Ollies Bargain Outlet in other cities:
Ollies is your go-to place for different items from patio furniture, games, sheets, food, and more! The prices are reasonable but you must have patience if you are looking for something specific. It may or may not be there. Otherwise, I tend to go here first before going to Walmart or other similar stores. It is a fun place to shop because you never k ow what you will see!! So, be careful!
I absolutely L💗VE Ollies BOOK SELECTION and could easily spend an entire day shopping there! The staff have been eagerly helpful when we are on the hunt for something particular, which is SO appreciated! My only wish is that the store were cleaner; otherwise, Id have rated them 5 🌟s!!
The associates were very friendly at this store.I havent been to an Ollies in in several years, so I was happy to see that they havent changed too much from how I remember them.Good Stuff Cheap is a great motto for this store...I found several great Christmas presents for my grands here...lots of books and toys! They also offer small appliances, bedding, rugs, snacks and many other varied overstock items. If you havent been, give it a go...it may not be the most organized of stores, but they do have lots of deals!
It was ok typical junk outlet with 1 hidden 💎 gem on each isle.I wish they would mop and wipe becauseI feel like Im hunting the wild illusive sale item, instead of glamorous shopping 🛍️ adventure. Nothing is neat on the shelf not the store for ppls with ocd or anxiety Im being serious. The prices are high for a bargain outlet.
Love this store. They have everything that no one wants but someone wants if that makes sense lol. They have the things people would normally look over but they display it in a way that makes you want to buy it. I love their book selection, and their Christmas toy selection. They definitely have the bargains! New management sucks though. You can tell that the employees arent as happy anymore.
Great prices on so many quality products, easy return policy. Save so much money. Can find unique items some times, its like finding treasures when you shop. Amazing finds of brand name stuff at fraction of the cost! Love this store. One thing, have a buy that special item on the spot as supplies are limited. Rewards coupons are awesome, saving money on next purchases! Great deals! Highly recommended!
You never know what youre going to find at Ollies. It is definitely a bargain basement discount store. But if youre willing to do some hunting, and take the time to look around, youll always find something to take home with you. Their food selection is always interesting, and with low prices its worth trying something new.
Stars say it was OK and it was my 1st visit. Mom needed a new quilt, but they were very limited and didnt have her size. Limited with hand towels too, but she did get a few. Its an outlet after all so theyll be stuff here one day and maybe not the next. My friend bought several boxes of cereal and books, etc. I just got a hand soap depenser and a party pack of mint Oreros. Only $3 for such a large, name brand cookie and fresh at that! Quite the variety of lesser know brands which were fun to see. Some even made in the U.S. Lots of toiletries. We didnt even make it to the back of the store this trip. Packed waiting lines and only 2 registers open. But its hard to get staff these days. Good store for larger families on a tight budget.
I can usually find some really nice items here comparable to big name stores like Target or Walmart for a fraction of the price. Always good quality too! We got a rug here a few months ago and it’s holding up well. My only complaint is the associates working the registers. I understand customer service can be difficult as I worked a service desk for 4 years, however the lack of care is excruciating to endure. The cashiers argue with each other, eat while checking people out (ma’am we are in a pandemic), and seem confused at the most minor requests. It takes 15 minutes to check one person out with 3 items. I don’t know if it is a lack of training or experience with their particular system, but I only ever have issues up front. Everyone working the floor is wonderful and helpful. I dread checking out because I spend more time waiting in line than actually shopping and it’s EVERY time I’m in! I hope management can fix this. Other than that I have no complaints, and it’s fun coming in every so often to see the new rotation of goodies!
Lots of great deals. Clean, organized store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Today was just my second time there. I went in for two things I saw in their ad. I didnt grab a cart, and the boxes were bulkier than I thought theyd be. As I walked toward the front of the store, an employee approached me, took the boxes from me, and went to grab a cart for me. Thats great service
I’m giving them a five star because one gentleman helped me with getting a 8x10 rug and my other things I purchased and brought them all the way out to my car, loaded my car for me and took my cart back for me. He was VERY nice and I recommend this store to anyone. This is the 2nd time I have ever been here. I’m only 29 years old and really appreciated the kindness the staff offered.
Great prices! Found a neck wrap speaker for $13. Figured it would be good when I ride my motorcycle. They work well for the price (not much bass, but not tinny either, good volume). Out of curiosity I looked the same brand online and they sell on eBay for $50 - 70!!! Yeah, I would say thats a really good deal! Will be returning.
Never know what youll find. Generally i go for the toys. I always shop with amazon price comparison ready. You can find some really good deals... But i am always wary of the quality of the off brand cheap stuff. I try to stick to brands I know or that I can see reviews on Amazon for a product. I believe due to COVID19, there is still a no return policy.. So consider all purchases final.
