One week ago Ohio Technical Services installed a Radon remediation system in my home. I have a half basement and big crawl space. After initial earlier testing the radon level was an average of 5.3 which is well above the 4.0 threshold. After the system was installed and ran for a few more days the average radon level fell to 1.6. All the representatives and workman were very responsive and professional. The quality of the workmanship was first rate in all respects. I could not be more pleased.

OTS did an excellent job installing my radon system. They were able to meet my request to exhaust the system up through the garage attic from the basement instead of installing outside the bedrooms which was noisier. Mario and his crew made multiple visits during the whole process to make sure it was working properly and for the change order. They stand by their work and I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Wow, what a great experience from start to finish. The office staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful in arranging appointments, scheduling, providing test results, and collecting payment. Mario came out and provided my quote - he was very prompt and professional. The installation crew of Ivan and Zeus arrived right on time and did a great install job. They clearly know what theyre doing and had the job completed quickly. I ended up with a SWEET radon mitigation system - I mean this thing is slick. Looks very professionally put together and solid. I have a cool viewing window on my sump pump where they sealed it up. The fittings, pipe, fan, etc are all put together perfectly and look great. Best part is this thing is blowing all that nasty radon out of my basement, I went from 7 pCi/L before the system to less that 0.5 pCi/L!! Great results. I would highly recommend OTS to anyone looking for a radon mitigation system in central Ohio!

We needed service on our radon system. Our technician Mr. Mario arrived on time. Mr.Mario found and resolved the issue very quickly. He wore a mask and was professional and polite. I would certainly recommend .

Rarely does a company owner take the time to follow up with customers to ensure his or her company is providing excellent customer service. Brian Hatfield, the owner of OTS, falls into the small group of business owners who do. I am not a radon professional and I cant speak to the quality of their work. It appears to be functioning and solid in its construction.Update: because of great service four years ago, elected to use again to install system on new house.

Ohio Technical Services Inc. installed our radon system 5 years ago - to date weve had zero issues with it. Today we had our house pressure washed and during the cleaning found that the radon fan circuit was tripped and would not reset. I called their office and within a couple hours they sent two technicians who were able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem (water from the pressure washer washed out the seal on the junction box and flooded the switch with water and soap). The technicians and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They didnt even charge us for the service. Highly recommend this company!

OTS provided radon mitigation in our new home. They actually came out to my home twice prior to installing to make sure I fully understood the process and proposed project. Once they arrived for the install, they took time to understand the project and develop a plan to make sure it met my expectations. The guys were courteous to our home and cleaned up after the work was done. After the install, i was walked through the project and provided all of the necessary information to monitor the system. The post-install radon test revealed a drastic decline in radon present in my home (almost 0!).Overall, I am very happy with the service, the price, and the people at OTS. Thank you!

OTS installed our radon mitigation system when we bought our home 7 years ago. We have never had any issues, but last month after another company installed a french drain system which ran right next to the radon tube which runs into our basement floor, it started making a static sound. I called OTS, Mario popped over 20 minutes later, and he fixed the problem that the other company didnt know they created. No charge. Thanks a million!!

We couldnt be happier with the work OTS did to install radon mitigation in our home. I am picky about having work done on my home as I usually find myself disappointed with the attention to detail that most home improvement companies provide.The two guys that came out to do the install – Andrew and Chris if I remember correctly – did an amazing job and were extremely courteous. When I say extremely courteous I mean it, my wife and I were both impressed by their manners and professionalism. It was a pleasure having them in our home for the day and I wouldnt hesitate to hire OTS again in the future.

Had radon mitigation done after finding our basement had levels several times the allowable limit. OTS provided a reasonable quote and were recommended by a friend. Mario and his partner showed up exactly on time and worked straight for the next few hours to get it all installed. When they finished I was amazed at the quality of their work. Everything was installed beautifully with clean caulking, piping that was placed to be minimally obvious, and tied it nicely into our panel with clearly marked settings. He then actually spent the time to explain all the parts of the system, how to check if the system is working, and how to fix a few of the more common ways a radon system can malfunction. Would highly recommend them!
