I’ve never had a bad experience here! Dr. Banga always walks me through what she’s doing and is so incredibly knowledgeable. Shes so gentle and quick during my cleanings. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes for my last appointment!
The staff is so amazing. They are always cheerful and remember my name. They also always check on you throughout the dental process to make sure you are having a positive experience. Finally, the location is convenient with easy parking and a beautiful office. I definitely recommend them to everyone I know and they all give rave reviews to me as well!
I was so terrified of having my wisdom teeth removed that I put it off for 20 years. Dr. Banga is absolutely incredible, not only in the work she does but her ability to put me at ease through a process that I had built up in my head to be a complete nightmare.At all times, she made it clear that I could stop the procedure or change my mind about how many teeth would be removed in one trip. Throughout the appointment, she checked in to make sure I was feeling no pain, and if I ever had a second of discomfort, she stopped everything and re-numbed the area.I even felt well enough after the appointment to stop at the grocery store!
My mother was first to go to Dr. Banga and was pleased with the practice. Today I went for the first time for a cleaning. The office is very nice and well equipped. I was pleased with how quickly they took me in and efficiently prepared me for Dr. Banga to see me. Dr. Banga was very pleasant and personable. I will go back.

Dr Banga is great and very sweet. Very comforting and takes great care of her patients. I have great fear of dentists and she puts up with me as does her staff also quite nice. Dr. Banga is reassuring and tells me exactly what shes doing and how long it will take. She is efficient (Im an economist and know efficiency)Shes available after hours for emergencies and gets back to you. Dr. Bangalore is a wonderful Oral Dentist. She is prompt, and very detailed oriented when explaining procedures to her patients. I appreciate her taking out the time to listen and make sure that her patients have a clear understanding as to what needs to be done to their teeth, in order that they receive the best of care and treatment for a beautiful smile!
As usual, Dr Banga did an excellent job. The procedure of positioning the dental implant went smoothly and painlessly. I have always been verypleased with the service that Dr Banga provides. I had an extraction done on one of my back molars that had broken and was causing me a lot of pain. I also suffer from a great deal of anxiety with dental procedures.The staff and Dr. Banga were so wonderful. The extraction was painless and fast. They have an after hour phone number for emergencies, which is awesome. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Banga is the nicest and sweetest dentist I have ever had the pleasure to be treated by. She genuinely cares about you and is concerned about your comfort during the whole process.I also had to bring my 5 year daughter along with me (which would normally have been a problem at other dental offices) and they were so great about accommodating my situation. The staff and doctor were so wonderful with my daughter.My family and I will be going to Dr. Banga from now on for all of our dental needs.Thank you Dr. Banga for everything : )

Dr Mitchell is extremely compassionate and will make you feel completely at ease for any procedure. My dental phobia is (almost! lol) gone thanks to Dr Mitchell and his great staff. He has the latest high tech equipment that make the visit much more efficient and less painful. Dr Banga is very thorough . She explains things well and has good suggestions for better oral health. She gives personal service to educate you that allows you to make informed decisions. Good location and helpful staff. My husband - also had a tooth implant done and was very satisfied with the outcome. Dr Banga does not give you a sales pitch but does inform you of choices.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mitchell and his practice! His personalized hands-on approach (minimal use of ancillary staff, he even does his own cleanings!) is second to none! He worked wonders with my husbands teeth following a mountain biking accident that happened many years ago...youd never even know it happened to see his beautiful smile now! I was loyal to my prior dental practice of over 25 years, but after seeing how amazing he was with my husbands reconstruction and attention to every detail and friendly and caring demeanor, I switched! Today, I had the ZOOM whitening done and couldnt be more pleased. As an RN, Im picky about my healthcare providers. Ive been treating with Dr. Mitchell for >10 years. My wife and 2 children also see him. Hes always a pleasure: friendly, professional, takes time to explain & answer questions, etc.I once had a wisdom tooth go critical on me in the middle of the night. I called his emergency contact number, and to my surprise, Dr. Mitchell picked up the call himself. He immediately called in pain meds for me to a 24 pharmacy and put me on his calendar first thing tomorrow morning.Also, Ive never known a dentist who was better than Dr. Mitchell at controlling pain.I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell.EDIT: In about 2016, Dr. Pooja Banga joined Dr. Mitchells practice. Shes filled a few cavities for me and performed one deep periodontal cleaning.I have been very satisfied with her work. Like Dr. Mitchell she is very friendly, professional, and takes time to explain things and answer questions.

