This facility is absolutely fantastic. I previously went to the urgent care on the corner of 204 and 256, because it was so close to my house. It didnt have good reviews, and I didnt have anything good to say about it after going there, either. So, I checked around and found this one. This UC is completely different. Everyone was super friendly. The treatment made me feel like somebody they all knew. I ended up interacting with four different people, (reception, nurse, doctor, and x-ray tech) and they were all fantastic. My time in the waiting room was extremely short. Just a minute or two. I had to wait longer for the doctor, but they can only help one person at a time, so thats going to happen. The doc was friendly and professional, with a good bedside manner. This is definitely my go to place when I cant get in to see my regular physician.
Went there from work. I was not feeling well. They wanted me To go to the emergency Room For the same medical condition they saw me for 2 days ago, Which was symptoms for the flu. I have a seizure disorder And I was exhausted.I told the nurse that I was getting over the flu and felt stronger . My concern was the exhaustion. She did not entertain that at all. she try to scare me to go to the emergency Room by telling me I could have a stroke. I have no history of stroke. After going back-and-forth I told her I would follow up with my primary doctor. On my way out she said its stubborn people like me that die. So unprofessional and I would not recommend sending your worst enemy there
I have been going to this location for over a year now, after going to the E. Main St. location for about 10 years. My Dr. moved, and I followed. Let me just say, the Reynoldsburg location is amazing. I love Christi at the front desk; she always takes care of my son & me. My Dr. has had 2 nurses since Ive been seeing him there, and theyre both caring, kind, and are very personable. The whole office is very professional and serious about their patients well being. I would recommend Ohio Health Reynoldsburg to any and everyone.
All of the staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the patient room! During a very busy illness season I expected to have a long wait, but from start to finish we were done in under an hour. We went in for my 4yo. They gave her strep and both flu tests. Turns out to be flu. Very thorough and professional
Urgent care facilities have a bad rap (and Ive been to a bad one), but this is definitely one of the better ones. Maybe it was a slow day, but I didnt wait long at all. The receptionist and nurse were both brisk but very polite. Dr. Wion was thorough, friendly, and efficient. I presented for a UTI + TMJ pain. They confirmed a UTI in house and sent it out for culture to ensure the correct medication was prescribed. I was concerned my TMJ pain was a musculoskeletal issue, but she noticed a painful rash on my scalp that had cropped up a couple days ago - which I didnt bring up at all, because I figured it was unrelated and I would just bring it up with my GP next week - and realized I actually had shingles. She answered all my questions and didnt rush me. This will definitely be my urgent care of choice from now on!
I wished there was 0 stars😡They are mean, unprofessional, unethical people. Laughing at their clients, making disgusting comments and faces. Health personnel should be ready, be used to and accept all kinds of smells from patients they meet daily. Rather than mocking at them openly making the clients feel uncomfortable, degraded and unwanted when they instead need help, motivation, empathy or encourage from them. Very worst experience I witnessed from them while I was there. They all need behavioral therapy for a change.
I love this office in general, its where I see ms. Wion. However, i ended up going to Urgent care to get an issue with my back checked out. I was having severe sudden upper back pain [an 8/10 on the pain scale]. It was hard to breath and moving was dreadful. the women at the front desk and the nurses were very kind. The doctor who checked me out though was extremely rude and impatient. kept questioning me why i never saw a doctor about getting cricks on my neck. everyone gets those, its not really a concern. ya sleep wrong one night, it happens. big deal.I dont remember her name, but shes an older lady with short hair and glasses. she literally spent less time with me than the nurse did. all she did was have me move my head around [which hurt like hell] and was like eh heres ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer then said to make an appointment with my doctor [in the same building] on monday. Now, i would understand if they had a lot of patients in the waiting room... but it was literally me and one other lady. there was NO rush. didnt seem to have any concern for me whatsoever. Unless I need something like stitches, Im not sure ill be coming to this urgent care again.
My experience was interesting and didn’t get better with time. So I go here on a Saturday morning due to a workplace injury. The front desk wasn’t too pleasant but that much is to be expected. The xray tech was funny and amazing. Then I met with Dr. Nigel and things went a little different. He was dismissive, I assumed he thought I was either there just to get a work excuse or something shady. I told him I was pretty sure something was wrong. He dismisses it as a sprain, X-ray my foot and sent me out the door. It wasn’t packed, it bs my paperwork and sent me on my way. So here I am thinking nothing wrong and everything is in my head due to the pain being so bad. I get a phone call from him about 20 minutes later sayings it’s a fracture and I needed to come back. Instead of writing the paper over again, he crossed out some stuff and wrote beside it. This rushed act wasn’t a good ideas because some of the information reflect the care plan he set in place with a sprain in mind. I get back there, of course I get cheap everything and was sent on my way. Wednesday I get a phone call from a lady asking me about my visit, I tried to explain things but she cut me off and transferred me to a random line. Horrible experience, I won’t to the Ohiohealth grove city location and OMG works of difference.
So I was in the urgent care 11/07/19. First the staff is very freindly, and they really try to get you seen treated and out the door as quickly as possible. The Dr. was easy to talk to and he listens. The MAs quick and very proficient . Receptionist very informative abd helpful. All around a very good experience, Thank to all K Clark
