Great employees. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
These guys here are great. Whenever I come in to purchase things either for my personal use or for the company that I work for, these gentlemen are ALWAYS on point and very helpful. Ive also noticed the store is always clean. Again, these guys enjoy helping me and it shows.
I had a problem with some brake lights and the staff at this location went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Not only were they willing to stay past their normal work hours, but they came out to my car, checked out the issue, and then physically replaced all of the my brake bulbs once I made the purchase. I was totally impressed!
My husband and I have been OReillys customers for years now because they always find us the best deals with price matching other companies. We have rebuilt vehicles using OReillys. Today they lost our business. We went in for 5qt Valvoline full- synthetic oil. We had seen it advertised at Walmart for $21.57 and tried to price match since OReillys price matches. The sign on their door even says so, and no exclusions apply per the sign. Today they refused to price match saying they dont price match walmart. When we asked as of when no one could tell us. They did at our last oil change, 3 months ago. So I guess their real price match policy is whenever they feel like it for whatever companies they choose at a given time because their sign does not say exclusions apply.
I bought a post there that was defective. They let me return it but its the second time I got a defective part for my 1994 Lexus es 300. The first time was from an Orileys in grove city.
I went in to get a headlight with the full intention of going home and figuring out how to install on my own (im just a girl 🤷🏼). Without even asking, Andrew found my bulb, preceded to my vehicle and changed it for me. Its was about 32 degrees outside and I am so appreciative! Great customer service at the Roberts road location!
I am literally walking through the store and not one of these white men has offered to help and I have no idea what I am doing. All three seem to have all the attention on one white man guess he is more important! Clearly your only Sevi Ed if your white!
I went in for a tail light replacement, I was given the wrong bulb, however, when returning to the store to get the right bulb I was met with great professional courtesy an apology, and they even adjusted the price of the right bulb to match the price that I had paid earlier in the day. Great management and staff all around oh, and thank you again
The employees here always seem to be among the friendliest of any aftermarket auto parts store in the area. This is hands-down my preferred place when I need something for my vehicle.
This place was actually great. been catching no breaks lately but they were able to network with another store and find my old purchase in their system so i could exchange the bulbs i had for the ones i need. also, gave my kiddo a frisbee that occcupied him. overall customer service was great.
I was on my way from Cincinnati to the Columbus Zoo for Jack Hannas 35th anniversary. While on the highway my low battery light came on and my volts dropped to 9. I pulled into the parking lot and explained what was going on. The manager pulled my battery and charged it and tested it and it was good. So He tested the alternator it was bad. They didnt have the right one in stock but he was able to pull several off the shelf and compare them and find me one that was compatible. I didnt have the tools to do the change so he let me use there cart of tools. Needles to say within an hour we were back on the road and at the zoo. It was the best experience my kids have had at the zoo and Grandpa was with us to. So I would like to give a personal Thank you to the staff at this store and recommend everyone shops here for parts.
No help at all. I went in looking for a socket to get lugnuts off. The lady inside seemed to be new, but the middle aged guy with the tattoos was really rude and unhelpful. I just work across the street, but I wont be back. Ill make sure to tell all of co-workers too.
Wonderful and knowledgeable staff that takes care of you like a friend. Price and quality parts with great a warranty. Highly recommend this shop for the knowledgeable and new to the automotive market.

Didnt catch his name but the older gentleman treated my friend and I like second class citizens was very rude to both of us wasnt wearing his covid mask per columbus city wide mask stipulations.... upon leaving I joking said whats to stop me from discarding my used oil container here outside and put it in my car this dude comes outside all huffed and puffed ready to blow my flippin house down only to realize I didnt chuck it.... 1/5 stars Id figure your employees would at least be enthused about their job and helpful instead of rude and short :/
I had a coil go out on my car at 9 oclock at night. Not only was OReilly the only place open that late but the employee there was very helpful and got us what we needed quickly. I got my car back up and running for under 50$! Thanks guys!
Like the selection and assistance finding best product. Wish they helped install the air cleaner but they said my truck was a really hard one to install.

Finally found a store that hires some people that know what a car part is! Id give 5 stars if I got the same guy every time, but Ive definitely had some that know very little.
Terrible customer service. Went in for 1 item and was waiting in line 10 minutes when there was 2 people clearly not doing anything. Sad to have driven from Akron to this location.
Very knowledgeable about parts and get them quick if not in stock.
It took me 35 min of waiting just to rent a brake press tool and 25 minutes just to hand it back to them. The employee is so damn slow he took ages.Never ever going to rent or buy anything from them.
The best auto parts store hands down they price match with other places if you can get a part cheaper and they go the extra mile to help you figure out whats wrong with your car and they also can replace parts for you if its nothing too much great place well shop there for all eternity

2022-07-10I watched an OReilly Auto Parts video on how to charge the AC, so I went in to the store to buy some AC Pro. When I went up to purchase, the male checker asked me (someone who is female presenting) if I knew what I was doing. I told him that I watched the video, and he rolled his eyes. The lack of respect was off the charts! If you want to keep the business of your female customers, you need to do better than that!

2022-02-17Went in for a pair of wiper blades and was told immediately the only ones available were over $30 each. I laughed in his face over the clear price gouging while I left to shop at advanced auto for the cheaper option.There may come a day I might HAVE to buy from them, but never again while a cheaper option is available.

2020-05-16This store has always been very nice and welcoming when I come In. I’m new to rebuilding motorcycles and I’ve come in with many questions. I have Yet to meet someone who works at O,Reilly’s who wasn’t very nice to me. Their loaner took program is the best!

2020-10-23My rating isnt a reflection on the people at this store. The employees in store have always been extremely helpful. Rather, its an issue Ive had ordering online from every OReillys location. The website says online orders will be ready within 1 hour. Every time I order online, 3-4 hours go by, I never receive an email that my order is ready, so I just go in to pick it up. The order isnt picked because the screen in the store that shows online orders has not refreshed to show the online orders. I suspect the computers in stores have the minimum amount of RAM needed to run an outdated operating system. Again, this has been an issue at every location. Fix this problem, and OReilly gets 5 stars from me, because the people are great.

2020-10-06ANDREA is AWESOME!! My daughter and I brought her car to get a simple tail light bulb. But we realized the old bulb was broken and stuck in the socket. Andrea brought tools out and helped us get the bulb replaced! So my daughter could pass her safety inspection and get her license! Andrea is knowledgeable, funny, and sweet! Shes the best. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. Go see Andrea. She actually cares!

2017-07-18Staff is more knowledgeable than most auto parts stores than I have been to and tends to be older with experience but the few younger staff members are exceptional. Always friendly, even to my kids. Feels like the neighborhood auto parts store I knew as a kid where people enjoyed talking about their cars and giving advice from there own experience. Good selection of rental tools available for free (full deposit refund on return). Excellent quality tools for purchase. Price matching. Occasionally, a very specialized part will not be in stock but they can usually order it for pickup next day.

2021-08-29Staffed by Grumpy , old , recovering alcoholics who would rather argue with you than sell you a part. Fantastic experience! Would drive here and not buy anything again, for sure!
