OrthoNeuro in other cities:
I was made to wait over an hour. Dr Shergety did not remember it was my second or third appointment with him. I dont remember because I honestly have legitimate memory issues. He did not remember I brought an MRI disc with me at my last visit. I had a CT Scan done, and forgot to get the disc. I called OrthoNeuro and offered to get the disc, but was told it could be overnighted. I didnt hear anything else, and it wasnt overnighter. There were several other issues. Bottom line is, I left happy but not at all with the process.
The quality of care here is great however billing is a nightmare. My insurance denied a back brace that was required for my surgery they will cover it if an appeal is done. The reason it is denied is because I was given the brace months before my surgery so I could bring it with me. Insurance will cover the equipment if appealed and explained that it was for my surgery. However they will not appeal this because my doctor retired this is there fault and I am out 1800 dollars because they wanted me to get the brace before my surgery
I drive about 2 1/2 hrs to New Albany. My late wife had back surgery several years ago by Dr Daryl Sybert.I really liked him & I had back surgery about 2 or 3 years ago by Dr Sybert.I really miss him and would trust his judgement but, hes no longer practicing.I did see another Dr in Dec 2021 and he suggested another back surgery.I declined the surgery and probably will have it when my pain is more nasty.I like the Ortho NeuroFacility and recommend it.Carl Eaton
I go to Ortho Neuro for spinal issues. Dr.Paul Eichenseer is personable, professional, and highly skilled. After shots, surgery, and ongoing treatment, I trust him and his staff without hesitation. I drive over an hour to come to Ortho Neuro and will gladly continue for the excellent care I receive.
From the time of my first visit, after seeing my MRI, Dr. Eichenseer knew what my problem was and had me scheduled for surgery within a month to a month in a half. In the recovery room, when I came out of the anesthesia, all my symptoms were gone. Dr. Eichenseer is an awesome doctor and combined with the staff he has, OrthoNeuro and Mount Carmel New Albany, I couldnt ask for better. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!!
Dr. Shetgeri DO, having reviewed my MRI and having talked to about the leg and lower back pain, suggested a few paths to take. One was to get cortisone shots, which would dull the pain only temporarily, undergo PT, or to have “Laser” minimally invasive spine surgery. Based on what I’ve already done, I elected to go with the surgery and eliminate the pain permanently.Ortho Neuro-scheduled surgery went very well and Dr Shetgeri and entire surgical team did a great job. Dr Shetgeri is personable, knowledgeable and very skilled. At my two-week post surgery appointment, Dr Shetgeri took the time to answer all my concerns/questions and wanted to make sure I understood the timing of the complete healing and rehab process. At this date, 3 weeks after surgery, the original lower back and leg pains are gone and I am confident that I’m on the way to doing the normal activities this summer as long as I don’t get careless and try to lift heavy objects and twist my spinal column carelessly.
Dr. Cannone performed surgery on my mother (her second surgery with Dr. Cannone) on March 14th. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cannone while staying with my mother as she recovered from surgery in the Orthoneuro Hospital. My mom really likes Dr. Cannone and I witnessed why she like him so much. He really cares for his patients and was very comforting to her. My interactions with him were equally good as an advocate for my moms care. Dr. Cannone is a very skilled and compassionate physician that cares deeply for his patients. The entire experience was excellent.
Dr. Stutzman is an excellent orthopedic surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. He repaired a major faux paux which was caused by another orthopedic surgeon. He will need to perform another surgery after this one heals to repair 7 years of damage and deformity that was caused by the initial surgeon. I have full confidence in his surgery skills. Highly recommended!
I’ve been getting Botox injections for dystonia for approximately 3 years - it takes awhile to figure out the right injection site since I also have spondylosis & I’m never sure which one is causing the pain but if you don’t give up, Dr Taylor knows exactly where to inject for the best pain relief. Is it 100 percent? No but much much better!
Dr Stephens was amazing! He is very personable and a all around nice guy! He kept me well informed throughout the entire process. My shoulder replacement surgery couldn’t have gone any better. He called me at home the day after surgery to check on me and answer any questions I might have. I highly suggest Dr. Stephens and Orth Neuro for any of your orthopedic needs.
Love Dr. Michael B. Cannone I believe within my heart, he is a true Christian and Blessed by GOD. Really cares about his patients and make them feel comfortable and confident that you are in good hands, when you go under anesthesia. Everyone at OrthoNeuro are the best. I recommend Dr Cannone and his staff, if you have knee surgery. When l say everyone are the best they are! Drs assistants, surgical nurses, anesthesia team, floor nurses, clinic nurses, nurse assistant, x-ray staff and l cant forget the front desk staff and the secretaries.Deborah A. Holmes
I am an Army Veteran and my arm was severely injured. I had extreme pain from my shoulder and arm. Dr. Rohl discovered the root of the problem and operated on my cervical spine. When I woke from surgery all the pain was gone and I had my arm back. No one else could figure out the problem. No one else took the time to explain it to me in detail. No one else gave me my life back. I have recommended this doc at OrthoNeuro to 3 others who each are grateful to be pain free and live active lives thanks to Dr. Rohl and his team.Great team before, during, and after surgery.
Dr. Scott Stephens performed a complete reverse shoulder replacement. After 4 weeks, I have had very little pain and have had great success at physical therapy. Dr. Stephens has been great. He explained all my options before surgery and, so far he has given me perfect advice for a complete recovery.
