Old Time Pottery is one of my favorite stores! They have a little bit of everything and their prices are awesome. I love checking out the seasonal items as well as getting everyday items that I need for my home. I highly recommend coming here instead of other home stores because they have so much more variety and better prices overall. My family has been shopping here for 10 years and we will continue to shop here for years to come.
This store chain has a lot to choose from as far as decorations, glassware, carpeting and rugs and other items as well. Really wish that they would have updated their CD and DVD section that they used to have with a lot better selection of more well known titles and artists. As far as decoration items- I have found several cast iron crosses- two with a crown design and one made out of two forged nails together that are both nice to have and professionally done. They dont have everything- but its good to check them out at least once or twice if you get the chance. UPDATE- the Old Time Pottery at this location is moving to the Parma area. Not sure which building they are moving into in the area- but it is rumored that it may be in one of the shopping plazas. Stay Tuned everyone.
This was my first time going here. I really enjoyed walking through the aisles. Lots of Halloween and fall decor. They were also starting to put out the Christmas decor😍 Great selection and prices. Ill definitely be going back again soon
It has a large variety of things and is fun to shop but very expensive for my taste. They used to have a good clearance section. Now they have a 50% off moving sale. Low on stock until the new store opening in Parma.
Wasnt much left there as theyre getting ready for the move. Thought I might find some good prices but no.
Freshing to see different decor at a great price. Disappointing that I had to walk all the way back to the store to get my mom a taped up wheelchair to so we could shop. The staff was very nice and the store was clean. We would return.
I always, always have such a good experience in this store! I love the variety and most importantly the great prices. My cashier (I didnt get her name😑) she was truly a breath of fresh air! She asked me, who was I going to bury? I purchased a clay pot shaped like an urn😂. She was exceptionally nice and quick witted!
I love this store they have everything for your home. Furniture, Rugs, Lamps, dishes, candles, mirrors,shelves,bedding, you name it they have it at a good price.
Store is cleanPreventive measures in the area I was in.Looks like they are restructuring/ transitioning to the next holiday so some shelves were empty. I did find everything I went in for.It wasnt busy so check out was quick and the associate was pleasant.

LOVE OLD TIME POTTERY...they have everything in lots of colors, sizes & pricing is reasonable! I dont get to shop very often but when I can, I usually spend a couple of hours checking out the inventory & looking for new seasonal decorations. Their 50% off red tag is fun to look for thru out the store!
Like the rest of the world. Selection isnt what it is normally. But a great store for you money. Also very clean and organized.

This store used to be a favorite of mine. Not any more. Store was dirty and disorganized. Shows they only have a skeleton crew. No one to help on the floor, no service desk and when I checked out the cashier showed her displeasure when I asked a few questions. Its obvious that they are having money problems. No longer worth the trip. Ive owned my own retail business for 35 years. This store in my opinion with what I saw and how I was treated at checkout is in trouble.
Love this place! The prices are great and there are so many neat things to buy. This place has everything needed to make a house feel like a home and I could have happily roamed the huge store for hours.Just walking through quickly, I found so many things that I wanted to get. It was great!Ill definitely be back soon to explore more.
Everything and more that you could possibly want to fill virtually every room of your home. Always a great amount of seasonal items of a unique and fun nature that are changed in a timely manner. Great place to wander around and find cool stuff at what to me seem to be very reasonable prices.
Looking for kitchen wares or wall art or bedding or flowers or area rugs its a great spot. Not fancy but good prices. Watch the stickers we got changed triple for 6 mugs one had the wrong price and thats the one the used.
I was in this store once, five years ago and again today, which satisfied my interest in going in there for another ten years. Low quality decorator items at too high prices. My daughter and I saw items with terrible quality control and questionable utility. She asked, how do they stay in business? I wonder what the people in China manufacturing substandard goods for the U.S. market must think about the United States. Worth going back only to get out of the weather, or to hide from the zombie hordes.
Ive never heard of this store, I literally found it while I was driving by. The store is huge and they have tons and tons of merchandise. It is easily overwhelming. Their prices are discounted a little, but I would rather go to Hobby Lobby where they have sales all the time and also allow 40% off coupon. Old time pottery feels more like a factory, dark and dusty. With that being said, theres things that I would definitely go back for.
We went to return and buy. First off, when we went to return we couldn’t return without a receipt. That however was not the problem. We took back our items and then went to look for other things. We ended up with the same cashier we tried to return with. Her name, Patricia. She gave us the dirtiest look and didn’t have any manners. Why? Because we didn’t have a receipt. I was very disappointed. Even after we’ve been there and spend hundreds of dollars I don’t think we’d be back any time soon.

I have been going here for years... Great deals on dinnerware, glassware, picture frames, mirrors, and lowest prices in town for Terra cotta planters. Staff isnt terribly helpful, but at this store, Im content milling about undisturbed.
They dont have as good of merchandise as they use to. If something is damaged it might be clearanced along with the same item that isnt damaged. They should mark something damaged down more than clearance.

