They are always so skimpy with their soups. I would get 4 tiny balls of gumbo in my bowl with not enough broth to even cover them. Idk why i didnt take a picture. It is usually a let down upon ea visit. Suppose that is why they just arent very busy anymore. I used to really like going here. I thought the food tasted pretty good, just seems like there isnt much effort in service anymore. But Im thinking this is sadly just becoming the Norm. Server was really nice though (which is expected working for a decent tip). Becoming very mediocre
SLOW drinks took forever to get. Appetizer ordered was wrong and was out before drinks arrived. Kids food was delivered and eaten before adult food orders were even taken. All adult meals(5) except 1 arrived the last one arrived 10 minutes after. Refills on drinks never showed. Arrived at restaurant at 530. Left after eating at 730. This was the third time weve had this kind of slow service for dinner here so apparently we will need to switch to a different location.
Tonight I dined at Olive garden and had mouthwatering bread sticks, toasted ravioli, chicken fettuccine alfredo, and this delicious soup! Its always a great experience and they have great drinks too! Everyone has got to try this gourmet Italian restaurant once in their life because its delicious!
Server was attentive and friendly. OG was open on July 4th. Thats the good part.Food was like McDonalds, always the same cookie cutter, and not different from previous experiences at OG. Consistently average.. Portions were noticeably smaller. Calamari rings straight out of the freezer...bring back the original aeoli dipping sauce , this new spicey ranch does not cut it.
The food is usually always good, OVERPRICED, seriously OVERPRICED. Im afraid I cannot justify the quality or quantity for the price....... of noodles. Sorry OG, but Im afraid this is where we part ways. Your bread sticks have gotten smaller, the soup seems more watered down and the overall portion size does not fit the bill.
Me and Guillermo were feelin in a pasta kinda mood, but remembered that McDonalds doesnt serve spaghetti anymore, so we thought wed try out this garden place. We got seated pretty pick, which was surprising because there were probably a hundred people there. I guess Fridays are a big deal or something. Anyways, the first thing I notice is that this place is clearly for alcoholics, as were sat 5 feet away from a counter covered in wine bottles, and the nice young lady who was having a panic attack immediately offered us a pitcher of sangria. Despite being of Scottish decent I respectfully declined and was given a bowl of soup instead. And so the second thing I notice is that this place has a thing for cheese, as the young lady said yall want some cheese? And Im rather weak willed so they proceeded to ground up about a quarter pound of cheese into my soup, which worked out well I think. Guillermo doesnt do cheese these days, because of his gall bladder, but he seemed to be having a good time with his bread sticks. So after we order the main course the manager snuck on over and popped up at our table and said Is everything extra super cool beans for ya? I say yes. She offered us a bottle of wine, I go through the motions, and then she leans in real close and tells us were family. Its always real awkward when you run into a relative who you dont recognize but they recognize you, but I smile and try to keep cool until the pastapocalypse starts. And when it does show up I quickly realize I shouldnt have had 6 bowls of soup. Guillermo, with a breadstick still in his mouth asks for boxes before the nice girl can even offer us more cheese or alcohol, good on him because I clearly wasnt going to be getting very far into my dish without some form of divine intervention. Either way, Im at home and the pasta has lasted me 2 days now. Ill definitely go again but I need to figure out which of my cousins is the manager so Im a little more prepared.
I was pretty disappointed. I came to Ohio to see my children. We met up at olive garden as it was one of our favorite places to go when they were little. Due to Covid I understood being asked to wait outside even though there was snow all over and it was pretty cold. What I didnt understand was the bad service we received. Apparently our waitress was in a hurry to go home because we had to keep getting her attention to bring us things. Or ask again for things. She was mopping the floors so forgot. But what upset me most, was the quality of the food. Breadsticks were hard. There were giant wedges of iceberg lettuce in the salad. Definately way to big eat without using a fork and knife to eat it. The fried mozzarella, was over cooked, one of them had No cheese in it. No after dinner mints either, which really upset my pregnant daughter, who had already been informed that the glass of Dr pepper they brought her was the last glass. Just really all together upsetting.