I had my first visit with Dr. Todd two weeks ago. He spent time gathering a history and earnestly listened to what I had to say. I needed someone that is an expert in spine and back, and this is his speciality. After I under go more testing , I will return for Dr Todd’s recommendation for my course of treatment . I live over an hour away, but it was totally worth it. I highly recommend this physician . Mary
OrthoNeuro is the worst doctors office I have ever stepped foot in. On my first visit they completely overlooked me and sent a patient with a later appointment time back to see my doctor first. When talking to their staff on the phone to get price estimates for a surgery no one could tell me anything. I was told I could pick up a copy of my X-rays at 1pm. I arrived at 1:15pm and have to wait until 2:30pm to get them. And the last straw they cancelled my appointment without any written notice. However it was very clear the doctor was still in office as they tried to squeeze me in, however they couldn’t, clearly prioritizing other patients and bumping my scheduled appointment out of the way. This office is disorganized and awful. I have yet to leave an appointment without crying.
Im not new to OrthoNeuro...Ive been a patient for about 15 years; maybe longer. Ive had cervical spine surgery among other treatments by 5 different docs in this practice for various spinal/neuro/fracture issues. For this specific review, Dr. Taylor was very helpful in addressing my complaints. He was even able to work things out for me to be seen by another colleague for a procedure consult (Dr. Pap) on the same day so I didnt have to come back another time. I truly appreciate their excellent teamwork! Today I went back for one of those procedures and so far, so good!
My experience with Dr.Gittins has been very positive. After my first surgery with Dr.Gittens my recovery was quick. He did his work well and professionally. Also Dr.Gittens is very helpful and understanding of my needs. I am very thankful and happy with this doctors abilities. His assistant, Sarah, was very good with her abilities and assistance.
My son in law drove me to the appointment because I wasn’t well enough to drive. It was 2 1/2 hours driving for nine minutes with the nurse. I never saw the doctor. The nurse told me there’s nothing else they can do for me and they are referring me to another doctor. That couldn’t be done on the phone? I can understand that their treatment didn’t work but why make me drive so far? Several people in the office commented on that but their sympathy doesn’t help the inconvenience or the cost of gas.
Dr. Stephens and the entire team at OrthoNeuro have been great. He always spends quality time with me and answers all of my questions. He listens to my concerns and offers solutions. Im a happy OrthoNeuro patient. They work to improve my mobility and quality of life. Dr. Stephens, I appreciate you for being a caring physician.
My experience with doctor Todd and his office was Great!! Everyone from the front desk to his assistant was very Professional. They all was kind, considerate, and passionate. I enjoyed going there. And I would Definitely recommend their office to someone else. Only downfall was its a bit far from where I live. But it was worth the drive. Keep up the good work. Thank you for being a Professional staff
I have been a patient of Dr Larry Todd for the past several years. He is very professional and caring and I would recommend him to anyone who has back issues! I have also worked with his assistant Jenny and she also is great. I am always able to get a return call from Cass when I am in need. They are an essential part of my life with the back issues I have.
Dr. Stephens was forthright in his assessment and opinions regarding stem cell injections. My visit to him was also to receive a second opinion on rotator cuff surgery. Dr. Stephens took me to his pc and showed his interpretation of my MRI in great detail. That personal attention and the fact he performs 12-13 shoulder surgeries a week sealed the deal for me. Thank you Dr. Stephens.
Dr Todd is one the the most professional and caring doctors I have ever met. My confidence in his practice and his encouraging advice is the reason he was able to perform the surgery on my lower back, in which he did a great job in me getting my quality of life back! OrthoNeuro is a great facility operated by great people.
Dr Stephen takes time to tell you what steps are needed to take care of your Orthoneuro. Problem. DR Stephen also did my moms shoulder surgery she is extremely HAPPY with her results. Iam shure when I get my surgery for my router cuff I will be able to say the same. I had my surgery June the 8 Iam ecstatic with the results. DR Stephen and his health crew at Grove City Methods Hospital are amazing at there Jobs Highly recommend . Iam so thankful these wonderful people have helped me threw this whole experience Thank you all😘😁 If I ever need anything else done this DR Stephen MD is where I will go to for shure!!!
I was very impressed with OrthoNeuro. The atmosphere of the facility was lovely. From the pleasant receptionists to the nursing staff, everyone was exceptional. The wait time in the exam room was less than five minutes before the doctor came in. I was very impressed with the doctor. Dr. Larry Todd was very nice. He did a short exam of me, even though he couldnt make a judgement since my MRI results or a copy disk had not been sent to him. Dr. Todd was very nice and I was very impressed with him as a doctor.. He seemed to be a good quality doctor.Michael Brown Gallipolis, Ohio
So far, I’m not impressed. While the process of scheduling an appointment was pleasant, the recommended check in thirty minutes early, then forty five minute wait after my scheduled appointment was frustrating. Dr. C and his staff were very cordial and quick to make a recommendation then act with followup planning. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to receive a followup even after calling in to leave a message. To be fair, I did receive quick call back from his PA whom acknowledged an oversight. That said it’s been two days since the return call and I’ve still not received a followup for scheduling next steps. Maybe this is normal but not the level of care I was expecting.UPDATE: Ironically, just a few short hours after my initial post, I received a call for scheduling. Hopefully the rest of my experience with OrthoNeuro is positive.
I am a former patient of the late Dr. Robert Nowinski who has transitioned over to Dr. B. Rodney Comisar. While no doctor can replace the years Ive spent with Dr. Nowinski- since 2015- thats not what Im looking for. Dr. Comisar is very unique in his own way. Even though I had my very first consult for repeat RTC tear(s) he came into the exam room completely familiar with my past surgeries, familiar with my Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy and overall health/well-being. He spent a great deal of time with me, explained the next steps we need to take and genuinely cared. He has compassion and I truly felt at ease knowing I under the care of a remarkable doctor. Also, putting my mind at ease was seeing CNPA Jennifer Kibbey. We have a long history and she knows my medical inside and out. Im so thankful shes still there to facilitate any issues that may arise in transition. In closing, I feel i will be very happy with my new doctor.
