Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in other cities:
By far the best dine in experience I’ve ever had thanks to my server Willy. Not to mention the food was the best of any location I’ve been to, it was fresh, hot and Willy provided us with everything before I could even think to ask. 10/10 would recommend. And ask for Willy!
The food was horrible. Chicken marsala is my favorite when I come here. Tonight the chicken around the edges was hard and over cooked like it was microwaved. I asked for extra mushrooms and got only a few mushrooms, so no extra. The marsala sauce was barely even there. Basically got some room temp Alfredo noodles and some old chicken breast. The plate was extra hot but the food was not.. let’s not mention they put a couple out on a date next to the kids table of babies. We were sat in the middle of the restaurant with two booths beside us and a family table on the next side in the walking aisle for everyone that was coming through. Horrible service and food.
Five stars even though we waited for 1.5 hours to get in after we’ve been turned around from a different restaurant nearby. Group of 19 we all had awesome dinner experience with exceptional service. We have been tired of waiting but our servers managed to flip the situation around and we enjoyed our dinner - we are hard crowd all with past or current experience in the service industry and know when servers do their job flawless.
Food was great like always but it was pretty clear the the staff was either overworked or unprepared or both. The staff was great and friendly but needed to run back and forth frequently because things were not able to be prepared timely. They were out of a few things. They were unable to split the bill for our two groups. Good olive garden, just seemed to be an off evening for them.
I was unsure why I had to wait for a lady to place an order for a future party before I could check out. Her order was over $1500.. So imagine how long I waited. And I placed my order for pick up at lunch. Needless to say I was late getting back to work and did not eat. Due to me waiting in line for 20+ minutes. I ask someone if anyone else could cash me out.. ( bar maybe). But was told the To Go line is the only register open… I will never go to Polaris again on lunch.. Thank Goodness there are tons of options in that area.. Oh and my chicken was like rubber after reheating it. YUCK
Ive been here quite a few times & its never unpleasant. Good, friendly staff with speedy & efficient servixe. I never leave here with regrets. Most recently i got carryout & tried their curbside service. Pretty simple. Ordered online, paid, parked in designated curbside parking spot & notified them upon arrival. Staff came promptly to drop off my order when done. Food was correct & nothing was missing, which happens to be a carryout issue from time to time, not particularly at this establishment. Partially my fault, in terms of, even though everything should be correct, i, who has had problems with missing food or incorrect orders in the past, should know better by now & just spend an extra minute to double check, considering most times i drive a little out of my way to do pickup. Nonetheless, easy & worked out great. Would definitely use again. I also would like to point out, this is one of the few places where i could easily use my giftcard online to pay for the food. Ive ran into trouble in the past where i could not place an online order because there was no option to fully or partially pay with giftcard. So i absolutely love this & will rave about this everytime. Hats off to u, OG!
This place really disappointed me I was there to get food for my company and after paying over 1000 $ the cashier didn’t like it that I didn’t left them tip; first if you want to get tip you need to do your job and be appreciated that’s for what people gave tips. You should be in time for the time that we set up not over 20 minutes delay and be communicative
Food was wonderful. Steak was over cooked but still tender and seasoned well. Calamari was perfect as was the tour of Italy and the shrimp scampi. Tiramisu was a little dry like the lady fingers werent soaked long enough but the filling layer with the marscapone was perfect. What really made this trip receive a 5 star rating was the service Mearaya provided for us. An amazing display of attention to detail and promptness. Very knowledgeable and friendly and sociable. She smiled and took care of every request and accommodation she had. Ill be back to this location for her service alone. Keep up the great work Mearaya and enjoy the night shifts and extra time with your daughter.
I like this Olive Garden. The staff are usually very good natured. Our waitress today was Brittany. She was a very nice young lady. She was knowledgeable about the menu and the specials. The service was fast. All 3 in our party ordered the never ending pasta. (No wonder so many families are here with the children). A great bargain. The creamy spinach and artichoke sauce for the pasta was wonderful! We came around at 5 which made it busy but the service and food did not suffer.
We went out on a Monday night and in a nearly empty dining room they sat every incoming table directly beside us, demonstrating they have absolutely no desire to allow for separation even in a nearly empty dining room. This callus disregard for public health and safety means I will never visit an Olive garden again even after the pandemic is over so irresponsible. Youre taking your life in your own hands if you go to a business like this whos doing nothing to help you mitigate the danger. Theyre sure happy to be open but they dont seem to want to do anything to make sure they stay open, so probably they should just be closed. Or left to go out of business through their own disregard for their customers.
