Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in other cities:
We had the chicken and shrimp carbonara. Absolutely delicious! I ordered 5 $5 entrees to go. I assumed the take home entrees were correct and did not look in bag. Big mistake. Only received 4 entrees. 2 spaghettis I ordered with meatballs and was charged extra for meatballs. No meatballs. A total of $15 stolen from us us.
You cant really ever go wrong with Olive Garden. The food is always good and salad and breadsticks keep me coming back. 😋 This location in particular is in an odd spot now with all of the construction but the service is still up to par. 🚧 I recommend calling when you are on your way to avoid the lunch/dinner rush. 🍽
Ive only been to an Olive Garden once in my life years ago. My daughter picked this place for her birthday dinner. I wasnt expecting anything spectacular because my only other visit (different location/area) wasnt memorable. I was pleasantly surprised though...blown away by the shrimp and chicken carbonara. First time Id ever tried it (Waiter suggested) and itll definitely be my go to during future visits. The chicken wasnt overcooked, very tender with a melt in your mouth crust. The sauce with the bacon and red peppers were all top notch and just delicious. I wasnt crazy about the marinara and breadsticks, they were a bit plain, but everything else was great. Meatballs were good as well. Our waiter (wish I wouldve gotten his name) was friendly and attentive. Decor was nice. Huge portions. Just impressed overall. My daughter is very unique in the way she dresses, so we got a lot of stares from other customers, but the waiter and staff didnt bat an eye. Thank you for a great experience on my daughters special day.
Very poor service, well kinda. Sat 15 minutes and no server, while everyone around was getting service. A table was seated across from us, and got service within 3 minutes. We asked about a server, and was told to hold on. We left and went to the Polaris location. Saw a server within 3 minutes.
We had a large party and the service was poor. The main server felt the need to tell us we didn’t have to go to the bar but forgot drinks that were ordered. When food orders were taken they didn’t note who ordered what so she yelled out the order and aggressively asked or cheese was needed. They cleared the table as we were eating and didn’t do it before they bought our food. The lettuce in the salad was brown, chicken was left out of the entree . Terrible poor experience!
The staff was very good and friendly , bar orders were slow. The eggplant parmesan I give no stars. I have eaten this dish since I can remember one of my favs. Eggplant was cut like tomato slices and only 4 small pieces. No taste. Spaghetti is all about the sauce. Noone will ever compete with Ninni or Nonna but this was on par with chef boyardee. Bad night, or another restaurant gone bad. Havent been in about 6 years may never return. Salad and bread on point though...
Been here a few times, just a regular olive garden, but this location doesnt allow open seating at the bar anymore because of covid despite never having had this policy before or requiring masks (the date is feb 22, 2022). there were two people at the bar about 7 or 8 chairs available. i was told i would have to wait until the bartender was comfortable with less people despite him telling me to see the hostess. the team of hostesses told me he didnt want to serve too many people including the dining room which was about half full. oddly enough, the restaurant was very slow at 7:00 pm with nobody waiting. Ive never seen this bartender before so maybe hes new? the other bartender is a very nice person who talks about hockey all the time and hes the only one ive ever seen. either way, theres plenty of other good places with open seating in Gahanna. Id recommend long horn next door or hop on over to stone Ridge plaza for plenty of better choices.
Havent been to an Olive Garden in a year plus blue to being out of area. Our return was not great. Some service was good and the food was good but our wait for a table was poor. Bar did not ask us about service for the 30+ minute wait and my wife and I were general ignored. Again, table service was good and the food was up to Olive Garden expectations.
Absolutely freezing air blowing on us the entire time, server was very Eeyore like. Just kinda meandered through. My daughters drink was wrong but she was thirsty so we just dealt with it. Our app came out less than 2 minutes after ordering it (calamari), but was nowhere near tender like it usually is (mustve sat forever under the salamander) and yet was out in 2 minutes. No bread came out with the app and my child just wanted a breadatick to munch on then 15 minutes later came our bread and salad. 15 minutes more and our soup and entrées came. Took 10 minutes for my empty glass to be filled. Never asked how our food was. Came back only once to see if we wanted more soup. When I received another bowl of soup: chicken and gnocchi there was not ONE gnocchi in the entire bowl. Couldnt say anything because we never saw the server again. Server NEVER brought the check... After 15+ minutes I was forced to use the self pay machine on the table. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST OG SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!! Will never go to that location EVER again.
Fantastic food, excellent service. We stopped going to Olive garden several years ago simply because we hated the hassle of dealing with crowds and the prices were not in line with the amount of food being served. However Im glad I came back today, the food was excellent the server was top-notch. We will be back.