I went to be seen for sudden neck pain, headache, fever and chest pain. The registration rep was awesome - very efficient and kind. The nurse was nice as well. The dr however, wasnt very helpful. He asked me questions that I already gave him answers to, making it clear he wasnt listening - then he asked if Id like him to prescribe me anything....I told him that he was the dr and I just wanted to feel better which is why I was there. He ended up prescribing me pain pills, OTC Claritin and muscle relaxers. But listed my diagnosis as upper respiratory infection. Im headed back to the dr now bc a week later, Im no better.
Everyone is very nice but healthcare is sub par. I went in there, they told me i just had a cold and take some musinex and i would be fine. I saw my family dr the next day and i had type A flu. Not a cold. I tried again and was told they werent sure why i was coughing my lungs were clear, that night was taken to ER because got worse, SEVERE ASTHMA ATTACK. My first one ever so i didnt know. My lungs def werent clear!!
Within 5 minutes of an online sign in (at 5am!) I had a call confirming and suggesting that if I had problems breathing I should go to the ER. I opted for the UrgentCare visit. Arrived 15 minutes early, with papers filled out, ready to go. Jane let me in, started the paperwork and offered me coffee with a cheerful smile. Soon after 9, Tamaris called me back and did the vitals. Again with a smile. Dr. Wion couldnt have been nicer. I got a breathing treatment and as a bonus she cleaned the wax out of my ears!! She carefully went through all the Rxs and instructions. If I could give 10 stars I would for the professionalism and friendliness of these three people!!
Went in this afternoon with back pain from a repeat injury while weightlifting. To clarify, I am on rehab for it and just over extended while at the gym. Common enough. Went there for some pain management and muscle relaxers. After explaining to the doctor what happened, he condescendingly told me that Id blow out a disk lifting weights. I took it in good nature but felt that he was being kind of a dick. I take my health seriously and I get this for it? Come on man. Youre a doctor, you should be congratulating initiative.I was asked what my allergies were and what pain meds I had complications with. I said NSAIDS gave me stomach issues and without further ado he prescribes me exactly that. NSAIDS.After I picked them up, tried them and there was no improvement. Also, stomach started to hurt. Of course when I called I was told Id get a call back. Didnt get a call back. I went back to the clinic to get an answer about whether or not Id be able to be prescribed something that wasnt on my allergies list and I was told that he refused to prescribe me anything that wasnt an NSAID.So frankly, wasted the co-pay coming here to be talked down to and given something that Im allergic to. Mt. Carmel at least pays attention to that.
I went in on 4/2/17 complaining of severe lower back pain (a stabbing pain up under my ribs, had been fluctuating in intensity for over 18 hours and I couldnt sit or lay down for more than a minute at a time) and also had a cough. They did a urine test and found blood but decided it was unrelated to my back pain. The doctor (Martin Johan Lohne, MD) didnt seem to listen to me or believe me when I told him how severe the pain was. He sent me home with no medication saying the discomfort was just aches and pains related to a viral infection. It turns out I had a kidney stone that I expelled later that evening.
I went here on May 29 and there was no doctor there, just a PA, and she was not very helpful. I told her my symptoms had gotten worse, she told me I had a virus. I ended up seeing my PCP a week later after symptoms got even worse and my PCP diagnosed me w/ a bacterial sinus infection, prescribed antibiotics, and I had to be hospitalized that day due to severe dehydration and other complications. So Ive been sick for over 2 weeks and I think it could have been prevented if the PA would have looked into things and taken more time instead of blowing me off, of if maybe there were more knowledgable physicians there.
We used to come here bc it was close and never busy. Today I stood for 17 minutes waiting to check in while the lady at the front desk kept calling patients up to complete their check in. She never acknowledged me, no hello, no taking of my name. It took a waiting patient to come up and tell me I had to just go up to her and give her my name. We will be going else where from now on, very rude to not acknowledge someone standing waiting to obviously check in or talk to you.
The woman I spoke with on the phone to register for a Covid-19 test was very rude and condescending. The attitude she had was very unprofessional and I do not appreciate being spoken to as a child. Terrible experience and I would recommend almost any other location than this one
The PA, on April 23rd, 2016 act as though she did not want to examine me. She told me info I already knew and just advises me to continue to take the medication I had been taking after I told her it doesnt work as my symptoms got worst and to follow up with my PCP. For all that I could of just laid sick and hurting at home. I now have to pay for a bill that wasnt worth the trip or advice. Completed upset!
Ive been here twice for workhealth and both times Ive been here ive had to wait 20-40 minutes past my appointment time and then another 20-40 minutes waiting in the room to be seen and then another 20-40 to schedule another appointment. Ive never been somewhere thats taken so long to be seen and checked out.
They get u back fast but then u wait for ever in the back and then there a white lady doc that is mean as hell and would inky treat you for one thing and she very rude they did nothing for me i waste over 30 mins just to get told that I will never go here again as long as that rude lady works there.
The medical assistant or nurse was very helpful. However, the doctor was possibly the most unhelpful doctor that I have seen in my 63 years. Last week my audiologist told me that my ear looked red and was probably infected and suggested that I see a doctor. I went to the urgent care today. The doctor, a middle-aged Caucasian woman whose name I dont remember, looked in one ear for about a second. She didnt examine my other ear. She told me that my ear looked fine. I said that it didnt hurt but it felt funny, like liquid was in it. She said that since she cant see liquid in ears there was nothing that she could do for me. That is a ridiculous statement. She also implied that I wasnt telling the truth about my ear, saying I thought you said... and then saying that I said something that I never said. She suggested that I use Flonase and Claritin, and I explained that I already do, year-round, because I have bad allergies. She told me to go to my family doctor or an ENT. For this I paid $90? After I left I remembered helpful suggestions that other doctors have made in the past when my ears had fluid in them, such as using an additional decongestant. Seeing this doctor was a total waste of time and money because she made no effort to help me.

