The gentleman there was dismissive. While asked to call a different location on turning rotors he kind of flung me away and very nonchalant.
Tim is very friendly and accommodating. He will match or beat the competition. I now buy all my automobile parts and accessories from oreillys.

2020-01-28Some of the best helping people behind the counter, They spent 1 hour searching for my valve cover gasket. It was a aftermarket motor and didnt belong in the car but it was and they were determined to find it , which they did

2020-01-15Customer service? Yes.I was working almost 2 miles away from the store when I found myself in a predicament. LOW DEF, idle engine soon.I was setting on a job (over 3hrs away from our shop) when I realized the customer and my self were about to have problems. Cranes out of def.So I call orielys, where Ive been a customer for years, just not in these parts. Explain my situation, and my understanding that i dont have an account and delivery is not expected. But I needed a favor.Store manager said, we dont usually do this but Ill see you in a few minutes!Thats customer service, delivered in a personal vehicle. Thank you!!

2018-05-17Needed two stroke oil for Moped. Found it easily, but when I checked out, one of your employees basically made fun of me for buying it and kept telling me I didnt know what it was for. I can only guess its because im a woman! He even said I bet someone wrote it down for you and asked you to get it. I repeatedly told him I knew exactly what I was getting and he just kept laughing at me. I left feeling like an idiot for not good reason. Not a great way to treat your customers! Will not be spending another dime at this store, nor will my friends who are not at all pleased. Treat every paying customer with respect regardless of Gender! This isnt 1950.

2018-02-04Depending on who you get at the service counter, youre likely to get good service. There is a couple employees that really seem to hate their job, but otherwise, Ive had much success shopping at this Oreillys.