Im having a problem with my knee and saw Dr Gittens about it. He told me what he thought it was and x-rays and a MRI confirmed. This Dr and his staff make me feel comfortable having the partial knee replacement surgery.OrthoNeuro has a great reputation in the central ohio area.
My first interaction with OrthoNeuro was in 2009 for hand surgery. My most recent visit was for my back with Dr. Chen. My partner is also a patient of Dr. Chen. He will be having surgery in April. The staff at OrthoNeuro is very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. They make yoy feel very at ease. The facility is beautiful....Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable & caring. He takes time with you, answers all your questions. He is very personable with a ready smile. From my interactions with Dr. Chen he has my highest recommendation.
Dr Cannone is one of the best orthopedic surgeons I have ever met. He has replaced both of my hips, done arthroscopic surgery on both of my knees as well as recent shoulder surgery. A history of an extensive fitness schedule had brought me to him. He is very informative and takes the time to help you understand the options and recommends the best form of treatment for you. His team including nurses and administrative assistants and wonderful. Highly recommend!
My wife had a issue a few years ago where no Dr. could find the problem and help. Until we went to Ortho Neuro. Dr Chen did an amazing job. So ehen it was my turn, this was the only place i wsnted to go. I went to see Dr Stephens and couldnt be happier with the quality of service Ive received so far. The entire staff at the New Albany location are some of the best in the medical field.
Im so happy to have found Dr. Todd. His staff, office personnel & all you meet at the Hospital are so positive & happy. Seems they always have a smile on their face. They Love their job. And that just puts you at ease. Hes the difference in my walking or not. My last appointment was probably my best appointment weve had with him. Wasnt the best news. But he was positive. He had all my reports out. Bloodwork, MRIs & X-rays. He explained everything so we could understand it. Told us what to expect next few months & left us feeling at ease & knowing we are in the absolute best hands. We cant Thank you enough Dr. Todd
Due to osteoporosis & fear of another fracture, I sought out OrtboNeuro for evaluation & treatment when I fell injuring my foot. I have seen other surgeons in this facility for other injuries throughout the years & feel this establishment & its employees are second to none in their industry Upon meeting Dr. Napolitano, I was not surprised, that he too, has a genuine concern for treating & helping his patients. He demonstrated compassion, empathy & listened to me as a patient. I will continue to recommend & utilize this surgeons expertise. I highly recommend OrthoNeuro & Dr. Napolitano for your medical needs. You too will be blessed by his medical expertise & his staff will surpass your expectations in customer service.
Dr. Cannone did an excellent job on my knee. My second one is scheduled in September and i feel confident in every way. He is very professional and personable about care, follow ups, questions you may have, etc. He is genuinely concerned about his patients. I would/will reccomend him without any concerns.
Dr. Todd is wonderful! I have lived in fear of back surgery for more than a decade. 6 weeks post op, and I feel fantastic! Everyone I have encountered throughout my pre- and post-op process have been great. Cass is awesome! Everyone at the hospital from the beginning to end were super! From intake to discharge.. a first class facility!
I drove 2+hours to find none of my X-rays, etc had been looked atThen I walked 6 steps across a room to be told to stay away from surgeonsNot a word about the pain I have daily or how to handle itMay be a awesome surgeon, I heard that and was reason I went there, but pretty useless waste of time for me. Wonder if anything would have been different if private insurance???
I appreciate being referred and accepted there as a new patient. We have always been very pleased with everything/ everyone since starting there. With my last surgery performed there being the fifth back surgery since 2016, I only wish I would have been recommended sooner.Sincerely,Robert Rowe
Dr Stevens has been a great source for my pain relief. After being turned down on workers compensation I finally found him 9 years later. After my 1st MRI he could see that my rotor cuff was torn. He preformed surgery and fixed a lot more damages.....a 45 min surgery was 4 hrs that was almost 3 years ago. This past feb 2020 he did a major surgery on myf ront tear on my other shoulder, I was back to work 3 months later. Ortho Nero therapy works great with him and his patients
Had complete shoulder replacement and everything has run like clockwork at OthoNeuro from initial evaluation, to surgery scheduling, to follow-up. Dr. Stephens has been spot on with my concerns and could not be more pleased. Physical Therapy also done at OrthoNeuro and has been like clockwork as well. Shoulder feeling better and stronger everyday at 30 days after surgery. Every contact has been with no waiting, no mistakes, staff on top of every aspect from initial to follow-up. Had otherPother shoulder replaced last year, also at OrthoNeuro - top flight run organization. Paul Scott, Esq.
This is a large practice with a lot of doctors and resources at hand.I have been working with Dr. Todd for almost 4 years and he has helped me immensely with my injury and the treatment. He is kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable with a lot of experience.I have already recommended him to some people I know and would continue to do so.
Ortho Neuro Id the only place I go for my orthopedic care. I have been to about 5 of their doctors and they are all very easy to talk to , they listen to what your saying and check everything out that you are telling them that is going on. Patiant ,friendly and very thorough. I have sent a lot of freinds and family to them because they ate the best . Coni
I made an appointment with Dr Larry Todd for a 2nd opinion after feeling uncomfortable with my choice of the original surgeon Id chosen to do my surgery. After meeting with Dr Todd, my husband and I agreed the difference between the two Doctors (personalities) was like day and night. I have to feel like I have a connection with my Doctors. We immediately felt at ease with Dr Todd and felt he explained my surgery in greater detail, using a printed image of my spine from my mri. He explained other options available without surgery. Most of those Id already used over the past 10 years, so after a lot of talking it over with my family, we decided to go with the surgery which was a lower lumbar laminectomy at L2, 3. 4 and 5 with 3 fusions. The surgery was a success and I feel that once Ive totally recovered and have a final release from Dr Todd that I will be able to walk longer distances and stand for a longer time without pain or at least with less pain.I highly recommend Dr Larry A. Todd and have already recommended him to 3 people I knew that were having severe back pain for several years. One has already had an appointment with him and has scheduled her surgery. All the staff I dealt with at the New Albany location and the Hospital have been very helpful and caring. Im very happy.a friend told me about her surgery done by Dr Todd and highly recommended him to me.A very satisfied patient, Rita Kern.