We had a wonderful experience. Dining with a party of 9 and 5 children. We had a great server that was on top of all his tables! The host staff and all other staff seemed to all be helping each other out the entire time. Great atmosphere and great dining experience! Highly recommend! Especially to large families!
We had the most amazing experience tonight for my 30th birthday! Mac was super nice and VERY helpful. We had a party of 5 tonight for my 30th birthday. And Mac made sure he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Thank you so much for the amazing experience!
I love going here I usually have a great time. But this visit was not so good. All we had was water, soup and salad. The waiter was awful. He paid no attention to giving us refills. When he added cheese he only sprinkled a small amount without allowing us the opportunity to get the amount we wanted. He didnt refill our water. We had to constantly wave him down to get anything. And yes, no after dinner mints. We just left the amount we owed on the table and walked out.Very, very disappointed!!!
I didnt order the traditional Italian fare that most get. I ordered the Salmon with broccoli. The outside was very dry and the inside was barely done. Makes me think it may still have been a little frozen when they started cooking it. No taste. Broccoli had no seasoning on it, but was ok otherwise. The waitress never brought water. I told her I wanted the bread to go but she never brought anything for me to take them. I asked for a new napkin because I used mine to dry off the table because it was wet, and when she brought one it was wadded up, not rolled up with silverware in it like I was thinking it would be. It made me think she may have picked it up dirty off of a nearby table that another group had just left. I paid with their table top kiosk because I wondered how long Id wait for her to come back to the table. When we left she was sitting on a bench looking at her phone. During our meal we were shocked a couple times by how loud another group of employees were being while they were working and talking. They were in their own world having a good time. What happened to going out and having a nice dinner?
We went here last night for my birthday dinner and it was not a good experience.First and foremost Ozzie our waitress was great! Super nice and just had a great sense of humor. The younger blonde hostess was rude beyond belief. There was a mishap where someone didnt put our reservation in correctly or it glitched. She would not let anyone talk to explain that we had already come in and checked in and told us it was not her problem. Then continued to roast the woman who made the mistake right infront of us.2 out of our 4 meals were wrong and we didnt get the messed up food until we left so it came out in a to go container. It was a huge letdown.
Okay lol I forgot how bland and sad Olive Garden was because I havent been there since a teenager. Basically pasta that never has enough sauce with Tyson frozen chicken strips for your salads. The only thing that was good was the bread sticks.Make your own fettuccine I promise its not that hard to add flavor or *real garlic* to dishes. They literally make you pay the same amount per plate you would at a true Italian restaurant where grandma makes different sauces all day to blow your taste buds out the water 🌊Make a garlic dipping sauce and Ill come back but unless that happens... No.
Great food good service! We will be going back! Didnt get a full 5 stars only because the waitress forgot to get us another bag for our left overs and my to go water twice so we left because we got tired of waiting. She also gave my husband red sauce and not white like he ordered and didnt write down our order because she said she had a good memory. However it was very busy so we still left a generous tip.
Got a Togo order from here last night from this review and have dined in before. The food here is always exceptional for the price. Have yet to have a bad experience here. Even when super busy (as it does get being at Polaris a major shopping area) they are super fast and friendly. Our Togo order was done exactly at the time we put online for it at 1520. We got the bread with Alfredo sauce and about stuffed ourselves on that. I got the shrimp Alfredo and oh it was good. Wife got the 5 cheese ziti and she said it was really good just not as good as the one she makes lol. All and all you know what Olive Garden has and if thats your type of food then you will love this one.
Food wasnt very good, portions were skimpy for the price, salad was awful had one pepper, and 2 olives, 3 little tomato pieces, the lettuce was all the hard all white core pieces, hardly any green, only took 2 bites wasnt even edible, come on olive garden your supposed to be a step up from fast food, wish I would of just ordered a pizza
By far the worst meal weve had out, period. Our server was fantastic; she wasnt the issue at all. The food on the other hand, was disgusting. The pasta on all 4 plates was hard and old, like it had been sitting awhile under a heat lamp. The kids pizza was burned to a crisp. And the best part? The manager refused to make eye contact, let alone come talk to us. Apparently we werent worth the time, with an $80 bill and a table worth of inedible food. The 2 adult meals were comped in the end but we still paid $40 for essentially an appetizer, which is all we ate. Needless to say we wont be back. We should have gone to Carfagnas.
