I was excited to go get what looked like a good deal on a cargo van here. I live out of town so looked at Carfax the sent me (which was doctored) and the photos on line. The vehicle showed rust and a dent and I thought that was not a big issue. I called the dealership and asked if everything worked properly on the vehicle and if it was road ready. They assured me everything was in excellent shape as stated on their website and that the van was working properly and road ready. Given this info I put a deposit down. I arrived to buy the vehicle and found the vehicle was in terrible mechanical shape. The motor was corroding, engine light was on, break light was on, interior lights didnt work and rear doors didnt open. This vehicle was in terrible condition and this dealer lied to me. These people lied to me took my deposit and didnt look back. Not trustworthy, terrible vehicles. Go to 1st quality auto or Autolika for trustworthy people and a better vehicle.
I recently bought a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 5.7 Hemi from Mike. We talked several times on the phone before i made a 3 1/2 hr drive to Akron Ohio. I wanted to make sure it was going to be worth my time driving that far for a truck. Mike answered ALL of my questions and some twice to assure me the truck was in the condition as it was posted and to make sure it met my needs. When i arrived i wasnt ambushed and preasured as soon as i walked into his lot. I was able to look at the trucks i was interested in first. That meant a lot to me. Great 1st impression! Mike was very personable, upfront and honest. Mike more than worked with me on the price of the truck. The price was well under any big name dealership and any personal seller.My experience was a great one. We had time to talk while we were doing paperwork and my Dodge was getting detailed. I got to know Mike a little better and that made my experience buying my truck even better!! Mike is a straight shooter and all around good guy who likes to make his customers happy!! SCAMMER ALERT! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY RIPPED ME OFF. Horrible disgusting company. I just purchased a 2007 Nissan Altima 2 days ago. I spent my whole insurance settlement on a new car because I needed one. I figured I could trust these people. Unfortunately they cleared all the codes on the car. So not even an hour after I bought the car, the transmission started to hesitate when taking off from a stop. It would slip through gears. Today, two days after I bought the vehicle, its completely done for. the engine wont even rev past 2,000 rpm when in drive and the vehicle is stuck in limp mode. I took it to AutoZone and got 2 codes related to transmission the same day I bought the car. I signed an as is agreement stating that it didnt come with a warranty Because the car drove just fine. The day after I bought it I contacted the seller and he started to get really defense and tried to make it like I blew the transmission when the car already had 170,000. I bought it because of the price and how clean it was. Little did I know I was being SCAMMED into buying a car that I would have to spend over $1,000 just to get a used transmission in the car. And even after that Im not sure how long that transmission will last since Ive heard CVT transmissions are horrible. heres my thing, if the transmission is going out why not sell it as a mechanics special? Why sell it at regular price even though the transmission is going out. Ive talked to many people and theyve said that the dealer 100% cleared the codes before I bought the car. When I confronted them about it they flipped it on me and said it was my fault. He showed no empathy at all when I told him about my situation. Im 19 years old my car was just totaled last month and I bought this car with the only money I had. Now im stranded at home with a car that doesnt run and no money because of this horrible company. I would give them zero stars if I could.
Started casually looking for a truck. Decided if I found the exact truck with all the whistles and bells and a price that I could afford without trading my first born, Id buy it. Saw the Duramax Dually on cars but went to the website to see how much they were asking. Surprised at the reasonable price, I called and the rest is history! Mike was a great help and kept in contact. Flew to Cleveland, picked up by sweet Mike and arrived in Canton an hour later. Mike had new rear brakes put on earlier that day when he heard noise in the rear when he moved the truck. I was on the road within an hour and a half. Drove home to St. Louis. Great cruising truck. LOVE< LOVE< LOVE it ! Why google is not posting my review ?
Buyer beware, their online ads are not truthful. Called and made a cash offer on a vehicle that clearly says drive it home today in all of their ads. Almost drove 3 hours to go get it but had the forethought to confirm I could take it the same day. Dealer stated the vehicle was not road legal as it does not have working headlights.
Please do not come to this Dealership, Im letting you guys know before they try to scam you. My son went there to buy a car and they cleared the codes just to sell the car and then 45 minutes later the car went into limp mode. Dont trust these people! They arent Americans and youll never know what theyre saying behind your back. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. They need to be shut down and investigated for fraud!!!!!!!!!!
I was in need of a vehicle immediately, and found exactly what I was looking for on their website. I called and said I would be on my way to look at it in person, and greeted by very friendly staff members upon arrival. Vehicle matched the description, and pricing was more than fair. They handled financing very easily for me, and I was able to leave same day with a new vehicle. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Great place. Just got 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 275k it was even better in person, then in pictures. Drove from Florida to get rust free Florida truck back home😁. Mike was soo nice to us , got us coffee and full tank of fuel. Definitely would recommend this place . Price was unbeatable.
I was lookin for a used mercedes suv. I looked all over different dealers and such from cleveland to akron, and i just happened to be driving by and spotted this beautiful mercedes suv. So i definitely wanted to stop in and check it out.. the place dont seem to be promising when u first look at it. Since its really a corner lot dealer. So most people even me would just say no i want it from a actual dealer i dont trust small lots.... but my gut said check it out.. so i did.So a very nice gentlemen Mike walked up to me after i was looking at it for about a minute. And i hate sales men that pester people but this guy was cool. He brought out the keys unlocked it and asked if i had any questions. I said i been looking for something like this and i just wanted to stop and check it out. He was very polite and nice explained miles and packages it has. He didnt pester me about test driving it or anything. So after 10 min of looking at it i wanted to take it out so he got a plate and keys and went for a nice 10-15 min test drive.The vehicle is a 2011 mercedes gl550 has 97k miles. Beautiful like new condition. Leather interior showed almost no signsof any wear. Paint and body was like new. Super clean in and out. Even still had that mercedes smell inside... and not once did he pester me on how i would like to buy it. Once we got back. Then i asked lets run some numbers...And what we came down to after i gave it a day of looking for same model around northern ohio and online. i couldnt beat it they were 2 grand cheaper then anyone else that had this model. So i went back up and was greeted like a friend. And we ended up doing a deal on it. And i couldnt be happier. Dont judge a book by its cover. This is the first time i ever bought a car from a corner type car lot.....and if i need something else i may give them a call and see what we can do... definitely a 5 star experience at this place.