2021-12-16If you have 4-5 hours to spare or would like time away from your family during the holidays, definitely come here. Could have hobbled home 3 times over by the time I was out of here. I work directly with patients so I literally have the utmost laxity for healthcare workers during this time, but this was actually ridiculous. The providers were fine, no issue there... Just not very timely. Would go elsewhere if I needed services from urgent care in the future.

2022-01-08Waited 5 min to be seen. I know we got lucky and just got there at the right time but it was the fastest ER visit Ive ever experienced. Excellent service and the staff was amazing! Highly recommended.

2022-06-20Website says they close at 9:00pm. They take people until 8:30pm. I walked in at 7:52pm and the front desk lady turned me away and said she just took her last patient.

2021-07-31I cannot speak on how the staff or physicians are, but I did not have a great experience because there was not anyone there. I looked up the closest Urgicare and this place was listed and it said they were open. I went but the place was dark and empty. Other people were outside in confusion like I was. They had a small paper sign on the door saying they relocated, so I decided to go to their new location. When I arrived, it was also closed and there wasn’t any indication that it was even an urgicare center, just a physician center. I ended up going somewhere else and received great care, but this place just seem unorganized and not worth the time for patients.

2021-06-09I’ve been there a few times and every time I found everyone to be so nice and they all treated me like a person and not a number. I need to be seen tomorrow and I’m definitely going back there because I truly appreciate how I’m treated by everyone. I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re needing an urgent care facility😊

2022-01-10The hours are inaccurate. They claim to close at 9pm but they stop taking patients whenever they feel like it. Tried to get in around 5pm on multiple days and they would not accept any more patients

2020-02-21I brought my daughter in last night to be seen for what I thought was an allergic reaction to something . The staff got us right in within a very timely fashion considering they were busy! All the nurses made sure not only myself but my daughter stayed calm and comfortable thru the situation! I can’t say thank you enough to the ladies that handled the situation very well . Highly recommended, great experience. Thank you again