Love the Curbside especially Lunch. Great soup. Love the Minestrone and Pasta E Fagioli soup. Great variety to get curbside food during the unending pandemic. A couple of lunch entrees like Shrimp Scampi and Salad and Eggplant Parm and Pasta with Minestrone Soup with breadsticks makes for happy home food dining. It is such a great price, make sure to get two lunch entrees with soup or salad and breadsticks.
Just your usual Olive Garden... Nothing really sticks out bad or great. Unfortunately the chain has gone down hill. Quality was mediocre at best. Ordered endless soup and salad, soup was lukewarm and salad wasnt dressed (not even floating around in the bottom), breadsticks were either reheated from the day before or over baked. Our server was friendly and attentive. I wouldnt recommend checking this place out. Honestly there are some AMAZING recipes online that are super affordable to make at home and you can easily purchase Olive Garden dressing straight from your local grocery store. Just avoid this place/chain.
We may have had a new server. We got right in. He took a while to come back to get our order, he brought salad but no plate or bread. When the food finally came out we got the plates for the salad as he brought the food. He took the food back and said he would have them recook it but it was the same food. In the end the food was good but the service was struggling.
I dont think I ever planned on writing a review for a chain (you typically know what to expect), but I was really surprised by the staff and service. Our hostess, Pat, was funny and nice. Our waiter, Drew, kept it going. Would hire both if I ever started a restaurant. Was a fantastic experience.
What an amazing location. I haven’t seen a restaurant ran this well since the days before COVID. They had amazing staff who greeted and opened the door for us once we arrived. We got a fantastic server who was extremely attentive and great with our kids. People were even bussing tables immediately after a parties got up. I truly felt like we were in a land of make believe. We will be back for sure.
Stopped in just to get a meal so we could get some energy to do our Christmas shopping our waitress was very good her name was Emily definitely have to give her a shout out she was giving you what you need it before you needed it we had the Alfredo that was perfect the soup was very Hardy and hot today which was great because its a cold rainy day is the one restaurant I can go to and Im never disappointed with my meal
Omg! Don’t sleep on Olive Garden 🤣 I don’t usually eat here, but since I with a few friends we decided to stop in for bite. 45 min wait but worth it. Say a few jokes in the car an boom, like magic, we was at the table 🤣 I had the seafood Alfredo with the chowder soup I believe.. it was pretty darn good.. in fact my entire experience here was great. They kept bringing us bread sticks 👅 shii was 🔥🔥🔥
Place was good. Server was fantastic. Although the older woman who hangs by the greeter is a little rude. You could tell it bothered here that we were a large party. My wife and I plus our 6 kids. Yes we are a handful, but we are courteous and good tippers. She said under her breath in a not so friendly tone to the hostess to tell us we had to wait at least ten minutes... meanwhile there were several unoccupied large tables. Thank goodness for our great server.
Nice visit overall, we were seated fairly quickly. Our server was definitely busy, I ordered a rum drink and was brought a margaritas that tasted like tequila and dishwater, switched drinks a few times during dinner trying to find one that was good, failed miserably. Fortunately the food was pretty good and despite the hiccups with drinks it was a pleasant experience.
I had ordered a huge family order from this location for pickup and I cant say enough for how quickly it was prepared and how it was brought to the car by the kind employees and that it was all hot when I got home. The salad was great as usual and had all of the accessories and the items needed with no complaints. Just a spectacular job. Would do take out here again.
I live 2 hours from Columbus, and was in the area because I just went to Carmax to purchase my new vehicle. It was lunch time, and my son loves Olive Garden so we went to this location. We got confused getting there cause of course the GPS failed us then we couldnt just cut across from where we did accidentally turn cause of the construction. So the headache I already had from the long drive got worse. We finally made it in and got seated. First thing I noticed was that the exterior of the restaurant looked modern, but the decor on the inside was outdated. The curtains and wallpaper looked fairly old and the booths did also and had some stains. However, that was just an observation I made and didnt use that to necessarily rate the restaurant. I know it isnt staffs fault that the decor looked outdated. Anyway, when I do eat at Olive Garden, I go to the one in Zanesville. So Im used to large booths and lots of room (Zanesville location has modern decor and has a classier feel to it). I was a little caught odd guard when we sat at a small booth that was really only comfortable for 2 people (there were 3 of us). Usually I have plenty of room beside me for my purse and jacket, but with my son beside me and all of my things, my butt was falling off of the end of the booth. I asked if we could have a bigger booth, and found out they only have less than a handful of bigger booths. But we moved ourselves to a half moon shape booth...so much better! After we sat down, I noticed that the floor felt super slippery, so I looked underneath and there was a huge puddle of standing water. I hope it was from mopping and there wasnt a leak somewhere. When I went to the bathroom, there were also large puddles of water so I think they just left too much excess water when they mopped. Anyway, our server was so nice and accommodating. The food was really good as well so no complaints on that. The salad was the best Ive ever had at an Olive Garden. I dont know what he did but it was delicious! Sometimes they dont put enough dressing on and it lacks flavor but he put enough and it was so good! I left a $10 tip cause I felt he did an outstanding job. I would only return to this particular Olive Garden if I took another trip to this side of Columbus for a specific reason. I avoid coming to Easton cause 270 is a hot mess, and I hate the roundabouts on Morse cause they confuse the heck out of me (Im from a very small area so driving in cities is nerve wracking). Gave it 4/5 stars just cause of the lack of big booths and the huge puddles of water randomly on the floor. Hopefully one day they will get it approved to get it remodeled cause I think it would really boost the look and feel of the whole Italian dining experience!