Mothers Day dinner with my oldest son.Zuppa Toscano, and Braised Beef Gorgonzola Alfredo. Delicious!!!My son had the over sized Chicken Parmesan with pasta. Tiramisu for dessert. Wonderful service from our attentive remarkable server Morgan!Great Food, Good Times. The Elyria, Ohio store is the best one around.
I never get anything but the soup, & salad because frankly the food is mediocre for the price soggy breaded chicken with some microwave pasta isnt necessarily a good deal for $20. Service is always good and food is always quick so Im grateful for that. My only suggestions would be to prepare the food better and quit gouging with beer prices.
We stopped here on our way home from vacation. I was really hesitant going to a restaurant with 3 kids, at 8pm, and we were all extremely exhausted. But we were hungry! We were surprised by how busy it was so late! But they sat us right away. Our waitress, Kayla(believe it was spelled different) was so beyond amazing. She was quick to take our orders. Got everything we asked for, EVEN REMEMBERED THE KIDS SIDE OF RANCH! That never happens! She was so kind and patient with them. We thanked her a million times for being so wonderful, told the manager how wonderful she was. That girl deserves the world
A delicious experience! Olive Garden was awesome, great service; Sommer was our server and she provided five star service, request her because she is amazing. The food was hot and delicious, the wait time was low, the drinks were cool and refreshing. The restaurant was clean.Wheelchair accessible, family friendly. Yes! Go there! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I brought my mother here for her birthday today 🥳 🎊 🎉 IVAN WAS THE BEST WAITER I have had in 10 years...he checked on us gave recommendations and made sure we were happy(note that he was not pushy or rude what so ever!!!). Also the food AND drink recommendations were soooo awesome. We will be back to see Ivan 🙌🏾💃🏾🥰. Worth the $130 bill 😀
So, really hard to Guage my stars for this particular visit. Are starting waitress was Incredibly rude and disrespectful. Like, so blatantly rude that I couldnt believe they allowed her to be a waitress. I always order my drinks with no ice and she gave me extra ice. While on ur table of 5 were ordering she repeatedly yelled NEXT and rushed us to order. No bread sticks were brought to us until about 45 minutes in. Now I can say a party member immediately went to speak to someone about this obsird treatment, and the lovely lady named Hanna came over to replace her. She went over our order entirely to ensure it was right and of course it wasnt. Hanna got everything together put our orders in and was very kind and attentive. Essentially correcting all of the initial mistakes and mistreatment. Though my appetite was ruined, the ending service was perfect. We ensured that lovely miss Hanna was tipped well for having to compensate for a fellow waitresses disgusting behavior..... If we do ever decide to get olive garden again, its not likely to be at this particular location. Id rather drive farther for better treatment and service. At this very moment this chain will be on our last choice list of destinations mostly due to the high probability of similar treatment.
Holy Moly we had the BEST Server EVER last night! (March 3, 2021)His name is Rich 😎Great timing. Very polite. Hot plates with hot food.I patron there once or twice a month and this is the first time the service was this awesome.Well done Rich! Thank YOU Rich, for a great dining experience 🙂
Usually never have an issue with this location ever, but this night went with a friend got started and then met waitress had our drink order taken by another person, food came out cold spoke to manager which that didnt go so well barely offered to have food remade still paid full price for everything. Can almost say for certain will not return to this location.
Food was very good as always. The attention to cleanliness was outstanding! Prices are a bit on the high side, making it so we can only go on special occasions ... otherwise it was very enjoyable ... with one exception. Olive Garden needs to switch to Pepsi products! I refuse to drink coke, and if that is all you are willing to offer ...I will be looking for establishments that support local. This is Pepsi country ... not coke!!! Maybe they will figure it out at their next corporate meeting!
Made an online order to pick up . The food was extremely dry I made side notes for my shrimp to be cooked longer and of course it wasn’t I payed for a full amount of shrimp (16) I got 8 . They gave me a pound of noodles and one scoop of sauce so my whole meal was dry and the salad they decided to give me was old (lettuce was soggy). Usually a great place to dine into I’d suggest you don’t order too go because it was horrible.
