Mine was hard, tough and inedible. They over season their steaks, which you can order without, but then it’s just bland. They forgot my son’s side of vegetables for takeout. Wait wasn’t long and food was otherwise just okay.
Usually have a good experience at this location, but not this visit. It took a little while to be seated, despite using call ahead seating. We had a terrible experience with our waitress, Jessica. She took our drink orders, which came out only a couple at a time and a cup of coffee took over a half hour to get. After giving our food orders and having to clarify several times what we would like to eat and how checks would be split up, we wasted another half hour waiting for our salads before someone in our party finally addressed the manager and asked for a new waitress. It was at that time we discovered Jessica still hadn’t even submitted our order to the kitchen. At that time, we had been in the restaurant for nearly 2 hours.After they finally transferred our table to a new waitress, things finally started to smooth over. We began getting our meals (although the food came out staggered and items were missing). The manager genuinely did her best to try to improve our experience, which we did appreciate. If we do ever decide to go back, we will make sure to request we do not get Jessica as our server.
Came in on Superbowl Sunday. It was very slow which was nice. However the service was also slow. The food quality was great but one of our steaks were way under cooked. We had to ask another person for our server since she was no where to be found to have her take the steak back. By the time the steak came back our table was finished eating. She wasnt on top of getting drinks or bringing other things asked.
The food is good. Every time we go, the wait to get a table is a thing, which is okay, theyre busy. Always busy. But, waiting an hour for our food? And, its pricy for the portion size. I dislike going here, even if they do cook great steak, because each meal takes no less than 2.5 hours, and with kids it feels so much longer.
Im the kind of person that hasnt see a piece of food I wouldnt eat. Never complain about food, ever. But I have to be honest about this place last night. It was just very gross. Wife and I both had meals that were so oversalted that it burned out tounges. If I could compare the food quality, it would be like going to a very run down Applebees that was on the verge of being closed down. It was just that bad. Service was good though.
Good food but very slow service. On 3/8, we waited 45 minutes to be seated. No place settings until after repeated requests. The waiter said no utensils were available until after the appetizers and salads arrived. Never got any spoons. Food took a long time to arrive. I finished my meal before my wife and son got theirs. Didnt leave until 3 hours after Id arrived.
Good food, decent service. The waitress at the bar forgot to hand me and another fellow some silverware though, so I reached over and grabbed a set for each of us. After he left, turns out he covered my check. I dunno who he was, and he left in such a hurry I couldnt thank him, but Im gonna guess when hes tipping guests for picking up server slack that he was maybe not as happy with the experience as I was. Still, the food was good and the price was average (even though someone else picked up my bill), so Ill still give 4 stars. To the person who picked up my bill, Thanks! Maybe next time Ill get yours, but somewhere we get silverware!
Food was excellent but unfortunately we had a 2 hour wait. And it was closing time I didnt get the experience of the restaurant very upset on that but another waitress was fabulous she apologized so many times and tried to keep us happy but I was going to sleep at the table. We waited to be seated then had to wait an additional 2 hours. But did get a bite if my phone.
Id give my experience a zero if I could. We waited over a hour and 15 minutes for my salad to come. The waitress forgot to put our order in. When our food came one steak was well done, when we specifically asked for it to be pink. When she gave my husband his steak she explained that the kitchen cooked the wrong type of steak and still tried to give it to him. Different cut. Different size. The children with us fell asleep waiting for their food! Horrible.
Service here was terrible especially for a slow Wednesday night. Me and my fiancee ordered an appetizer I ordered a entree salad and she ordered a side salad and soup. It took 20 minutes for her side salad to show up and another 10 for my entree to make it to the table. About 5 minutes after I got my food my fiancee recieved her soup. Half way through the meal my fiancee reaches over and pulls a hair from my salad. After mentioning this to Kyle, our waiter, the manager makes his way over and says hell get me a new one made and disappears for the rest of our stay. Another 20 minutes go by before a replacement shows up. To top it all off by this time it was getting close to closing and we felt rushed to finish and pay. Feeling this pressured got a to go box and was unable to eat in the restaurant.... minimal attention from Kyle, no bread brought to table, appetizer was totally forgotten, food brought out separately, hair in food, and a very long wait time. I left hungry and unhappy.
Ordered medium well steak when I finally ( it took forever to get our meal and they were not busy) git my steak it was so well done I couldnt even cut it. They sent another one after another long wait( everyone at my table were done eating) it wasnt any better. Wont be going back to Outback in Macedonia
Terribly poor service. Spoke with management, they took $15 off bill. Part of order missing, took over 30 minutes to get 2nd round of beer and water. Waitress Amanda seemed to forget about us at times and this was 8 at night when the restaurant was not near capacity. Food was good once finally served.
First time going here. Food was good but the wait staff seemed a little slow. Dinner salads took a bit for them to come out after we made our order. The restaurant could use a good cleaning as well. Everywhere you walked the floor was slippery, almost like there was a layer of grease on the floor.
7 of us went for birthday celebration at 3pm yesterday, Sunday. Not busy at all. Service was horrible. No small sharing plates, no mashed potatoes. Some food over cooked and inedible. Other food very undercooked. 9oz filet looked like 6oz and surprisingly it was found the 9oz was accidentally given to someone else. We didnt get our food until 45 minutes after being seated. Drinks took almost 15 min. Eventually manager came out after waiting over 1/2 hour for her. Claims she is refunding money since we already paid. We shall see if it happens.
Ordered steak medium when served it was hard black and very well done. No where near medium. Sent it back they brought a new dinner was cooked medium and very good. Food was great service was very mediocre. All she really did was what needed to be done nothing over and above a simple server.
Steak was good. otherwise not a good meal. bartender working late on 9/12 was more interested in listening to the bluetooth speaker in her ear than serving. no conversation for sitting at the bar. restaurant was pretty cold.wont be back and would take my dining $$ elsewhere next time I visit.