Terrible customer service. We came in late to be fair we called first. They said we take people till 11. We got to here at 10:24. They basically rushed us. Multiple waiters came to us like are you done yet. Are you gonna get any of this or can we put it away. Will you want more drinks. Interrupted every conversation we attempted. It was the worst Olive Garden experience we ever had and it was our date night since we rarely go out without the kids. O well
I believe Niguel served my family and partner the night we went. He kept my mother happy with bread sticks and entertained all of our terrible southern jokes. The food was amazing as always and a very clean location. The host are always friendly as soon as you walk in the door and eager to feed ya.
The wait time I was given to be seated was 45 min but they actually didn’t seat us until about and hour. Once I got in I noticed there were plenty of empty tables so I didn’t quite understand the reason for the wait. Maybe not enough waiters. I will say that everything I ordered tasted great and our waiter did a good job.
My friend & I had a horrible day @ work and decided we needed dinner out. We didnt even think about it being 5pm on a Fri until we started calling around for reservations. Olive Garden had no wait and the food was hot. Lex was amazing; upbeat and attentive, but not hovering. I could tell she was busy with a lot of tables, but she still managed to make us feel like we were her only customers. The day might have sucked, but Lex sure made out night.
We ordered online food for a birthday party to be picked up latter in the day. When I arrived at the time, a very nice young lady with a smile on her face check my order and promptly brought it to my car and place it in the truck. I left and upon arrival at home the restaurant manager called me and asked me to verify if the lasagna was there. I told him that I did not have a chance to check yet but quickly opened all trays and sure it was not here with me. He apologized and quickly offered a free delivery to my house where the part was already starting. In 15 minuted a super nice lady with a smile on her face rang the bell and starting with an apology for the mistake handed over the bag along with a gift. Totally awesome experience and outstanding customer service. We visit regularly this location for celebrations, or we order for events to take home. The service and food quality is always top notch and consistent! The staff is always friendly. Thank you! We will be back soon.
My Wife and I decided to eat an early dinner here. My Wife fancied some spaghetti and we were unable to prepare it at home due to a neighborhood natural gas line problem. The Salad was fresh and the bread sticks tasty. I am on a diet so ordered the Minestrone soup for my meal. My Wife had the spaghetti with meat sauce. The server was very upbeat and attentive, keeping drinks filled and offering more bread sticks and dessert suggestions. My Wife said the spaghetti was excellent and my two bowls of minestrone soup were also great. The checkout was table side with the small credit card device with an easily viewed color display and touch screen. All and all a great dining experience. Masks were properly worn by staff at all times while we were there.
This Olive Garden location is too notch. I have never had a disappointing experience here. The front end is always very well staffed. The servers are professional, friendly and accurate. This location does get very busy, so plan accordingly during busier dinner times.Highly recommend!
One of the best experiences we have ever had. We are on vacation from Traverse City Michigan and go to our olive garden there alot . This one blows that one out of the water. Tc olive garden take notes. Their customer service and food quality is hands down the best ever.
Easily the best Olive Garden in the state. All of the staff are extremely friendly and attentative. Food comes out fast and hot every time I have been. It always tastes good as well. Id say one down side is they could do a little better on being clean, sometimes the tables are slightly dirty. However, I wouldnt say they are any more dirty than any other restaurant you would eat at. I definitely recommend this location as you as a customer are treated well and taken seriously. I go hear about once a week to this very location.
We had two curbside orders for soups and salads. I think the food was as good as it could be for a pickup order. The process itself from ordering to having our food was seamless and easy. I would recommend this one on N. HAMILTON to anyone who likes Olive Garden. My sister is crazy for the salads, so I treated her to dinner and I was grateful for the easy experience even though it was Friday during dinner hours!
