When corporate controls the thermostat to a store, and said store is 150° and the employees are sweating through their uniforms, and customers can barely breathe or think because of the unbearable temperature of the store, its not a place I would put first, second or third on my return for more shopping list. If you value your employees so little, you dont deserve my $.
It was good. I did have to interrupt a sales person that was with someone else to get help. I could not find another sales person in the store.

I went there to buy a desk. I ask the salesman for the size of the box to find out if it would fit into my car. He just told me to buy a bigger and left. Probably the rudest sales person I ever talked to. I will definitely never enter this store again.

Worst experience ever . The manager Austin was terrible . Went in and asked to have 10 pages scanned and emailed . The person in print said no she was to backed up. Asked for manger , he said the same . Mind you , there was none one in the store but 4 employees . Austin , the manager came over , I asked if he could scan and email and said NO he could not do that . He pointed me to self service and I said ok, could he show me how to do it , and he said, NO he could not do that . I left the store and then called to ask for his mangers number was on hold for 18 min and hung up because no one came to the phone . It was a Horrible experience . So different from the Broad Street/ Blacklick experience who are amazing and top of the line customer service . Very, very poor experience.
The help provided by Shawn in the Print Shop was incredible! He single handedly helped many customers simultaneously and helped create a banner for us while we waited. His skill & customer service was amazing.

Came in and needed some assistance on how to get some items faxed, printed,etc... The light skinned woman with glasses just pointed towards machine and went back to doing what she was doing....sitting down. So I come back to her, asking for a lil assistance once she just sat up, pointed at the machine and kept on with her business. Needless to say went across the street to Staples and got everything taken care of with THEE best service.
I gave Two stars for the self service kiosk. But if I have to deal with an employee, I’d rather Purchase office supplies and or ask for assistance in another establishment. The gentleman who works in the print and copy department, he is kind of heavyset with the Afro. Whenever there is a line there, he typically ignores the customers. He could at least say I’ll be with you in a moment or give me one moment but he just looks up at the people and continues doing what he’s doing. Then there is a heavyset black lady that works at the register and she typically says no more than two words to you. She is very Dull and her customer service is very bland. They are often understaffed and they take severely long just to have you check out for something simple. This location sucks.

I came into the store knowing exactly what I needed done. Jeff, at the copy station, was already helping someone else and stopped for a moment to show me what I needed to do to use the self serve copy station. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. (juggled several customers at once) While he was cutting the 500 copies I made in half, he was able to help 3 others who needed his services. And did all of this in a timely, professional manner. I would recommend Jeff for employee of the month with STELLAR customer service skills!
Very slow. Needed business cards printed complete waiste of valuable time. Gave up grabbed a couple items I could of used and the check out was even slower. Just left items and went next door to Best Buy.
I have been there twice within the last 10 days. Both times I was helped by Ashstin. He was so helpful and kind. Kudo,s to this company for having a professional like him to help do the job quickly and efficiently!
Didnt use to like this store, changed my opinion of it. Pretty good OfficeMax, well kept, seems very clean, fast and friendly at checkout and otherwise, organized to a point (everything stays in the same place, no drastic reorganizations out of nowhere like some OfficeMax stores)
Very unprofessional far from efficient .i use the self service printing station. and everything went fine. i spent $29 on the amount of prints i did. which im ok withwhat i have a problem with is when i couldn’t use the self service printer for 1 document i wanted to print out . and make 6 copies of. .the only way for me to print this document that i know of , is to log into my email and open the document from my google drive.I used the one free computer of where i can log into my google account. and was ready to print the document. I asked the employee at the register if he can have 1 of the other 2 employees to help me with this since they weren’t doin anything!!!!the cash register associate called for them on his walkie talkie they all met at the cash register they spoke and the other 2 employees walk away doing nothing again.. not one of them address my concern .. i went back to the cash register and to ask is anyone coming to which he replied he thought someone was gonna meet me by the computer.so i went to the computer where i had the document on screen all ready to print and waited for and 15 min it felt like. still no one came.mind you I made eye contact with the other 2 employees and was completely ignored.so i gave up on have my concerns being address at that moment even tho they were 2 employees not doing anything!!!!!!!and waited by the print center to print this document. but the print center had about 7 people there so they where really busy at the moment but i waited there and finally got my documents printed..anyways i use office depot and office max a-lot ..cause i work on the road and i do a-lot of traveling and i don’t travel with a printer. that just another thing to carry around.so i find it convenient to print documents from office depot and office max.but experience here wasn’t pleasant.and i felt completely ignored by the staff here.and if im ever in the area again . I now know never to come to this office max ever again..
I love these guys at the printing counter, they are very friendly and helpful. I wont go anywhere else when I need to fax something. They had to put up with me while I was in the phone with the irs waiting for a fax. Great group of guys

