Talked to Cindy to ask questions about the process of how to bring the clothes, how long does it take, and when I can expect processing to be done and Cindy was very rude! Will not be supporting this business due to the first impression of a phone conversation that went south because of Cindy. I will not be disrespected for asking questions.

I regret not paying closer attention to this place years ago....They always have great stuff, a lot of it new, and the staff is always super helpful and friendly! It is a seasonal must stop for my kids nowadays!

It’s Friday September 3rd 2021 1:30pm and I call this place multiple times with no answer then I drive 25 minutes up here just for them to tell me I have to schedule an appointment to sell clothes to them!!!!!!! Also, they are booked until October so it’s safe to say they are not worth the gas or the time

Helpful and large selection. When I call to ask a question they are prompt and clear with an answer. In the store, it’s clean and organized with lots of options in any section. Furniture and toys aren’t broken or dirty.

Love this store! It is so much cleaner than I expected (since it’s a resale store) and very well organized. The staff is upbeat, friendly, and always willing to help! And the selection for clothing is amazing and prices are unbeatable! Definitely my go-to store and my favorite OUAC location for sure!

I spent $300 and cant even get a free plasic bag. They want 10 cents for it. Stingy selfish business practice. Not getting my business anymore over 10 cent. Dont deserve my money.

I have a bitter sweet customer service experience with this company. Staff could be more customer friendly to sellers & should remember that sellers are potential buyers. Word of mouth travels and even if this is a established company the goal should always be to attractive new/more business. First off, I normally donate my children items (rather used or still tagged) to the Cherry Street Mission or Salvation Army because I would rather people benefit from them for a cheap price or free, however this past Sunday I decided to take the fairly used to brand new with tags items to ONCE UPON A CHILD (Sylvania Location); an suggestion from a friend. Anything used was rewashed the night before, dried and neatly folded, & any thing brand new (never worn), formal apparel or outwear was put on hangers & had a see through bag put on top (for protection), along with grouped by classifications. When I walked in (without my items), there were two cashiers standing at the registers & only one of them spoke or greeted me, the other gave me a unpleasant look, honestly made me feel unwanted. My initial question was when was a good time to bring in items to be viewed, the more friendly cashier answered my question. The other cashier continue to ignore me. When I came in with the items the cashier who wasnt customer friendly was the one to check me in, she still did not smile nor speak, and began lecturing me on my items being bagged. I understand there may have been a policy but as a first time seller, her approach was very nasty, sometimes it is not what you say, it is how you say it. To sum up the story, the more approachable cashier is the one who went through my things, she was able to purchase majority of my items and even complimented quite a few things. I did not receive much for brand new items that I paid a lot for but it was a last minute decision and I appreciate what was able to be bought, I understand they cant afford to buy them for what you paid. Moral of the story the staff could be a lot more friendly to sellers, just as they would to people that are buying. It is all a business and sellers could be potential buyers so staff needs to keep this in mind. A simple smile and greeting should be the expectation of the management team. Customers should not feel like the staff is annoyed or unapproachable.

The staff here is always kind and helpful. The prices are kinda hit and miss I feel like. Sometimes you get a great deal and sometimes things are overpriced. I use mainly cloth diapers on my 2 kids and they have a decent selection for $3-$5 and inserts for $1 & $2 each.

Its a very cool concept to sell the things that you and your children no longer need and perhaps make a little extra fun money but the staff for the most part seem very stressed and not very friendly. they will say the words that need to be said like thank you and have a nice day but theres no meaning or emotion , almost gives you the feeling that somehow they think theyre better than you because youre selling your used goods and they can say yay or nay .will I go back again to sell some of my childrens used items? sure its extra cash but perhaps the staff will read the reviews and work on their customer service skills.

This is where I took all of my daughters slightly used clothing and toys. Kids barely wear their clothing before they outgrow and are into the next size. This is a great opportunity to make a little cash on those items. Great deals here as well.