I mean you cant go wrong with Olive Garden! Honestly and this one is always top teir from my experiences. Between the employees or the food its hard to find anything to complain about this place. I love going here but like any good restaurant you have to show up early if you dont want to wait for a table. I cant say enough good about it they do a great job here I appreciate it a lot.
I have been here dozens and dozens of times, but tonight I was really frustrated with the staff overall! We had waited for almost an hour and a half after our original wait time was 25-30 minutes. I had misunderstood the check in process, but we had checked in at the half hour point because I had to run to the restroom. I asked the first hostess and she told me super soon, probably 10 minutes. We waited for another 40 minutes total, and I was next in line on the website for 25 minutes and several people came in before us. I then asked again how long it would be ( we had checked in officially apparently at 7) and then she told me that we were 3rd in line after the hostesses had switched. I was beyond frustrated so we left because it was almost 7:40 at that point and I had friends that were hungry. The overall attitude was sad, and I understand being busy but I really did not appreciate just being brushed off twice and then not actually telling us how long it would be. I misunderstood, but at the same time we had checked in with the hostess well before I was even on the list so Im sure they were having a rough night but my favorite place made me a little sad. Long story short we never got to sit down and eat we had to leave. Beyond confusing really.
Naturally as a local guide of some consequence I have eaten all over the world. So I preface this review because I must guard my battered pride for giving Olive Garden of all places 5 stars… I mean I was literally in Italy a few months ago eating hand made pasta on the coast watching the sun set… So, why 5 stars? Because why not, why not enjoy some indulgent junky meal that is a kitschy American classic? Delicious warm breadsticks and five cheese dipping sauce?! Yummy fresh salad and creamy Italian dressing? Soups are tasty and filled with sodium and bound to make to waddle back to your car, and assuming you can go straight home and kick up those feet, you’ll be just fine. I look forward to coming here and setting aside the pretentiousness of fine dining and being with a friend or loved one. Olive Garden is tasty! I don’t however have a taste for their pasta. Enjoy!
Typical franchise restaurant but in a very good location. Did the Curbside Express option since theres a pandemic going on. Of course, considering how full the parking lot and the large crowd waiting outside on a weeknight no less, it seems word hasnt got out yet. Good quality as expected, always tasty. Seems menu prices are higher than before the pandemic, but this seems to be true wherever you go these days. Service staff was professional, courteous, and willing to go out of their way to help. I will be returning.
This once favored chain has become a little less of what its been in years past. I had the Endless salad and soup. Soups are always good but they drown the salad in dressing so badly that you cannot identify the lettuce actually being fresh and crisp. The calamari has changed for the worse. It must be premade, using italian seasoning and an entirely different cut of the squid. No longer a favorite.
The service and food were superb. Our server, Gabrielle, was attentive and friendly without being obtrusive. We both had Alfredo, delicious. I gave them 4 stars, not 5, because the ladies room was awful. I seldom use restrooms when I’m out but today I needed to. The room smelt of urine, something not usual for ladies rooms. Obviously not cleaned recently.
Our waitress was courteous, but we did have to wait quite a while at our table & finally had to ask if we had a waitress. And I had an allergic reaction to the chicken with mushrooms, to the point of my eyes nearly swelling shut & a trip to Urgent Care.It was an odd experience...
All was well until another server began cleaning the table nearby then accidentally sprayed some cleaning products over to my side. Once i mentioned it to her, she tried to play it off saying that it was food safe so I guess it was ok to still eat the food from her perspective. I requested the drinks and food replaced, which they did. My server was outstanding, but the other who messed up shouldve simply apologized instead of justifying what she did, it happens.I hope management can use this opportunity to coach team members to be more cautious when cleaning. I typically enjoy Olive garden but that incident was a no no.
Staff was friendly, and mostly attentive. It was evening, so they may have been busier. Food was very good. I had the chicken parm, and my date had the chicken Alfredo. Also had spinach artichoke dip. And tried a new app. The lasagna frita. This looked like lasagna noodles with an Alfredo sauce wrapped inside the noodle. Then the noodle was lightly fried. Then topped with a meaty marinara. We enjoyed it!
