This company is the worst!!! They have your loved ones sitting for HOURS waiting to get picked up!!!!! I don’t see how they are still running honestly. When you call dispatch, they are so rude and hang up on you when you are just trying to ask how much longer till they arrive. They give you 90 min wait times and they are always more than 2 hours late every time!!!! They lie and tell you a driver is on the way when they are not! Also when I call to speak to someone about my experience they give me so much attitude and excuses. I ask for the owner but he is never there. Maybe someone needs to take over his job since he obviously isn’t up for the task. Or he just doesn’t care about his patients and all he cares about is the money$ so sad. Something needs to change.
Worst company possible, they also treat there patients and workers with complete disrespect. They will have your loved one waiting for hours, they are not organized at all so there constantly loosing there runs. To add, theres been a couple cases in the pass where some patients have had covid and they didn’t warn the staff or half to company ! The higher ups pick favorites and mistreat everyone there. Plus to add, my mom said they never ever have AC so she’s almost sopping with sweat when we get her back. Theres so much wrong with this company, plus they try And overcharge or double charge you at times. Your better off taking your loved one yourself, wouldn’t trust this company.
If you love your husband, wife, mother or father never let this company take care of them. Contracted them for transport for 10 visits and we paid in advance...bad move. By the fifth day we had to fire them. Pick up to get to the appointment was an hour late on two days. Wait time for them to pick up from the procedure was between one hour and 2.5 hours. When I called customer service (the receptionist) I was told this is just how things are done in this business.This company is shockingly bad and should not be handling people in their most fragile time. I had to click the star button...they do not deserve even one.
This company has been meeting my expectations every day. When I need help with transport at our facility they are the first one that I call.They are always trying to accommodate our needs and they offer us the most professional employees from scheduling to drivers.Thank you for your continued service.
Offered the job on 3/18/2020 the woman that was suppose to train me left sick, then another billing worker left early so I had to leave when she did 11am, I arrived the next day, received the wrong contact info to reach my supervisor, due to the covid-19, I had to call off to take me elderly mother to the doctor next day I was let go. The communication was very bad.
Omni is a great company to work for and great company for transportation to dialysis, doctors and many other medical transportation needs for the public. The company strives to accommodate everyone and everybody needs and wants. The private transport company works and communicates with nursing homes, private residences, and hospitals to make sure patients get where they need to be. The company is continuously growing and looking for reliable employees and patients to transport.
I was behind one of their white vans on US. 50 in Cincinnati. The driver a male, younger looking kept swerving in and out of traffic. Into lanes and no using his turn signal. Quickly accelerating and then braking. Even taking up two lanes of traffic at one point. On Delhi avenue he followed on the right of me. When Delhi Avenue became one lane, he nearly clipped my bumper and was tailgating me. If this is how yall drive without customers in your vehicles it makes me worry how you actually drive transporting people. I will be calling O-Dot and the BBB to make this report. Do not trust this company!
Yes this is a horrible company to transport your loved ones. My family member who is bedbound and blind was taken to an appointment which only lasted 15min only to be told that they would be coming back to get him 60-90 minutes. HOW INSENSITIVE AND INCONSIDERATE ESPECIALLY WHEN HE HAS TO BE TURNED EVERY TWO HOURS SO THAT HE DOESNT GET A BED SORE. THIS IS HOW OMNI TREATS YOU WHEN YOU DONT OTHER OPTIONS.
This is the worse transport company ever and its an absolute shame that these residents , clients , patiients, passengers insurance or private pays actually pay them for this type of treatment there is no excuse why my resident should be made to sit up this long waiting on Omni to pick us up I have tears looking over at my resident and see him continuously shift in his chair trying to get comfortable and actually gagging cause hes not use to sitting up this long in a wheelchair and did and upon the continuously calls back to Omni they just keep reiterate you have to wait 90 min. Well now its passed 90 min. And then they say theyre on their way from Jewish in Kenwood but were here at christ in mount aurburn. Enough is enough someone needs to do something about this!!!!!!
Actually-☆ WOULD BE BETTER RATING , this company DROPPED an almost 80 year old woman WITH A WHEELCHAIR AND REPLACED HIP. THAN DENIED THE INCIDENT AND ALLEGED THE PICKUP NEVER NEVER OCCURRED. WE WERE TRUMPED INTO BELIEVING THAT THIS COMPANY AND I USE THAT WORD LOOSELY VERY LOOSELY. SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS, OHIO AND TOUCHING ELDERLY PEOPLE PERIOD.

2021-11-13We used Omni transport to set up non-emergency transport to dialysis for the past 9 months. Everyone I spoke with is friendly and truly cares for their clients. They have great communication between dispatch and drivers and the representatives went ABOVE expectations to help care for my father and we truly thank them. We would recommend their services.

2021-11-18Used Omni services yesterday. It was a very friendly and outgoing crew. They was so professional and made me very comfortable. Talked to me like we knew each other. Went to office visit with me took notes. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend their service. Will be using them again and hoping for the same crew they was fantastic. 2021-06-24Omni transport was reliable with all drivers assisting me to meet Doctor appointments & infusion therapy appointments then returning to my facility. The dispatchers were wonderful scheduling pick-ups making changes when necessary delightful to speak with on the phone. Thanks 😊

2020-11-09I just want to give a huge shout out to this company they were amazing and worked with my family. My sister is on hospice care and we had called a bunch of other transport companies and they would not transport my sister to my mothers home because there were steps. my mom called Omni transport spoke to Billy who was just absolutely amazing and easy to work with kind and patient and he was able to get my sister home to us. he made a very stressful time a little less stressful and we can never thank him enough!!! I highly highly recommend Billy when you call Omni transport. he even gave us a discount which we did not ask for or were not expecting. Such a kind-hearted and amazing man. If there were more people out there like this man in the world, it would make the world a much better place. If I could give Billy and this company 10 Stars I would. again we cannot thank you enough Billy for working with our family and helping us out in our time of need.

2021-03-24Hats off to Billy, Angela, Liz and the rest of the Omni crew aong with Lesters case manager Erica. We have been having problems getting repeated transportation to dialysis for my husband Lester Hankerson Jr. We have been working on this problem since over a week. We schedule transportation one day and the next day it is cancelled. Omni could have easily stop trying and say that is not our problem .Omni, Erica and myself are still trying to solve this problem. Have you ever heard of a transportation company that would do that? ?

2021-03-09DO NOT USE THIS POORLY RUN COMPANY. I called them on March 2 to arrange for my bedridden mother to be transported from home to her DR appts. On March 8th LIZ called to confirm pick up time.I called them today to reconfirm the appt and was told it has not been confirmed and that LIZ was new and did not know how to do her job. My mother DR appts is in exactly 48 hours hours and we all know you need to give plenty of notice to transport companies. I do not know what I will do.DO NOT USE THIS POORLY POORLY RUN COMPANY!!!