By far worst Olive Garden I have ever been to and I have been to quite a few from the east coast to the West Coast and normally do not give a bad bad review unless it is just and after posting a review in another room and getting five or more of some of the results I consider this just highly advise staying away from this particular Olive Garden food is pathetic service even worse
Horrible service, waitress had no clue. We ended up leaving with our food to go. Also their menu is very limited due to covid the manager said they will be keeping it that way so they can stick to the things theyre good at. I wasnt aware stuffed mushrooms were that hard to make for an Italian restaurant!!! But whatever not going there anymore atleast not in Elyria!!
Had a very enjoyable experience. Service was excellent, curious. The food was delicious! Drinks were not watered down. Perfect place for me and my baby mama to Nestle & enjoy a homey atmosphere while we dine. Never had a bad experience yet. And Im not trying to be biased in any way. Just sharing my experience.
I order Shrimp scampi with asparagus and tomatoes hoping for wonderful garlicky buttery dish. Instead of that I got tasteless bowl of pasta and if u know how asparagus looks like I can’t find any.. Only little pieces of asparagus’s woody ends. I throw those usually away. It was very disappointing dinner. I gave it 2 stars only because our waitress was really wonderful.
Great service. People were amazing there super nice.... food was very mediocre. It just tasted very prefab to me...... Definitely not as good as it used to be...nope.... The freshness quality is just missing... Other than their salad of course......The chicken meatballs and so on seemed very prefabbed. For 60 bucks for three people Im just not feeling it.
Awful experience. Staff was really rude and tried to publicly humiliate each other. No communication or anything between anyone. Women’s restroom was disgusting, no soap or paper towels. Managers gave me a snotty attitude when asked a simple question. Will never be returning.
Its Tuesday at 4pm. You dont leave a customer on hold on the phone for 15 mins!!!The call in menu does not even list placing an order as an option. Its number 3 for other inquiries..When someone did answer she said let me transfer you to our specialist...She should have taken my order!! It doesnt take a specialist to take an order!!!! The entire call in order process needs to be reprioritized!!The call in order process needs to be EXPEDITED!!
Dine in and curbside pick up available. If you are dining in know that its better to get there before 530pm if you dont want to wait long for a table. Service whether dining in or curb side pickup is really good. Im in love with their chicken gnocchi soup, bread sticks with Alfredo bowl to dip them in.
Luncheon portions were quite generous. Signature salad bowl and bread sticks to go with my spaghetti and meat balls plus he lasagna, yum! No room for desert 😕Server was attentive and friendly! We dont have an Olive Garden in our town and will watch for an opportunity to dine there again while traveling.
Went here with my husband, and had an absolute blast. Shout out to our Server Bree who was absolutely phenomenal! She was on top of things as soon as we were seated. The food was Delicious, Fresh, and Hot. Not to mention this location is very clean! It didnt take that long for our food to come out, also the staff is very friendly! We definitely will be back to this location very soon!
The food was delicious and our server was amazing!! You can now walk in and seat yourself in the bar area if a table is open!! This city our wait time down to nothing! The little tablet they have at the table is awesome for two reasons ..1. you can pay your bill fast and 2. It has games that impatient children can play that are appropriate for kids!! Overall my family loved the good and the atmosphere!!
The Elyria Olive Garden has great food. The service is usually pretty good but today we didnt get waited on for 20 minutes and had to complain to the manager. After that things were great. Turns out our waitress had a large party in the rear of the restaurant and couldnt get to us. Hopefully its a one time occurrence
We came to this restaurant on 6/26/19, after a long flight. I was tired, and we had just had a horrible experience at a different restaurant and left to come to Olive Garden. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff at the front desk was cheery and welcoming. We were seated and our server Melanie was super smiley and full of energy. Our food arrived quickly and it was fresh, well plated and super delicious. I will always recommend this restaurant and will encourage you to ask for Melanie. She is fantastic. Thanks Olive Garden.