2022-03-19My husband needed a wisdom teeth extraction, which they immediately took care of. It was a success. They have a fantastic emergency dentist who is very friendly, helpful, and considerate. Also, the personnel is really professional and they are patient in answering all of our questions. My husbands appointment was on time! If you have a dental emergency, I highly recommend this Westerville, Ohio dentist clinic. Their rates are affordable too. You wont regret it!

2022-05-04This practice came up when I googled emergency dentist near me. When I called because of a dental emergency, they tried and made great efforts to see me within 24 hours! The front desk staff is helpful. The x-ray tech is friendly and made my visit even more comfortable. The emergency dentist is one of the most compassionate Ive ever met. She is meticulous in her job and treatment plans. I went back to Dr. Pooja Banga today for further work, and Im really looking forward to seeing the final results of my smile makeover! I recommend you to give them a call if you need some dental work. Definitely worth spending a couple of dollars :)

2022-03-31I came across this office when I was searching for a dentist near me. The atmosphere at the Oral Health Center is quite comfortable. I underwent deep cleaning and thankfully, it wasn’t painful. The staff is nice and even when I had issues with my insurance, they followed up with me diligently. I was able to pay the cost of my treatment without a hitch.

2022-03-15I need to begin by saying that, due to a childhood trauma, I am absolutely TERRIFIED of the Dentist. With that said, I havent been for 15+ years. Of course, I have a broken, infected molar. EVERYONE, from the Receptionist to the Assistant all the way to Dr Banga....were kind, compassionate and NON-JUDGMENTAL. They eased my fears, treated my pain and helped me with my uncontrollable shaking & tears. I will be returning as well as my Husband & Son will be transferring to her as well! Oh, they got me in within 2 HOURS of my call due to the severity of my infection! I couldnt have found a better Dental Office! If you are fearful, PLEASE call them!

2022-06-23Dr. Banga is a skilled and knowledgeable dentist. She explained to me about my dental issue and the possible treatments for it. I didnt know much about dentistry but the way she explained it was really simple so I understood them all. Aside from that, I have terrible dental phobia, but she put me at ease and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended westerville dentist!

2022-05-20Dr. Banga is the only person I would trust to fix my teeth from now on. I was eating a kettle chip for breakfast one morning when I chipped an entire corner off of my 2 lower right molars. Welp, thats what I get for eating chips early in the morning I guess..I knew I needed crowns, so I contacted the oral health center. The receptionist booked an appointment for me right away, and I began my treatment soon after. I have complete faith in Dr. Banga’s ability to accomplish the teeth restoration to my satisfaction. Normally, Im a nervous patient. For me, being in a dental chair is unpleasant. Dr. Banga was quite patient with me, and her injections were painless.Oral health center provides a lovely, welcoming ambiance and has advanced technology. The entire crew was efficient with their work and pleasant to talk to. Overall, I would recommend Dr. Banga and her team to take care of your dental needs and if you’re looking for a competent and trustworthy emergency dentist in westerville. Family-friendly and well-trained. My tooth is still in excellent condition and has no sensitivity till today.

2022-01-26This was the best experience I ever had visiting a dentist office. The customer service was outstanding. I had a tooth extraction that took maybe 2-5 minutes total. The Dr. made sure I was numb she kept asking and checking. The procedure was quick and painless. I am actually switching my dentist and going to her moving forward. I definitely recommend!!
