I was looking for some odds and ends for my beater wth a heater and they were local. I gotta say , once again, the STAFF make or break a business!! The prices were comparable, and when the gas cap I needed was out of stock they gave me a better one at same price. ( It has a key lock- thought that humorous on a 20+ year old ride that has sideswiped a building, hit a huge rock and hopped on 12 curbs- just since Ive had it for 2 months! Those Hondas and Toyota though will drive until the wheels fall off!! ) So thanks amazing staff at OReillys💜

I’m not sure what the guy name is but he work glasses, brown hair, facial hair & I’m pretty sure he was a manager, but he was EXTREMELY RUDE!! The guy in front of me was looking to be employed by the company & he nonchalantly told him that the district managers weren’t rehiring anyone. I then approached the counter so that I could be helped & he looked up at me as if I had interrupted him & asked “yes”. I told him that I was coming to pick up a part & he said “I’m doing something else right now you’re going to have to wait”. I walked away & waited for the next available cashier. Ian was very nice & respectful. Whoever the manager is above him needs to bring in more people like him. He was very quick & polite!! Thank you so much Ian!!
Manager told me to kick rocks after I told him parts were missing out of my box. After a 45 minute wait they couldnt find the parts so they scavenged them from another kit but that kit was missing some parts to it. the manager sold my he was already loosing money on the transaction so he couldnt do anything about it. Well now those parts are the wrong ones for my car and I cant return them because there are missing parts from it They F****d me on that one
Great parts, most of the workers dont have very good customer service. the women workers always have attitudes . Nobody seems to ever be happy to be at work but they have a great manager named James who help you with anything and us very nice.
Been a loyal OReilly customer for years and spent alot of money with this particular store. That ends today, I bought a part the most expensive version of this part they carried, when installing the included bolt snapped due to manufacture defect. I used a generic bolt I had to get the car on the road. Today I took the bolt, packaging and receipt back to orielly hoping to get a replacement bolt. OReilly refused to make it right. I guess Im a loyal advanced customer now.
Asked them for the cheapest battery they had. They sold me one for $140. I looked when I got in the car Because that sounded high and they have one online for $110. I went in to exchange it 2 minutes later(never even left the parking lot) and they kept arguing with me that the one online wouldn’t work for my car. (Because they got caught) I showed them that it had the same part number -26 and was the same exact size and cold cranking amps as the one they sold me. He exchanged it but still told me it was wrong. IT HAD THE SAME PART NUMBER AS THE ONE THEY SOLD ME. It was just a different brand. Shady...
They had what I need but the customer service was less than poor. I worked at Advance Auto Parts and my knowledge wasnt always up to par with customer needs but if I didnt know the answer or couldnt help myself i got it figured out or found someone else who could help. My questions were completely dismissed. Mind you the reason for my visit was that my wipers suddenly stopped working in the middle of a downpour on the highway about 30 minutes from home on a good sunny day.
Great service by Christian. I got the correct battery and Christian loaned me the tools to change battery in the parking. Very busy store and Christian remained professional. Thank you for getting the right battery for my truck!
They must be under staffed because the service is SUPER SLOW! I waited 30 min for them to tell me they dont have my part but when I called 10 min before I came they had the part.
Very nice people. Clean place, even the bathroom. Only place around that had my part. It was waiting for me at the counter for fast service since I had already called and put it on hold. The two ladies behind the counter were knowledgeable on the extra parts I needed and and on the locarion of them in the store.
Not only did the staff verify that our alternator wasnt the issue but, between them and the other customer that was there, they were able to point me in the direction that got our issue figured out; and we had a ball in the process!

Very friendly. If you are a lady traveling alone and need someone to put the oil that you buy from them in your car, they wont do like other auto parts store so you may want go to another auto parts store. They dont even have disposable funnels or even one that you can borrow.
Helpful but they need to start keeping more parts for higher end cars in stock like infiniti !!! They always gotta order it which lead me to ordering from rock auto for HALF THE PRICE !!!! If im going to wait for parts i might as well save money too!!! Had they had it in stock i wouldve never even looked at other alternatives!!!!!!

ORileys is always good place to get your car/mechanical needs. Reasonably priced, well stocked. Hey, if they dont got what you are looking for, you dont need it. Lol
Not good, went online said they had the part for one price they even told me at another store the price they had online then I get there and they try and slam me shame on them
I was there for free battery check. Great customer service. They were quick, helpful and informative. Helped me in purchasing and changing my car battery there itself.
So first off let me explain I called the store at around 9 o’clock this morning looking for a lower control arm with a ball joint assembly for 2017 Toyota RAV4 and they said they had it in stock and I explained that I needed a passenger side and that it was too will drive and I told them that I can stop by and pick it up off work they gave me the part number and the price I was quoted and I wrote both of those down hold up after work pick up my part drive all the way home find out it’s the wrong side that they gave me the driver side so it’s frustrating as it is now I have to fight traffic all the way back there on top of that my wife He’d to take an Uner home because I cannot get to her in time and my mechanic was already there waiting to put the new part on so he had to wait an extra hour for me O’Reillys and it up making it right And gave me the part for $87 instead of $136 and gave me money back
Freindly easy in and out. On street parking for a semi. I usually just get clearance lites simple everyday truck stuff. I stop there often.
People have taken good care of me the prices are too high, people do a very good job Ive been very happy with the counter people

2022-04-11Ive visited this location several of times the past couple of days and the ladies are quite impressive, they know their stuff, awesome service! I dealt with some dude on the phone, no patience at all, felt extremely rushed and when I arrived to the store, the same dude sold me the wrong part. SMH, overall, the ladies made up for it so alls well, ends well.

2021-12-11Excellent manager and very friendly. Helps customer with issues to the best if his ability. I was locked out of my van, and he helped me to get the key out or at least attempted to but after several tries was unsuccessful. The point is that though lockout services is not a part of their standard services, the manager attempted to help which is an excellent sign of customer service. I highly recommend this store for your auto parts and accessories needs.

2022-02-15Trash customer service. I walk in ( bell rings to let everyone know) and 5 employees all walk away from the counter.The Manager walkS by and said he had 2 phone calls to make before he could help anyone. Other 4 employees were too busy in the warehouse next door to be bothered. I left after 10 minutes and no help, WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DUMPSTER FIRE.