Everything was bad! Waitress was clumsy, slow and not abreast of what was needed at tables. I.e, coffee.... No spoon , sugar or cream. By the time she remembered after asking several times.. It all comes with entrees. Breadsticks salty, food bland, grapes hard n unsweetened. First and last time at this location. First time out with family since covid. I still gave her 20 % off a 174 dollar bill.
Worst service ever! Our big bowl of salad came out less than a quarter full. Our appetizer was small and skimpy. My lasagna was warm on the outside & the cheese on the inside was cold. When we told the waitress she said ok. She didnt get a manager or try to rectify what was wrong. Very disappointed. I will never eat there again.
Food is always great at Olive garden great specials going on right now check them out. Facility is well maintained waitresses are very friendly and outgoing catering to all your needs restrooms are well-maintained and clean. facility is located close to shopping mall with many of box stores and small specialty stores. Easy to see from road quick access to highway. Plenty of parking free. Handicapped parking available handicap accessibility excellent.
I got fettuccine Alfredo for pick up. I started to eat it and all I tasted was dry noodles.if there was any Alfredo sauce on them it couldnt have been more than a thimble full. I will never order from there again. The $1.00 Michalena was better than that. It used to be one of my favorite places but has been going downhill for a while. I used to live near the one in Middleburg Hts. And never got anything that bad.
Our server was Mike .s.. I have several allergies and my son has sensory issues. My drink first came with strawberries ( that werent pictured in the drink menu) he immediately had it replaced. The store ran out of Frys my son ordered, and he cant eat super soft food. ( Thats all that was left for the side options). So he let my son get a side of his choice and took care of the extra cost. Super nice guy. And I really hope he gets some type of reward for being so good at customer service
Honestly both the food and service were terrible. The hosts were rude, the waitress was rude, the manager was rude. I’ve always had AMAZING service coming here when Madison took care of me, but I guess she no longer works at Olive Garden which is very saddening, I wish there was a way to find out where she works now to go visit. I get it, people have bad days but was everyone working having a bad day? Won’t be returning unless Madison comes back.
Its an Olive Garden so you know what the food is: reheated imitation Italian food, but it tastes good so it makes it ok. The real problem though was the service. Put in a 5:30 to go order. Got there close to 5 minutes early and it was pure chaos. There were prpbably at least a dozen to go orders that people were waiting for. Some of these people had 5:00 pick up times and were still waiting. Despite all this, there was only ONE hostess there who was seating people AND handling to go orders. Extremely long line of people just trying to put their names on the check in list for their to go order and the hostess had no urgency in anything she did. Finally a couple more people came out and started to help, but it was way to late to truly manage the situation. Eventually got my food close to a half hour late. Fortunately, reheating it again works fine for Olive Garden :)
We had a big party and called ahead for seating the hostess said I would have to talk to the manager but they were really busy and he would have to approve us coming. After a long wait I did talk to the manager and he was more than accommodating even though he couldnt promise a 6pm seat he was happy to help us! When my inlaws arrived before 6 they were able to get seated no problem! The two servers we had were awesome and took great care of all of us! Thank u so much!
Ordered and paid for food online tonight for dinner at 5:00 pm. Confirmation said food would be ready for pick up at 5:50. Get there at 5:50 pm to pick up food ended up having to wait til 7:40 before I even got my food.Portions barely had any sauce, the parmesan chicken I only had two bites of because it was so dry and salty. Also, ordered the trio and the lasagna piece was a little 2 by 2 inch.Very disappointed all around especially for the money I paid.
Great staff and service. Waiter will talk to you 6 feet away apparently which is strange but understandable. Need only a face mask to get in the door, can take off when seated. I took my father here for lunch and nothing was pleasing besides my own food. He didnt like the drink, too much alcohol he said, so I switched my beer for his vodka strawberry drink. My chicken parm was amazing but his shrimp schampi was horribly prepared. The shrimp had no seasoning and wasnt full cooked. He had to take it home and recook it with some ole bay seasoning and pan fry it.The slice of cake we were given for free because he didnt want to eat his food, was also horrible. The garnish on the plate next to the cake was old I put my finger to it and it did not smear. We were mind blown that it was a pre-prepared plate of cake and not fresh. Not the Olive Garden I remember but just an OK from me today. My father, well... he wanted to say some words about his food but I told him we should just pay and leave. He also mentioned on the way out he could tell the waiter was not so pleased with how his food came out either.