The food was great, excellent portions. Today is my daughters birthday, I wanted to make her feel special. I called ahead to see if they sing happy birthday, the lady said they did and for me to let the hostess know and they would tell my server. Once we were seated, I stepped away and went to the hostess stand. I explained that it was my daughters birthday and told them which dessert menu she would like. The hostess and the manager assured me they would take care of it. Once we finished our meals, our server asked if we wanted dessert. My husband said, well, its her birthday, so she can pick what she wants. My server wished her a happy birthday and took her order. The waitress knew nothing about it. Lack of communication foresure, but other than that, it was overall good.
We are from Warren, Ohio and always go to the niles olive garden and the food and service is always amazing. The food was still good just not as good as usual. The waitress was very nice , came around often but we didnt get any Andes mints :( because we paid with the thing on the table and she never came back around
Brought our daughter in for a late dinner last night and completely wasted $75.00! We love Olive Garden and frequent often but this is the second time at this location and have been disappointed both times. When we first arrived we thought it was going to be a great experience as we could see they werent really busy and the hostess who sat us was super friendly. Our waitress came and kind of rushed us through our drink order and brought our drinks quickly and we ordered. She brought our salad and bread sticks and she brought out several drink refills but kept leaving the empty cups on the table. When our food arrived we had neatly stacked our salad bowls and the used cups at the edge of our table but yet she did not remove them even after delivering our entrees. So with their being three of us we had a table full of 9 empty cups plus 3 full ones, 3 empty salad bowls, a large bowl of salad. My husband and I both ordered the endless stuffed pasta so when it came time to get our second servings we had the original bowls and everything else Ive listed on the table. At this point we are just ready to go so we went to pay our tab but the kiosk on the table that our server just told us worked fine did not and had to wait for her to come check on us to see that it didnt work. She was friendly which was great but a poor server and unfortunately we will be traveling farther from home to go to Olive Garden next time. Our last experience was about the exact same as well which is why I decided to leave the review same treatment two different times two different servers really shows the standard for a place. Wish it would of been better.
All good stuff...! I tried the Italian margarita. Different perspective on a margarita; it was good but not what I expect for a margarita so.... probably wont get another one.. 😆...Tried the new chicken.marsala; most excellent, with good amount of mushrooms and perfectly breaded. Yum!
My friend and I visited this location for our first time Saturday 11/14/20 safe to say our first and last visit. From start to end they got nothing right. We were sat and the floor was filthy food everywhere we had to ask multiple times for someone to remove all the food on the ground from under our table. Then a table of 4 was say directly next to me not 6 feet away. If i reached my arm out i could touch them and I’m 5 foot 3. They got my friends order wrong had to be taken back, my pasta had little to no sauce. My cup had food on it that had to be switched out. Our plates had chunks of ice on them. Talk about terrible experience. The sever was polite and apologetic about it all but very disappointing.
If I could give this place half a star I would. They messed up my order, then got an attitude with me and tried to charge me when they messed up. The Manager April rudely swung the food back in forth(very childlike and who would want to eat that after you treated my food that way). The waitress was very sweet, thats the only good thing. As much as I love this place,They will never get my service, time or money again.
Amazing experience having dinner. Our waiter, Brian, was exceptional and very friendly. Our meals were delayed because they werent wanting us to get imperfect dishes (salmon was just slightly overdone I guess) so they remade both our dishes. The manager, Eric, was very nice explaining what happened ( we had no idea) and offered to make it up to us for our longer wait.Very clean and beautiful restaurant.
Great food at great prices!! Our server was amazing!! She came to check on us several times throughout our meal and brought us drink refills before our first glass was empty, which was so nice! I have noticed that the prices at Olive Garden have not sky rocketed like other places over the years. They have amazing food and fair pricing. They also have the best iced tea in my opinion. I got the peach bellini tea and loved it! My son and I ordered the buy one take one dinners. These are only about 12.99 and you get a full portion of the meal you choose to take home. So we had lunch the next day on the same ticket!! Also when we arrived there was a wait. They said 20 minutes but seated us well under 10 minutes of waiting. I would recommend this Olive Garden to anyone!
The food was good. The wait staff was polite & friendly. Appetizer came out quickly. Food was hot, well prepared and well presented. Im only giving 4 stars because the restaurant was under staffed tonight. Our poor waitperson was running to keep up. And the kitchen was sending orders out without everything or out or order.
My husband and I had an absolutely amazing experience tonight. We were waited on by Jacob (with the great beard) he was the best server ever!!! We come here often and this was by far the best service we’ve had!! I hope he can get a raise or at least a reward for being such a great server and giving such great service! I would recommend this location to anyone!
