Always helpful and never busy!!
Anthony and Jeff are always respectful and knowledgeable about my needs as well as all the guys at our Barberton store. I only do my mechanic repair purchases at this OReillys and will never go to another parts store.

Store saids open at 7:30am here its almost 8 am and noone is here I love the staff here open when you say your gonna open you might just lost a customer

While replacing the rear brakes on my 2006 Charger R/T I had a rear caliper bolt that was stripped and needed replaced. I called OReilly to see if they had it in stock... The young man I spoke with told me that it didnt have caliper bolts in the rear, it was drum brakes. I informed him that it certainly was not drum brakes, in fact Dodge doesnt make the new Chargers with drum brakes at all. He insisted that it had to be drum brakes, it was on the rear and thats what the rear of cars have. I hung up and called Advance Auto Parts, they had the bolts in stock.
Very helpful and non judgemental people. Got my questions answer and highly recommended.

2022-05-06Doesnt honor battery returns when still within warranty, just wanted money back for a bad battery yet they insisted on charging battery half a volt to even consider store credit. Said it would only take 30 mins to charge, now added 45mins on top of that. Ill be lucky to get a store credit at this rate. Wont be shopping here again, and any store credit Id try to sell to someone else

2020-03-13This place is great! They have helped me on more than one occasion and each time the gentlemen were super friendly and willing to help. I had to have my battery tested and the young man, Zach helped me. He was SO friendly and excited to help me. Very knowledgeable - In and out in 20 minutes. Kudos!!

2021-07-26When you go in ask for Alicia (beautiful face and even better customer service) or kato , who taught her everything he knows. Well accept her showing up on time. She learned that on her own! Prices could be beat other place but they work with you and continued service so if your working on a project they will help and advice every step of the way. Even going as far as calling local stores.

2021-05-08Went to Oreillys to get a alternator and they didnt have one in stock but said they could get it by 3:30. I wanted to install it that day (sat) so I thanked th8 and said I would try Advanced and Auto zone.They said they would call for me. They did but neither place had it so I said go ahead and order it. Then they said it was cheaper at Auto Zone so they said they would match the price. Now that is above and beyond. Thank you so much.I was really Impressed. Thanks again.

2019-09-25Not much difference between this franchise, and other similar large retailers. Prices really arent much different either. Nice thing is having variation of detail type products since not everyone carrys the same product lines so it equates to more choices on product. Store is neat and orderly, and very clean, along with very pleasant, helpful staff. I use this store primarily, for immediate parts needs, when ordering online for much much cheaper cannot satisfy needing now.