I went here a few weeks ago for take out. I called in and ordered CHICKEN ALFREDO, and informed the lady that I was allergic to seafood. When I got home with my food I opened it up to it just being noodles... no chicken at all. Mind you I just drive like 12 miles because they were the closest. By the time I get back home they were getting ready to close so I call to tell them how upset I was. The manager gets on the phone to say how the lady who took my order got confused and thought I was allergic to chicken(even though I asked for chicken Alfredo). So she tells they were gonna mail me out something so my next meal was on them but I never received it... guess I’ll be going to independence 🙄
Excellent food, service can be a little slow during peak hours but staff is really friendly. Grab a drink at the bar if youre waiting on your table. Usually seated within 30 minutes during peak hours but well worth the wait. From the fresh bread and salads to the steaks and sides, Outback is arguably the best.
Story time. So me and my family went to this establishment with a reservation. Then it took like 40 minutes to even get seated. Once we got seated our bread came right away but no drinks. When our drinks came we ordered our food. I was really hungry so I got a blooming union and then the waiter left. The waiter came back and said that the blooming union had been burnt. So she went and got us a new one. I started to get a headache from not eating so I left to go to the car. So that left my mom and my dads friend to pack up our food.so they get the bill and they charge us for our side dishes. THE END
I placed an order for delivery on Outback website 11/27/2020. In the past Ive never had an issue with getting my orders. However, this time someone dropped the ball. I never received my order and I was charged $65.13. Of course no one called me from the restaurant. I called first thing this morning and asked to speak with an manager. The manager apologized and stated that I would be refunded and that he would send a gift card in the mail. Before I was transferred to the manager a nonchalant person got on the phone and stated that the restaurant closes at 9pm which is why I didnt receive my order. The manager confirmed that this is untrue, the restaurant close at 9pm but delivery is open till 10:30pm. This just shows how everyone is on different pages at this restaurant. It shows that there is a lack of morale here that no one would call about the order not being delivered and I had to call them. I dont trust this restaurant with my food or money. Theyve lost all my respect. I will never order from this restaurant again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
What an absolute disaster and disappointment. I had heard that with the recent management change that overall performance had suffered, I just didnt realize how bad. Our poor waiter James did his best to accommodate us, but he too was getting embarrassed and frustrated. The kitchen was allegedly so busy it too over 40 minutes for our bloomin onion. Our our dinner arrived at the appropriate amount of time thereafter. Three sometimes four guys were standing around the lobby, not sure what they were up to. Not a lot of folks coming in at 9 pm. Most bothersome, even though the bloomin onion was credited on the bill, them manager never even too the time to come to the table and apologize. Again, our waiter took the burden upon himself.Looks like the rumors are true. Service has severely suffered and it will be a long while before I think about trying again.
Tonight it was disappointing. My wifes fillet came out overcooked and smashed..who knew they put weights on a fillet when it was ordered medium or more. The waitress did bring out a new fillet after a wait that was medium rare and a much better piece of meat. I had the bone in ribeye after being told the the prime rib I had ordered was sold out. It had lots of fat, grissle and was disappointing. The server was friendly and everything else was good. We would have been better off stopping at the grocery on the way home and picking up some fillets to cook at home. Sorry, Outback, it wasnt a good night.
I’ve been here 3 times now and I will say the service and food are always superb. The wait times are great, the staff is amazing (Craig is honestly the best waiter out of anywhere I’ve ever been!! He’s so sweet, informative, and funny. Very charming personality.) our food always comes out in a timely manner, food is always hot, and steak is cooked just the way I ask for. No complaints whatsoever.
It took forever for the waitress, the broccoli tasted like there was sand in it, the bread was stale. The steak, shrimp and lobster was good. When we were leaving there were two guys standing at the front, my Dad, who has a walker had to push the door open because neither if them went to get the door to open it. Their moms would be ashamed of them.
I order Mothers Day dinner for delivery. I got a text saying that my order was received. I never got a follow-up text about my order. Once the delivery time passed and I kept calling with no answer, an automated message then disconnection or busy signal. I could not get through to anyone. After an hour past the delivery time with nothing, I gave and decided to go grab something else for dinner. As I was leaving the house I see the food outside on the step, rained on and ruined. So disappointed about my Mothers Day. I never even bother calling them the next day to complain or ask for a refund. I just know they wont get my business again
My food was good, but my partners food was both too small of a portion size and gross. The server acknowledged and agreed immediately that the portion was too small and asked the kitchen for another. What came out the second time was only modestly larger than the first time. And it tasted entirely different. The first dish seriously tasted like the foulness of a chicken tender marinated in an ashtray for a week straight. The second dish was just meh. The server was a bit slow on the refills but otherwise friendly. Gross food makes me never want to go back though.
The food was good...when we got it. After sitting down we waited a half hour after ordering only to have our server come back to tell us that he forgot to put our order in and needed to take our order again. We waited an additional 20 minutes, after being told our food would be out in about 7 minutes, until we got our meals. Service wasnt terrible but it could be improved on.
The absolute worst outback experience ever. The service was beyond deplorable. Had to call the manager over after being here for an hour and fifteen minutes and our appetizers still arent here. Drinks took forever. Orders were wrong for seveal of us. Literally our soup, salad, and entres show up at the same time. Unmatched incompetence for the past two and a half hours. Sitting here still waiting for the bill.
We always love Outback, this was our first visit to this one, and it was at the end of their day.. the waitress came back to inform us that they were out of my cut of steak, and later my wifes soup was cold. they DID replace the soup with fresh hot soup. and the wifes stead was free. Errors are understandable, i appreciate restaurants that are willing to *make things right* for errors.