Dr. Mark Gittins and his team are the best. They performed knee revision surgery for me in February 2019. My partial knee replacement that was performed in November 2013 by Crystal Clinic Orthopedics was a total disaster, lasting only 2 years. After suffering for 3 additional years I searched for a new orthopedic surgeon. After talking to Dr. Mark Gittins at Ortho-Neuro in New Albany Ohio I felt confident that he could help me. He and his team had their work cut out. My knee needed to be rebuilt and cleaned out to convert the partial into a total knee replacement. It’s been 1 & 1/2 years since my knee revision. It feels great. Dr. Gittins in addition to being an excellent orthopedic surgeon is also very humble. He gives the credit for the success of my outcome to his team.
Over the past ~ 5 years, I have been seen by 3 doctors through this practice. Dr Nowinski did surgery on my shoulder for bone spur, tendinitis and arthritis, and I am still pain free 5 years later! Dr Comisar had been working with me on severe arthritis in my knees; he is methodical and also put me at ease with several rounds of cortisone shots in my knees. We recently decided I need knee replacements and he referred me to Dr Gittins. I have only met him once but liked him and trust he will do good work on my knees. The doctors are almost always on time for appointments (!?!?) and the staff are kind and professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. The wait time in the office was minimal. Dr. Cheney and his assistant were thorough in asking questions and examining my foot and ankle. The staff did several x-rays and Dr. Cheney explained what was causing my pain and the changes that had taken place within my bone structure. He discussed options without pressure. I will be following up with them.
Dr. Martin Taylor is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. After seeing four or five other specialists, I was referred to him and he diagnosed my condition within five minutes. After my first treatment, I received nearly immediate pain relief. I continue to receive treatments every three months and remain pain free.
Very impressive with Dr. Taylor at my first visit. Extremely thorough, seemed very compassionate, knowledgeable, ordered another test that my previous doctor did not, which I think will be helpful. Looking forward to my next appt. and finding permanent solutions to my health issues.
Dr. Paul Eichenseer, Sarah and the rest of his staff were exceptional. No questions went unanswered and phone calls were always returned. Their team made themselves available 24-7. Very comforting and extremely professional. I’m so grateful for them arranging my surgery on such short notice.Mike WhitneyLexington, OH
Dr Rohl and his staff have listened to all my questions and concerns. They have informed me of all my options and have always been courteous and kind. Jen has been amazing at returning phone calls and getting me information I needed in a timely manner. I feel like they all have my best interest in mind. I feel very blessed to have found this group of doctors.
I would and do recommend this facility. Staff is absolutely wonderful, and caring to my needs. SI Fusion surgery was performed by Dr. Chen. He was and still is caring for me. Any issues or questions, Im talkin care of, even if Im home. Staff always returns my calls. I went through 18 doctors and NOT ONE of them showed compassion. I was missed diagnosed 4yrs ago. I fought to find someone who cares and there to help me. OrthoNeuro saved me. And even though Im still having nerve issues, they are caring and have not once made me feel unwanted. Great thanks to the staff and Dr. chen
Dr. Napolitano is simply wonderful! He is so very kind and patient. He removed a partial of my big toenail. I was nervous about the procedure but he put me at ease with his great bedside manner. He is very skilled and the procedure was over in a matter of minutes. Be diligent with your post procedure care and you can heal quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Napolitano. He truly cares for his patients and his skills are very good.Diana Kaswinkel
OrthoNeuro was just the right place to go for my knee surgery. I wanted someone with a lot of experience with traditional knee surgery as well as robotic assisted knee surgery. When I met with Dr. Mark Gittins and he recommended partial knee replacement rather than total knee replacement, I made the decision at that time to do the surgery with him and now that I am recovering, Im ready to schedule the second knee. Thank you to Dr. Gittins and his staff for taking such good care of me.
Ive spent a lot of time over the past few years with OrthoNeuro. Dr. Matthias did rotator cuff surgery on both of my shoulders. Dr. Cheney has been helping me with my feet- including a pretty major surgery in October to repair a torn tendon, fallen arch and to realign my foot. Not an easy recovery, but ON has been there every time Ive reached out. Ive been seeing Dr. Napolitano for wound care for my foot since right after my surgery. Everyone has been great from the office staff, nurses, PT and doctors!!
I feel Dr. Daryl Sybert is the best. I have had 5 back surgeries 4 of which were done at Ortho Neuro New Albany. In 2007 I was confined to a wheelchair unable to walk. Dr. Sybert got me back on my feet the day after my second surgery. For this team to keep putting me back together after I tear up their good work they have to be the best. I am doing better now than I have been doing in the last 12 years thanks to Dr. Sybert and his team.
Dr.Taylor he gets 5 stars! He is a very proactive doctor that does want to get you feeling better quickly! I had suffered with daily headaches for almost 2 years and he helped me lessen them so much in about 4 months by trying different medications. The reasons I have only 3 stars is because of the amount of times you have to call in there to leave messages for the physicians assistant and make sure the follow through of care is done. I had to keep pushing to get a MRI scheduled that the doctor ordered, then a medication that was prescribed needed prior authorization it took a month for them to submit the paperwork only to have it denied and switched to a different medication.
