Two male workers in the printing area did not want to check me out for my fax order even though neither one of them had a customer. They sent me to the main registers at the front of the store. Will not go back if I can help it.
I had trouble with a HP printer. I was being helped by an officemax person. We tried several things, but no luck . An HP tech happen to be working on another problem. He helped me and solved my printer problem .
Got in, found what I was looking for, and checked out.
Decent employees. Very disappointed they are out of several of the TurboTax programs and it is only January 10th. Poor planning.

2022-06-02I went into the store about 6:45 PM on Thursday June 2nd. I went to the copy station and asked for a single copy to be made of an overhead transparency. The clerk at the station said he could take an order for tomorrow and I asked why. His reason was they were understaffed and he was shutting down that part of the store. My problem I have is there were no other customers in the store, they were open for another hour and 15 minutes and he could not make one simple copy of a transparency. Besides the fact another worker was just sitting around doing nothing. I would rate that as very poor customer service.

2017-08-29When it comes to customer service, OfficeMax cant be beat! The staff is incredibly welcoming and management is amazing. Its obvious that they create goals for themselves and man do they do a great job achieving those goals. Everything there is so neat and organized and I would recommend it to anyone for anything including back to school supplies to just buying a laptop. On top of the amazing customer service, they are willing to price match anyone, even Amazon! No more long shipping times for me!

2017-03-30Staff is friendly, knowledge, and only has your best interest in mind. Definitely a place that I love going to and trust. And if your business is thriving and youre going through paper and ink like crazy, (or if you print often enough) they have a rewards program that saves you a decent chunk of money thats worth signing up for.

2016-12-09Came in on a Saturday afternoon with my notary stamp certificate. Ordered stamp from store. Asked the clerk if she needed certificate. She said no, they make stamps in-store and it would be done on Sunday.....Monday at 2 p.m., I called store and they said they needed the certificate....not even a phone call to advise me of this.....I came back in on the following Tuesday with the certificate that I had on the first visit and ordered my stamp.....so I thought.....2 weeks and still no stamp....cant find my order.....cant find my stamp....maybe some employee and manager training is in order....