Honestly probably the most disappointing dinner dining experience Ive had in years. The raspberry iced tea is disgusting and tastes like a sweet tea that thought about having raspberry flavor but then changed its mind last second. The breadsticks were WAY too salty. Even the ocean was jealous of how much salt was on the bread. The chicken and gnocchi soup is my absolute favorite to order, but it was so bland and tasteless I had to dip the salt filled breadsticks in the soup to season it. Also there was literally only 2 small gnocchi dumplings in the soup. Last and definitely least, my Make Your Own Pasta. I ordered Angel Hair with cheese marinara and added sausage. The only part of that meal that wasnt flavorless was the sausage.Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of my dinner especially after working 2 shifts that day. I wont be returning for dinner.I suggest you all find a local Italian restaurant to give your money to.
Drinks came halfway thru meal. We got the soup and salad. Half bowl of salad and soup both times. Didnt want to ask a third time. Supposed using visa card 3.00 off, didnt happen. On the kiosk didnt get receipt. Went on Sunday for lunch. 10 dollars too much for soup and salad for seniors especially.
Great food, great customer service. Food was ready on time as we did curbside pickup. The service was above and beyond. They server made more trips than necessary back and forth. This is my favorite place for a reason! I give them 5 stars 🌟 plus any day. I have never had any reason to complain, never had one bad experience at this location or any others for that matter.
I used to eat out once a week or more, but 2020 has made that not only tough, scary, and sometimes possibly illegal, this was the first time I had been out this year (minimizing risk is everyones responsibility). Im no slouch in the kitchen, so its been easy to stay home.My dining experience was fantastic. The food was perfect, and I dont say that lightly. My fiance and I were so satisfied that we may have eaten enough to need to loosen our belts.Health, safety and distancing were all dealt with in a way that put us at ease, and still felt some kind of normalcy. Service was on par with any of the 2x-3x $ priced restaurants that Ive been to.I might not have thought of Olive Garden as a go-to upscale place due to some unfortunate past experiences, but I changed my opinion on that. I suggest if youve had previous experiences years ago that made you feel that way, you should give them another try. You might just be surprisingly pleased like I have.
We haven’t been since pre-COVID, and our experience tonight was fantastic. Our service was prompt and friendly. The food was the best since I can remember. The menu has been updated and shortened, which is fine by me as it has resulted in fewer, but higher quality items.
Food was good. Service was not. Not sure if Dante (waiter) was just having a bad day or perhaps could use some additional customer service training. His greeting when he approached our table was, Hi what would you guys like to drink. I in turn said, Hello how are you today? to which he replied, Im fine never asking how we were. The service was very slow. We ordered drinks from the bar, entrees and endless salad and breadsticks. We received about a cup of salad in a huge bowl and 2 breadsticks. We really felt unwelcomed there. We laughed it off trying to stay positive and at least enjoy the food. But at the end of the meal when Dante brought over the bill after swiping our card and said to my husband, I need you to sign on the line and literally stood there waiting for a signature...that took the cake!!! I so wanted to complain to management but my husband talked me out of it saying that we just would not visit this particular location again. Our money is good anywhere. I just think it stinks that were just getting to the point where we can dine out again after over a year of the pandemic and we have sour apples like Dante spoiling it for us. Shame on you!!! Btw we still left a 20% tip which he definitely didnt deserve!!!!
Huge portions but limited menu although it was lunchtime. I ordered the Stuffed Shells that came with marinara and alfredo sauce. They thought it was strange I only wanted marinara sauce. The thought of the two sauces on one dish, I felt was not very tasty and so did the rest of my party.
Considering the area that this is located in, my experience was kind of a let down. Our server was good with bringing refills but failed to bring out more sauce or salt when we asked and never got it when we got boxes as well. There were employees just kind of hanging around and chatting out front in the bar area. Gives off a very unprofessional atmosphere. At other olive gardens its always been a pleasant experience with good upscale service for a reasonable price. Unfortunately this location isnt held to the same standard that other restaurants in the area are or even other olive gardens.
Had my anniversary here this evening, and my server Tommy was absolutely wonderful and super quick. I much appreciate the hosts and hostesses complimenting my outfit when we came in, the two boys were super sweet especially (didnt catch their names, sorry) and very cheerful taking me to my seat.there was a small issue with the bill because i was initially confused by the ordering device, but Tommy was on top of it and got it fixed right away. He was very personable and double masked, which as someone with healh issues, I appreciated so much. Oh, and one of the older lady bussers also complimented me, she had very beautiful green nails.Overall I had a wonderful night, Ive never had such a smooth and chill time at a restaurant. Will be coming back for sure!