Ollies seems to be sort of like Big Lots because their products change depending on what they can acquire I guess. But Bog Lots has a larger selection. Ollies prices tho are very good. Also they have a fantastic selection of remnant carpets and throw rugs of all sizes and colors and kinds at the best prices around! I love to go there for a fresh new throw rug! Check them out!
Signage was odd and tacky. Signs in front windows were hand made. Some prices were good, but some stuff wasnt less expensive than you might find elsewhere. Lots of stuff was damaged, so things need to be picked through carefully. The biggest thing that bothered me was that when you walk in, it still has Toys R Us tiles on the floor of the entry way, and they are using Toys R Us shopping carts. I know it may seem petty, but it just felt really trashy. They even had a sign that said something to the effect, some people see this and say what a mess! I say what a deal! I guess Im one of the people who say, what a mess. This store had very little appeal to me, and I like a good bargain. Also, the store seemed dirty. The bathroom was gross, and I know what it used to look like back when the store was Toys R Us.
You never know what kind of deals they will have and thats one of my favorite things about this place. Wide selection of personal care products, tools, home goods, and toys. The only section with not too much selection is their foods department. Come in here with time to spare because odds are you will want to look around.
I went to get a particular item I saw in an ad. Havent had one of those in a long time either nor had I been to Ollies. The store, located in a previous s toys-r-us store still had the stickers on the floor from the good old days. The floor appeared to have not been throughly cleaned since back than either. The store is not clean and well organized at all. Items appeared in a disorganized and illogical manner. To find what I went for was difficult to say the least. The categorization of item was come what may. . I must say, however, that some type of an attempt was made but unsuccessful. There was NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. Everybody was going every which way with staff not easily discerned. Some shoppers wore masks some didnt. I will not be returning because I value my health and even though finding the item I went for it took longer than it should have and this item, on sale, required a lot of hunting. Not worth risking my health again for 5 or 10 dollars. I finally found it at the very back of the store not easily marked but far from all the like items not on sale. Lesson learned when is a sale worth it?
Great prices on a wide variety of staple and oddball items, though some items are priced as they would be at a typical retail store (Walmart, Target, etc.) - so pay attention to the price tags. Flooring and carpet are priced very low - great deals on those products. Inventory is always changing, so check back often. The rewards program is well worth it, as Ollies isnt stingy with the coupons.
Love being a ollies army member , The coupons they send really help out , their prices are great and you can find sooo many unique things here along with everyday items that you will save a ton of money on, give it a chance you will love it just make sure you give yourself plenty of time to look down every isle because this place is loaded with a little bit of everything ,
I love their selection of books and greeting cards. They always have a wide selection of dry goods, candy and dog toys available as well. They are hit or miss on other various HH items so if you see something and are thinking about it, buy it now. It may not be there later. Theyve had a continuous supply of large (quart size I think) liquid hand sanitizer available.
Good store, but it struggles to stay organized and never appears actually clean. The isles are crowded and It always feels like a work in progress. The values are not nearly as good as they were when Ollies 1st surfaced and we would walk out with tons of items that we didnt need, but they were just too good of a value to pass up.
I love how affordable this place is and the range of items they have. The staff seem understanding. The only thing is the place looks pretty bad on the inside. Im not surprised by it, but if you cant stand unorganized and messy places with dirty floors, this place is not it for ya. Other than that, i enjoy going here occasionally for cheap and recommend it
Im not happy with the last 2 times Ive been here. I was so unhappy with the lack of customer service I got here I pushed my whole cart full of stuff into the middle if the aisle and walked out. You can not get any help in this store especially if you want something from the locked display case. I will not be returning and I will advise everyone I know to not go here. Slowest lines at the register Ive ever seen.
KUDOS TO STEVE On December 15th during the holiday sale Steve the store manager really went over and beyond to exceed my needs. He was very pleasant and accommodating with my request. He also carried my rug to the truck for me. Great customer service at its best. Keep up the great work Steve! I am still thanking you : ) because you didnt have to do what you did!
Great prices on some things. Average on others. Low on cashiers on Thursday evenings? One poor lady was taking care of everyone. Retail is like that from time to time though. Comes with the territory....Olliesneeds aisle signs! I understand the stock of merchandise isnt always the same, but please... (Some people need direction where things are so you dont spend needless time wandering around, having employees watching you from the corners of their eyes; hoping your not a thief.) Other than that its a nice close out store.
