I really appreciate the friendly service from Venice she made me feel right at home so to speak. I was in and out. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon which luckily for me wasnt busy yet. Make sure to be very hydrated and dont eat anything greasy itll make your time on the machine longer than expected. Most of the staff ⚕️ is very friendly. Be sure to watch your protein levels though they really matter. Also screener S.T. is super nice always makes sure you know actually whats needed 😁 also Tori is a great sticker 😉 Im not sure what Her title is but shes the person who hooks you up to the donating machine. Shes always pleasant and she has the most calming spirit 😊, Ms. April is also a Joy 💕 to have as your sticker.. along with the floor supervisors Victoria, Brian, and Leonard. You will always be well taken care of with a ⚕️ staff like this... I dont even mind walking the 4.8 miles to just get to see there friendly faces...

The place is great fast service and barley have to wait but the company does not care bout their donors they pay little as they can and if you miss a donation you are penalized and lose $. Its sad that we saving lifes and they make a lot of money from our plasma and treat there donors so badly.
So apparently at this location if you are a new donor and have to complete a physical be aware that Chris the supervisor says that in their policy the nurse who conducts a physical has to be able to feel and see your scalp so women whom where weaves or wigs will have to remove such items during the physical. I have been donating on and off for about 4 years not at this location because it is new but at the octapharma on Lorain avenue and have never been asked to remove my weave. I believe this policy is very invasive and intrusive and it significantly singles out African American women because we are known to utilize weaves and wigs more so than others so ultimately I did not end up donating because I do not feel like my hair has anything to do with plasma and if you can not feel my scalp through a weave or a wig then somethings wrong with your fingertips I shouldnt be obligated to remove my hair.

He wanted to make sure I was taken care of professionallyIn this day and age, customer service like that is RARE! Way to go Mike...and way to go OctaPharma! Great job!

I understood and fully respect the octapharma policy. With that being said I donated twice you would think my day of donation would change since Mondays they are closed and that very day was a holiday no I still went on the day I was supposed to for my third donation and my iron was one point low.. ok I was told Coffee lower your iron not tea which wasnt found out until day of donation. I felt cheated out of an donation day when the person in front of me had the same issue but was able to donate. Them two donations were very needed but was told to come back next day which is fine but I only get one donation for the week when they closed on Sundays and Mondays

Good overall experience and can make appointments to avoid high traffic for donors. Only deal is, their giant referral program poster that is displayed in the waiting line is false. It states: $100 bonus for friends referred for their 2nd donation, then $50 for their 3rd. My friend has donated 4 times and I only received a total of $100 instead of $150. When asked the response was that offer is expired. Well, I dont appreciate referral fraud just to get people to refer friends with a false promise. Why is the poster still up if its expired? Sheisty

2022-05-01Overall the staff are very nice. The managers there are very attentive in the areas. Every time I come in I see one manager she always running to one place to another. In fact I dont even think she leaves. I like my experiences here at the Cleveland center Mike is awesome for having a great team.