Worst Olive Garden Experience ever! Screaming kids, rude parents, the person who brought out the food didnt know what the dishes were. The staff and Management never asked the loud family to try and keep it down or said sorry. Just need to remember that Carrabas is down the road.
A little shady Olive Garden. I know restaurants are hurting after the last year but this is low. Please don’t have your waiters offer dipping sauce to go with breadsticks and then hit your customer with a $3.99 charge. You also upcharged us for Alfredo with my Chicken Parmigiana. That has never happened before. Our waiter was good and the food was tasty. We will probably go back but we’ll be cognizant of the hidden fees.
Food was great. Picked up my order. When I got there my order had not been entered in their system... waited a total of 45 min. No explanation. No credit. I did get a thank you. The greeters were attentive. Something you dont always set these days as the young kids are usually looking at there phones or busy talking to each other.
Food was good as always and our server Lauren was excellent. Unlimited soup, salad and breaks ticks is probably annoying for a server, but she was very patient and humored our toddler with all the conversation she was trying to make with her everytime she saw her. Lauren is the only reason I wanted to write the review, loved her.
I must say that I was very happy with todays experience. The food was good. Service was good. It was only 11.30 and they were already busy. But our server was on top of things. Add to that there were 5 of us with separate checksShe never batted an eye. Wish I knew her name. I served for 19 years. I understand. She did great
We had a great time during our most recent visit. The food was delicious. Our server stopped by our table frequently to check on us. The food was brought out quickly, almost too quickly, we hadnt had enough time to finish our salad. I tried a watermelon margarita which was quite good. I definitely recommend one or two.
Food was good, as was the server; however, the wait was long despite calling ahead and after being seated, it took some time to get our meals. While we didnt have to wait an hour, just making the point that Id rather be told its going to be an hour and only have to wait 30 minutes than be told its going to be 30 minutes and have to wait an hour.We had show tickets that evening and we were up front about our schedule when we arrived. We made it to our show on time, but barely. We didnt get in and out of there in the time we were told wouldnt be a problem.Other than that, the food was good, plentiful, and the waiters were courteous, informative, and professional.
Best one we’ve been to! Our server was so nice and accommodating. The food was terrific and portions were none stop! Endless soup and salad is a fantastic way to go if you’re looks for quality and cost! Actually going there again very soon! OGIR is one of my top three choices for this type of dinning. The place is clean and the climate was spot on. Restrooms were very well maintained. Did I mention there was no wait? ❤️
The food was reliably fine. The place, however, was not clean or orderly at all. Lots of servers sitting around and hanging out. We had to wait for them to clean a table when there were plenty of tables open. Why werent those tables bussed already? Did EVERYONE get up and leave at once? Why werent those servers cleaning up? The place wasnt busy at all. It was an hour before close. There were maybe 6 tables taken. Most were finishing up. I dont know why our server forgot our breadsticks or the two dipping sauces we ordered. I dont know why he took so long to get to our table in the first place. I would understand if they were busy- I know its the holiday season.I hope that Olive Garden gets its act together. I dont expect much when I go there, but I do expect better than what we got.
Update please read till the end of post.I am normally very happy when I go to Olive Garden but the server we had was not the best. He came and took our drink order and then brought them and then took our meal order and at this time I asked him for extra napkins. After he left we didnt see him until after I talked to a manager, and I only did that because we need refills on our drinks and our server was no where to be found. Now I gave them three stars only because a young man who appeared the be the kitchen manager came out and offered us a free dessert. We didnt take the free dessert for two reasons, one we was full and two because I didnt make a complaint to get free food I didnt it because if the manager doesnt know about a problem then they cant fix the problem. The food was good as normal. As you can see I was contacted by someone from their corporate office and I emailed them our experience per their request. Not long after sending an email to them about our dinning that evening they sent me a gift card. Now I will state this again I didnt go to the manager or make this post to get something in return. The only reason I told the manager is so they could fix the problem and the post is to let others know what they might have to expect when dinning at this restaurant.
