Excellent job done for a radon mitigation system installation! The two workers were friendly and efficient. Price was competitive for my house floor plan. This was an early afternoon installation which took about an hour and a half and they cleaned up after themselves. I definitely recommend their services. They were recommended to me by a co-worker who used their services for two other houses.

As a local realtor, I refer Omega to clients often. I mainly use them for radon and mold mitigation but they have also helped with sewage backups and water intrusion cleanup. Never once have I had an unsatisfied client. In fact, I receive rave reviews about their professionalism, attention to detail and timeliness. Unfortunately, I see so many companies take advantage of people who are in need of the services Omega offers. I feel so fortunate to have found a company I can count on to do honest work at a reasonable price. The contractors I refer to my clients are a reflection of myself so I would never recommend a company who isnt going to give exceptional service.

I hired Omega to perform radon mitigation on my mothers basement. The first time they arrived, they arrived several hours late. They were not diligent or courteous. They spent only minutes looking for our sump pump, and they then complained about the area they needed to access not being easily accessible. I promised to correct the deficiencies, and they indicated they would return. The second time, Omega promised the day before they would perform the work. They did not show up at all. This entire series of incidents wasted hours of my time. The work remains undone. If looking for a contractor, pick anyone else. Life is too short to be ghosted by a contractor.

Excellent service and professional employees. After a home inspection I needed to install a radon mitigation system in my home for the buyer. Jim was very quick to get me scheduled and answered all my concerns and questions. The install team did a great job and I am extremely happy with their service from start to finish. I will definitely recommend Omega Radon.

Was not happy with the professionalism and approach. Omega insisted on payment before the work was completed and while my wife and I were at work actually asked if they could come to my wifes work address to collect the payment before the appointment. We did not feel they were polite nor professional in their insistence...in fact a bit rude. We have several single family homes that we rent, and upon selling them we will not use Omega Radon again.

Omega Radon installed a mitigation unit at my home. I was unable to be there, but was reassured all would be fine. When I arrived home I found my lights were left on, the window was left open, the light fixture was partially detached and the light bulb was blown. They left trash and didn’t clean up their mess. I spoke with Jim the owner, who told me I was an anomaly, that they do 600-700 installs per year and he’s never had any issues as he proceeded to brag about their 5 star rating. He told me that he would send an email report with the radon re-check and hung up on me. The re-test was done by Eagle Eye inspections- NOT the same company who did the original test... Eagle Eye was to be at my house 8-11-18 at 7am. He never showed up. I called at 7:20am and got a story that his car wouldn’t start. It sounded like he just woke up... he should have left his location around 6am. I guess the thought never crossed his mind to call when he knew his “car didn’t start”?! Omega and Eagle Eye are careless, sloppy and disrespectful. This whole thing felt like one big scam - Beware! They don’t deserve the one star I had to give!

We have used Omega Radon Mitigation for sewage and flooding in our basement and they provide top notch service. The team is extremely professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend utilizing their services!

Attempted to overcharge a homeowner to conduct moisture removal that was unnecessary. Began demolition of kitchen cabinets that was unnecessary without homeowners approval. The leak that was found in the kitchen mysteriously didn’t start until after they were in the home for the radon and coincidentally they conduct mold and mildew remediation.

Totally unorganized. First they showed up on the wrong date then they apparently showed up on the correct date but the morning instead of the afternoon. We both were home in the morning but the doorbell didnt ring nor was there a knock at the door. So I called the office and no answer. I called the crew and they gave me a flippant attitude.