Awesome store. I didnt know , nor have I ever heard of Ollies. Yesterday was my mothers and I 1st visit there and its a new trouble spot for us. We didnt get to see the entire store because we were on a time schedule but we both love it. Hope they stick around for a long time. Do they have a website?
Really liked what we saw. It was first days of the grand opening, so we were just seeing what was there and quality. Lines to the check out were long but we just cruised around the store to see what it was all about. Really did like what we saw and definitely will be back.
Ollies is a combination of great and garbage. You never know what youll find there.Prices seem inconsistent too, sometimes there are quality items at rock bottom prices, other times there are mediocre products selling at what seems to be normal retail prices. A smart shopper can take advantage of the deals and keep there distance from the duds.If you love huge plant pots, they always seem to have plenty.
Need more cashiers! Tons of people. One register open! Then finally a second opened. Also, check Walmart prices online before buying. Thought mens Levi slippers were cheap at $7.99. Looked at Walmart online and theyre just $2!! Snacks are high priced because of small sizes. Sams way cheaper per ounce. Big rugs more expensive than online at Wayfair. Just use your phone before you buy.
The selection for toys at Christmas was SUPERB! Just like most, I live on a tight budget. The prices as well as the huge selection allowed it to appear that Santa had overloaded his sleigh for our delivery, when in fact I spent less this year than many previous! Thanks Ollies!
Ollies has everything! I didnt get to go through the whole store because theyre only open from 9 to 9 Monday through Saturday and only open until 7 I dont know what time they open on Sunday sorry if that sounds confusing theyre only open until 7 p.m. on Sunday . They carry food, animal food, bathroom supplies, cleaning products and Furniture! Its like Marcs aisle one only this store you cant go wrong! Put them in your GPS, head out with a group of friends ,but make sure youve got room in your car for all the stuff youre going to buy!
This place is ok. It came be frustrating shopping. Stuff seems to be everywhere. Everything out of place and just thrown in random places. I do always find some decent bargains, but sometimes I find it easier to pay slightly more for items for an easier shopping trip. Just depends
Wide variety of bargains to find here. Many of the products here are cheaper than other retailers so if you find a bargain on a product you like then best to stock up! Not a complete one stop shop but if looking to save then I suggest trying here and see what you might find!
Ollie’s is a great place for bargains, but the lines are awful. I dread getting to the register every time I come in here. I’ve waited 15-20 min in line as the 3rd person back from the register. There is no sense of urgency with ANY cashier. They all move at the same slow pace. Other than that complaint, great place to shop!
As tragic as it was to my childhood to see Toys”R”Us collapse, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in its place is a welcomed addition to our community. I enjoyed interacting with the knowledgeable staff. Upon my first visit, sales associate Teresa clued me in on their rewards program and I’m now officially a member of Ollie’s Army. They have everything you could ever desire: WWE action figures, rugs, carpet cleaners, Slim Fast, cereal, you name it. The list goes on.I greatly respect that Ollie’s as a company carried and chose to advertise the most important political investigation in memory, The Mueller Report. Seeing that mailbox ad helped persuade me visiting for the first time and purchasing several copies of the book at a reasonable price of 5.99. Issued by the Department of Justice, this is essential reading for all Americans. Thanks, Ollie. I will be a repeat customer.
A solid 5 out of 9 stars! Could this be the Benjamin Button of stores? From the leftover Toys R Us flooring that greets you when you enter to the schizophrenic designed layout, it feels like the retail equivalent of a last gasp. Will it get better over time? Lets hope so. We didnt see any great bargains unless youre swallowing the pricing propaganda on the handwritten signs that show other places high prices compared to their low prices. Plenty of carpets... if thats your thing. 🤔

2022-01-24I cant say enough good things about this place. They always have certain staples like household goods with rotating stock of certain good items. It really its just the prices. Its no nonsense, dirt cheap, sometimes expired stuff. But that what I love. Theyre not afraid to put it out there. The world doesnt need more waste. Ill gladly buy 5000 protein bars that expired last month. Ollies rocks.

2022-05-28Love the store and all of its discounts. They have much more variety of everything than Marcs, and Gabes. I actually enjoyed shopping here. I went in for something to cover my muddy backyard and found numerous things I probably didnt need but wanted. This is my go to store. I wish we had one closer to where I live in west akron!

2022-04-23As expected. Outlet type of stuff at retail prices. Might as well go to Walmart target or Home Depot.

2019-10-31I love Ollie’s but am often lost in the stores and it’s kind of messy. I get it. But this store is put together well and the space seems big enough to fit their inventory without crowding everything. It is well lit too. Some of the other stores less so. Maybe because it is a new store but it shows they are committed to moving the right direction.

2022-06-13Great place to shop only if you have a massive amount of time available to wait to check out.