I went with friends and family to celebrate my birthday. Had an absolutely wonderful meal. Our server was so friendly. She made sure all our drinks were full all the time, made sure all the salads, soups, and never ending pasta were refilled. Food came out in a timely manner. All hot and fresh tasting. Will return here for many more holidays.
My family is a bunch of Garden fanatics, so weve visited quite a few locations over the years. This location has to be one of the best weve experienced! I dont typically give out many 5 stars, but I have to in this case. We felt welcome from walking in the door til the time we left. The personnel here are great! It was a snowy night and there was a rush, but everyone was wearing smiles. Our server was, quite frankly, perfect. The food came out timely and hot, so delicious! About the only thing I could warn about would be location if youre not familiar with the area. You can see the restaurant from the main road but you have to take an access road in the rear to get to the parking lot. Highly recommend! And dont fill up on the breadsticks!
We had an amazing experience at this olive garden. Wonderful food but even better was the service. Our waiter Drew was very polite, friendly, courteous, and was always one step ahead. He even went as far to box our food for us which was very unexpected. He was great and we will definatly be back. 😊❤👍
This place is fine. The food has always been decent. The service can be hit or miss but compared to other chains like this, Ive never been disappointed in my waiter here. The tables are too small, especially when theres salad, breadsticks and an appetizer. The suggested wine pairings have always been good. The beer selection is boring, though; it seems like different brands just trying to make the same beer. Overall, it could be better, but it could be worse, too.
I have eaten at this place hundreds of times over the course of my 3.1 decade (and counting) life journey. I cannot recall ever being dissatisfied, or anything less than superbly pleased with the entire meal experience. Everything from the servers being friendly, knowledgeable and just amazing to every dish Ive ever eaten being exquisite and very filling... with plenty to take home and have for leftovers. The only thing that I noticed about this visit is that it seems like the portions have shrank/diminished by a very noticeable amount. I understand that this is probably what they do in order to keep the prices from going up and thats understandable, reasonable, and certainly fine by me. I just hope they dont shrink too much, I have always enjoyed my Olive Garden leftovers!!!
The food and setting was great but our server was greater. She made sure glasses and cups were always topped off, that the food met or exceeded our expectations, and was someone I found difficult not to ask her to sit with us and share our meal. This particular Olive Garden is about 25 miles from where I live but Id make the drive for the service I received. They closed at 11pm, we showed up about 10:30pm but you wouldnt have known they were prepping to close. Our server made us feel that we were the only patrons. The tip wasnt near the value that she made us feel m
Normally, I give this place 5 stars, but it took an hour for my eggplant parmesan to come at lunch today. It was not done to my specifications, and then they charged the dinner price instead of the lunch price. The server was great. Everything else was great. But now, I have to put my lunch under the broiler to cook the cheese well-done, which is what I requested. So, it will probably be lunch tomorrow or Sunday instead of today.
When I asked for my items first which was soup and salad, waitress rudely told me I had to wait until the other person was serviced. Which is ridiculously. We had a kid with us and the waitress charged us adult meal prices for a kid. Restroom doors wouldnt shut or lock. The waitress was Ashlynn was very very rude
The food was delicious and they went above and beyond to make my drink perfect. Was very satisfied with my server and dining experience. Up until the very end when I asked a group of chatty Cathy servers standing in a group at the front for take-home breadsticks, just to be told Ill get charged on them. No thanks! Other than that, wonderful time!
This was the worst 😭 experience EVER. The waitress behaved as though she didnt want to serve us. Every time I asked a question, she had to walk away to find the answer. The food was Horrible 😭 and until that experience, olive garden was good. The waiter Brandon did such a great job for his table that if I were to return I would specifically ask for him. My food tasted burnt and I asked for a salad without Italian dressing and she brought back salad with ranch on the side. Horrible experience.
When say we had a ball we had just that after leaving Chili’s because of service related issues. Our Server Kiara was definitely the life of the party and made us all feel very comfortable even helped us with a few tricks on the menu with al of our picky eaters. We are a family of 7 2 adults and 5 children under 7 she knew just what to do with everyone and we definitely left there satisfied and full. We will definitely be back and will be requesting her service for sure.
We arrived at the peak of lunch hour so service was a little slow but that is simply a timing issue. Our server was delightful and answered questions knowingly. My favorite dish is the lasagna--the meat sauce cant be beat--but the never-ending salad is a winner as well. A solid favorite!