After our daughter’s two knee surgeries, Dr Cannone is part of our family. He is so caring and understanding. He put our daughters health as his top priority. He listened not only to us as parents, but also to our daughter and how she felt about everything. He always kept us in the loop with everything that was going on and what we needed to do. He definitely gives the best care in the Columbus, Ohio area.
Dr Ralph was wonderful! He took the time to understand my injury, inspected it and provided xrays on site to diagnose my issue. He provided a couple options for next steps (pun intended) and allowed Carrie and the staff to take great care of me.I always recommend Dr. Napolitano & ON.
Dr. Mark Gittins is an awesome physician! At my first visit with Dr. Gittins I was having chronic knee pain. He moved swiftly to get me assessed and provide the necessary treatment to get me relief. I went from not being able to walk at all, to complete recovery In a matter of weeks. Dr. Gittins shows great care for his patients and I couldn’t have selected a more knowledgeable and caring physician as my provider. Thanks Dr. Gittins for giving me my life back!!!
Dr Pap is the third physician, as well as, several times in physical therapy with Ortho Neuro. They have all been kind and helpful. Dr Pap and his Nurse Practitioner were both reassuring about my upcoming procedure and explained it thoroughly. I just pray my old body will cooperate.
My distal radius fracture surgery went well but I unfortunately, have had a rough recovery the last 9 months. Though Dr Klinefelter did take time with me in my appointments, I wished he would have followed up with my concerns, hearing of my trouble with such swelling that it interfered with my ability to progress in therapy. Asked for assistance with my adema but was refused. Finally, a 6 day round of steroid. I moved on to another opinion - with Orthopedic One. Ortho Neuro is also a high priced medical group. So not a great experience. I have loss a good bit of grip strength and range of motion. Having to run tests now before a second surgery is considered (to remove the hardware) in hopes of some improvement.
Excellent service from staff and Dr. Chen. The lobby is always clean. My wait times are never long. I can call and get assistance always. The surgical team is awesome too. I cant say enough nice things about my experiences. Still working on my physical issues, but I feel I have a team instead of just me, helping me through the process . Thank you all!
I saw Dr Michael Sleeps at ortho Neuro in new Albany as a referral for my back and hip. I want to commend Dr Skeels as a very nice and professional doctor during my visit. He has a great bedside manner very knowledgable and helpful explaining things about the treatments I receive from him. He is very thorough with exam and I had a great experience there I didnt have to wait long and I would surely recommend him to anyone who needs that kind of treatment. He is awesome.
They were willing to help me after I under went years of tests, limited short term treatments, and not much results. OrthoNeuro gave me an opportunity for long term treatment and didnt disregard any of my concerns. I felt listened to and cared for. They went over and beyond.
I have gone to OrthoNeuro for knee issues. First, I had gel injections. All went well. . In time, total knee replacements were needed. At no time did I feel pressured to make this decision, Dr. Cannone and Courtney, the PA, were so supportive. I had the first knee done 9/19/18. I felt Dr. Cannone had my best interests at heart, home therapy was set up and followed, outside therapy was also followed as prescribed. I felt it was a textbook experience. Then 12/31/18, I had the second total knee replacement. All aspects from appointments to the actual surgery to recovery to follow up with both knees went very well. I would definitely recommend this facility, and Dr. Cannone for any knee issues. Facility, Surgeon, PA and staff are all so helpful, answering questions and taking time to explain.
I had a wonderful experience at OrthoNeuro! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Everyone made me feel comfort and confident that I would be taken care of. I was very satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Napolitano and would recommend him to anyone.
My first visit to Orthneuro was great. The office staff greeted me right away, took my insurane info and I was immediately taken back to the exam room (10 min before my appointment).Dr. Martin Taylor was very thorough and explained everything. Never felt rushed. After the exam, I was escorted back to the lobby and shown the exit. I thought this was very kind. Its so easy to get turned around.Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this facility.
I chose Dr Taylor based on his online video. He struck me as knowledgeable in neurological disorders and as a caring and compassionate person, one who would listen to his patients medical concerns. I was not disappointed. Dr Taylor and his Nurse Practitioner are exactly as I’d hoped they’d be. They really listened and through treatment I’m feeling relief from pain I’ve been experiencing for years. I’m looking forward to a beneficial Dr / patient relationship with Ortho Neuro and continued healing.
I have been going to OrthoNeuro for numerous years. When my daughter broke her wrist, I knew exactly where I wanted to take her. The two physicians I see are very friendly and knowledgeable. The office staff and medical secretaries are very friendly and helpful. I will not go to a different orthopedic office.
I have had four surgeries with Orthro Neuro. Two different doctors. They are great, some doctors dont have the best side manner. As far as the office they work well and return calls. Down fall is your scheduled appointment it always runs late and you could be waiting a while.
Whelp, Ill return with my actual doctor review...if I am ever seen. Its 33 minutes past my appointment time. As my initial visit, bad first impression. The irony is, my federal insurance plan is in my husbands name so she asked had he been here, I responded, no and receptionist, I quote, good for him. Welllll even their staff is aware of something I must not be. I am contemplating asking to be dismissed and our insurance better not be billed or I will let them know I left before being called to be seen.
Doctor Michael Cannone DO came highly recommended by my long time family physician which simple stated hes the best and needless to say ... I was amazed with his professional staff and Doctor Cannones forthcoming expertise on how to remedy my painful situation that also included a follow-up plan. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Doctor Cannone to anyone needing orthopedic help and relief.
