We used One Call for the 2018 season and did not see any improvement in our lawn.They just came out this morning and parked in our front yard creating a 1 foot deep rut with their trailer. They proceeded with the treatment and then drove off worsening the rut and leaving a trail of globs of mud stretching two houses down on the street. We just listed our house for sale yesterday so the timing couldnt be worse. I called their customer service and was told the best they can do istry and get a manager out there by tomorrow.I wish I could post pictures of the damage.Unacceptable and will not use again.
I’ve been a customer of one call for a few years now. This is my last year with them as my lawn looks terrible. I’ve called 4 times since June with various problems: fungus, crabgrass, etc. Each time they blame it on the lack of water or some other reason other than their service. Save your money and find another lawn care service.
This company does not care about the Customer or their Lawn. We had the worst experience with this company. From the lady who answers the phone who contradicts the technicians to the lack of care once they have not done a good job. For the amount of money that is paid this should be something that has some sort of customer service. This company has none.

Have used them more several years, excellent service, great results and easy to work with. Any questions I have ever had were handled quickly. A true pleasure to work with.

2021-09-08This is a terrible company!!! After they got through with my yard I had weeds, huge mushrooms, burnt grass from the chemicals and fungus. The owner Scott Jones constantly lied and denied any wrong doing even after he came out to put a chemical down to green up the lawn after his person chemically burnt it. He said it needed to dry up because of so much rain we had been getting so that the fungus could go away and then just a few days later stated the reason I had the fungus all through my yard is because it needed to be watered. Whenever I complained about an issue and believe me there were several, he would constantly say that was not something his company treated. I was suppose to get a grub treatment with the 7 applications which I never received. I told him I wanted a full refund since I had prepaid but instead he only returned the remaining amount left from my prepayment and NEVER offered me any compensation for the terrible way he and his company left my lawn!

2021-08-01I was having issues controlling weeds in my yard. One Call came out and walked me through what needed to be done; they put my on a treatment program, advised me on the need for regular watering, the also explained how yearly aeration will help thicken my lawn and keep out weeds. In addition to that we decided to power seed the front to establish new growth. I couldnt be happier with my lawn now and all my neighbors are always asking who I use, One Call Lawn Care!

2021-09-08Yes the pictures of the damaged yard with a truck in the driveway are indeed pictures of my and my neighbors yard.No I did not post them nor make the negative comments.No,, I have No idea who did..These are the facts..1. My lawn is one of the most beautiful lawns in the neighborhood.2. One call has maintained this lawn for 12 years.3. Over that 12 year period. I have been very pleased with one calls lawn service4. Many neighbors have commented the cause as insects, vandalism, to faulty application.5. I had no idea what happened. I am not a lawn care professional. One Call are the professionals.6. One Call advised it was definitely vandalism.7. I have since spent 500 dollars on cameras to monitor the perimeter of my home.8. I didnt cancel service with One Call.9. do look forward to 12 more years of excellent service by One Call lawn service

2021-01-22I highly recommend One Call Lawn Care, they are great. I just switched over this past year and have been more that satisfied with how green my lawn is, I think it looks better than ever! All the technicians who have treated my lawn have left me suggestions on what I can do to improve the condition of my lawn along with the treatments. I especially like that they are locally owned and operated and easy to get a hold of if I have any questions or concerns in my lawn. They are very attentive and a fair price for the service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

2018-10-05One Call Lawn Care is an excellent company. We have used them for several years. They are honest and dependable. They do twice the work for half of the cost of other local lawn services. The owner gets personally involved, which you will not find at any other lawn service. I would highly recommend them to commercial as well as residential.

2018-05-01If youre looking for a company that is attentive and informative and can turn your lawn from dull to dashing, then this is the lawn care company for you. The technicians do a wonderful job and go out of their way to answer any questions you may have. The owners are easily accessible as well. Ive been using them to treat my lawn for 5years and couldnt be happier and the price is right too! Thanks One Call!

2018-05-01Once Call has taken care of my lawn for 10 years including treatment, seeding and aeration. When I have had questions, I have often times been able to talk with owners to take care of my needs. Great service and the stripe in my yard has never looked better!

2015-11-04Terrible! 3 years we stuck with them and our lawn looks worse than it did before we hired them. Customer service is, also, terrible. We had 2 separate occasions where we called them and asked them NOT to spray on the designated day because we had an outdoor party with children playing in the lawn...and they came and sprayed, anyway. We even spoke with their owner, Scott Jones, and he was unreasonably difficult with a very poor attitude. He never once apologized for anything we were unhappy about. This is a competitive market with plenty of other lawn services who, actually, care about their customers.

2019-06-16Left One Call for TruGREEN as they were $8 cheaper a month... what a dumb mistake that was!! My lawn looked amazing using One Lawn and went to looking awful using Tru. One Call’s office and field staff are excellent anytime you call. Don’t be cheap like I was, you’ll be so happy with your lawn and your neighbors will be jealous!