We have a state holiday where for 3 days in Aug if u buy school supplies, clothing & other business items u dont have to pay sales tax. Its not a lot of money, but it was actually passed in to law last yr. I went in & got nothing but markers, a couple folders & a pencil sharpener, all school supplies & when I was looking over my receipt @ home they charged me the sales tax. Now it wasnt that much of course, but how many other people did they stiff? Are they keeping the money? They even have signs advertising the discount all over their store & they didnt abide by them. Their prices were comparable to everyone elses in the area, but no huge sales that I saw. Just disappointed.
I tried to fax a document. Of course you must use the self serve. I saw one other customer in the store. I was right beside an employee who could obviously see I was struggling with the fax machine. No help, no concern whatsoever. I finally just left. No wonder their parking lot was empty. That should have been my first clue.
The store was clean and organized. Employees have been helpful with any questions Ive had. The place doesnt seem to be too busy though.
This place is going downhill. Its sad to see the decline of the major office supply stores. I truly wish there is a revival in these stores and they get back on their feet. As of now, store is nice and clean, but things are broken. People are down. Prices are okay.
Self print stations are extremely unreliable. Mine crashed and went black while preparing to print a one page e-mail. Use with caution.
Surprised that the store cost was about 20% higher than the online cost. They will still honor the online price. Best to order online and pickup. It just a hassle to request online price.

I see why there is such a big trend to do on line shopping - it was a inconvenience for the salesman to help me. He did not even make eye contact with me. Worst part was I was there to get the bill fixed from the day before.

The copy center is the WORST. Today is about the 10th time theyve screwed up my orders, and Im DONE. And it doesnt matter who is behind the counter - they get it wrong EVERY TIME.

Shopping is usually pretty quick and the staff are friendly. I think the layout could be tweaked to put like items closer together.

Every single time I have something printed here, it has to be reprinted once I come to pick it up because of errors. Wrong paper, wrong size, wrong positioning. You name it

2022-06-22Dani was awesome in service. The printer I wanted was not in stock at store or warehouse. She told me ordering it when a delivery time was not present could cause an extended delay. I asked about the floor model and she asked her supervisor then performed the due diligence to ensure it worked. I will definitely be back!

2022-04-15After attempting to submit printing & laminating for 14 double sided 11x17 posters I’ve decided to just print in house.Your website doesn’t offer services like laminating on the website at the 11x17 size and Check out process doesn’t show pick up in store.Your website needs to be updated to match services. After calling into my local store (Morse Road,Columbus Ohio) with no additional options provided (like emailing files to print & laminate) your business is more work than value.

2022-03-05Good custom printing at a reasonable price. We needed just 10 custom cards next day. We designed, and ordered online and it was ready the next day. Need more staff at the store. Otherwise, a good experience.

2022-07-05Found eventually what I was looking for, but first I sat down in one of the office chairs on the main aisle, called the store and told the person who answered that I wasnt wandering around the store again to look for steno pads. Fortunately the gentleman who answered knew exactly where they were. There really is no rhyme or reason to where things are located in this store. Would be nice to find a store layout map at the front of the store, since the store is indeed short-handed.

2018-12-17Beware the clearance section, it seems not all of the items stacked there in large quantity are actually on clearance. Of note are large stacks of blue and pink disc bound notebooks and some post it notes that are not actually $0.94. Fortunately, since I took pictures, they honored the listed price without fuss, but it is still a bit disappointing.Also, the lights in the store were apparently being changed and this resulted in half of one isle being completely closed off by a result large lift. This lift was unattended and had a radio blaring country music that you could hear through the store despite the stores own music playing. Also also, there was a box of lights perched precariously where anyone could easily bump it and accidentally shatter all the long fluorescent lights in the box. (I bump lots of things, it made me really nervous😕).There was a posted advertisement that buying a specific post it note would have a free jumbo journal attached, but that wasnt provided either. So there isnt a lot to recommend the store, but the cashier was nice. Their file folders were nice and orderly. They have some really neat sassy journals too.

2022-02-12I ordered a desk for home delivery. I told the store I lived in a new development and to call if they had trouble finding it. No call, no delivery, no contact from the store. When I called to find the status, I was told the order was returned and “a manager would call me to get it straightened out”. No call. I called the store 4 times and the 800# 3 times. Each time “a manager will call you”. The next call will be the first. Today I demanded to speak to a manager who said the order was cancelled and a refund should post “soon”. It is beyond ridiculous that a retail organization can be so lazy and incompetent. Will order from Amazon from now on. Giving one star because a rating is required. This organization is not worth that.

2022-04-09Had just about everything I was looking for. Some of the prices were high on items I wanted so I went somewhere else. Customer service needs serious work. An associate told me to “get out now” as I walking out the building. I don’t think it was a joke because it took him a second to remember to fake smile.