It was I and my cousins first time dining out since before the quarantine. I have to admit we were a little nervous for obvious reasons. They havent made mask yet that you can eat & drink through while staying protected. They hand you a paper menu & your silverware wrapped in a black linen napkin at the front station. The hostess wipes down the table top credit card payment portal upon showing you to your table. There was distance seating, all the staff wore mask and some wore gloves. Oops! Someone forgot about the people with latex allergies. It was so hot & humid today, I just ordered shrimp scampi frittas, calamari appetizers & salad as my entree. My cousin ordered shrimp scampi. For refreshments, I had raspberry lemonade & my cousin had peach tea & we both had ice water on the side. The bread sticks werent baked evenly & didnt look appealing, so I didnt eat and my cousin only took a few bites of one. Some of the calamari didnt taste the same & the crust was light, so could have cooked just a little bit more. The side sauce was spicy & delicious! The staff was very pleasant. Overall a good meal, nice to dine out and I shall return again.
I went this weekend. I reserved a seat ahead of time but it was still very crowded when I arrived. Initially I wasnt happy about waiting a lot longer than expected. After finally being seated nobody came back for at least 10 minutes. Im even more perturbed but I get that things happen so I flagged down a manager. She was actually very apologetic and pulled a waitress from another area. The manager comp me an appetizer and offered a discount on my bill. I appreciated her response even more than I did the appetizer. Her response to my problem and the attentiveness of the waitress earned them my 5 stars.
I would not normally recommend a chain restaurant like this but the service was so good it made the evening. When dining out, the two things I hate are dining with more than 4 people and big chain restaurants but this was a great experience. I had the tour of Italy which was good. Their salads are always good (that goes without saying). The rest of our party had various dishes and nobody complained. I would stop back based on this visit
This particular spot is perfect. I took my wife here for her 21st birthday. The waiters and waitresses were all very professional and smiling. The food was perfect! We racked up a lovely $40 bar tab and had the most amazing time. Thank you Olive Garden Team for making my wifes birthday Perfect!
The service has been consistently great. The food is good and I love the music they play there. This location in particular is really good for the service that the wait staff provides and I always feel well cared for. They often anticipate my needs, they keep us stocked while somehow maintaining a balance of not over checking on us. I very much enjoying going there and in truth the food, service and atmosphere is better than many restaurants that are much higher in price and that seem to take themselves more seriously than their food.
DELICIOUS 😋 and FANTASTIC!!! Just too expensive for the portion sizes, and the audacity to charge an extra $5 bucks if I want a take-home plate!!!HELLOOOOO, its a pandemic with most peoples work hours cut or laid off from work altogether! Therefore, I choose to either dine here ONLY when craving a pasta dish, which is not often, or just NOT return, for sure... There are other options in the city where I will have change left over for a Sprite!
Regularly visit local franchise, but out of town and hungry. Short wait time for a busy Sunday afternoon. Only downside was the food quality: ordered the steaks medium rare, and both were medium well to well done. Management did order replacement meals, and they were correct.
$56.00 for 3 carry out meals. All 3 meals had barley any sauce on them and my wife had to open a jar of spaghetti sauce to add to two of the meals. The shells in one meal were dried out and chewy. Havent eaten at olive garden in 25 years and the only reason we ate there was because we were given a gift certificate. The quality of the food we received was mediocre to say the least considering that the resaraunt was packed and there were several cars waiting for carry out. Not sure why this particular location has so many good reviews. Apparently to get good food you must eat in.
Awesome service. Great new entrees. Felt bad for the waitress who had to deal with the most aggravating woman, her bratty kids and her elderly mother. She was so rude to the waitress. I would have rated 5 stars if I didnt have to listen to this woman across the aisle being so rude. She even was mean to het own mother just because her mom was cold. If I hadnt had to listen to her complain the whole time, it would have been a more enjoyable dinner experience.
I love this place. Got the app from the Google store and was able to get on the waiting list ahead of time. Walked in on a busy Friday night and was seated immediately. Love the one in Gahanna because if you dont like something, theyll give you something else. If youre not sure about a dish, theyll give you a sample to try. Love it.
Poor Service, my heart goes out to the bartender. Somehow he was serving busy tables and tending the bar alone in the bar area. Through no fault of his own, he was unable to provide adequate service to the tables. The food quality was sub par to boot and we had to ask for one forgotten meal which was delivered more than 20 minutes after the rest of us finally received our food. Unacceptable for customers and terribly unfair to a good employee. Worst Olive Garden experience I have ever had in my life.
No impressed. The breadsticks were dry, like day old bread that was put in the microwave. The lasagna tastes like it was stuffed with corn meal? The chicken parmigiana tastes like it was warned up in a microwave. Three people had to share a salad that was barely enough for 1 person. Getting the servers attention was a task. I remember when the Olive Garden was a treat. Now, Id rather toss frozen food in the microwave. Its cheaper and not as disappointing.I did Express my discontent, but no action was taken by management, so that tells me quality of service is not something this store considers important.