My experience at Ortho Neuro was fantastic. I wasnt even completed at the front desk before they were calling my name. The staff was wonderful and I found that the doctor was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. He explained to me all of the options available and recommended the best option to follow at this point.
I received such exceptional care by Dr. Rohl and all of the staff members that assisted him from the beginning to the end of my surgery in the hospital for my fist time ever being admitted. Dr. Rohl is thorough and to the point when he explains things. I was so blessed and grateful to have Dr. Rohl as my surgeon.
I was referred to Dr Rohl at Ortho Neuro an have seen him twice. We have completed part of the tests needed and have additional testing scheduled. Dr Rohl seems very knowledgeable and has shown real interest in my problem !!The Ortho Neuro staff has been very attentive and coordinated my testing without any delays !!I look forward to getting a resolution to my Health Issues and have confidence in the staff of Ortho Neuro !!
I have seen Dr. Taylor for many years (maybe 13) . He honestly helped me be able to engage with the world when Occipital Neuralgia had me in excruciating pain for 6 months. He found the right treatment plan. I still see him for other nerve issues . He does a great job of educating his patients
Brought my wife for a 10:15 appointment. She got called back to see the doctor over an hour late. Incredibly inconsiderate toward patients. Everyone knows what happens if we are an hour late for an appointment. This seems to be typical for this place, so be sure to allow for the extra time they will steal from your day.
Dr. Todd and Dr. Pap smdh absolutely refused to do a simple procedure that could produce me the best quality of life.Dr. Todd flat out laughed at me as if an Angular Tear was funny. After several failed attempts to heal on my own with PT, Meds etc I felt I finally landed in the right hands. WRONG!!!!!Oh it gets better! The office manager Tricia became a doctor overnight and told me were not doing unnecessary surgery lol PLEASE HAVE A SEAT MAAM$310 WASTED DOLLARS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.I SEE A WHITE PEOPLE not a racist, but people of Color and Care definitely need to be added.Horrible experience. They have a video and audio recording policy for a reason, you should be more concern with a review OthroneruoI pray for all of yall only GOD can help the unwilling.Have a blessed life😏
Dr Stutzman was running pretty much on schedule- which in and of itself is amazing for specialists. He was thorough, answered my questions, put my mind and ease and did my injections for my painful thumb/ wrist. I appreciated his bed side manner!I am to have a recheck. A credit to his specialty practice thus far! I initially saw Dr Sandy Lane at the Ortho Neuro Urgent Care - can’t say enough about her! LOVED her caring manner and compassion. Dr Lane is another asset to Ortho Neuro! A+ for both
Fast, friendly service.I have been coming to see Dr. Napolitano before he joined with Orthoneuro. He is knowledgeable and puts you at ease if you are nervous. He treats people like a family member not like a debit card. He respects your time and appreciate you as a patient. If you have issues with anything related to your feet/ankle I recommend you make an appointment to see him.
I was referred to Dr. Rohl by a neurologist in Mt Vernon. Dr. left a great first impression on my fiancée and I as he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to let us know that he was not going to push me into electing surgery. After discussing the state of my back, I agreed to lumbar decompression with Dr Rohl. The surgery went well and I am now recovering. The follow up visits have been just as great with Dr Rohl and his staff. Everyone is top notch and I would not hesitate to send friends or family Dr Rohl’s way.
I found Dr. Nowinski to be the consummate professional, ‘good blade’ and all of that, and yet very down to earth and willing to discuss any questions, without airs or pretense.Another part of the evaluation that I was particularly impressed with occurred on my first office visit. I arrived at Dr. Nowinski’s OrthoNeuro office with no complaint other than shoulder and upper arm pain. I had not had any xrays or MRIs, and yet, I suspected that I had an injury which would require surgery to repair. So I went to a doctor who specializes in injuries to the shoulder and I was not disappointed. I had four xrays on my way to the exam room and there was a wait of, maybe two minutes in the exam room before Dr. Nowinski was in the room, had introduced himself, and was already conducting a thorough exam of my shoulder. He recommended a steroid injection and he utilized an ultrasound machine to guide the needle that he inserted, nearly without any pain, whatsoever, and the ultrasound had the added benefit of allowing him to identify several areas of injury. He said that I would need an MRI to lay out what would need to be done, but I was able to have that knowing that there was good cause, which in this day and age of shrinking benefits and rising premiums and co-insurance, I knew, going in, that there was good cause to undergo the MRI.And yes, the MRI identified multiple injuries in my shoulder and I had surgery three weeks later. Dr. Nowinski was just as wonderful with the repair as he was with the prelude to it, and I am already on the road to recovery.I have sought care at OrthoNeuro on multiple occasions, and have had many surgeries with a number of their surgeons, and not once have I ever been disappointed over the course of nearly twenty years. Dr. Nowinski is, apparently, another member in what has become a proud tradition at OrthoNeuro.
My husband and I have seen several of the physicians and nurse practitioners at Orthoneuro over the past 8 years. (One of the prices we pay for living a long, active life). We have both had various surgeries/procedures with Dr. Jeff Gittins, Dr. Larry Todd, Dr. Nowinski, and Dr. Stutzman. And I have to mention one of our favorite Nurse Practitioners is Jennifer Kibbee! Monica is one of the office staff that is so helpful, always professional and pleasant to work with. I am a retired RN and therefore, very picky about medical care for my family or myself.I can not adequately praise this dedicated group of healthcare providers enough!!!
Dr didnt want to address the issue for which I was referred. Wanted to treat headaches and that wasnt even the reason I went there. nor the cause of my problem. Waited 2 hrs to be seen and then he made a comment of and the dr who referred you thought you were urgent. Totally unhappy with this provider.