Our server Robin was the BEST!!! I never like service from beginning to end but she was just wonderful! Also the food was great! Saturday before 5pm is definitely the very best time for food and service as far as staff here! I was very impressed and so was my boyfriend who usually complains about this restaurant due to past experiences! They really have some great staff here!!!
Very disappointed. The past few dining experiences have been very bad. The most recent. Food took forever. Our waitress kept having other people cover our table. The soup was barely warm. And was all broth. I like the soup usually cause its hearty and lots of stuff in it. Then the entree. Well. WOW. thats what I have to say. First off my friend got the tortellini. It was barely warm and not even toasted as it is supposed to be. Then mine was chicken parm. Was ordered extra cheese with spaghetti with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara. Was charged 2.95 for the sauce change but was never told til the bill came. The food came out. No extra cheese. Fettecini instead of spaghetti. And was cold . I mean ice cold. Send orders back. His came back hardly any sauce. And chicken was just dumped on top. Mine was burnt this time. To the point the chicken was dry. And crispy edges. Fettecini was cold again . I dont know what is wrong with the staff here. But really hope they fix it soon . Spent over 75 dollars. Was not even given a discount for the order having to be remade. And the manager just kinda shrugged it off like oh well. 😳. Im not sure I will go back to this location.
Stopped in for dinner after my daughters volleyball game. Was so disappointed!!! Usually have a good experience this time it was horrible. Food was good but our server was one of the worst Ive ever had. She was too busy talking about herself to the table behind us. Had to hunt her down for refills multiple times We were ready to order desserts so i pushed the call server button which went ignored. Was still flashing after we paid the bill and left. ( She was still talking) This will Not be our 1st choice again...
Our server, Malanie, was very attentive, & friendly. Food was okay, I ordered the NEW entree, Zoodles, a bit disappointed, the sauce was very, very thin, like water, and extremely under seasoned. Salad was awesome as always. The kitchen door had this horrible sound everytime someone went in or out, non- stop obnoxious noise throughout the whole meal. Wish I had a photo to share.
I had a party of five and my little boy ending up getting sick. The manager Michele( sorry if thats not correct spelling) was super kind and gave my son a ginger ale for free and came and checked on him. ( btw he just ate too much. The food is too good!) Ty guys for your quick service and kind staff. Will definitely come back again!
Overall great experience, but... When being seated my wife and I asked for a booth seat we were told that there were none available that there would be a wait. We decided not to wait. While walking through to go sit down we seen 2 booths that were open and ready for customers. I personally prefer a booth and do not appreciate being mislead. This will not stope from coming here as I really enjoy the food.
I rarely eat at chain restaurants, but a customer wanted to go here. Everything was near perfect, cleanliness, attentiveness of the staff, everything was exceptional. The screen at the table is out of place and annoying, but thats nitpicking. Food was instantaneous and delicious. I had the chicken picata. High marks, good job.
It took 30 minutes or more to get a table, but once seated the service was great and the food was fresh and pleasant to the pallet. Ordered the fried lasagna, Zapata soup, and chicken margherita. Waitress was courteous. Would give 4 stars if the wait for table wasnt so long.
Okay service, okay food. Seems like the food quality has gone down. Very pricey for cheap noodles & a few pieces of tough shrimp. Dirty wine glasses were on the table when we arrived. Someones lipstick was still stuck to the glass. Eww. The vase on the table wasnt even dry. Check the glasses before you put them on the table. There were a ton of employees and very few customers so they had time to look.
My server was perfect and polite not just to my wife and I but to everyone around us. Food was very fresh and filling. Thank you olive garden. The beef medallions with the cheese tortellini and also the chicken and shrimp carbonara with tortellini. Very good and my wife enjoyed the chicken gnocchi soup I have the salad dressing on the side.
