Not a very good experience. Im not sure the intention was to be dishonest, but I was not given correct information here.Went a couple months back to have my foot checked out. Turf Toe and it should clear up in about a month. I was given a boot that I was told would mostly be covered by insurance so I looked up the boot in the office to know how much it was online. This boot is around $75 online. I assumed I would be charged 2x that. I received a bill for $600 ($375 boot and $223 office visit) total for about $100 worth of products and services. Moreover, insurance did not in fact cover most. Insurance covered around $100 of the boot, leaving me with $275 on a boot that is $75 online and a foot that is still in pain 2 months later. All in all, pretty awful experience. I received significantly better service from my regular physician. It is just a true disappointment that these places can charge any price they want, never give out that information up front and youre still responsible for paying it.Pretty bad experience overall.
I had very good experience in that office. Everyone is professional and helpful. The waiting time is just right . Dr Michael R is really good and knows his job. The previous orthopedist I saw told me I have to have surgery on my wrist, I told her I don’t want to and I think I don’t need to.Coulple things I would suggest are allow patients to print paperwork and fill them before going there which save time. Also the medical would have time the patients see if the Dr is part their network plan.I definitely recommend this place and Dr Michael to my family and friends.
This is my third series of visits to Orthopedic One for different ailments. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always smiling and eager to assist you in making your visit as pleasant as possible. David Freed has been my physical therapist each time. He is a true professional, always greeting me by name and insuring my health needs and concerns are met. He is a great ambassador for Orthopedic One. I highly recommend his expertise to anyone, whatever their physical ailment.
They took great care of me when I was at the ER. I just went to see the doctor for a follow up appointment.I felt that the doctors and the entire staff really cares about the patient’s well being and do not recommend unnecessary procedures. Doctors take time to review the X-ray and scan reports before seeing the patients.
Dont waste your time, theyll certainly waste yours.I scheduled an appointment with the Dublin office through the Orthopedic One scheduling department. When they took my information they inadvertently skipped a decade. I got a call the day before my appointment saying theyd need to reschedule because the Dr. I was scheduled with only meets with patients 30+ yrs of age. I corrected the birthday with the scheduling department, and even asked if my appointment was still on (they said it was). The morning of I found out that wasnt true, and that Id need to call the scheduling department again.Cant weigh in on the care since I never met with anyone, but Im leaving this at two stars since Ive heard good things about it.
I was one of Maggies patients. Unfortunately I consider her as a very rude or just unhappy person. It felt like that she was upset with me everytime I had to see her. She wouldnt even respond back to a simple Hi . And of course during the therapy sessions, it seemed like that she was eager to get rid of me.
So thankful for this practice of Orthopedic Specialists and Physical Therapists! They literally gave me my life back with lifesaving back surgery (Dr. Miely) and recently with rotator cuff and ruptured bicep repair (Dr. Mileti), and PT with Eric Lenko. Excellent outcomes both times, cannot imagine going anywhere else for physical injuries!
Very expensive. Charge by the minute. Do not receive the first bill for therapy until after weeks of care, not upfront about costs per visit, only who is responsible. Extended coding to maximize charges. Not responsive to any discussion on costs. It is what is is, too late for you.

2022-07-01The whole facility is run like a well oiledmachine. Eric is the boss and he’s been my physical therapist for three years for back surgery and for double knee replacement. He explains everything thoroughly and I know I’m doing as well as I am because of him!

2022-05-21Almost $300 for a 10 minute visit plus x rays. Without asking me, Dr. Ellis brought in someone in training and seemed more interested in walking her through his process than getting to the bottom of my excruciating leg/hip injury. Never went over the x rays with me. Conjectured on the issue and wanted to set me up with rehab without knowing what the root cause was. Apparently, they are not in my network, since I had to pay completely out of pocket. Have medical mutual of Ohio, so perplexed how I didnt get any insurance assistance even though Ortho one takes it.

2022-06-03Great facility, very respectful to local disable veterans patients needs. Dr Tscholls and his staff were proficient, and understsnding to the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory transfer process.

2022-01-12I was referred here by Joe Leith, MD, Wheelersburg, OH. I wish Id gone sooner. Ive not had anyone explain things about my hip to me until I met Dr. Ellis. He was thorough. He asked lots of questions, and did it patiently. I didnt feel rushed. He explained that I needed further studies to actually know where the pain was coming from. Ive seen three surgeons and Dr. Ellis is the first to say he wants to be absolutely sure where the pain was coming from. One just offered surgery or PT, and didnt even say what surgery he was thinking he would do. It was definitely worth the drive to see a doctor who was treating a patient and not just a number. I will be sticking with him for my care.

2022-01-04I rate ortho one with Dr. Ellis a zero. Since I have been going to them I have done nothing but jump through hoops and had issues. This is a Military related injury and Ive been waiting 5 years to get this fixed and the Dr has canceled both times. The first time was the day before and the second time canceling was the day of on the way to the surgery. I do not recommend to anyone. Unless you wanna be a seal and so tricks be my guess

2020-07-14Absolutely amazing! Dr Ellis did my hip replacement and it was great. Joe and Carol at the surgery center were wonderful to me. I was very nervous and they helped me a lot. Dave the physical therapist gave me some exercises to do and was very positive and energetic. Everyone I came into contact with at orthopedic one were truly amazing and very polite! Thank you to all of you! Highly recommend!!!

2022-02-05I would not recommend. While the physician experience was positive - the physical therapist experience was unfortunately quite the opposite. 1 star.Update: The therapist I worked with in the past is no longer here. Updating to 4 stars.

2021-07-08Always feel welcome by all employees.Dave Freed is the best therapist. He doesn’t just show me how to do the exercises but he tells me why I need to do them.
