I used Ohio Medical Transport on 12-23-21 to transport my father to a facility.Transport was on time. Chris & Darren did our transport and were very professional and made my father comfortable.Highly recommend the company.

The worst ambulance service workers I have ever seen in my life. My husband needed to be transported from the hospital to home. He was in a very delicate state, bone cancer metastasis, these were his final days. These two guys were so rough with him when taking him out of the ambulance on the rolling cot. They were in a hurry and roll the cot over the bumpy grass and when in the house almost threw him on the bed. My husband was howling at them in pain and they just laughed. No compassion at all . The company should be more careful in choosing his workers😡

Consistently late, dispatches never helpful never call back when they say they do say theyll have you picked up and theyll not show up and saying oh theyre full and the list goes on and on and on if you can find another transportation I would. This also includes Cincinnati location as well as the Dayton one.