The food was excellent but the server was lousy. I ordered soup with my dinner and my mom ordered salad with hers. She didnt bring a plate for the salad so I gave my mom the plate from under my soup bowl. It was 20min later when she showed up with the salad plate. I ordered a large side of alfredo sauce for the bread sticks and that didnt come until 15 minutes after our dinner was served. The only reason she brought it out was because I had to ask her twice for it. It should have been served with our bread sticks.
Food was very good. However we had a new waiter that wreaked of cologne & his follow through was less than diserable. We never got a 2nd bowl of salad. Our food came & never got more breadsticks. It wasnt till after we hsd our meal he returned to ask if we still wanted more salad! The answer was NO! Not sure why people ate left alone to learn by trial & error ( on me!!) but it sure made our $70 meal less enjoyable. Too bad too because it was empty in there so we should have been able to get good service.
While the food was fine the service was rush, rush, rush rush. Had dinner alone during a business trip on a Tuesday night while the place was half empty. I questioned the waitress why she was pushing for a dessert decision in the middle of the meal - the manager politely explained that is was Olive Garden standard proceedure to push dessert during the meal not after the meal and wine. I would have preferred a more relaxed pace, especially given how slow the night was going.
We stopped by for lunch. I was very excited as it had been awhile since my last visit to an Olive Garden and I always get the Eggplant Parmigiana. They had a lot of big parties booked, and a steady stream of walk-ins, so it was very busy. There was a wait but not long. By the time we were seated and had our drinks, the waiter informed us that the FRYERS WERE BROKEN?! I have never, ever experienced that before. This severely limited our options. Plus, um... ever hear of “pan frying?” You’re not even supposed to deep fry eggplant parm... but I digress... We were both so disappointed.. but starving. The meal I got was SO bland. I’m not just being sore about the fryers. It was awful. Plus, they should have been STRAIGHT UP with us. THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THIS AT THE DOOR. We joked to each other about entrapment; them making us wait THEN telling us so of course we had to eat there- we were famished! It was just in very poor taste. Pun intended. Never again will I go to an Olive Garden. Plus, I had been begging my bf all year to give Olive Garden a chance because like many people, he thinks it’s a joke. Now I looked like an a%#!. Thanks, Olive Garden! lol.
Its always very busy, but we got seated soon as we came in. I had chicken marsala and salad after our appetizers of stuffed seafood mushrooms & fried ravioli w/sauce. My friend had zoodles--zucchini noodles with vegetables in a creamy sauce, with minestrone soup. We shared a dessert of Italian donuts that are warm and come with raspberry and chocolate dipping sauce. Delicious!!! Our server was friendly and attentive to us--always nearby for refills, more cheese, etc. Always nice there!
Placed a carry out told 1/2 hour. Got there in 25 mins. Waited 10 mins before anyone said hi. Then asked if waiting for carry out. I sat in carry out area...7 mins later am i picking up? Yes...leave still a 10.00 tip and get home and everything is ice cold!! And portions very small compared to last time. Not happy. Wont go again.
I really had a great time here! My server Olyver was a great guy and very nice. All of the workers are good people. It was a bit crowded but that’s probably because it’s the only nice restaurant in this town, but it was fine. The food wasn’t the best. There was a bit of crispy-ness on my lasagna, but it wasn’t a big deal. I still have the place five stars because the service was so great. If you go there and get a waiter named Olyver, you are in luck!
My favorite Olive Garden in Lorain county. They are always so efficient and clean. The food is always amazing and the customer service is even better! Even when I come on Friday nights when it’s super busy, they always are fast on getting the new customers in. I highly recommend this place and their delicious food!
I was there with my family in Elyria Ohio and I just have to point out that the food was AMAZING AND SERVICE EXCELLENT! Only think that bothered me was that a manager( seemed to be ) kept yelling at employees right in front of customers. One gal was in tears. I thought that was extremely unprofessional of her. Just a thought. Clean environment .
Take out Lunch portion shrimp scampi with linguine, asparagus , tomatoes.Pasta overcooked by about 1.5 minutes. The sauce was very heavy and didnt taste like they used butter or olive oil. About 1 piece of very very thin asparagus cut up. My colleague ordered the lunch size chicken margherita that I would order next time.