My lumbar surgery May 4, 2018, eliminated the pain going down the back of both legs during my bowel movements. The decompression surgery eliminated pain in my lower back, and improved my sex life!My cervical spine surgery march 21, 2019, ACDF, has improved my balance, and mobility. They numbness in hands and legs is somewhat improved in the first 6 months! I look forward to continuous improvement in the next nine months!I want to Thank you Dr. Chen and your complete staff at Ortho Neuro, and your associates at Mt Carmel New Albany Surgical hospital! Very pleasant experiences for me! Job well done! Much Appreciated!RalphKittle
Dr. Rohl is so great, he educates as he recommends. I am so impressed. Jennifer has helped me work through the various appointments and tests. She is helpful and provides very direct feedback. She has respect for Dr. Rohl and explains things so well. I have been dealing with back issues for 4 years and I finally feel there is a way forward. I am so fortunate that my fantastic ortho doctor, Francine Pulver recommended Dr. Rohl for possible surgery. Thank you Dr. Rohl and Jennifer....you are both very appreciated.
Certain doctors are very bad about returning direct calls to them. Oh the pre-recorded message you get says theyll return all calls within 24-48 hours, but dont you believe it. Ive left three messages for one doc (referring physician) and one message for another (doc Im being referred to) over the last 9 days and Ive yet to hear a peep... . So Ive moved on to another practice (OSU Sports Medicine). There are many options out there in orthopedics besides OrthoNeuro, and I highly recommend to anyone/everyone to explore them.
Dr. Sybert has been my husbands physician for 20 yrs. He has performed 5 necessary lumbar spine surgeries. I am a witness with first hand knowledge of his exceptional skills and expertise! I understand why he is considered one of the best in his field! He has helped my wife get/maintain her FMLA Certification in order to care for me properly without fear of losing her job or our families health care coverage! Ortho Neuro is highly appreciated and recommend by me and my family!
The care and personal attention I was given was the best I could imagine. Dr. Stutzman is not only a great surgeon but is a very caring professional. I tell everyone about the New Albany surgical center and the fabulous people they have working there. Best in the business
I couldnt have asked for better care or outcome, Dr Sybert and his team have turned my life around. Previous surgery was awful and now on course for a much better life, been a rough road but I know it will be worth all we had to go through. Everyone we had contact with couldnt have been more helpful or nicer.
I have been going to Ortho Neuro for 4-5 years. We live almost 2 hours away. I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Cannone is an amazing surgeon, who also has compassion and concern for his patients. His staff is just as amazing.. Mt Carmel surgical hospital is as amazing also.. Rebecca F.
Dr. Gittins and his team of professionals at OrthoNeuro diagnosed my Achilles tendon rupture, repaired it, and am on the road to recovery with OrthoNeuros Physical Therapy team. All the way through this process his team has efficiently and professionally addressed my needs and questions. I am truly grateful for to this entire team of professionals for their expertise and friendliness during this process.
Dr. Donald Rohl and the entire staff at New Albany Surgical Hospital provide superior treatment and care from your moment of arrival for surgery to your discharge from NASH. It has been five weeks since my spinal fusion surgery and for the first time in years, my back is pain free and feeling is returning to my lower extremities. I highly recommend Dr. Donald Rohl.
I think OrthroNeuro and Dr. Nowinski are fantastic! I appreciate the personal care and his skills as a surgeon are great! He listens to his patients, and he doesnt stop until he finds what is the problem...then his years of experience as a surgeon takes over and your procedure is performed with care and skill that you can count on. I highly recommend Dr. Nowinski as a surgeon, and a doctor who cares about his patiences.Tom BrooksDublin, Ohio
I wasnt planning to go to see a specialist for a work injury that was getting a little better but taking many months to do so. My family physician referred me to OrthoNeuro and I met with Dr. Stutzman. Thank goodness for this referral. I already had an MRI done so Dr. Stutzman was able to give me his professional opinion which included several options for me which included continuing on as is, surgery or therapy. His personal opinion blew me away. I was expecting surgery but he said because three months already went by the recovery from surgery would be the same as riding it out as is. I decided to ride it out and he continued to educate me on the healing process and to not over do anything. He also noticed the injury was written up incorrectly calling my injury a sprain. Which from the MRI it was clearly a 25% tare. A sprain once healed can never be addressed again, a tare could be reinjured or have other complications down the road that I would be able to refer back to this injury for help.Thank you OrthoNeuro and Dr Stutzman for your attention and taking the time to look over every detail of my injury.Michael Murphy
Dr.. Sybert has done wonders for me. Others wanted to do drastic measures to my back. With minimal invasiveness he fixed the problem and I have been fine ever since. I have had two subsequent checkups and all is well. Please note, I have sent friends and employees to Dr. Sybert and all have been extremely satisfied and grateful for his skills and understanding. There are no negatives with this physician.Tom Ewers
I Really like that my doctor is concerned there is another issue that needs addressed before surgery. The other place just immediately wanted to do surgery and ignored all symptoms, after going to Dr Todd some of this makes more sense. I really like this place, much more caring and Dr. Todd was actively listening to me.
I called to make an appt due to an injury to my finger and was suprised that I was seen that same day with Dr. Klinefelter. I worked in the medical field for many years and was a patient to several doctors over the years. This was the first time I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Klinefelter. He came into the exam room and introduced himself but what set him apart from any other doctor I had seen in my lifetime is that he then told me a little bit about where he came from and how his career evolved. It lessened the anxiety I was feeling seeing a doctor I knew nothing about when I walked into that department. Dr. Klinefelter was very professional and I highly recommend him.
