Rented a drum sander and a finishing sander to redo a hardwood floor. Equipment worked as advertised, staff was friendly and knew their stuff. Went well.
I love renting from this place, they have everything a homeowner would need in an emergency situation, and the staff is very nice, plus you dont have to load anything yourself, theyll load it for you. Very helpful as well.
Super nice people the workers all act like they are family not sure if its a family business or not. But they all seem to be close. Helpful and great equipment nothing is best up its all taken care of very well. All and all great place to rent from.
We rented a scissor lift for a project at Mount Vernon Nazarene University and couldnt have been happier with the experience. Prompt service, friendly employees, the lift was in good condition, and a great value.What more can you ask for?

We had to rent a gigantic tent for a wedding on the cheap. Ohio rental showed up with the magic on the back of a flat bed and three guys to set it up in the middle of the windy plains of Centerburg. They were very professional and very quick. Bridezilla was worried about the timing, but we still had plenty of time to set up the bar, dj, tables and chairs under the canopy of love before everything else was done. a1 job, guys. Thanks a bundle.

Cheapest place we could find to rent a floor sander. Also came with a bunch of sand paper that we paid for when we returned the machine. Nice and helpful employees.

2021-06-09Never had any issues here.Every once in a while I get held up, but sometimes I hold them up, so Ive never considered it a problem.The staff is friendly, its clear they value good customer service, prompt service, and the equipment is always in good working order.When I need a rental, I call these people

2021-06-21Have rented multiple times with many different pieces of equipment. Everything has always worked great. Prices are the cheapest around! Staff is helpful If you need help picking out equipment or loading/unloading. Will continue to rent from Ohio Rental!

2017-06-13Rented a machine over Memorial Day weekend that broke down after several hours of use. Service call resolved the issue the same day. Mechanic was great and went out of his way to solve the problem. Have rented from them for years and will continue to do so. Great service, good people, and competitive pricing.

2016-12-27We had rented a U-Haul from the Cincinnati area and was returning it to the Mount Vernon area. U-Haul had scheduled our drop off across town and we took a shot at returning it to Ohio Rental. They were closed the day after Christmas; however, one of their workers had just happened to stop by to check on something at the store. He went out of his way to return our truck even though they were closed and it was not scheduled to be returned there! He was very nice and had a great helpful attitude that saved us a trip! He even had to start up the computer! We will definitely be back to Ohio Rental in the future! It is nice to know there are still the hometown feel businesses out there!

2016-08-02Returned my u-haul here today, personal were very professional and courteous. I picked up my u-haul in Minot North Dakota and my experience was very poor, Ohio Rental went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.