It was one of the worst car shopping experiences I have ever had. My wife an I traveled quite a distance to look at a truck they have for sale with the understanding that they would have most of the paper work ready. We had spoke countless times over the phone but when we showed up he acted like he didnt no anything about us traveling up there to look at a one of his truck. The truck didnt even have fuel in it. His appearance was sloppy an unprofessional. He was wearing t-shirt with work out shorts an flip flops. Was not all what I had expected. Also would not honor Kelly book value on trade in an was extremely unprepared. After he said he was ready for us. Extremely discussed. Would not recommend buying from this lot. Horrible vehicles an customer service! I love to give them no stars but I can only give them one.
I purchased a 1998 Ford Ranger 4x4 at a fair price. They were willing to negotiate a bit for some of the flaws and were very easy to deal with. The entire transaction was done in 15 minutes, which is unbelievable to me having recently spent 3 hours stuck at an Infiniti dealer getting paperwork done. Appreciated the straight forward nature of Lazar.

Vehicle was not as described on website or by mike when I called him to ask questions before I made the three and a half hour drive. I normally dont review but i was very disappointed in the vehicle as it had poor paint condition and white over spray on the truck and website gave exterior five stars interior had five stars also and sunroof didnt work the seats headliner and carpets were dirty, had missing interior peices and smelled horrible. I just hope they start advertising the vehicles for what they are.

Recently purchased a 2005 ford F350 from Milan. Probably the least pressured vehicle purchase of my life. Of course like buying anything you dont jump on the first thing you see but his patience with me was what sealed the deal. Definitely will use these guys in the future for any type of auto purchase.
Purchased a 2006 GMC Sierra 3500 hd site unseen. Was told it was not starting worst case scenario it would need an engine. Well turns out the worst case scenario was indeed the scenario which i am sure they already knew. Which is fine because i planned for a new engine. What i didnt plan for was the fact that upon asking them about and rust they said No rust at all. Low and behold i receive the truck i had to spend $2k to fix the completely rusted through rocker panels, and tons and tons of rust underneath. needs knew trailer hitch because it was rusted through. Not sure how they run a business like this, lieing to customers seeing that they are online and unable to see the vehicle in person. And also do not advertise that the vehicle has NO RUST when it fact it is completely full of rust.... My point is, if you can see the vehicle in person go and do it. Do not take their word for the condition of the vehicle.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! If you do you’ll end up having your car towed soon after in need of a new transmission. We bought a 2007 Nissan Altima Saturday and Sunday night it broke down. It’s in a repair shop now getting a new transmission. Lesson learned, don’t trust deals that are too good to be true.
Imports Auto Group and On Line Auto Warehouse same. Worst vehicle shopping experience ever. First called them several times with questions and got all the right answers seemed like a honest dealer . Told person I would be coming 150 miles he said vehicle is good needs nothing come see. so we did. Vehicle sure is not as described in their listing. What I saw was Bald tires, bad batteries, broken mirror, missing parts, opened door the door lock window controls were hanging and not secured to door panel and the stench of rot and smoke about knocked me over so I did not even look inside . As the sales person tried to get the vehicle to turn over it was apparent we were lied to Vehicle never did start even with jumpers.. Wish dealers would be upfront and honest with there vehicles. If he would of represented the vehicle honestly I would of never wasted my time and hard earned money or traveled 300 miles round trip to see this vehicle and because this dealer was dishonest I did not look at anything else on his lot.

The people were nice and the van we bought was nice but we left paying more than it was worth. The sliding door on the drivers side didnt work and they lied about how much it would cost to fix it, instead of lowering the price of the vehicle.

2018-09-27One of the best local dealerships I’ve dealt with in a while. They make you feel like a friend and help you out in any way possible. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I ended up purchasing a vehicle by Mike the same day I first came in and he was one of the nicest guys ever and answered all of my questions and concerns and made me at ease with the whole process. 2019-09-28Drove 90 minutes one way to look at an 04 duramax my brother was going to buy, that to quote the ad, “runs and drives good”Upon my arrival, I found that the truck had a check engine light on, brake light on, a “service brake system” message on the dash, and an abs light on. After the dealer jump started the truck (yes this truck that “runs and drives good” wouldn’t even start on it’s own), I was going to go for a test drive. Until I went to back the truck out of the spot it was parked in and found it had no power steering either. I specifically asked beforehand if there were any issues whatsoever with the truck because I was making such a long trip to go get it, and was told it had no known issues.So here’s what I found when I got there:No power steeringCheck engine lightBrake lightAbs lightBoth rear doors stuck shut with handles broken off on the outsidePassenger front door only opened from the insideFuel line was leakingFront differential was leakingGear selection display on dash didn’t workCompletely wrong hood on truck (I’ve owned many of that body style trucks, the hood that was on it belongs on a 1500, the 2500/3500 hoods are raised at the front to provide the clearance for the Diesel engine)So this truck that needs motor work, brake work, and steering work, “runs and drives good”I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that is not local to them, and even if your local I would have your own mechanic inspect the vehicle before you purchase it from this dealer.