2022-01-31Service was horrible. Our waitress was very rude!! She never introduced herself to us & very unfriendly. She never offered us water or bread. She skipped us & went to other customers walking. We were very polite and said thank you...and she grunted & walked away. Its not busy at allIts 12:30 pm, my sister & I just wanted to celebrate my new job and my health getting better after dealing with heart issues for the past year. The waitress ruined our moment. We talked to another waiter and he was very nice. He handled everything. As we walked out the door, the waitress yelled at us like preschoolers across the restaurant that we need to pay. I understand that times are tough & everyone is on edge, but if you want respect you must give it. You never know what a person is dealing with or going through, so it never hurts to be kind❤

2022-05-02The food was delicious. We ordered fried mac and cheese bites I wish there was more flavor. They were hot and came with a good sauce. For the entree I ordered steak and shrimp. The plating messed up the sides and meat for 2 people at the table. Great ambiance but long wait to get a table. Excellent wait staff so friendly and attentive to our needs about drinks and extra things for the table.

2022-03-26My husband and I just love Outback Steakhouse in Macedonia, Ohio! Their food is cook perfectly to your tastes , the restaurant is clean and inviting! I have to mention how attentive the staff is also! Michelle, our waitress, is fantastic! She can juggle multiple orders and get them all out, hot and just as ordered! We actually look for her whenever we go! Highly recommended this Outback !

2022-02-01Service was fine but food was a mess. I asked for medium but got well done. Wife asked for medium/medium well and got medium rare. So, not even close. Server offered to her new steaks but we didnt want to wait for new entrees. Probably would have been better from offer 25% off or something like thatSides were fine. Yippee!

2022-04-23My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our night. The food was very very good, as expected, but what made the difference tonight was the service. From the moment we walked in the door everybody was very welcoming and polite. Our waiter, Ryan, was the man. You will definitely be in for a treat if he is your server. He was a joy to speak to, and always on top of things. He only made the experience better, to the point I felt compelled to speak to the manager afterwards to let him know he had a good one in Ryan. We were very much so impressed with this Outback location. Thank you to Ryan and the whole team for making a great date night for my wife and I! The world needs more kind hearted people, it was truly a breath of fresh air dining there tonight! Everybody was treated like gold. Thanks again.

2022-04-15Ive had a longstanding, somewhat negative perception of Outback, in general, but my brother-in-law wanted to go. We werent sorry.Ryan waited on us - an incredibly pleasant young man - and the service was awesome. The food (steaks, lobster, soups) were all very yummy, and prepared to our specifications.Well have to go back now, and look for Ryan. He is the epitome of what Im looking for in a waiter, in order to enjoy my meal.

2022-01-24Horrible, the absolute worst outback Ive ever been to. We waited almost 15 minutes for our drinks, we had our salads and appetizers before our drinks even hit the table. The bloomin onion was burnt, all of our steaks were overcooked. The side dishes were cold. It was Terrible. Ryan was our server and he did the best he could considering the circumstances that were not in his control. We did not ask to speak to a manager due to the fact that there were other tables complaining about drinks and food coming out wrong or taking too long. Because of this experience here. It will be hard to ever consider going back. In fact we told everyone not to go there to go somewhere else. Its not worth the money.

2022-03-30Wait time for a seat was 25 minutes despite being told 10 minutes. besides that, the service was great and the food was fresh as could be. 3 of us had steaks, no complaints, wife had some fried chicken thing, it was huge and amazing. overall a slow experience but very well done.