Old time pottery is worth 5 stars based on price alone. These are some of the best prices on the widest variety of goods Ive seen. They got everything from fake flowers to silverware. Once can shop there without breaking the bank. People seem nice and returns are accepted.
Stopped by this place on a road trip last year. Was A. W. E. S. O. M. E. If it wasnt so far away, Id be coming by all the time. Top notch holiday decorations.
This is the best tea room I have ever been too. Ordering the tea was simple and easy because it was organized well. The disruptions were fantastic as Well! There cakes and food were the best that I have had in a long time
If I can give O , I would give them. Wanted to return an item and the manager in Parma( Daphne) after waiting in line for 20 min told me that was not the line for returns. The return line had people purchasing and it was very long. She did not help and just said oh well I am sorry. Customer service is the worst. Will I go back to that store , of course not. Their customer service is the worst, its like they are doing us a favor by selling to us. The worst store . CERO managment. Even the cashiers were very rude and never look to help , it was an oh well attitude. Really felt discriminated

You can find some great stuff but you must look as there is a lot of just junk as well. And since 99.9% is from 3rd world countries watch out for quality issues and prices that are a little high considering. This is a world market meets Kmart experience.

This place is just terrible. Items scattered on the floor and all over shelfs that it shouldnt be in, they claim their prices are low when they are HIGH, floor is nasty, bathrooms look like they havent been taken care of in YEARS, rude and unhelpful employees, and EVEN MORE things to point out. I really dont know how this place stays in business. It just looks like a nasty garage that was turned into a store. The employees are just teens that are trying to make money. No greetings. Just get your stuff, pay, and get out. Never again.
I LOVELOVELOVE OTP....its great fun to walk around and see all of the great stuff that they have that I dont need, but buy anyway! lololol The folks who work there are always knowledgeable and super courteous! Go see for yourself and stop and have lunch and a great ladies day out with your girls!
I love Old Time Pottery...but when placing items out they need to separate them...picked up what I thought was nesting pumpkins only to be told they were prices on each one...well they were not bought 😕
This store seems to have everything. Problem is none of it is high quality. Some things dont need to be but be warned if its an item that will get wear and tear it will not last long from here

My family came in to find a new rug for our living room. The manager had lied straight to our faces over a carpet that was returned and wrapped poorly (she said it was brand new). Not coming back here again

Old Time Pottery is a Home Goods store that offers a large selection of well priced items. A trip to Old Time Pottery is more like visiting a Flea Market than a traditional retailer like Wal-Mart or Target.
An okay place with special items, the store seems unfinished, several rows were completely empty, and many things were chipped or the boxes they were in were torn up. Has some special things, but could be damaged.
Good deals, but where’s the staff? You will hardly see an employee except on your way into the store and at the cash register.

2022-07-18Recently moved into this new facility. It seems much larger than the old location. They have a vast selection of household items and decorative items. The shelves were pretty much stocked for the most part. The staff was very helpful if you needed to find something. Check out was seamless and very quick.

2022-05-23Its final opened on May 19th! at the old Giant Eagle on Day Drive in Parma!Would love to give 5☆ but the isles are a bit cramped and difficult to move around.Now that being said....you have got to stop in and see the selections they offer!Outdoor furniture and cushions galore!Household kitchenware almost seems like they downside a bit? But check it out for yourself.They do offer furniture pieces cabinets, chairs , bar stools etc...a bit over priced.Pottery and planters Outdoor and inside decoration are in abundance.Floors lamp selection and table lamp selections are fantastic!They also offer Outdoor clay fireplaces.Bathroom accessories and rugs both indoor and outdoor!This is a must stop in and see take your time and browse.Join the email and text messages for deals!

2022-05-23So much fun for even a dude like me !First the place is HUGE !Then the items are not inexpensive however some are fair priced.The selections : a maze of Oh I could use this or why not this !Just find a place near you and see for yourself. The parking is great and customer service is fantastic!

2022-06-08I have been going to this store all of my adult life . I have never walked out without at least a 2 hour slow walk around every inch of the store and spending no less than a $100 . This “‘move” , “remodel” “price hike and commodity stuff, I’d go with Don’t bother! Let’s start with, It’s very small and Absolutely nothing like it use to be. It’s Way over priced on everything and the items they do have are a dime a dozen. No selection of flowers! The curtains mostly were 84 inches and maybe two of the color and style and you would not be able to finish a room , maybe not even a window, very disappointed. Almost everything I loved about this store is a thing of the past. I would highly recommend AT HOME store instead of here !!

2022-07-20Very impressed by inventory and cleanliness. I wasnt really in the market to buy anything, just checking out the new location so I cant comment on the prices. Plenty of patio cushions, accent chairs, bed linens/comforters, mirrors, artificial floor plants, area rugs.

2017-02-17Its a huge store full of almost everything besides pottery. There are a couple aisles of pottery but tons of dishes, glasses, flowers, decorations, cookware, you name it. Good prices.

2022-01-10Great Store, I sometimes don’t go there for a specific item but I never leave without finding something I just can’t live without. I find shopping there so relaxing, employees are helpful and friendly. I went there today saw everything was packed up and almost had a panic attack I thought you were closing the store but found out you were just moving the store and not leaving the area.
