DO NOT stay @ the budget inn , not only are the rooms NaStY but the owners are SUPER rude , my wife and I had the unpleasant experience of lodging there while we waited for our house to open up and even though our exorbitant weekly payments were prompt the owners were FAR less than friendly. I would literally recommend ANYWHERE and i DO mean ANYWHERE else rather than that bedbug , crackhead , hooker infested establishment.
All rooms are smoking rooms & youll suffocate. I was bicycling across the US & stayed here b/c all hotel rooms in Mansfield were booked due to some kind of motor bicycle event. It was the most ghastly place I have stayed in, including my student days. I should have gone to the Heritage Inn but I had to wash my clothes & this place had a washer/dryer & the other place did not.

One of the best ghetto hood motels in town and lots of crack and herion dealers stay out here so very easy to score drugs
At a recent stay here I encountered all types of problems first off the people who work there are very rude and you can barely understand them as they dont speak English very well and when I arrived to my room wow well for starters I thought what a mess definitely needs remodeled plaster on walls dirty carpet tiles in bathroom coming up not to mention the light in bathroom didnt work at all but the fridge didnt either as well as the ac was broke Im wondering how this placemail is still even open I tried to get my money back and all they didnt was call me a liar so they are very unprofessional and also I contacted the health dept as well I recommend choose a different place

They have bed covers over the mattresses in the rooms bedbugs are inside horrible experience there laid down at night looked up had six bedbugs on me told the owner he was very rude he went in the room with a flashlight to look at the bed bugs told him I want my money back and he had a real bad attitude about it I will never go back there the place is infested with Bed bugs
The location was good, around a lot of restaurants and gas stations. There was a Kroger and Rite Aid nearby as well.

2022-07-11The rooms are okay but the bathrooms need cleaned better, of course, you get what you pay for. They seem to be somewhat busy most of the time. Im sure they make enough money to buy blankets on the bed without cigarette burns all over them. Burns all over the sink, takes and carpet also. With the rooms being way under other places on price, they still charge way more than what its worth.

2022-06-09Owners are very polite, rooms are okay, a little dark, and they dont offer room service. Price is a little high for the size of the rooms and the little they offer.

2021-05-24If you are unable to drive one more mile safely ... dont mind laying on a uncomfortable lumpy well used mattress with suspicious looking bedding and an odor i have yet to identify ... then you may have no other option. If that is the situation ... dont look for a friendly greeting or a smiling face... Not even a cheaper rate! I would definitely recommend that you catch a few Zs kicked back in your vehicle before spending more than 50 bucks for one of rooms offered here.

2021-08-31So if I wouldnt had to do one star they wouldnt have even gotten that this place is so nasty its cockroach infested and also has black mold in which somehow Im going to put pictures of the black mold and the black mold spores I returned there on Wednesday and my rent wasnt due until Friday to find that My room 108 was locked up they would not let me get my belongings said I had to pay an additional 50 dollars I have hospital paper to prove that I was hospitalized from being exposed to black mold spores and I a suing them its also bed bug infestation

2021-08-30Cabinet door broke off,dirty floors. After charging $300 a week they then tell u no visitors. But staff is friendly

2017-07-02It was the most grossest place i ever stayed. Stayed over not knowing the reputation of the motel. It stunk first off. No shower cuz the bathroom grout looked like something was growing in it. Then to top it off we emptied our cooler to keep everything cold and there was somebody elses frozen/ thawed frosted over ice cream. How gross. Save your money here cause it cost almost $100 to stay one night. And to top it off the motel was nothing but a drug place. Never again.