I can get big and better portions at mom and pop shops with more authentic flavor and less overwhelmed staff. We had a party of 10 and the waiter seemed way over his head. I feel like olive garden isnt the place to try out you first waiting gig because of the price you pay. Ive never had a seamless experience at the olive garden anyways. I prefer the one on sawmill. Always had great, helpful, dependable service there.
Went a little later than usual. Didnt have to wait for a seat, or the food. As always the food was terrific, They have the special where you can pay $3 more for like 5 different entrees and get unlimited, and thats always good to take home for lunch the next day. They have a few new menu items. I tried the dessert cannolis, and I really didnt care for them. Maybe if I went at an earlier time, I would have liked them better.
I was extremely disappointed in the quality if the food received tonight. My wife and I both ordered 5 cheese ziti and it was awful. A bunch of pasta with very little sauce and absolutely no flavor. I added grilled chicken to mine for an extra $3.50 and got a whopping 3 little dried out strips. $36 total bill for two bowls of flavorless noodles. I will not be visiting location again
We were a large group, so we were treated to a more private seating area, which was very comfortable, since we were all together, didnt have to worry about anyone who needed to get around us or listen to each other over other conversations. The food is delicious! The salad is excellent, the chicken and gnocchi soup is absolutely delicious, and their new dish, zoodles with Zucchini pasta, is a great choice! Our waitress was professional, sensitive to our needs, quick service, and the evening was memorable.
Great selection of dinners to choose from. A well organized staff to keep up with the pace of hungry customers. Despite a busy Saturday night they managed to seat people as quickly as possible and get their orders to them within a reasonable time period. Two thumbs up for this Olive Garden! 😎
Unexpectedly spectacular service. Being part of a large family Im used to long wait times for seating and similar waits for the food, not this time though. Once our group of 11 had ordered their meals, it was incredibly quickly that our food was finished and presented to us. Great service without skimping on the presentation, it was a great experience.
What can I say? I LOVE FOOD! Olive Garden, no matter where I go, is very good; albeit a little pricey. Great selection of appetizers, entrees, and meal deals, make this a wonderful place for a family and friends feast! The quality is never in question; served piping hot and delicious! With Olive Gardens famed ENDLESS SALAD and BREADSTICKS; if you go home hungry, its your own fault! Beer, drafts, wines, mixers, and desserts round out any meal...so ENJOY! Dont forget to tip your amazing server!!
OG is consistently tasty and this location is no exception. Although it seems strand to refer to salad as signature, it seems appropriate as it is one of the reasons I like OG. The food always tastes fresh especially with lots of shredded Romano cheese on top. Service is excellent at this location and they take it seriouly. Be sure to try the Zeppoli (Italian donuts)!
Olive Garden is one of my favorite places to eat. The menu is outstanding. The food is consistently good and portions are generous. Love the salad a d bread sticks which are complimentary with entree purchase. We often get our order to go and the quality is always great
Our server, Whitney, was awesome. The food was very good as you would expect from an Olive Garden. Restaurant was clean and neat, and parking was readily available. The general staff worked as a team to provide diners with the best service. This is what stood out to me.
People have been complaining about olive garden in different places, some have new employees learning the ropes be try to be patient. The service we had was great and the food was delicious and hot fresh bread too, to the young man they had singing Happy birthday that was amazing and you havent met your calling yet. Thank you all
Food and service was excellent. However the restaurant was dirty. Sat and watched staff half clean a table and floor around it. Watched her NOT sweep the floor under the table. There was milk or something all over the chair legs. Also I was pretty sure there was a sour smell all through the restaurant.
Not a good night at the garden. Hosts suggested bar seating. Ok but too many tables for the bartender. And then a family, a family of 7 sits at the bar. 4 kids under 6 at the bar sitting on bar stools. Family dinner, at the bar at 8 pm?? Unlimited salad, not this night, no service. :-( Food was good.
I got some food to go, so I dont have have anything to say about that yet. But, I love the dedicated to go parking spaces. It makes carry out easy. Also, I placed my order and I bet it wasnt five or six minutes before I was walking out with my order. They were super busy, so service tgat fast was well beyond my expectations. Really friendly staff, too. Great job!