I have drove past this place a million times and today, I decided to give it a try. The minestone soup was delicious and the pinot noir wine Meiomi was superb. The bartender was professional and friendly but not overwhelming. This is my new go to spot, over Smokey bones at easton. THEY EVEN HAVE THE TABLE GAME KIOSK.Ill be back...
Food was good, our waiter was friendly, but other than him, the staff wasnt very welcoming. Received our order over 40 minutes after placing it, not a big deal. Other than our waiter being friendly, we didnt see him much. Felt like we went in on an off day. Next time we go I will make an update to the review.
This is the worse olive garden. This Gahanna location doesnt deserve 1 STAR. If you complain about the food not being cook well your next visit will be worse. They will target you and treat you bad. The photos on my previous reviews speaks for themselves.Todays visit was the worse. I sat at the curbside and called to notify i arrived to pick up my food. I was put on hold and in the meantime i watched the guy deliving the food to other vehicles. I pulled up before another car and he chose to get that vehicle first. I told the employee that I arrived first. He LIED and said he walked up to my vehicle and i wasnt oaying attention. I told him i was watching and that he never came to my vehicle and, he was wrong for skipping me.I went inside to complain. The Manager April lied because she was not outside to see what happened however, she tried to avoid discussing the incident with me by interrupting me several times. April also lied and said the General Manager wasnt there. Doug lied and said the General Manager wasnt there and stated that April does not lie. Apparently, all of them are liars and will not take accountability for their mistakes. You should treat all people no matter the color of their skin or if they complain with respect. If a customer ask for fresh food then, we should get fresh food.Look at previous pictures of bad food and, judge if i was wrong for complaining even when i tell them i dont mind waiting for fresh prepared food as long as it is cooked right.Mike, General Manager was there and did nothing about it. This entire situation couldve been avoided if the guy delivering the food would check with the restaurant to see who was next in line to get their food. Also, April shouldnt take side if doesnt know what happened from both partiesand, the General Managershould be overseeing his employees to make sure theyre doing the job correctly especially during the Holiday.
What exactly are you expecting to read here? That Zuppa is amazing. The Chicken Parm is amazing. The Tiramisu is amazing. Rat pack and jazz to your hearts content. A hundred wines to choose from and those italian ice drinks. The atmosphere is fitting for a cable-tv family restaurant fighting a mob-owned stereotype they most certainly earned in a previous life. Ill never say no to OG.
I think one of the best things I can say about the Olive Garden is that they are consistent at what they do on every visit I have been there. They have the never ending soup or salad option which I usually go with the salad because for some reason I find the salad dressing to be addictive. If they could Elevate the quality of their entrees I would frequent these establishments more often then I do at present.
The food was so so....the host ask us was a bar both and told us just go and sit there and shed follow us with menus. I didnt like that however my fiance did he said he likes that she gave us a choice. My daughter enjoyed her food and so did my fiance. Maybe I was just tired but I wasnt really filling my food. But I did not complain I deam that to be rude people work hard and try so in all it was ok. Hey 2 bets one. So my family enjoyed it so thats all that matters
Just like any other olive garden I have been to. Good food, hoped the waitress visited our table a little more as the times she was not there we always seemed to need a water refill but past that I was pleased. Food quality good, restaurant and restrooms clean and the people were nice and helpful.
Usually, this is our restaurant, however this time is was not a good experience! The waitress looked kinda stressed and out of place, dropped off the appetizer and no plates, no silverware, and disappeared quickly! After about 3-5 minutes later we had to ask another server for utensils!!! She forgot to get my wifes soup entirely and didnt even recommend any desserts... everything seems on rush! Even though the manager came out and asked is everything ok with you, however he couldnt do much!Anyway, we may have to find a new gig for our future outings! Kind of disappointed!!!
The food at this olive garden was very good!! Definitely above average for most olive gardens Ive visited. More importantly, the speed of service here was incredible!!! Also, if you want to sample wine for 25 cents, I saw the severs pouring very generously!! Enjoy my friends !!
Went with my sister, nephew, and BIL after flying out for a medical emergency. Id been traveling all day and they had been at the hospital. It was late, we were starving, and very slap happy. The food was standard Olive Garden fare. I got Chicken Gnocchi soup (a personal favorite), and tried one of their new sauces (creamy mushroom) with my build your own pasta. Really good sauce, and better than their new pesto sauce. What really made the experience fantastic, was our waitress, the marvelous Dionne, who put up with us even though were werent even making sense by that point. Excellent service with a great sense of humor.
