Small and cute. Perfectly adequate for small get together and parties. The playground is good for kids and there is a pleasant walk available.

This venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding. The staff treated us like family. Our wedding day was perfect because of them! They did so many things behind the scenes including decorating to make our day run seamlessly. They supply (included in the price) many decorations, most of which are left behind from previous parties, if you do not want to, or dont have funds to purchase your own. There is a separate building for the wedding party and bride and groom to get ready in. We arrived very early with our stylists, mimosas and we ordered some of pattersons delicious homemade donuts. We got ready in the private rooms. The grounds outside are perfect for taking pictures. We had to suddenly move our wedding ceremony inside because of unseasonal rain and freezing temperatures and the staff at orchard hill made it happen and made it beautiful. Im so happy to have had the chance to have my wedding at this venue. I highly highly highly recommend. I would give them 100 more stars if I could.

Fun place to take children. Beautiful scenery. I love the apples. I did venture into apple orchid. The colorful and large mums and pumpkins are strategically placed allowing my mind to travel down memory lanes. BTW. You will need to practice your own social distancing policy (smile) and plan to spend a little extra.

This has been an absolute hidden gem of nature. The golf course closed a number of years back and it was let to grow out. Wildflowers and apple orchards from Pattersons farm are the highlight.The pavilion enclosures are amazingly well kept, clean and beautiful. They are all stone and hardwood builds with electric available.The paths through the woods are awesome and wildlife is everywhere. The trails are well traveled but not crowded by any means. They are nice and wide so there are a lot of dog walkers.Finally, the pond is why we normally make the trip. My daughter loves fishing the pond and is perfect for beginners wanting to get the hang of casting. We have nabbed lots of crappie and a few small mouth bass.Great job Cleveland Metroparks! Keep up the great work.

Nice size sled riding hill. Not huge but I had a great time because you can go right down the middle or you can ride the crest on the right side which I did because I have a runner sled. Was there for two hours. Great workout walking back up.

Anytime of year, an awesome place to go. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Jams, jelly, sauces, bread mixes, bakery, honey, maple, you name it. My favorite time is the Fall with all the different types of apples, apple cider, pumpkins, the smell of kettle corn in the air. Just love it!

My husband and I had our wedding reception here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The only reason I am giving it only 3 stars is because there were a few details that were specified to our coordinator but still done incorrectly.Though the BIGGEST disappointment was our bartender. We were EXTREMELY disappointed with him. He didn’t only come off as rude to my husband (the groom on the wonderful day), but we had a handful of guests who Also mentioned his bad attitude to us.My husband and I had to supply all our own drinks for this event. So any mixers, alcohol, non-alcoholic drinks, etc… We had a simple bar, with lots of options of mixers. At the end of the night we were left over with TONS of mixers, due to the fact the bartender A. didn’t tell guests we had a certain product as on opinion, or B. He straight up to guest “we don’t have that” when we definitely did.My uncle was at the bar when another guest asked for a cranberry and vodka. She was told he had no cranberry juice. The next day we were left over with 4 large containers of cranberry juice. My now brother in law had to run out to the store durning the reception to buy tonic water. His mom went up and order a vodka with tonic and she was told there was no tonic water. All that tonic water got used which is great, but my husband and I were left the next day with 20 bottles of all the flavored tonic water we purchased. We also purchased orange and non of the was ever touched.Another disappointment was the “kids drinks”. We had over a dozen kids at our reception and I was told that there would be three different children drinks to choose from. Shirley Temple, Blue Monster and a Green Iguana. I checked prior to the event on what I needed to supply for these drinks and I was told nothing. They are all ingredients they supply for us. Wrong! Had my now nephew go up and order a Green Iguana and he was told they don’t have any of the ingredients tonight for any of the kids drinks. Also bring a pregnant bride I was kind of excited to try the kids mock tails myself. Lastly our complementary cucumber water was supposed to be just that, cucumber. Unfortunately it was not though. It was lemon and I highly dislike lemon. So as a pregnant bride who drinks a lot of water, this was quite a disappointment for myself.

I grew up near here and should have known not to go on a Saturday but I love fresh apples! The bakery is the very best. Fun for the little kids.
