Drove 45 mins thinking the perrysburg store would be nice boy was I wrong. Wasted my morning getting clothes together to sell and they weren’t excepting anything. Than I noticed the store was just a complete mess, behind the counter especially. I decided to shop for a few things and they had very little in my child’s size and lots of things had holes, stains or frayed fabric! Checking out they ignored me I had to stand at checkout for a few minutes before they even noticed me. Than they didn’t even offer me a bag for my stuff. I will never go back here, it’s messy , bad customer service and the clothes are not that great. I’ve been to other stores which were top notch.

Unfortunately, every time I come to this location , the employees do not greet you at all or make you feel welcomed. The store is also a mess. There is a huge pile of stuff that almost blocks the entrance door. I wouldn’t of minded that if the employees acknowledged your existence when you enter or leave. But they don’t. Very unfriendly.

I have been visiting this store for about 8 years, both buying and selling. I understand the process of them buying clothes, and have never had a bad experience...until today. Sweet lord, I think the employee that was greeting people needs a snack or a hug...so incredibly RUDE. I walked in to see tons of totes on the floor, and my own hands very full. Before setting it down, I asked how long the wait was. She never greeted me, but did ask if I had an appointment. I said no and asked if that was the only way they were doing things now? Perhaps not during the week??? I was unaware of the new policy. Her response Cant you see the ground? Wow. Worst part was, she didnt think it was rude, asked me if I wanted an appointment, but that they were booked until November.Ive never worked retail, and I dont know what kind of day shed had, but they were clearly overwhelmed. I spoke with the Findlay store and they dont have the same policy. Think Ill try that location next time.

The prices are great if they are on sale and it is much cheaper than buying it the store but I brought in so many totes of newer things barely worn or equipment only taken out of the box a few times and I get a 2$off on a wrap that you can wrap and hold your newborn in that I bought down the street for 75$ and get a 2$ off I do love your store to shop but I will never try and sell again.

I dont know where to start! Long story short, I had to make sure no wrinkles were in the clothes so they could sell them, I did everything they asked only to receive almost half the clothes back!!! My baby just turned 2 last Friday, her clothes were barely worn more than once because she received so many!!! Their reasons for passing on items were- not in current demand, well loved, too large or small for store. Wait, everything was from newborn- 18 month!!! These people are a joke and what they were selling looked worse than anything I had in my tote! Ill EVER go here again, Id rather give it away for FREE!!!

Waited at the front counter for someone to notice me and check me out for longer than I shopped. For about 8 minutes, I listened to employees simply having personal conversation less than 5 feet from me while ignoring me completely. Spoke to a manager about it and she said sorry, they were busy. Some of the prices are too high for the condition of the clothing, some are pretty good. The good stuff is snapped up immediately, and the other 80% of the inventory has stains, smells, or has pilling all over the garment. The majority of the staff is rude when you do get their attention.

Rude employees. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a snobby remark saying “excuse me you need your mask on sir” as I was reaching for it in my pocket. Not even a Hello, or How Are you? Walked in with a smile and left with a frown. :(

I wish the store wasnt so cramped and that the carts were bigger. By the time I put my purse, kid and her bag in the cart there is very little room left for any items. Its tough to maneuver around the aisles when they are so narrow. Its a challenge because naturally kids want to walk around and arent going to just stand still. I appreciate how much there is available to choose from, however, the aisles are easily congested. Employees are usually pretty helpful. As a first time mom of over 3 years, employees dont look at me like Ive lost my mind when asking questions or need help. My little ones favorite place to shop for her things is once upon a child. She LOVES the books and never knowing what she might find. She reads or is read several books a day. I value having a place we can find her books without breaking the bank and get more for our money. I have hyperhydrosis and on a random trip at OUAC, I was sitting down with sweat pouring down my face. An employee kindly asked me if I was feeling alright and if there was anything she could do. That meant a lot to me.

I went to sell used clothes. They didnt pay as much as I had thought but were very nice. They do offer a wide variety of clothes which I really loved. Ill definitely be going back here to shop for my son.

If youre selling an item for 3:50 I would expect you to pay me $0.50 to $0.75 per item. And Im not talkin Walmart brand Im talking Oshkosh Gap xcetera. Is not worth the effort for cash on the spot BS to sell stuff I rather just donate it and get the tax write-off at the end of the year you get more. Or pass it on to a person who could really use it. As far as shopping here I think Ill stick to the Salvation and the Goodwill from now on. Also called ahead and pacifically asked what items were being taken. The young lady only word was like like like like like like like. I dont understand how your staff can only have a one word vocabulary.