Initial greeting was cordial. Table service was a bit slow and the place was not packed. removed a star because they have signs to wear masks to prevent covid but after you sit (since you can remove them) i saw people walk around past employees to go outside for a call or greet people and go back in past other customers without masks and not being told to please wear them
Ive been to quite a few Olive Gardens, and theyre pretty much all the same. But I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with the staff here. I was part of a school group of 22 people, and came in for lunch. As a server, I believe the servers here were flawless. They consistently kept up with refills, salad, soup, bread and had great attitudes. Quite a few of the students are vegetarians and vegans, no dairy, nut allergies, etc. And everything came out shift and correctly. Im not from the area, but just based on the service, I would come back if I was.
Staff is always fun and helpful.Facility is clean and decor is very rustic and inviting.Restrooms are clean and never creepy.Food is mediocre... Very bland Italian American palette. Great place to go and get decent priced high quality chef Boyarde style foods. Thanks for the experience, appreciate you guys!
Food was good, server was nice, the food took a little bit longer than normal to be served. The real problem was when we were seated we sat underneath an air conditioning duct and my kids were freezing, when asked to be seated at another table they acted like it would be a big hassle and we would have to wait longer even though half of the restaurant was empty. This is a service industry I think they need to remember who pays the bills. Its all about customer service.
My family and I come in for dinner around 9pm and was seated shortly after. We sat at our table for 10-15 minutes and no waiter comes to greet us. They were not busy and there was plenty of waiters hanging out in the front. I went to the hostess and ask where our waiter was. They advise me they will assign one to us. Wait another 5-10 minutes and nobody shows up. I go up to the front again and ask the hostess and she says she going to get me one right now. Ok so I go and sit down. Another 5 min goes by and still no waiter. At this point I’m irritated so my family and I just get up and leave. Waited nearly 25-30 minutes at our table with no service and everybody else around us being served. Never had a poor experience like this at Olive Garden. Not sure what was going on tonight. But definitely left not feeling welcome. Probably just stick with Brio in Polaris for Italian food. Never had service issue at Brio.
Horrible experience, rude management waiting over 2 hours. Tried multiple times to arrange a large party event and Olive Garden failed to accommodate the party. We arrived early as instructed by the wait staff and was waiting for a party to finish up that was having a birthday party. They were there for over 4 hours and this locations policy is that they will never ask a party to leave very admirable policy however if you have a party that is just not leaving you need to ask them to leave. Especially over a busy weekend! If I could I would rate this location no stars.
Love to eat here, but the service that we received yesterday was one of the worse!!!!. We asked for water while we read the menu. The attitude of the waiter was poor. To make a long story short, we never were asked if we wanted something else/wine to drink, never asked if we wanted more salad/dessert or anything else. She asked how we were going to pay and we said credit card, she pushed the card payment instrument towards the middle of the table, and never came back. Will not be going back to this location ever.... and I have not even mentioned the food. Not even thank you for coming. Very poor service!!!!!!

2022-01-245 stars just isn’t enough! Our server was Willie, and he 100% made our week! My fiancé’s mom had just passed away and last night was her funeral. We went out to eat to get our minds off of things and Willie was just SO nice! He went above and beyond to make our visit to this Olive Garden worth it. We will definitely be frequenting this Olive Garden more often! The food was immaculate, the service was amazing, and we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you for making our night Willie! ❤️ We appreciate everything you did for us.

2022-04-05Delicious salad and bread sticks. Being able to take home leftovers is always a plus! Got both the cheese stuffed shells and chicken parmesan. Both delicious. Pretty fast service with a little bit of wait, approximately 15 minutes or so.

2022-01-28Ideally I try not to get into eating pasta outdoors and I gave this a chance, I must say they delivered on every dish served. I would recommend olive garden for any form of outing your would want to have.

2022-03-26Our experience was phenomenal! The food was hot and fresh, but also FAST! The service was attentive and proactive. We came in for a quick lunch, just soup and salad, but our server did a great job of up-selling their newest dessert. Im not mad about it either! That strawberry cake item was delicious and Ill be ordering it again. Well done everybody.

2022-05-07Ive been going to this restaurant for a couple decades. I had not been to it since 2019. Today, the employees that I spoke to were nice. There was nothing wrong with the service. The food was gross. The salad was not good quality. The noodles were not tasty. The meat looked very gross. They need to increase the quality of what they are buying. This restaurant is equal to or even worse than fast food places in 2022, but it is more expensive. The two stars are an average between the server being nice (5 stars) and the food buyer sending bad products to this store (1 star - for food price compared to quality).
