Stopped at OReilly for a turn signal bulb. Chris Varian waited on me. He installed the bulb for me. Service was great, turn signal works perfectly.. VERY happy wit this establishment.
Their deals can sometimes be better than what others offer. They do price match. They offer a lot of what other parts stores do. They have friendly associates who try to answer your questions and help you out.
I love their quick delivery. Prices are better. Quality products. Ive ordered a few things thru them. Great communication and service.
I just left OReilly on West broad Street and Alan and Angel the 2 guys working in there did way more than they had too to help me just now and was extremely nice Ive never had that kind of experience at a parts store and Ive been a mechanic for almost 20 years I dont know how much they get paid but its not enough they are truly good people so if you need anything go to those guys they have my business for life .
Had the best service ever at a parts store. Tabitha helped me out behind the counter and Janet got me back on the road by getting my battery terminals fixed for me and putting on my oil cap. She was even ready to give me a jump. Thanks Janet. Will never back.
Do not even try to go here. They give you the incorrect prices on the phone then when you get there its way more than what they say. Then when you go back with that money the different person helping you from the first time gives you a completely different price as well. And since when did the state taxes go above the 7.5% and is now closer to 20%???? DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO ADVANCED OR AUTOZONE!

2021-11-19They got stuff!!!! And they put it on the shelves. The staff nice and friendly and helpful. Now I called in from home. They didnt have the needed part,, they ordered it and said it would be there by x time and didnt ask for anything but a phone number to order parts. No credit card or extra trip in to prepay . Wow!! What a bargain. No wonder I keep going back.

2021-03-20My car was having problems starting and I assumed it was the battery but the battery wasnt even quite 3 years old so I made my way to OReillys in New Rome Ohio they came out replaced the battery and as I went to start the car it didnt want to start it was doing the same thing the other battery was doing. So it ended up being the starter so they took the battery out put my old battery back in and they suggested a tow company to me at this time it was close to closing time and it just so happened that tow company pulled in to get parts and the man driving said hed be more than happy to help and that when he got off work he could probably put a starter in for me so I could get home. Mandy and David were so helpful in getting me help so I wouldnt be stranded as I lived a half hour away. Mandy stayed with myself and granddaughter until the starter was put in. ABOVE AND BEYOND!! THANK YOU!!!