We were seated promptly, our server Elli, greeted us with eye contact and a smile. She took the time to go over the specials, and never made us feel rushed. She was friendly, helpful, funny and a dream to have as our server! Olive Garden is lucky to have her!We will be back on a Monday night, in hopes of having her as our server!
The food was great. Our server wasnt anything to write home about. I had to get up and ask for another soda. She never came to our table except once. Thumbs down Olive Garden. Train your servers better. Oh and my boyfriend is in a wheelchair. He has MS. He always requires a little more attention. Wont be back
Today was my 60th Birthday which I celebrated by eating at Olive Garden. The staff was great. The manager was Spectacular, my waitress phenomal. Thank you all for making my day a very special day with good food, great service and treating my family with great all around service.
Visited last night around 8pm, was seated right away as there wasnt much of a crowd. Ordered drinks, appetizer, and dessert to finish off our evening. Food was all wonderful, staff was ok, however.I realize that Olive Garden is one of many restaurants beginning to utilize electronic tablets at the table to show menu items, order, and pay. The issue is that the server would come by and ask what we would like, she would tap it into the tablet with a bit of attitude like she was trying to show us that we could do this ourselves. She did this when we ordered drinks, she did it when we ordered our appetizer, and did it with desserts. If Olive Garden would like us to use the tablet only, I can comply...but then do not send a server over to the table to take our order. I will gladly use the machine from now on and not leave a tip, since there is no reason to tip a machine. You cant have it both ways, Olive Garden, if youre going to send a server to the table, I would expect that they explain how the tablets work and offer the customer a choice between using the standard server experience, or the new automated attendant. If I ask a server to take my order, I would expect that she write it down and enter it into one of the computers near the kitchen, rather than shame me for not using the tablet by typing it in loudly into the tablet.
I was very disappointed in my zoodles primavera with chicken!!! The portion size did not match the price of the dish at all. There was probably 1/3 of a chicken breast in the dish and thats being generous about the amount in it! The basil sauce was not creamy, but more watery. The server took forever to refill our beverages for a table of four.
Felt rushed, we sat down at 8:50p.m. Our waiter was not helpful at all when we asked questions about the menu. Took forever to bring out the breadsticks and salad. Then, he wouldn’t accept my Olive Garden E Club coupon.... he kept saying it wasn’t a legit coupon even thought it was sent from your guys website for a “Free Appetizer or Dessert” with 2 Adult Entrees. I couldn’t pull it up on my email because I didn’t have very good connection... so left Olive Garden to simply go get dessert somewhere else. Told him that and he didn’t even care to try and fix the issue.
Never had a bad meal at any Olive Garden restaurant. Nice atmosphere compared to other Olive Gardens. Prompt seating at 5:30 and service is always good at OG, they seem to have lots of staff. I had the herb grilled salmon. Delicious! Came with a lot of broccoli flowers not big stems. My side was ministroni soup. My sister ordered the lasagna with a salad as her side. They had a deal which you can order a entree to go with the purchase of selected items. The lasagna qualified so we too cheese ravioli home.Just over $37 but we only had water and no dessert.Easy parking and convenient location outside Polaris Mall.
Its Olive Garden--chances are you already know whats here. However, the service at this particular restaurant has always been exemplary, and while the food may be predictable, the staff makes it a pleasant meal no matter when my wife and I go. If youre looking for a safe family place to go, this will do nicely.
Ordered all our meals together and one meal didnt get done until 15 after everyone else had their meals! 1 meal of lasagna was burnt and couldnt be eaten after complaining they did remove the meal from our bill. Our waitress was friendly and very helpful I believe the main problem was the kitchen. Normally we have a good experience at this Olive Garden but tonight was a disappointment.
Used to really love this place... Unfortunately during these tough times they were completely unwilling to accommodate a simple request with their buy one get one deal. Their deal menu had very limited vegetarian options and one of their best vegetarian dishes is their eggplant parm. I simply asked if their chicken parm that was on the deal menu could be substituted for the eggplant parm instead but apparently this was too much to ask for. I wanted to support a local business during this government shutdown but I guess they don’t want the business.
Garden I think is always good. Theyre always friendly and service is very good and the food I mean theres so many different selection that you can choose from. just a nice place to go and its not very expensive at all in fact is relatively inexpensive if youve never gone to Olive Garden . Make sure you look through the whole entire menu
Where shall I start? Before I was even seated, the gentleman who greeted us asked a question, then proceeded to talk to other staff instead of listening to the answer.Next, our table was dirty when we were seated. If thats not bad enough, when the hostess realized this, her reaction was to stand next to the booth, blocking me from sitting down.I have never been blocked from sitting down by the person whose job it is to seat me.She seemed distracted, as if someone was telling at her through an earpiece. Or maybe the noise level made it hard to think.(Our actual waiter, through all this, was not bad, though he seemed distracted by as well at times.)
