I did some demo work on my kitchen in Cleveland heights. Unfortunately the city will not pick up any construction debris but luckily I came across this crew and by accident. While driving down Mayfield road I pulled up next to the truck and trailer . Called the number and a crew of three men were here in less than 20 minutes.Very professional cleaned up all the mess and the price was very competitive. Great job highly recommended..💯
Really appreciated that I was able to stay hands off during my junk removal process as I was in the middle of a move. I sent a photo, got a quote, and set up a time all over text, and I didnt even have to be there during the pickup. It was very fast and easy.If I have any gripes its that it ended up costing around 15% over the quote, but I figure you get what you pay for!
Our request to have a substantial leather sleeper sofa removed from our home was promptly booked for next day service. Two gentlemen arrived well within the time parameters for the job and quickly, efficiently removed and loaded the sofa on their truck. They were friendly, courteous and professional. We highly recommend One Stop Junk Removal and would not hesitate to employ the company again.
Without question, One-Stop Junk Removal is AWESOME. I had to get a bunch of junk out of a house our real estate team had just put under contract, and I started by filling out the contact form on their website. Within an hour, the super-friendly and helpful office leader, Erica, listened to my issue and scheduled an appointment for THE VERY NEXT DAY!!! With every interaction that followed, I was treated with excellent service and made to feel like a priority. The removers were able to get the items out within a few hours without any problems. All in all, this entire process was wrapped up within 24 hours, and I couldnt be happier. The companys prices align pretty much spot on with all the competitors in the area, and One-Stop Junk Removal absolutely has my support, trust, and confidence to use the company again!
For starters when they arrived they trailer wasn’t empty and I still got charged a full truck load fee that’s foul!!!!! Overall just a horrible experience and that Aaron guy who ever is is not professional at all, I wanted to jump through the phone when I overheard his Attitude and the way he was talking to my wife , I will never use this service again and I don’t recommend it , THEY NEED TO TAKE CLASSES on customer and how to treat/talk to people.

This service was spectacular!! Andre and Javarius came with a friendly and professional attitude and totally knocked out our huge job. We had a combination of household items, appliances, construction materials and yard debris. They did not bat an eye and got every bit of what was stressing me out off the property. Bless their hearts, they even swept the driveway!! A big THANK YOU to these gentlemen and to sweet and professional Erica in the home office. We will definitely use these folks again and highly recommend One Stop Junk Removal👏👍👍

There was a large snow storm and it collapsed our awning in the backyard. I called on Saturday at 12 pm. I had a quote within 15 minutes. They came out on Monday as planned. They were very professional and on time. To come out during a winter in Cleveland and with COVID-19 still around, I admire their work ethic.
Two gentlemen from this company cleared out extremely heavy furniture from an office faster than I believe I’ve seen in my years of furniture moved. I still don’t understand how they have that level of strength. I would 100% recommend Kenny and his team mate for any job, here, or for any labor. Erica always answered the phone and was very professional.
So, this all started out a little sideways because I clicked on the wrong company. I used College Hunks last time but clicked on the wrong link and got this company. I figured Id give them a shot. So first issue was I got a confirmation email for my appt within a 2 hr window. Great! Then I got a text. The text said I had to call them to confirm and I missed that part because I already had a confirmation email, so irritating but partly my fault for not reading the text carefully. So, I didnt hear anything else...they just didnt come. I texted the number that texted me and got scheduled for two days later, with a FIVE hour window. Was told Id get 30-40 min heads up. I got a call from my driveway when I was dropping my kid off at school. Had to scramble and call my husband and ask him to handle it. The guy wanted $100 to move two full size bed frames which had already been broken down into boards from my front door to his truck (30 ft maybe?). My hubs haggled him to $60 - but for reference...College Hunks came to my house, moved an old full sized chest freezer out of my basement and into their trunk and disposed of it for $125. So Im pretty insulted by the $100 quote to move some boards and overall irritated with the process. In the end, our stuff did get moved, but next time Ill just pay the city $10 for a special pickup and leave these jokers out of it.
I called One Stop when the company that i initially had called, didnt come and continued to make excuses. The team of three came, looked at what was in store, gave me a fair price, and proceeded to attack my junk. They did an outstanding job and was quick and efficient. I would recommend this team of young men to anyone, and if I ever move again, I will call One stop Junk Removal (sorry about your eyes brother i hope they are better). Thanks for the great service.
Good service. Had to get rid of an old queen mattress from my apartment but had no other way to. Especially with only having a small car and all. Gave these guys a call and they came the same day and took the mattress. Took only about 2 minutes. Price was reasonable. Only $99 for the mattress plus whatever you tip. Good, quick, and friendly people! Would recommend.

Hard working, honest, and helpful. We took possession of our house to find a truck and 1/2 worth of left overs that the previous occupant gifted us. One Stop was able to remove everything from basement, garage, and exterior of house even when I underestimated how much there was. The two gentlemen were courteous and friendly. We are having them back to pick up a very small load of debris that we accumulated while doing some improvements to our house. Skip the dumpsters or pick up bags and use One Stop.

2022-07-25We hired one stop junk removal to tear down our 2 car garage. We were in trouble because another contractor feel through, trying to increase the quote by 3 times! So we called one stop on a Saturday at 3 pm. Erica in the office was so helpful! And they were out Monday morning at 9:30 am. Was so happy to get the help so quick! Good communication. Work was done in 2 hours! Highly recommend. See before and after pics below

2022-06-17I have a three level rental property. The renters had stuff in every room from the basement to the attic. Stuff was everywhere. OneStop came in and cleaned out everything in about 4hrs. The took up the carpet and cleaned out everything. I was very satisfied with their work.

2021-03-03I contacted One Stop to remove some roofing material that had been left behind by the previous owners of my house. Within 24 hours of contacting them, its gone. They were fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and friendly. One of the dudes even brought me a package that had been delivered. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