Franchised Italian fare, with excellent service and my favorite bottomless salad bowl. Often crowded at peak hours. Reservations recommended, or be prepared to wait a half-hour or more in very close quarters with increasingly hungry people. Take home a bottle of their salad dressing, one of the best Italians around.
Great place to go for a long lunch! Lots of variety on the lunch menu (and great prices) and if you can’t find something there that tickles your taste buds, you have the option of ordering off the regular menu also! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and the restaurant fills up fast....must be the smell of breadsticks. We choose to go here regularly because everyone can find something!!!
There was a giant spider in its web trying to steal my breadstick, and out of no where one of the spider babies was on my leg. i took my lemon out of my tea and traded the spider so i could get my breadstick back. he seemed pretty upset but i think the lemon was healthier. hopefully my spider friends are still there when i go back
Ordered a large catering lunch on a Friday to be delivered the following Monday at 1130. Even with 3 days notice they still couldnt manage to make it on time. The lunch is for a large physicians office of 35 people with staggered lunches . 1130 to 12, 12 to 1230 and 1230 to one. Because of the late delivery everyone employee and patient will now be behind. Dear olive garden you have to be respectful of other peoples times and agendas . Sincerely, upset and disgusted

2022-05-08Be cautious to visit this location! Our server, Char, was great! She took our orders right away, had our drinks delivered in a timely manner. She took care of the issue we had with the food very quickly.Food was okay. I had ordered create your own pasta with Mariana sauce, and added Alfredo. Instead of it being saucy, it was dry and cold!! The plate was warm, but the food was cold.

2022-05-03Our dining experience was very lovely. Our server David was terrific. David had wonderful table side personality and service which was one of our highlights of our dining. Food was good and my steak was cooked EXACTLY how I love it... Medium Rare! Overall we will be back again!

2021-07-04Enjoyed a celebration with family this evening. Free standing building. Lots of available parking. Handicap and wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Friendly staff, clean establishment. Our server was attentive, friendly, courteous and pleasant. Was pleased with her performance. Food was good. Wine was good. Prices are reasonable on both food & wine. I would recommend this Olive Garden location to everyone! Bon appetit and Godspeed everyone!

2022-06-22My daughter took me out for dinner on Fathers Day. Olive garden was a quick and easy entrance, and we sat down within 5 minutes. They may not have all the possible dinner entrees, but they have just enough to satisfy my palate. I enjoyed the time with Myra and, first time Ive had dessert in a long time! Extremely happy with Olive Gardens service, and food selection!!

2022-02-07Service was okay. Waitress seemed to have alot of tables which is understandable considering the time we are in. Forgot some of my order and it didnt get brought out until after I paid my bill which wasnt her fault. The food quality really seems to have gone down but prices have steadily keep going up here. The sauces and soap were very watery and had no flavor. Breadsticks were way too salty for my liking but the rest of the table enjoyed them. Overall definitely will be taking a break from this establishment.

2022-02-18Being a good fanatic had its perks. Turned me into a soup eater now I absolutely love the chicken & dumpling soup. The shrimp Alfredo will always be an all time favorite. Hubby doesnt eat meat so the seafood alfredo was perfect. Following Covid guidelines everything sealed and wrapped as it should. Great customer service going over and beyond . No complaints keep up the great hospitality. GOD BLESS~

2022-06-18We were here for Mothers day and have got ro say that Tyler was an excellent writer. His smile and awesome attitude really made us feel welcome. He has an awesome sense of humor. Every restaurant needs a waiter like Tyler. We enjoyed his service very much.

2022-07-05Good restaurant with decent food and very good service. I am not a judge of authentic Italian cuisine but the portions offered were good and the food was tasty also. The service was decently quick and also good. Would definitely recommend.

2022-04-27Bread with the soup would be nice but was not offered. Overall the food was good -- what one would expect from generic Italian-American. Definitely overpriced. The staff was friendly. Payment method was a little strange and not explained at all.