First time going and I loved it! The whole experience while we was there was relaxed and more then I expected. The food was hot and enjoyable, and the servings was more then I expected. The dining area was so clean and relaxed. Everyone we saw or spoke to was so polite and professional it was a very nice experience.
We met for a good friends birthday dinner, at the Hamilton Rd location. We were quickly seated. We all enjoyed our food. I ordered the Tour of Italy: with shrimp scampi, spinach ravioli. Our server was prompt, considerate and friendly. And of course the birthday girl got her chocolate cake on the house.
So I went to Olive Garden today for lunch and I ordered the lasagna classico! I should of sent it back immediately, but I was with a good friend who I hadn’t seen in a long time & I didn’t want to appear “rude”, but that lasagna was horrible! It was dry and burned in different spots; it was so bad it was probably from the day before or something; but it definitely wasn’t fresh. I was so disappointed! I have ordered it before and never had that problem!
The service is fantastic! The food is to die for 😩. My girlfriend and I went here and the only complaint I really had was how long the wait was. We didnt have reservations so we were ok with the 20-30 minute wait, but apparently they forgot to check us in and we ended up having to wait another 20 minutes.WELL WORTH THE WAIT THOUGH!!!
Our visit was great. The food was xcellent, best salad and bread sticks. Shrimp scampi was delicious and lasagna, the best. Service was xcellent and timely. Even though they were busy, we did not feel rushed at all. The host was very accomodating as my husband is in a motorized wheelchair and I use a walker. He sat us where we had plenty of room. Prices are good.
Dionne did a fantastic job serving us tonight despite having some things go wrong. Everything wouldve been perfect if her co-worker Jeff hadnt interjected himself where he was not needed. Nothing was wrong until he brought us the wrong food after ignoring Dionnes request for her to bring it out herself. He made things very awkward. However, she expressed her apologies and continued to serve us gracefully. Dionne was overall very experienced and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!

2022-07-07Very seldom have I ever had a bad experience at the Olive Garden. First time ever stopping at this location. Their lunch specials are hard to beat. Went with the shrimp scampi. They did raise the price to $10.99, but still a value with unlimited salad and bread sticks. The server Clara was nice and friendly as well.

2022-01-06Easy to find with ample parking this restaurant hits all the right spots. Beautiful clean decor, courteous and attentive staff, and a menu to fit about any taste from steak to chicken to shrimp. Family priced with lunch specials and a nice dessert menu. We took a party of eight in for a birthday celebration and everyone including children found something great.

2021-12-18This Olive Garden is one of the best that I have been to in a long time. The restaurant is well taken care of. The staff is young but very well trained and polite. The food tasted fresh, and was well prepared.

2021-10-25Friendly staff and horrible calamari. It could have just been a bad batch tho. It’s very hard, rubbery and it feels like chewing cardboard; it’s difficult. My favorite thing about this location is how diverse their staff is. It makes me want to come back. It really represents America. Four people stood in front of me at the register; one white, one Muslim, one Black and one Hispanic. I love the diversity. They also have pretty good customer service. Just don’t get the calamari (mine went straight in the trash.) I still encourage a visit for the customer service tho.

2021-12-14Look closely you’ll find the hair,if i could give a 0/5 stars i would. this wasn’t the only hair i found in my food, i found a tiny piece of hair in my food but i assumed it was an eyelash because everyone loses eyelashes but i start to look more and i find that big piece of hair. instantly got sick to my stomach 🤦🏼♀️.not to mention my breadsticks were very very hard like they were sitting out just reheated.

2022-06-19I recently had some amazing customer service at this Olive Garden, probably the best guest experience I’ve had in months. The hostess was very friendly, our server was great, the food came out very quickly and the food was good. We were never waiting for anything and the prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants in Columbus. Solid, reliable, affordable Olive Garden experience. Might start taking advantage of that carry out option too!

2022-01-17Olive Garden is always my goto restaurant. I love pasta and the salad is simple but one of my favorites. This location, Im not a fan of. This time was around the lunch hour. My salad was wilted. My food tasted old but the tea is always amazing. I give three stars because my server had excellent customer service skills. She was very attentive. I didnt have time to wait for a new meal but she was ready to get it right for me.

2022-07-16The service was wonderful. Our server Amariah took excellent care of us. The negative was that nobody was able to tell me what the gluten free pasta was made from. After checking with our server and the kitchen, all we had was that it contains egg. I ended up having to Google the answer. Got off of the Olive garden website. Its made with brown rice flour. Olive garden, this should be on the menu somewhere.