Dr. Klinefelter is a rare doctor who actually treats medicine like a science and patients like people. He encouraged me to participate in the process and was not afraid to be honest with me. When no damage was found through testing, Dr. Klinefelter worked with me to change my habits and improve my overall health. It has only been a week since I started my at home therapy, but Im already starting to notice major improvements. And all of this without surgery. In summation, I highly recommend Dr. Klinefelter and OrthoNeuro and will go back to him for any future finger/hand/wrist issues.
Set my husband back in his post-op recovery by not checking surgeons orders. Be prepared to be vigilant about accuracy. Rushed my husband through the room and while removing equipment enough to hurt him. Like every other OrthoNeuro facility in our experience, they are over-booked and under-staffed to the point of harmful negligence. We switched to OhioHealth and will be advising everyone in our circle to avoid OrthoNeuro like the plague.
I had dealt with ortho neuro previously with Dr. Carl Berasi at the Westerville office and was excellent, however I was referred to a Doctor Martin Taylor at the New Albany office. After sitting in a closed cubical for one half hour after my early morning appointment time finally got up an left. He must think that his time is much more important and valuable than his patients. Plenty of other doctors out there that will treat you with respect.. Would certainly not recommend Doctor Taylor unless you have a lot of time to waste.
Dr. Jeff Gittens is the best! I have had severe ankle issues for many years, with a podiatrist who wanted to break my feet and reset them. I asked for a second opinion and was fortunate to get Dr. Gittens. Surgery was involved, but just what I needed and nothing more. He did a phenomenal job, and will be getting the second ankle done in a few weeks. Great surgeon, and more importantly a great guy. Much respect.
I first came here, cause I was told what a great place with great doctors. Wont ever come here again, nor will anyone that I know. From day one I felt like I was treated as if I was a drug seeker. I understand that people out there are pathetic and have ruined the trust of doctors everywhere, but when a person comes to you crying and trying everything you ask day after day, month after month, shot after shot, a cast, therapy, begging for you to do surgery, going to his partner and having put in more pain which made my injury even worse. (my family physician said they should have never sent you to a partner for a second option) Maybe there is actually something wrong!! I mean you can see what looks to be a table tennis ball sticking out of my wrist. Then never receiving the call back from you people on where to go from there. The only contact I received was a 1800.00 bill. Still to this day after almost 2 years nothing has changed, Im suffering with my injury since I cant afford another med bill. You can still see it on my wrist, but nothing is wrong. At lease my family physician came to the rescue and gave me something till I can afford to get the help I need. Doesnt fix it, but much more manageable for 2 jobs and going to school. A big thanks for nothing Stutzman and Klinefelter
Dr. Todd is thorough and looks after his patients best interest. He is asurgeon that is not interested in surgery first. He looks at all options andoffers alternatives over surgery. In his opinion, surgery is a last resort. It is very refreshing, coming from a surgeon.
Thank you Dr. Sybert in so many ways, for the kind and compassionate Dr. that you are. After 3 months out and follow up visit, you eased my mind in so many ways. I look foward to a full recovery and to get my life back on track again. I stil have PT therapy to go through. Also a shout out to Donny Miller another great person, who helped me in so many ways. All was greatly appreciated, thanks.
Ive been a patient of Dr. Rohls for several years . He is a first class surgeon and an even better person , I truly believe without him I wouldnt be walking today .. The staff is always kind and professional and Dr. Rohl takes the time to listen to you , I wouldnt hesitate to go back again if I needed his help or advise ..
Although Dr. CHENEY is cordial, professional and explains things well, his 3 surgeries in 2 1/2 years were NOT successful in relievng my daily pain and fusion of my right ankle. My pain goes to 8 and Im left with exorbitant medical bills. My options are wheelchair, walk in pain or amputation.

2021-12-31Doctor Shettgeri is Phenomenal! Exceptionally competent in his field! He builds an outstanding rapport with his patients and goes the extra mile in following up with them. After my surgery and a minor procedure he called me in the evening to see how I was feeling and if he could address any questions! He provides outstanding care and best of class service! He has also fixed my back issue with remarkable resolve! If you are considering back or spinal surgery- I strongly recommend him. You won’t regret it!

2022-06-05Dr. Gittins and his PA Sarah are phenomenal! I was in desperate need of a second opinion, some hope. My entire experience with this office has been a blessing. I did not have a wait for my appointment, was personally cared for throughout their imaging process and explanations along the way. I was provided tools to keep me comfortable until my procedure. I left shedding tears of relief and hope. I recommend this practice to everyone. So professional and knowledgeable!

2022-07-19I came into the office with a fractured foot and Dr. Jeffrey Gittins was my doctor. He was very informative on my situation. He was great to work with. I had a prior injury with another orthopedic doctor and was heavily disappointed in the whole process as to why my ankle never healed correctly. Let’s say I was super nervous at first walking in scared I wouldn’t get the answers I wanted. My father has been there multiple times for surgeries and the whole department has an amazing staff and doctors who work there. Highly recommend all to come here!

2022-06-18Its like checking into a 5 star hotel instead of a doctors office. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Everyone knows their jobs well and always professional at it. I have personally delt with 3 different surgeons from OrthoNeuro and all have been great.

2022-07-14Worked with multiple doctors at OrthoNeuro and I love every one of them. Personable, professional and caring. More than willing to answer a ton of questions to make sure you comfortable with any surgery, after care and what to do in case of an emergency. Dr. Comisar, Dr. Stutzman, Dr. Palmer are all great. I highly recommend them.

2022-03-18I had extreme pain in the right leg and hip. I was admitted to the hospital after a trip to the emergency room. Surgery was done 4 days later and the nerve pain was mostly eliminated. This should continue to improve for the next 9 months.Doctor was straight forward, and his confidence put me at ease.
